    room was 80 when we arrived & toilet wasn’t secured to wall and floor. When we arrived back toilet was okay/still 80. Mgr came and “fixed”. Up to 81 within 10 min. Moved us across street to Courtyard. Night staff good. A.m. staff rude.

    The stay, was amazing. The first room that we chose was not to my approval. So I went and told front staff and they gave me a nicer room, the breakfast was not so good Though, but the stay and the comfortness was amazing. I will be back!

    I reported this to the front desk and requested someone come inspect the room, but staff refused. Due to the conditions, we did not stay in the room and were moved to another hotel. At that time, I was clearly told that I would receive a full refund and would not be charged. It has now been 12 days, and I have still not received any refund. Despite never staying in the original room, I was still charged. The next evening, after returning late at night from a state wrestling tournament with children, the general manager confronted us in a hostile and unprofessional manner. We were told we would not receive a refund and were threatened with removal from the property. We were also required to pay additional deposits. When I asked for documentation of a claimed inspection that supposedly found no issues, I was refused and accused of being untruthful. This experience involved a serious cleanliness issue, broken promises regarding refunds, and extremely poor customer service. I would strongly advise others to be cautious.

    There was nothing to like. The hotel was dirty, not maintenance, and staff was rude. We had a queen suite that had stains on the wall, the pull out couch was falling apart, trash was left by staff in the hallway for over 12 hours. When ask for 2 extra pillows received 2 pillows, 1 was a standard hotel pillow the other was dirty and smelled, wasnt standard size, looked like it came from lost and found. When I took it back to the front desk they laughed about it and said night shift must have gotten it out of his car, as it did not belong to the hotel.

    There was a boil water order which they didn't tell us before we arrived. We asked but the person at the front desk didn't know why there was a boil order, so we didn't know how much we could use the water. I looked it up on line, but couldn't find anything. They did offer us a couple of bottles of water, but it wasn't enough. We had to use it to brush our teeth. The breakfast was terrible. There was hardly enough food. The bathroom needed updating. The place overall needed updating. Older finishes and carpeting make the place feel unclean. Won't go back.

Picked this place for the hot tub which was broken, could t enjoy the breakfast as it was a cold tundra, and so cold out heater ran all night long and beer got up to the temperature we set itto

    The spa was out of order, which was the main reason we picked it, there was not many breakfast options and the food did not taste good. Our floors in the first room were soaked and we were told they were deep cleaned. We asked for a different room and our freezer didn’t work. I will not stay here again.

    Not having the hot tub going was very aggravating and made us mad. We booked your hotel specifically because it had a hot tub. These things need to be kept up and open if you’re going to advertise that you have them. Also didn’t like that the outside door near our room didn’t need a key to get in. That security issue is unsettling

    Room was not clean. Trash under the sink and dirty towel on the back of the bathroom door. Elevator sounded and jarred like it was going to break any minute. Jacuzzi had been down for some time but no mention of it on their website or when you came in. There should be some kinda discount when all the amenities are not functioning. After all you're paying for it.

    Great stay overall.. staff wasbfriendly and very helpful. Breakfast wasnt all to great. The biscuits could chip someones tooth. And yhe view out our room windows was looking straight into a tree, and not in a good nature kind of way. The property/hotel manager was absolutely delightful though. I would stay here again based on this trip

    My stay was adequate, the room was seriously in need of an update. They obviously had attempted to refresh the paint in areas of damage but it just resulted in spots of mismatched paint on doors and walls. One of the light sconces by the bed did not work and the carpet was worn and frayed at the thresholds, revealing the underlayment. The stovetop was dirty with baked on residue and the utensils in the kitchenette drawers were definitely not clean. However the staff at the desk was very friendly.

    I enjoyed my stay immensely. The suite was everything promised and then some. The bed was extremely comfortable, made even more so by comforters that kept me warm on one of the coldest nights Peoria has encountered so far. The only thing I didn't like was unexpectedly learning about a "parking fee." A "parking fee"? For a hotel not in the city on property bordering a shopping mall? Really? That kind of threw me for a loop.

