The staff was great. Rooms were very spacious. We had a 2 bedroom suite, with a full kitchen. Rooms were mostly clean. We really like the fact that it was like a little apartment. It was nice to have the extra room since we were there almost a week. I always wipe down frequently touched areas when we stay places before we bring our stuff in. I could see a few places that needed it for sure, but mostly overall, it was pretty clean. The only thing that could have made the rooms better would be a balcony.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good with plenty of choices. The only downfall was the very uncomfortable sofa bed.

I also liked that it was close to Pensacola Christian College which is where my son graduated from Abeka Home School. I was very please with the breakfast. There was a variety of choices, the food was fresh and hot, and it was organized to easily serve yourself. I can not think of anything that could make the stay better. The staff was friendly, professional, and very accomadating. I was pleasantly surprised that the hotel was pet friendly. Both staff and guests made your pets feel welcome. There were pet waste stations for easy cleanup outside.

Everyone was helpful, we enjoyed our stay.

The property is beautiful and well kept The lobby was inviting. The room was clean and kitchen was stocked with necessities like dishes and pans. The staff was helpful. Loved the oatmeal bar for breakfast!! We will definitely stay here again.

Older Town Place. Entry needs updating as difficult getting in with luggage. Staff was excellent. Breakfast was OK but less than in other Town Places

It was nice! Thank god my room was ready so I was able to check in on time. Staff was nice and sweet. Amenities were great as well. I wish the pool was open a bit longer in the night (10 pm)but apparently one incident ruins the fun for everyone else haha. Property was clean over all. The rooms are just a bit smaller than we intended but it was cozy. Breakfast was awesome. I had bagels, oatmeal, scrambled eggs with sausage and they had egg white frittata! Soo good. I do wish they had a bigger breakfast dining area but other than that, our stay was nice.

Room was pretty clean. Definitely had a problem that i could hear footsteps from the room above. I would try and get a room on the fourth floor if I stayed there again in the future. Breakfast was ok except for the waffles. Had chunks of sugar mixed in the batter or something, but it was terrible. Not worth the money spent.

Upon entry into our room it smelled of urine. The floors in the bathroom need to be taken up or they weren’t cleaned. Housekeeping came to clean the floors our first night. My partner pointed out black spots on the ceiling that he thought was mold. I also made the front desk aware of this. There was a light out in the bedroom as well. The mattress in the pullout couch in the living room is severely old and should be replaced. Overall, it was only a one night stay - but I wouldn’t return for a longer stay unless some updates were made.

Staff was wonderful, quickly helped us change rooms when we were in a room that was right next to the elevator. Was there for a wedding so very understanding and helpful in getting us quickly moved. The property itself is a little dated, but very clean. The second room we were in was updated. Gigi, the manager was wonderful.

Our stay was great from the start,breakfast was great,staff was awesome!! Room was clean and stocked,linen was clean,no dirty spots...just needed 2 extra pillows and they was comfortable

We didnt stay for breakfast, room was very clean as well as bathroom. Very friendly staff!! Excellent stay! My only small complaint the room did have a small odor but after i sprayed my perfume in the air it helped alot.

This place was amazing! Gigi from front desk was absolutely wonderful! She was not only helpful with finding great restaurants and places to see in Pensacola but she was truly one of the nicest people I have met! The whole staff both morning and evening were friendly and personable during my stay. Her and the staff's hospitality was something I truly appreciated and look forward to coming back.

Manager attitude is very poor. Housekeeping walked in on me AFTER I requested no services. Upon entering housekeeping did NOT knock. The housekeeper told on herself to the manager and she apologized. The next morning the GM told me she don’t appreciate me accusing her housekeeper for walking in on me as if I was lying. My privacy was invaded as well as the racist GM cussed at me and told me to get out! I will be reporting her to the owner and I inform you all DO NOT STAY HERE!!!! Very unprofessional !

The manager called and spoke to me directly to help me find a room that was wheelchair accessible. We were so impressed by their impeccable customer service! Nice place, but the breakfast is terrible, fake eggs, the lady serving used her bare hand to fill the waffle container without wearing gloves .. the other part of the stay was good…

Complained on check out that toilet seat was needing fixed as it came down when I was doing urine & hurt me , not needing Doctor or hospital but it was sore at time.

