I regret for staying here. I smelled Marijuana everywhere I went there.the room smelled old, I will never stay here again. I rather pay little more and staying somewhere else clean and safe.

Not a great value for what you’re paying. Rooms are very plain and missing essential items like an alarm clock. Some stains on the sheets and carpet. Shower soaps and washes come in plastic packages and can be tricky to open. Location was convenient off the highway and lots of open parking. Large deposit you pay when checking in.

Mattress are good There were roaches in the rooms. Even after changing our original room and the receptionist assuring that there's no any in our new room, there were bunch of them all over. Also there were stains on the bed sheet and the carpet was so dirty that we had to walk in shoes in our room

When we answered they said they got a call about screaming coming specifically from our room. The police explained this is a drug hotel marketed as a cheap hotel for a family on vacation. The cop stated they make arrests there often. I went to the front desk to complain and cancel my next day reservation and was met with they were unable to modify the reservation due to booking through a third party site. I had to spend $100 i was not planning on spending to get a different hotel because we did not feel safe staying another night there. There were stains on the floor, and sheets. Room did not include a trashcan.

The day staff was excellent and very accommodating. But, a pool was advertised and there wasn't one, as well as any type of breakfast: there was none. The snack vending machine was broken entire time. The floors would make my feet black when walking barefoot: the cleaner did come promptly the first day of my request to clean it, but it wasn't adequate: put a few sprays and mopped. Seems this dirt has been around a long time and not adequately cleaned for a long time. Maintenance was awesome: very fast to respond for a broken fridge and very nice. Night shift front desk definitely had some attitude problems and rude. Totally different from day staff. We were there 8 nights on day 5 I asked for a cleaning but as of checking out on day 9, never happened. The laundry and outdoor staff pretty noisy before 9am carts rolling by several times and employees conversating outside the room which could be clearly heard and leaf blowing outside the rooms at 8am. Sketchy area. It was something that if had been $50 a night would have been sufficient (get what you pay for) but not at $65+ nightly. It's not a awful place to stay: pretty clean overall no bugs in the room and you can tell pride of ownership but, not the best area and not worth over $50/night in my opinion.

Location I went to this hotel with my two children and there’s no coffee pot in the room. There is a loud machine. I don’t know what it is, but it sits up in the back corner and it’s constantly going and the worst part of it all drug deals are made in the motel parking lot.

Good value. Great location. Not knowing it housed a transient population. I would not have booked two separate non-refundable weekends. The bathrooms towels were cheap and stained…gross. The room was clean enough, but there was a bug in the bathroom of room 108.

The door took several minutes to open, it didn't want to read the card. I was told that it was just an old hotel. The microwave wouldn't work in the room. The water pressure was so weak it took my fiancee forever to get the shampoo out of her hair.

The location The rooms were not the best and some of the weekend staff was not friendly at all. The linen’s were full of hair and we had stained sheets the first night. We were told no room service on the weekends… but it was Friday. It was not a pleasant stay.

was very old base boards and tiles cracked holes and crumbling. refrigerator was so iced up it would not close. and they had no comforter just a blanket. had to pay a 100 deposit. and sign a sheet of paper with a whole list of things that would forfeit your deposit for incidentals old out dated not in a good area and the fact that you had to sign a paper that was obviously issues that they have in the past. like stained sheets cops called ect. made me very nervous since I was traveling alone

Terrible The attitude of staff at check in. "non-compliant". Very noisy and sheets where dirty, TV did not work. Staff at front desk did not even try to accommodate at all! I do repeat "non-compliant" JDGAF My stay was terrible!

The door key was a pain, but it was clean and had fairly nice furniture that is modern with cool blue floors. The staff was friendly and professional. Nice size tv with microwave and fridge. We will definitely stay again if we need a local place, and refer our friends and family when they come to Pensacola for a visit!

I have NOT received it back! Had these noticeable stains on our blankets. None of our towels were clean and had pubes and hair on them. Asked for more towels cuz we ran out and was only given a single towel (!!). Overall, DO NOT recommend

This place, was awesome. I'm disabled. And finding hotels that will accommodate you is hard . I have mobility issues, trouble getting to the bathroom, trouble loading my truck back up. This staff went out of their way, helped me into my room multiple times, took my luggage to my truck for me, gave me clean towels and linens when the toilet basically exploded all over in a huge mess. Even brought a new key to me so I didn't have to go to the lobby. These people are seriously wonderful. I mean that. It's terrible living with a disability and having issues like I do and then when simple stuff like a toilet backing up happens and you can't stop it.. the staff here is amazing... 10 stars

The hotel is a bit old, but it was comfortable and met our needs. The bed was cozy, the bathroom was clean, and the big TV was a nice touch. The staff was very attentive, and the location was convenient, close to the airport. A practical choice for staying in Pensacola.

Check-in was easy, location was easily accessible, room was clean. Did not have a shower curtain but they brought one right up. The one thing I did not like was how hard the bed was. But for a weekend stay, it was overall not bad at all.

