The air in the room has a musty/moldy smell. The screen in the AC was clear. Not sure what was causing the odor. There was sand/grit on the floor. Asked the desk employee for more towels and didn't get any. The shower control let about half of the water stream run out the tub. The beds were ok and appeared to be clean. I chose this place because reviewers indicated that the rooms at the property were being renovated/updated. I didn't get one of those rooms. Stayed for two nights and got by but that was it. It was quiet overnight both nights which were a Friday and a Saturday. There is a McDonald's next door and a Wendy's serving breakfast on the other side of the McDonalds. There is a Subaru dealership on the other side. You can walk to get something if either of these restaurants work for you.

The room was not like the pictures on the site. There was no hot water the refrigerator didn't work and it had water mold and slices of cheese at the bottom the sheets was nasty the mirror had never been cleaned it had toothpaste splatter the bathtub was dirty floors were dirty toilet didn't work would not flush. We just had to leave and get another room

Lock at top of door was gone, beds were so uncomfortable, they show one picture of a tub and its a jacuzzi tub and they only have one room that has it but they purposely dont show any other type of tub so that you assume all the rooms has a jacuzzi tub when the DO NOT.

My only complaint is that the ice machine did not work, and the room keys gave me a hard time. The rooms were very comfortable and upgraded. I would stay here again.

Bed was super uncomfortable. For a king bed it should have more then 2 dusty crusty pillows and the WiFi was absolutely the worst most pathetic internet service I have by farrrrrrrr ever experienced. The ac unit had a huge hole showing the outside from the inside of the room, and when I got out the shower and was completely naked, there was a group of Mexicans that stood outside and tried to look and stalk my naked parts and I felt very trashy staying in that room. Please get your standards up!!!! sweet dreams . Thanks

The worst place ever. I looked at the room in person and it was disgusting. I didn’t even up staying there and they would not refund my money nor even half. So I paid for somewhere I did not stay because the property was messy and unclean and broken down.

Overall this hotel is dirty. There’s stuff growing on the ceiling, the lighting is dim, the door look like someone tried to break in because of all the indentation on the door and it smells. Never again I will book through Expedia or this hotel.

It was clean and ok for price. They took our towels and did not leave new each day. They only took trash and didnt leave any new toilet paper so we kept having to go ask for T.P amd towels. While we were out they came in moved all of our things to take dresser out of room. Did not tell us this was happening. Heard sirens and doors slamming all night.

Beds were comfortable and housekeeping was very friendly, was disappointed about the pool closing at 8 pm. We had 15 people in our group and 4 rooms, was only given 2 towels per room.

Got into town a night early and had to find a room and we settled on this property because close to where we were staying and a pool. Site stated a pool on site open. Got to the property to find out the pool was closed and not going to be open. Feel if the pool can’t be used should be stated when booking. Wouldn’t of picked the property if I knew there was no pool

Period... From the front desk to the maintenance guy and to every housekeeper in between at sweet dream in. They understand the economy and they understand. About people that want to help themselves. I really appreciate the hotel room and the cleanliness because I can't function in a dirty environment. A lot of people have given up on themselves because everything is SO high. But when someone is trying to get their job done, they're making a effort to do their part ... I see total teamwork at this hotel. Great job guys

There were long term residents hanging out in the parking lot arguing & being loud all hours of the night. The rooms were disgraceful. The bed linen was USED! We complained but house keeping never came. We had to change our own bed linen. The floors were so dirty they turned our feet black within minutes. The parking lot is very sketchy & dirty. Also the pool is not open.

Management thought I was trying to sneak my dog, I just didn't realize when I booked online and checked for pet friendly, and then signed some paperwork at check-in the form wasn't to pay for him. I had asked about booking two additional days, so I definitely wasn't out to sneak or get out of paying a $20 fee.? At 10:30 in the morning there's a banging on my door with someone telling me that I need to open up and that I've got a dog in there and I need to pay them. I had no idea who this person was, They carried no identification no name badge nothing, just said that they had a key and would come in if I didn't open the door. I'm a trauma survivor, old, stuck in travels from bad weather, so this situation was completely terrifying for me!! It very quickly escalated and she told me that I could check out. She didn't like having her hotel being used by people who booked through third-party sites because they don't make as much money anyway, when I told her she didn't need to be rude and that it was a simple misunderstanding and that I wasn't trying to sneak my dog she threatened to call the cops she even followed me to my vehicle and threatened to beat me up. I have never been treated this way in my entire life. I do plan on addressing it with the Better Business bureau. The reason I try to stay at smaller mom and pop hotels is because they are the ones in the most need over the bigchain hotels that are financially stable. This is a very disappointing experience. And I travel for work.

Sometime in the middle of the night a pipe burst or toilet overflowed in the room above my bathroom. I’m the morning I discovered all my bathroom things wet and nasty. I checked out as soon as I could after informing the front desk of the issue. She said okay. I said and that’s it? She replied what? You want me to apologize? I just left. Yes, obviously the leak wasn’t your fault but an I’m sorry for your trouble goes a long way. The whole place was sketchy and I will never go near it again.

The staff was great but definely not a family friendly place. A lot of questionable behaviors by other people staying there and no support from the staff to normalize the stay. Loud music, fighting out side, people knocking on your door panhandling open flow of drugs and alcohol. Never felt threatened or worried by wife and kids were not comfortable with the stay.

The stay was okay except next door guests were not so friendly and stay up late, drinking and partying outside in front of our room. Too much cussing was going on and I can tell you it's not a kid-friendly place. We stay two nights and my family did not get to go to bed until almost 2 in the morning. It was a restless weekend.

They need to replace the handle inside the shower room and put new toilet paper holder and the sofa.

The hotel was dirty, smelled bad and had various low quality accessories (leaky sink, stained sheets and towels, etc.). The staff was polite enough.

I saw much evidence of repairs being done. There was NO evidence of bugs, which pleased me greatly. The folks there are working hard to make this a nice place to stay and the staff are amazing and helpful. They need some amenities. Coffee pot in the room, shelf/counter in the bathroom, smaller lights by the bed with usb charging ports, a rack with hangers to hang your clothes.

When we got there, they asked us to go check the room before completing the paperwork. That was an immediate red flag. The door looked like it had been pried open multiple times. The curtains were stained. We decided against staying. But they still charged me. It’s been over a month and I still have not got my money back.