Most of the staff, at least the front desk staff was excellent. Raveen and Kenneth were always willing to help and cared very much. The lady at breakfast was a little bit rude but breakfast was done very well. Crystal, the head housekeeper was also very willing to help

Best overall in a long time

The property was pretty nice and felt safe. The location of this hotel was perfect for us. There were just a couple of things that I think could be changed. The room layout was a little odd with having the bed right next to the bathroom, and the queen size bed seemed small for two people. The breakfast was okay. There were plenty of varieties to choose from.

Our stay was excellent.

This was our second time in one week to stay here, our first two bedroom we had a few days ago was excellent. This time the room was not as nice and when we used the pull out the bedding from previous people was still in the pull out and it was dirty. They quickly fixed it. Still the pullout was not comfortable at all! Sleeping on springs basically. We did bring an air mattress. Next time we will not plan for the pullout as an option to sleep on.

We needed a place to stay at the last minute with our dog. Every staff member that we encountered from check-in to check-out was friendly and accommodating. The nearby shopping center and kitchenette made it easy to eat in the room and the outdoor patio was perfect for breakfast.

This was perfect for our family of 6, we love the two bedroom that had a small living and kitchenette area. We already booked to stay here again. Very friendly and kind staff.

The shower lining had mold on it. Other than that, it was a solid hotel.

Super spacious and lovely suite! There’s no heater. Only concern was mold underneath the sofa bed mattress (we’re assuming from the cold) and the couch smelled like urine in one specific spot. Other than that the room was very clean! Enjoyed the area that it was in, lots of food, drinks, and was a short walk to the beach.

The hotel was nice. It just started a renovation the day we checked in. My only complaint is there was no room service. When we asked for more wash clothes, there were none available. All I ever really want when I stay at a hotel is for fresh towels daily.

The room was nice and updated! I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The front desk staff were very professional! When I checked in Lee was very courteous and knowledgeable. Upon checking out Mrs. GiGi was very courteous as well. And I commend Kenneth the house keeping supervisor for making sure the rooms are up to part! This was our second time staying and definitely won’t be the last!

The staff was nice but the room wasn't clean and needed a lot of work. It doesn't seem like they prioritize keeping up with the rooms. The floor looked like it hadn't been vacuumed in weeks, the ceiling in the bathroom is falling apart, the light fixture in the bathroom is rusted horribly, the sofa and ottoman are dirty and have stains, there's a hole in the a/c unit and electrical tape holding the door together for the a/c settings, etc.

Our stay was for one night for medical purposes. Brother had partial corneal transplant at Sacred Heart. And with next day follow up. Live in Lynn Haven Fl. 2 1/2 hours away. Excellent staff at the front desk very friendly, kind , and helpful.

overall, room setting is normal and good enough. one uncomfortable point was poor drain of sink.

Great place to stay

This Townplace Suites is a little less kept than others I have stayed at. The lobby area, breakfast area, outdoor seating, and pool area is very small and cramped. In some spots you have to wait for the other person to walk down the hallway before you can. Someone working in reception seems to keep personal belongings strewn about, and many semi potted plants they are trying to grow, like you would do at home, and they look messy. There was a loud carpet dryer going 24 hours a day in the only breakfast seating area (which is really a hallway were they crammed about 4 tables against the walls), and you couldn't have conversation while eating... and feeling like your food was being blown with dirty bits from the carpet blower. The host making the food was friendly and did a good job with the resources she was given. There was hot and cold food that was pretty good and seemed freshly made. We were excited that there were two tables outside, hoping to sit there, but the mosquitos attacked us, unfortunately. And we did not have a table of any kind in our room, that is why we had to sit in the strange hallway seating area. Our room did have a kitchenette with a few dishes and big refrigerator, which was nice. However the room was SO small, we had to take turns walking around. The bathroom was clean. The AC was ok. All in all, I have been to nice Towneplace suites, and the photos online look good, but this particular location is a "no" unless you are desperate.

