Had multiple issues with the electronic lock before being put into a different room. Staff was helpful to resolve it. Seems as though details while under construction were missed. Doors didnt align, tile work in the bathroomlooked like crap. Just a little shotty

The hotel was under a much needed renovation. First room had no running water for a shower. Moved late in evening. Refrigerator didn’t work. Peeling wall paper. Dingy overall appearance. Wouldn’t let us cancel reservation. DO NOT go there.

My family and I stayed there for a night, and we enjoyed our stay there. The hotel is conveniently located. It offered a variety of breakfast items, and the cost per night was very reasonable.

Everything was nice! Except the pool area.

Staff was very friendly and courteous. The breakfast had a nice assortment of hot meals, and snacks. It would have been nice had they opened at 6 am instead of 630 am. The only disappointment was that the website implied that a coffeemaker would be provided in the room. There was none. I did not mention this to the staff since I had brought my own, and everything else worked out fine.

The room was spotless and in great shape. The check in was kind of mediocre but check out was very cheerful and helpful. The property overall is meticulously maintained.

Overall we had a good stay for the one night we were there. The room was clean and the property was nice. Breakfast was good. The staff was very kind and allowed us to check in a little early. The only complaint is that our AC was pretty noisy but worked nonetheless.

Handicap room was on the small size. The bathroom door opened back against the bed so maneuvering a wheelchair with leg supports was tricky but manageable. We didn’t utilize the breakfast offered but those who did seemed to be enjoying the variety served.

Good morning I just got a comment about this hotel when I did the check in they never mentioned me they gave me a handycap room and shower and I’m very upset about this issue

Excellent Experience and good price.

The breakfast area was full of trash. Just heaping over the garbage cans onto the counter. Hardly any food at 8am. The workers just stood there and made themselves a cup of coffee while there was no food and the garbages over flowingly. I would add the picture I took if it lets me.

The breakfast menu was good, I usually dont like sasuages from places that arent at home but they were my favorite. The pancake machine was cool but i never tried them, and the juice was excellent. The staff always had a smile and tried to help with whatever was asked. Great service would definitely recommend for a solo traveler.

Best part was the breakfast and coffee set up. Next best part was the shower pressure. Overall, it was not vey clean, lots of maintenance issues, and rooms are VERY loud due to proximity to Bell Rd and the 101 (we had to go buy a fan (they didn't have any for us to use) to block out the traffic noise). The window coverings allow lots of light in when closed, which made sleeping tough (street lights, sun, headlights, etc.). Staff seemed nice and helpful, but overall this is a pretty low-rent place, even for an Express.

The room itself looked older but it was very clean. Staff was friendly and professional. The biggest concern was that there was a back parking lot with a rear entrance. The rear entrance opened into the stairwell and also the lobby. The door to the back entrance was supposed to be locked and operable by the room key but did not shut completely. As a result, this back entrance was always open and unlocked, creating a safety and security risk. Otherwise, everything was great.

Not enough parking in the front

The staff was very friendly The rooms were very dirty and outdated. Our chair was broken and the tv was very muffled The shower handle was backwards and didn’t dispense cold/hot water efficiently. It was extreme to extreme Elevator was broken so stairs only Ice machine broken The room had a very weird smell as well I won’t be staying at this location in the future. Thank you!

I needed a quick overnight because of a plane delay. The manager was waiting for me to come. He said he had been expecting me? The facilities were a bit dated. But very clean and comfortable. My experience was much better than I expected for a last minute booking.

Oh and the on-site laundry is just one washer and dryer that aren’t in great condition. Fine if you’re in a pinch, but not amazing.

Ez check-in, w/friendly staff (who also provided a courtesy toothpaste on request). Great buffet selection. All in all, precisely what one would expect for a reasonable price. Not luxe, but not lacking in any necessary area. I find IHG properties in general to be this way.