    The food was very good & the room was nice but it could use some better cleaning, it didn't look as of it had much attention. The couch is a nice color but it look too worn out too use a long with the chair covers they could of used a washing. Kitchen was nice.

    We arrived late in the night/early morning due to a late flight. The person at the front desk seemed nervous/scared to service us. This hotel needs a lot of upgrades. As soon as we walked down the hallway to the elevator, we could immediately smell a bad smell, similar to stale cigarettes. There’s only one elevator and it is an old elevator. When we got to the room, it looked different from the pictures in terms of quality. The lampshades were damaged. The tub was dirty/stained we did not feel comfortable and decided to stay at a different hotel but it was too late in the night to leave. The next morning we left early , and contacted Expedia for a refund of the second night. They reached out to the hotel and the hotel refused, even though we had vacated well before checkout time and expressed that we were unhappy. I would not suggest staying at this hotel.

    Room was comfortable and staff was friendly and helpful. Only issue during my 4 night stay was somehow they gave my room to another guest who gained key access while I was inside. He realized immediately what was wrong and apologized and left but it's a little scary that they could give an already occupied room to a new guest by mistake.

    Breakfast was provided, but they quickly ran out of things and the lady worker was very sassy with guests and seemed to blame shift every problem. The manager was bossy and rude, and lacked basic kindness. We traveled from out of town, and it was very obvious that people are not nearly as kind here as they are down south. Overall, probably we wouldn’t stay here again. But we were glad for the amenities, breakfast, hot tub, shallow pool for the kids, it wasn’t terrible.

    I didn’t know I had to put a $250 deposit being that I live around locally.That should be disclosed through you guys in site of this situation,And the room had a huge stain on the floor soon as we walk in as well multiple stains on couch and there was a mildew book bag in the closet.And as I was checking out I heard a maid speaking on me and my kids stay of the room.Yes we had quite a bit of trash but we put it in bags and had it stacked nice as possible being they don’t provide that big of a trash can.And the hot tub didn’t work properly and is stained brown so does look dirty

    The room layout & having a kitchenette is particularly nice. Staff are very attentive to customer service. There was a nice packet in the room with an eye mask, ear plugs, & bedtime tea that was an unexpected detail. The breakfast/coffee area is meticulously maintained. One unique layout to this particular spot: The property location isn't the easiest to navigate. It is accessed on a small, narrow road that is only found by driving around an access road that goes around the Mall. The building is tucked behind a Baymont Suites so you can't see it very well. Not the property's fault but more of a land design issue. I was glad my first time getting there was in daylight. Signage leading to the area is not lit so navigating at night could be a be more challenging.

    Stayed in the 2 bedroom suite with full kitchen for family Christmas. Room has real fireplace that burns real wood, but you have to use their logs. We did not use it as it was too warm in room with oven on. Was nice to have a fullsize oven to bake a lasagna in. Both bedrooms had a king size beds. Kitchen table only had 2 chairs. Hotel staff was very accommodated in bringing us 2 more when asked, since there was 4 of us in the room. Morning hotel breakfast was good. Only downside was our room #211 did have a strong cigarette odor in it.

    The whole facility smells like weed and cigarettes. The elevator jumps when you get on and off and feels like it is going to fall. Definitely not Ada accessible and we were not given a room that was wheelchair accessible or a roll in shower. How we booked the room. Beds are gross and very uncomfortable, felt like you were sinking in. Fridge was gross and the kitchen utensils were even worse. Black mold in the bathroom, felt sick whole time we were in the room and when we said something about it we were told it was fine. As I and my family are allergic to black mold. This is not good. Lastly the fireplace was a plus but when we lit the wood we had to buy at the front it made the whole room go smoky and the fire alarms went off and wouldn’t turn off. The hotel was also about 100 dollars more than what we booked the hotel for.

