    I was expecting more of a Continental breakfast and was surprised that it was actually a full breakfast. The location had plenty of food choices around as well as shopping. It was within 15 minutes of where I needed to go. It could of had a tv directory in the room. It would have been nice if there was something in the room with information as to when breakfast was served and what time the pool or gym facility was open. Other than that I can't think of anything else.

    Our first night we had a great experience ... clean, friendly staff, great breakfast ... the 2nd night while laying on the bed sideways to watch TV, my leg got scratched ... a bed spring coming out of the side of the bed. AM staff said they'd either get mattress or room changed for us. PM staff knew nothing about the problem when we returned ... changed our room, but that room's mattress sank in the middle ... 2/2 mattresses needed replacements! Convenient, walkable location near shops, restaurants and sports. Kind staff. Clean place.

    The bathroom was dirty, cracked tiles, missing caulk, etc. The room and lobby had a very distinctive bad Oder. The food at the breakfast bar was poor, I wouldn’t feed my dog with it. We had to ask for clean towels everyday. The carpets were very spoiled. If we had not prepared we would have left. This the first time we have had such a bad experience at La Quinta so we won’t be risking a stay at any other of the hotel’s properties.

    We there to help our daughter to move for college. The rooms were neat and clean as well as the rest of the property. Staff was very nice. Breakfast was helpful and filling. I used the work out room once - it was open 24 hours but I didn’t want use the weight machines since it was late and situated next to what I think is a guest room. Modest work out room - no free weights but better than nothing. Pool looked inviting just no time. We’ll stay here again.

    I was initially give a room that had repair work done in the bathroom and had not been cleaned. I went to the desk , said this was not acceptable, they gave me another room which was good. The corridor on the 5th floor, where my room was, seemed to have the heat on, not the A/C. Thankfully, the A/C in the room worked.

    I HAD to check out early, after finding bed bugs on my bed the next morning!!! The staff wasn’t helpful at all! The law is they should wash your clothes for you, they had a fit because I asked for laundry soap! I washed all my clothes and then checked out!

Bell carts are falling apart and front staff do not communicate with each other. Just a place in shambles. TV never connected to Netflix or YouTube so not sure why they are on the remotes. Calling down to lobby is a waste of time as they never answer the phone. Someone needs to put some money and love I to this hotel. The prices are outrageous for such a run down hotel.

    This property is pet-friendly, which is one of the reasons we chose it. The "dog area" was a small patch of grass that was continually over-watered & unusable. Arriving, there was only 1 person tending the desk & help requests! The breakfast was mediocre. We had a King Suite. The layout was great, but sadly needs repairs, remodeling & new furniture, including the bed (mattress was dirty!). The bathroom faucet sprays sideways. The toilet seat (plastic) moved to the left anytime it was sat upon. There was rust dripping from the side of the bathtub & patched work in the tub. The location is GREAT!!

    The property and rooms are quite dated, but it's decent, very clean and charming. Our stay was super comfortable, the beds were amazing. The breakfast was pleasantly surprising, and their coffee was really good. Staff was pretty 'meh' and the property had lots of gravel in the street and sidewalks, sidewalks being lifted up from old tree roots (total trip hazard so be careful at night), lots of dog poop all over the grassy areas and generally sort of neglected feeling, but we didn't stay there to look at the grounds. I would definitely come back here again.

    The location was about the only thing that was good about the hotel. Other than that, everything was terrible. Almost everything in the rooms were either dirty or did not work. The tv did not work. The WiFi did not work. The bathroom toilet was dirty. The refrigerator did not work in our first room so they had to change us to another room, there was no body soap or shampoo in the bathroom. The pull out mattress was a twin size bed. The ice machines did not work. It was a complete nightmare. I will never book with this hotel again. If I could give them a 0 I would.