The service was great. The hotel suite was a decent size; however, there was leftover trash in my room. Also, there was a half eaten breakfast sandwich in the microwave. The sofa bed mattress has brown rust like dust under it and the top of it had multiple stains. The breakfast was not that great either. I’m only giving this hotel a 2 because of the location and the customer service at the front desk.

The only problem was the toilet wouldn’t stop running but I closed the door and I slept with the tv on to help with the quiet to it drowned the sound out.

Roomed smelled terrible. Everything worn and dated. bathroom black mold on ceiling fixtures rusted. Bed as hard as concrete. Breakfest was terrible the first morning, the second morning non existent, waited till 7:05am nothing came out.Staff was great ,but you can only do so much.

Room smelled like wet dog. We told them and gave us some spray but didn’t work, just had to deal with it. They let dogs go in any room and don’t have any rooms marked as no dogs. If going to allow dogs, need no carpet bc I hold smells. Exhaust fan in bathroom did not work. No toilet paper or body wash first night so had to ask for it. Food was pretty good but don’t have gluten free cereal or bread.

We had a two bedroom with a pullout sofa in living room, beds were comfy pullout not so much had a 3 inch matress. Full kitchen fridge/freezer, electric stove with oven, microwave, dishwasher, even garbage disposal! 3 tvs one in every room! Large table against the wall with 3 chairs to utilize, oh and a casual plush chair we didnt use. Breakfast consisted of scrambled eggs, either sausage or bacon on the day, waffles or egg muffin sandwiches and a quiche. Oatmeal with 8 choices of toppings, 2 types of muffins blueberry or cinnamon strudel, bagels, cereal, apple or orange juice plus some other choices. Staff was helpful and courteous talkative. Location is PRIME! Shopping, food, entertainment is seconds away. Beach and NAS (naval aviation station) 20 minute drive. Overall it was a great 3 night stay for less than $800 it didnt have the view or any scenery as the condos, but makes up for it in convenience

Very clean room. It was comfortable and the front desk staff and manager were very friendly and conversational. I felt welcomed. I chose this location based on the ratings and it did not disappoint. Breakfast was good too. I will stay here again on my way back home.

I was double billed once by Expedia and once by TownePlace suites - not worth the price. Room arkwardly set up.TV next to bed and not across, No place for luggage but on couch.

room is small and compacted. but it is in unit way. it is remind me back when i was in college dome. From the scall 1-10. I give it a 7 because the carpet little worn out.

Checked in hotel. It was much older and has not been not renovated. Nice Man rode elevator with us. He Got off on same floor as us and looked suspicious, like it wasn’t his floor. He knocked on a door like he was going to a room, but never called a name and never went in, he just hung out in the hall and kept watching us and taking notice of our room number. We went in the room, told front desk…they were very nice and said they would check it out, but the man disappeared. Being two females traveling alone, we decided not to stay in this hotel. We didn’t get our money back, but we didn’t feel safe. Not a great area!

This was the best hotel of five that we have stayed in on this trip. We really liked the two bedroom suite.

There are NO usb plugs. I had to go off property and buy one. Silverware was dirty. There was no answer when I called the front desk several times regarding the usb situation. There was a dirty wash cloth hanging on the shower rod.

Unfortunately, wife found quick moving roaches in room next day, and we were moved then to a fourth room that was clean, but the window was broke...wouldnt stay open. Staff was so friendly and accomadating and helpful. Unfortunately, probably wont stay there again with the other issues. Mainly the bugs.

My top 3 complaints are the horrendous smell (dank), very outdated, and stains in several areas. Eventhough the room was tidy I found stains from food splatters, filth on light switches and baseboards, and scuff marks on doors and walls. The furniture/some of the appliances definitely need replacing. After finding a stain on a wash towel I decided to leave and shower at home. The staff was nice however.

Easy access

Nice and easy stay.

Ideally located for easy access to beaches, highways, dining, shopping etc. The full kitchenette made it easy for coffee, teas meals and the friendly staff for making the stay very comfortable. The complimentary breakfasts and all day coffee made life a breeze. Thanks for everything, manager Kathy ensured that we were quite comfortable with everything. The exercise room was just what we needed also. Big Thank You again to management and teams.