    There is something structurally wrong with the ceiling/upstairs floor that when the tangent about walked it was extremely loud and sounded as he was coming through the ceiling. The dishwashersounds as if it is a machine in a factory. On a good note; the front desk staff was courteous and friendly. I will most likely not stay here again since there are other options in the same area.

    My room was a bit "shaby". Hard to schedule room cleaning. Dishes in kitchen cabinets needed to be cleaned. Guest laundry area needed some clean-up. Faded, warn-out Christmas decorations still on display at side entrance. General vibe was that the staff didn't have the interest (or time) to keep things looking nice.

    Front desk staff is superb: everything right. Check in was speedy, gracious, responsive, informative. Melissa and Natalie were great. Breakfast room was very clean and inviting, though real oatmeal and bacon or sausage would have been appreciated. Room was spacious and fully equipped with everything needed and more. Overall outstanding!

    Pets are prevelant at this location so if that's an issue for you stay elsewhere. The staff was friendly and helpful. My primary issue with our stay was guest placing garbage right outside there door because they didn't want the odor from their carryout refuse in their room. The odor bordered on nauseating. The facility should find a way to minimize this issue.

    It was one of the only CAT-friendly hotels anywhere around. Many hotels claim to be pet-friendly but allow DOGS ONLY. Although it cost a bit more, the cost was next to nothing compared to other hotels who charge outrageous amounts per pet and/or per night. I had to stay for two weeks due to job transfer before I could get into my new place. Thanks to the Residence Inn for their cat-friendly environment.

    While the room seemed generally pretty clean, there are obvious signs of wear (lots of dents in the fridge, torn blinds, dark lighting) in the room. The outside is the part that is most obvious though. Walking dogs behind the hotel and the fencing around the a/c units are falling apart with open screws and siding missing from the building. The hotel is located in an area behind what appears to be a dead or nearly dead mall. That being said, the area immediately passed that mall appears to be new and with some decent fast food options. The grassy areas are definitely showing signs of people not cleaning up after their dogs and nobody else cleaning it either. There was nothing here that would keep me from staying again as I drive through though. The staff that I met was very nice and my room was conveniently right by the back door where I could get my dogs in and out easily.

    We enjoyed a comfortable bed and use of the swimming pool but our room's dishwasher didn't work, the dining chair's leather was ripped, the dining light was out. The assistant manager moved us after a week to another room where the dishwasher also didn't work. The second or third day that we went to breakfast, there were no plates and we had to wait for someone to come back from getting some. The assistant manager said she would deduct 2 nights' fees from our bill for the inconvenience and gave us a generous gift bag. Our complaint is not about the staff but about the condition of both rooms, especially not having use of the dishwasher for 12 days. This particular facility needs some upgrading to match the quality of the Marriott brand we've come to expect.

    Cons: The picture of front of hotel is deceptive. This hotel is shared on same property as two other hotels, so it is not as private as the picture suggests. The parking lot and general area was busier than we had wanted. Also, the hotel is located off of a service road behind a shopping mall so getting to hotel was a bit tricky, even with using gps.

    services were limited due to "covid, lack of staff and resource availability" we had trouble with loud guests during our stay. We had some good interactions with staff.. but only a few. Affordable for what we needed and we had enough room and availability of kitchen and full size refrigerator was useful for us as we cooked many of our meals in.

    I liked that the TV swiveled and could be seen in the living room but also later when in bed. Didn’t like being an end unit that the bright parking lot lights were beaming into the room. Also the parking lot was quite small and packed. Had to park in the parking lot of the hotel next door.

    I reserved and paid for a bedroom suite but when we got there the manager gave our room away so we got a “studio suite” instead. When I reached out to the general manager he said he gives those rooms to his reward members. I said we stay there often and my husband is a sliver reward member. Nothing was done. It’s the worse customer service ever.