    Great, great breakfast, hot and tasty, egg styles were different each of the 3 mornings. Our beds were clean n' compfy !! But the good news ends here unfortunately. This hotel is very well 'lived in' and somewhat beat up, its in dire need of a paint job and other body work. The bathroom sink was beat up and the ceiling fan was out. The shower had no floor mat (huge liability issue here) They delivered a new one on the 2nd day and the body wash dispenser was maybe 15% full. I tracked down a maid in the hallway and she didn't have any on her cart, she was out !! She gave me 3 bars of soap. The floor of the elevator was badly scratched and beaten up, was in dire need of attention.

    Staff was very pleasant but only 1 during day and have to wait - she was checking people in and answering phone at same time, I’m surprised she was so pleasant since obviously overworked! Not well kept - dirty at corners on bathroom floor. Rug old. Little things like worn furniture, only 1 usb plug-in in entire room and that was bedside clock. None by desk/ table area.

    Location was good. Close to many shops and restaurants. Felt safe. The bed was comfortable. Building is in need of revamping. There were batteries on the floor and a drink in the fridge from prior guests maybe? Coffee maker didn’t have a tray to work. So many scuffs and smudges on the wall. For $180 a night, it wasn’t worth it.

    This place was an absolute dump. The carpets were old. The door to our room was not fully sealed, you could see most of the way around it to the point that we thought it was open. We found stains and hairs in the linens. It was bad enough that we went and got new sets to see if it was any better. The furniture was stained and creepy. In general this property seems very old and very overdue for a renovation. We found the breakfast to be sketchy and opted to eat on our way to our new hotel. One night was more than plenty. To top it off, when looking for a new hotel for the rest of out stay, it turns out that this one was listed for 100.00 less than we paid. Do what you want, but I would avoid this place like the plague.

    This place is conveniently located to the Peoria sports complex. We were there for spring training. The hotel is very rundown with wallpaper peeling and walls painted with two different paint colors. The vent in our bathroom was boarded over. They charge a lot of money during the six weeks of spring training, but it’s just not worth it. The only positive I can say is that it’s within walking distance of everything we wanted to do. I wish they would spend some of the money repairing the hotel.

    If you have never stayed here before, the key to unlock the door is very tricky. The toilets should be replaced to accommodate older folks who stay here. They are extremely low. The rooms are nice and big and the location is very convenient to the Peoria Sports Complex, shopping and restaurants. The staff was very helpful.

    Entire hotel needs maintenance. Room, elevator, gym, etc. needs paint and deep cleaning. First floor ice machine didn't work and had a sign for guests to travel to second floor for ice. Gym’s main stationary bike did not work. Elevator interior was in need of floor repair and wall/door paint. Our room TV allegedly had Dish TV. We only had about 6 channels available. Front desk rep. apologized and told me to reboot system on back of tv. That did nothing. Nobody available to fix and zero followup. Heater worked first night. Blew cool air only after that. Location was the only positive. Not even close to good for the price paid.

Biggest issue is that we had to get new keys like 3-4 times. One time the desk clerk had to get us into our room as the key she had just made did not work. The interior of the property could use some TLC both appearance and mechanically.

    Location was great, very walkable to stores and restaurants. The hotel needs many updates, our room had a strong urine smell. The bed smelled like urine and the floors did also. The bathtub had patches on it, and needed more permanent repairs. The staff were friendly and check in was easy.

    Booked a pet friendly room. I’m not sure why a hotel would have carpet in a pet friendly room. The smell of urine was unbelievable. Tried to open the window to help but being on a busy street made sleep difficult. Was in room 200 right next to the elevator and unfortunately sounded like a semi truck running through a nitroglycerin plant. Used stairs in fear that elevator was on its last leg. The staff was very friendly, however would not recommend this establishment to anyone.

Once called about it at 1:30 pm. I was told that’s I did not request it and it was too late. Very disappointing. Front desk was rude after that. The TV decided after 10 minutes to shut down the turn back on shut down and turn back on. I was asked at 7:00 pm if we wanted a room change we declined it was a very disappointing stay.

    This was my 2nd stay at this property. The grounds are nice and have real potential, but the pool is inconsistently clean and the hot tub was cold during this most recent visit. The location made me choose this hotel for a second stay, walking distance to Padres/Mariners practice facility for baseball tournaments, but the interior is really outdated to the point of seeming unclean. The room had such an old, musty odor that I had to purchase room fresheners to make it tolerable. Unless the property is updated, I think I'll choose from one of the many other hotels in the vicinity next time.