We had a an enjoyable stay at this hotel. Friendly staff at front desk (as well as Housekeeping staff) good parking spaces, right next door to a restaurant but most importantly a CLEAN ROOM. The first thing I check when staying in a hotel is a clean bed. The room included a microwave, keurig, a safe and a fridge in room. Next time we’re in town we plan on staying here again. We did not take advantage of the free breakfast as we preferred to sleep in.

Property was great, our only issues with it were the sink faucets are way too short and make a mess on the counter each time you use & the fan is always on when you turn the bathroom light on so it makes a fair bit of noise for the neighbors.

Property is dated and needs to be upgraded. The rooms are comfortable but you can hear everything through walls. There were some blood stains inside bathroom wall, shower curtain was old and torn and there was a bunch of hair on the carpet. Check in was easy, location is safe to be around.

Since my stay included 5 days - 4 mornings, my suggestion would be to VARY the breakfast menu. Everything was presented well, tasted great, but I would have liked hard boiled eggs as an option. That being said, I had a protein filled meal.

Beds however, this is the first HIE ive stayed in wherd the beds were not exceptional, the the HIE price point. The property is clearly a much older location, yet thats easy to look past if and when you can get into bed and know a great night sleep is ahead. But not here. Both the queen beds were fulls, and both sagged so bad my back was a wreck by morning.

One of the reasons I chose this property was the pool. The pool was quite cold with lots of dead bugs.

Really nothing bad about the property. It's a function of the age of the HVAC units in the room. Extremely loud especially given it was running constantly because of the extreme temperatures.

Pool was a mess and not open one day. Lounges torn. Handrail broken. Too expensive for the quality of the hotel and amenities.

We didn't use the laundry service, and air conditioning worked well. Staff were great!

The first room was water-damaged and has not been cleaned. There were skid marks in the toilet, which was unacceptable. The room they moved me to for the second night was cleaner, but still disgusting, and had mold on the sink. I will not stay at this location ever again. I am especially upset that the two-night stay cost over $400.

Enjoyed my breakfast. However just one thing that my husband did not like was there was no container to bring milk back with him to our room for his cereal. I do have to gripe about the noise we hear when the other rooms use thier bathroom or shower. It literally sounds like they are in our bathroom. the bathroom flush is audible from our room and it even gurlges in our sink when they are using the sink in the other room.

Overall the property was outstanding. Would have gave 5 stars but out TV didn’t work in the room.

We didn’t have hot water for 2 days. The Television was so glitchy on so many channels. Property had a weird sewer smell with cigarette.

Room was clean and designed in an efficient yet also comfortable manner.The shower had good water pressure with all the soaps and lotions provided. The breakfast had all the fixings of a "continental" while also being timely stocked. In the back, the hotel is adjacent to a bike path and is within a half mile to many popular stores and places to eat. The only real ding was the broken toe straps on the exercise cycle in the fitness room. It all added up to a pleasant stay.

Room was clean but they didnt make bed when they serviced it. Also the water pipes above our room and in the walls was so loud, we heard it all night long. The window shades were broken and wouldn't stay down. The breakfast was good.

The room was comfy and clean enough. The front desk people were friendly and helpful. The only real complaint was the free breakfast if you can complain about free breakfast. The potatoes were dry and lacked any flavor or seasoning. I looked for ketchup, didn't see any and confirmed with the hotel employee staffing breakfast that they did not have ketchup. The scrambled eggs were fine. Muffins were hard and stale. All of the bananas were very green and not edible. Unfortunately you could not read the expiration dates on the yogurt so I didn't eat that either. Best part was the coffee.

Seem like it needs a remodel- the ac was turned down to 66 degrees and the room was stuffy and humid. Not super hot outside either. Lighting in the room was poor - and night light at sink was so bright it lit the room all night and could not turn off

I'm glad there wasn't a fire else I'd be dead. The fire alarm was completely missing, just bare wires. Also, the bedside lamp had no bulb in it. Otherwise, the room was clean, bed was comfy, the shower was hot, breakfast was great, and the staff was friendly.