But, if the deposit can only be made in cash, surely there should be some kind of notice, warning or something in the location details or itinerary information. I shouldn’t find out that my non refundable room booking requires a CASH damage deposit at the lobby desk!

The sink faucet handle came off when I tried to turn it on, microwave didn’t work, no bedside lights, only two fluorescent tube lights high on walls, shower very weak and tub didn’t drain. The room looked very sterile and unwelcoming. At least the refrigerator and tv worked.

Gun shots all night. They don’t clean the room during your stay.

Wife was at West Florida hospital. Sweet Sleep Inn provided me a perfect place to keep close during her stay. Clean, quiet, close to dining, and at a good price. Good A/C and hot showers. Staff was kind and very professional accomodating several extensions of my stay. Thank you for providing a home base during a stressful time!

Perfect for the price!

First room we got smelled really musty with carpet, we asked for a different room with was better but the deadbolt on the door would lock and we felt a little unsafe. I was also worried about my truck getting broken into since there was several signs stating to protect your belongings and they are not responsible. Maybe they should have an on duty security guard!

The only thing that they can do better is the smell of the room! The rest can’t complain!

The room was checked every day, but the bed was not made for the last 3 days. The towels were replaced 6 of 7 days. The bath mat was taken on the 4th day and never returned.

What one would expect for the price. Fully funtional for short overnight stay when on the road. No perks but clean.

The place was quiet and the room was great. I have stayed there last year so I looked for the hotel. This year. I would have not stayed there by myself.

Stay was comfortable & quiet. Every time we came back to the room , we had fresh towels and trash taken out .

The rules were super clean. The staff were nice. There was easy parking.

The room was uncomfortable. The atmosphere was uncomfortable. Our room door looked like someone had broke into the room sometime. The first morning we were there, we was outside the room and was approached by some shady dude asking a lot of questions. He had walked over from a different motel in the area. Just a bad room and bad area. Won’t stay again.

The staff was very polite.The rooms were very clean and pleasant.It was very cozy... And the prices are decent.... This is a hotel I would return to... And recommend....

I chose this hotel after having a terrible encounter at another hotel. The staff at this hotel was super friendly, helpful and very concerned with making sure my stay there was what I deserved and wanted. I will definitely be back.

Appears to have been recently remodeled and has updates like tile flooring by the sink and bathroom. Had a nice large high definition TV with several options. Had a working refrigerator and microwave. The room had a comfortable king bed. Overall very clean. The first room we had the a/c wasn't cooling so we called and maintenance immediately came up. Checked it and agreed it wasn't cooling. We moved next door and the room was good except no hair dryer. We called and maintenance immediately came up and installed one. There were no pictures on the walls and no chair or small table. A desk and rolling chair were in the room. No luggage rack holder so we used the top of the desk. No coffee except in the lobby. Staff we met were prompt, kind and friendly. Reasonably priced. Would stay again.

Floors were really dirty and the main light of the room was too bright. There are no smaller lights I could’ve used instead.

It was cheap so I got what I paid for, room smelled like bleach as soon as we walked in, despite checking in 3 hours late. pillows were comfortable and overall was a decent place to lay my head.

Found that if I want a 1st floor handicap I need to request it when booking my reservation.

Staff member Tash is amazing and ALWAYS so inviting. When I walked in, she knew me by name. This was my second time seeing her. Housekeeping staff is ALWAYS kind and helpful. I had a small request and they IMMEDIATELY responded with an answer/solution.

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. My room was clean, staff was very helpful and knowledgeable; good customer service. Housekeeping was respectful, kind, courteous and helpful. I love the coed team of workers. The men were very helpful to the ladies (like old times), to get the work accomplished.

Some staff was friendly while other had attitudes like they didnt wanna be there

Even though this property is not viewed/recognized by many as a top notch facility, I really enjoy it here. I have stayed many times over the last two years and it has always been extremely clean, both inside and out. The staff takes pride in their building and what they do. They are always pleasant and readily available.

Light skin guy at the front had a nasty attitude... idk he just seemed off... other then that everything was okay just the little attitude always throws people off, especially if you try and be nice and someone is nasty....

I booked a prepaid room through Expedia. I was surprised that a credit card deposit is require to checkin. Only one channel works on the TV (Freeform). No other options exist Wifi wasn't working

At my arrival and going to my room I was very intimidated by the presence of a man which prompted me to go back to the front desk. They assured me that he lives in the hotel and has this “type” of behavior

Sink was clogged and would not drain, toilet wouldn’t flush, had to remove top to manually flush it

You can wonder a little bit about the area, but the property is weary well maintained and clean.

The area seemed alittle sketchy. The room was clean, bed comfortable.

Friendly staff

We stayed here for 3 days and it was very calm. Nothing fancy but comfortable. For the price you get what you pay for. Really recommend. 20 minutes from the beach and its around a lot of restaurants.