    The hotel it self was nice, we ended up having a ceiling leak, and it was a broken toilet above our bathroom. it soaked all the clothes on the floor with you know what kind of filthy water. they did move our room, but i thought they would have offered to wash our clothes but that didn't happen. The pool was cold and the hot tub was barely warm, that was a disappointment. also i got charged more than quoated.

    The room we were moved to smelled strongly of smoke, even though the hotel claims to be non-smoking. I have a toddler and a teenager with asthma, and I’m asthmatic too—it was awful. The next morning, the same employee tried to argue with me again about my complaint. And the cherry on top? She said, “Oh, there was a note here that said the room smelled like smoke.” So they knew about the problem and still gave us that room. The room next door was loud all night with yelling and blaring TV, and the front desk brushed it off as “kids,” even though it clearly wasn’t. We only received a refund for the nights we didn’t stay. After the stay, I even had to take my son to the hospital for a breathing treatment. I’ll never stay here again, which is sad because we used to visit this area once or twice a year.

    This is a nice property considering the affordable price. It’s a bit older but the room was nice and spacious, the bed was comfortable, plenty of towels and mist importantly it was very clean. We would stay there again when we need a more affordable choice.

    Room wasn’t the cleanest. There was debris in the ac unit, hair in the bathroom. Lampshade had an obscenity drawn on it along with a huge stain. I tried to not stay too long in the room as I had a plumbing issue at my house and due to an event most hotels were sold out. The event was Charlie Kirk Funeral.

    Breakfast was good and the morning ladies that worked it were very nice. The safety issue that needs to be pointed out is the elevator. The elevator near the front desk in my opinion is unsafe. I reported it to the front desk. Several people I spoke with agreed. The elevator once reaching the 4th floor makes an extremely loud hum and vibrates like it is sticking. You can hear it all the way down to the other end of the long hallway. We stayed for over 3 weeks, and it never got repaired after my pointing it out about the second day. The rooms are average, not bad for the price.

    Could not access WiFi. Toilet was cracked surprised it didn't leak. Mostly clean but everything is old and dinghy. Our room next to elevator on the 3rd floor was ridiculously loud everytime it arrived listened to it ALL night! I refused to get back in that elevator after 1st arriving due to the loud noise sounded like it was going to fail and fall. No privacy lock on the weird double bathroom doors. Good location for what we were in town for but don't think we'd stay there again or recommend to anyone

    Just after checking in we used the elevator to get to the 4th floor where our room was. The elevator got stuck on our floor and the door wouldn’t open. We used the phone to call the front desk and they hung up on us TWICE! Finally my husband was able to pull the door open and there was trash stuck in the tracks which was why it wouldn’t open. Then we get into our room and since it was higher up my husband felt motion of the building and it made him feel sick. I called the front desk to see if they could move us to a lower floor, even downgrade us, and they said “it looks like with your reservation there’s nothing we can do” even though I checked and other rooms were available. So we were stuck with that room and began to unpack and the entire room was dirty. There were crumbs, food pieces, trash and even a pile of animal hair next to our bed. Absolutely disgusting. So we had to clean our entire room before we could even get remotely comfortable. While cleaning we also found black mold on the wall next to our AC unit. To top it off when we went to shower there was NO hot water, not even in the sink. It wasn’t even close to warm. The worst stay I have ever had in a hotel.     We also requested that all the bedding be replaced with fresh sheets, comforters, and pillows, as this seemed to be the source of the unpleasant smell, and requested that the room be refreshed. However, upon our return in the afternoon, no changes had been made. After our third request, the room was finally cleaned. This experience reflected a significant lack of satisfactory customer service.

    Cleaning is on request only. Room signs state every 3rd day but that wasn’t the case. Accessible room for my elderly parent wasn’t a walk in shower. Also, poor shower curtain design meant the floor got wet, which wasn’t safe. The breakfast was great and the person maintaining the area was very helpful and responsive. Other staff were also nice and easy to work with.