On the second day, room cleaned-bed NOT MADE. Back door of motel was never locked- didn’t need to use card key Junked cars parked in back of motel-thinking they might have been vandalized.

Staff was very friendly, but breakfast was so-so. Juice was 80%water. Bed was comfortable, but hotel has an older feel. The worst part about the stay was the odor of the room. Had an awful musty smell. Had to sleep with window open so we could get some fresh air through there.

This is our second time staying at this facility! Came back because it was clean, friendly and safe. We had an issue with the toilet not flushing properly but staff came and fixed it immediately for a “quick fix” and then sent another person up the next morning to do the “real fix”! Staff were friendly and very accommodating! We will definitely stay again when we are in the area traveling. The walkway that runs because the facility was very nice! We enjoyed our walk!

Our room had a tub that backed up to our ankles. The air conditioner sounded like a flute playing all night. Extremely loud. They switched us rooms for the second night. Towels felt and looked like Super 8 towels.

Property - a little disappointed. The back door doesn't lock at night so anyone can just walk in. The bathroom by the pool is a storage closet. The breakfast is great but when you stay a week, it doesn't change from day to day. Other Holiday Inn's alternate their breakfast so there is a variety.

The front desk staff was terrific. The room was ok but the Tv had such a weak signal that I couldn’t use it. Plus there were two remotes and had to change hdmi to watch. So frustrating- called twice and they were supposed to get someone in to fix it but never heard back. Also hotel itself not very clean.

Check-in was a breeze. We were able to check-in a little earlier for an evening wedding we went to. Staff were super nice! Definitely would recommend!

The Room was a nice size with a large dressing room and. Vanity/ sink area. The beds were very comfortable. We liked the breakfast each morning and appreciated the friendly and helpful staff. Fees were very reasonable.

The bed was comfortable and the front desk personal was friendly. The room itself was okay however, there was a dampness about it after running the A/C. The breakfast area was clean and the food selections were the same every day. The 2nd floor laundry left little to be desired and the dryer failed to dry anything, I had to hang clothes in the room that were still damp the next morning. This hotel is adjacent to the Cracker Barrel restaurant and Loop 101.

I needed a place to stay because my air conditioner wasn't working properly. The shower toilet area smelled sewer-like so I pretty much kept the fan going. The bed was very comfortable. I tried to make some coffee, and the coffee maker wouldn't even turn on. I did let the front desk know. I know that there was a card with a QR code, but it would be nice to actual have a card that states the amenities. I did go to the pool. When the kid occupants left the pool, I was able to enjoy the water. The breakfast each morning was very nice. The sink area could be brighter. It made it harder to see applying makeup.

Overall very happy with this property. What puts it ahead of other places I've stayed on the area is the staff. They are the ones who set it apart by extending themselves. Off the top of my head, Riana and Carlos did a fantastic job and catered to our individual requests while doing their specific jobs and duties.

I was a bit disappointed in the room. My AC went out at my home so we grabbed a room at this location. The room was very average and had cracked tile baseboards. Some were even missing. The TV situation is a bit wanting. There isnt a way to use netflix or stream to the tv as the TV isnt a smart tv and only has basic coax tv. The mini fridge was pulled rom the wall and isnt secured well. If you open the door to the fridge it slides int the hallway. maybe some casters would help secure it in place. Just a very midiocre stay for a motel and not worth the price. On a positive. The staff was very nice and responsive.

Staff was very friendly. Room appeared clean, and house keeping did great when they came around. Main issue with the hotel was the smell in the room we stayed in - it had a wet dirty towel smell that never went away. Also, noticed that the ice from the ice machine had brown flecks in it so I was hesitant to use it for anything other than putting in my cooler, and the housekeeping came at very irregular times (they were great when they came by). Overall a nice stay, and we were able to book a room last minute and stay for several days.