    Hotel was dirty and not maintained. They cover the smell of old muggy scent with fragrances throughout all vents. Our tub was clogged and shower head did not work. Doors and walls dirty. Carpet old and dirty. They offer free breakfast from 6 am to 9 am. but was unable to make it before they closed it, so I can’t say how good was. I do Not recommend this hotel.

    Safety/FREE 3rd nite, was not in hotel. REFRIGERATED RX & cell charger not in packed luggage. RX WAS in special zip case with 2 freezer packs, was in dbrand new. Clothing hastily & uncaringly packed with shoes next to clean clothes. There was "Delicate clothing" not deated well but haphazardly put in suitcase without care for silk & linen. There was tissue paper for clothing & plastic bags to prevent damage & soiling. Ice machine not working on my floor & snack machines w/o healthy choices. No dining or room service. NO help or referral for dining off site. Room large & spacious. No reimbursement olxor claim forms for missing personal ltems.

    The hotel was sub-par at best. Very run down, elevator and hallways to hotel rooms were not air conditioned. The staff at check in gave no direction as to using the key card to access certain hotel rooms. No directions given on how to use the air conditioner in the hotel room. The elevator was old and scary. The pool towels provided by the hotel were the size of a large hand towel. The beds were very firm and super uncomfortable.

    I arrived earlier than expected and when I tried to check in it was a $25 early check in fee. On the first day, no pool. On the third day no hot water, Management said it would be fixed by morning. 4th day, still no hot water, again management said by morning. 5th day still no hot water and the pool was closed, no offer to move to another hotel. Management kept saying the hot water was going to be fixed, idiot me believed them. At 8pm the last I stayed there they offered me a a room in a sister hotel, I only had about 9 hours left before I had to bet on the plane home. And again, Management said the hour water was going to be fixed by morning. NOPE! They didn't even offer to compensate me for my patience. I'm glad I was visiting family and they had a shower.

    The overall condition of the hotel was just okay—not terrible, but definitely nothing special. The biggest issue was there was no hot water during my stay, which made things really uncomfortable. It’s a basic expectation, and I was disappointed that it wasn’t working. Staff wasn’t rude, but also didn’t offer much help or a solution. Wouldn’t stay here again unless improvements are made.

    We have stayed here before withva good experience. We needed to stay this time due to the A/C being out at our house. We woke up to a power outage that lasted most of the morning. We werent notified by staff and had to seek out answers. I understand things happen and we can deal but no notification, no explanation as to what may be getting done and no offer of any type of compensation or apology for the inconvenience. We were getting notifications through text and email to do a precheckout 3 hours before checkout time though. Apparently that system was working fine.

    Our stay was OK, our booking was a mess. First over booked, booked 2 rooms when only requested 1 room. Clerk declined to help stating I must return to the booking agency. After half an hour agency said all is straightened out. Clerk declined to look at the reservation on my phone. I finally received access. That was Friday, card still shows two rooms instead of one on charges on Tuesday.

    I went to the front desk and she offered another room. No bugs detected but the mattress was filthy. Showed her the photo of it and her response was “I don’t work in housekeeping”.     I have used Hotel.com for several years and trusted and relied on their bookings, at times I have had to cancel, fortunately their systems worked those times. In this case their lack of contact numbers or availability for a plan B or plan C cancelation method has cost me a few hundred dollars, since the actual Hotel showed promise of being helpful had Hotel.com not been involved, this would not have been an issue. I have learned my lesson from the lack of support. I would have much rather sent this to a customer service agent, email support seems absent from the site

    We stayed for 5 days and the hot breakfast (eggs, sausage, bacon, potatoes & biscuits and gravy) was different every day for variety! The staff were friendly however when we asked for a scenic drive in the area the front desk gal could not help us with local sites. Our room door key failed us a few times (despite us being vigilant on where we placed the key in our purses, no electronics) plus the door was a little tricky to open. Housekeeping came only once upon request, which I believe was the deal with housekeeping. The hotel served us well for the location and the restaurants in the area were very good! I would recommend this hotel.
