The front desk lady was excellent.. I don’t know her name but she was a black women an she was very helpful..

Only stayed for a night for a pass through but the kids definitely wanted to stay for the room!

It was a good trip for 2 days

Even though the area isn't the greatest, the rooms are wonderful and big. The staff was very accommodating and nice. The breakfast should not be called breakfast. It was the most minimal that I have seen. The coffee was awful. We stayed for a week and were very comfortable.

The first room smelled extremely bad of cigarettes. I told the front desk and they switched us rooms! The next room was so better! We found stains on the sheet and a bug crawling on the pillow. The rooms look nothing like the pictures when booking! The pull out couch is extra old and worn down! It was extra late so I just wanted to sleep. Woke up after only getting maybe 2 hours of sleep on and off to go to the front and let them know the situation and the morning guy was not helpful! He was very rude and didn’t care. Said he already switched us rooms once and that he didn’t know what I was talking about with the smell. It’s not my fault he’s immune to that moldy old cigarette smell. I didn’t even want to bring in my luggage or even take a shower. This place looks and feels like people come here to do drugs. I wanted to check out and only stay the one night and he wouldn’t give me a refund for the other night! I only stayed at this place for less than 6 hours and was charged for 2 nights! I ended up having to book another room somewhere else and finally shower off this horrible place. I have all the pictures of how there “clean” rooms look.

The rooms were large and comfortable. enjoyed having a kitchen, but it could of been a little cleaner. The staff was just great, especially Rich. She was so helpful with everything I needed. She even helped me with transportation, restruants and where certain places were. Thank you Rich. The jacuzzi was closed and the pool was closed half the time of my stay.

I did not like the property at all. Besides the free parking, there is nothing that I liked about this place It was dirty and had roaches inside the apartment. It looks like a cheaply rundown apartment that they turn into a vacation rental. It is next to a scary motel 8 with drug addicts around. It’s not a kid friendly place and we were really scared to stay there. Also parking area was really dark at night and they have signs posting that they are not responsible for your car or property. That sure doesn’t scream safe to me. Breakfast was terrible! Why advertised that there is free breakfast when you clearly don’t care enough to provide something decent. Better off staying at a hotel near the beach.

we killed 4 roaches and we find dog pup under the bed. told the guy at the front desk and said we would send someone the next day but none showed up

It is good, but the breakfast has no options, either live with bread or croissant, not a great one, and is very limited, dont think we have ever seen its refilled.

The property does not really look like the picture is dirty. The walls are dirty. The floors are dirty. The floor seem like you’re gonna cave in the living room bed. It was dirty. It was crumbs and food still left in it pee on it and they didn’t even wanna change the mattress. They just put like a cushion on top of it didn’t even have a sheet wasn’t worth what I paid. Probably was very nasty and dirty. I just can’t believe that the rooms was not clean.

I truly disliked my stay here and even checked out two days early, no receipt was given upon my check out to close out my stay or nothing. The rooms need a serious upgrade. The floors buckle when you walk on them, dishes out dated from the early 90’s, sofa dirty, unpleasant odor (I had to purchase a candle), and rust all over the bedside lamps. The staff disconnected and not inviting.

Please do not stay at this place; it is very dirty. The bathrooms smell like urine, and generally speaking, it is not clean. Furthermore—and this is the worst part—there are cockroaches. When we turned off the lights, I saw something on the desk, and when I turned the lights back on, there were tons of cockroaches.

Continental breakfast, warm, friendy staff, quaint property that feels like you are guests of a family oasis. Walking paths through the buildings and pretty plants, outdoor areas to chat, wander, and picnic. Pool is clean and upkept. A bonus is that there are games and books to borrow in the lobby!! Do remember a pot and pan for making meals in the full kitcken! We have another graduation in two years & four years and will likely book again! We would highly recommend this property.

Called property to confirm the location had a hot and pool and that they were open for the season. They told us yes we have both and are open for the season. Apron arrival and checking the room went to the hot tub to find it concreted in and a very cold pool. The whole reason for booking this room was to relax in the hot tub which was not available. The bathroom vent was hanging, a Family Dollar Store bag was tied around the smoke detector.. When looking, from down stairs the top of the refrigerator and cabinets where dirty.. The upstairs bathroom shower didn't work. The water pressure could be changed, the water came out hard enough to pressure was a house.. The shower curtain wouldn't stay closed, so the bathroom floor got wet.. The wooden floor were wavy and had soft spots..Only coffee, chocolate muffins, cereal, milk, toast, juice, apples, and oranges were served for breakfast...

Staff was friendly and the room was spacious. That’s all the positives I have. Room was poor quality for the price. Disappointed as we thought we were paying for a premium room. Property is older and the floors and beds squeaked. We had someone knock on our door twice at 3 AM and again at 7:30 AM. Staff shrugged us off telling us there’s a bar close by and they probably had the wrong room. Not the experience we had hoped or paid for.

Room was nice And spacious and I love that you have a full kitchen! However my only complaint was the floors needed to be mopped but everything else was clean and I'll definitely stay again when I visit! Front desk staff and amazing as well and friendly!

The room wasn't clean i booked through Expedia and I checked out the same night I checked in which was march 9-12 . I didn't stay but 2 hours and left right away because of the poor condition of the room and the smell . Expedia now sure stay doesn't want to refund me my money back for the two nights that my kids and I DID NOT stay there . I don't know what to do but I will say it's better to book straight through instead of through Expedia because they will not give you your money back if you end up not liking hotel of choice ! There were people/stragglers walking around on drugs and people drinking outside , the Spanish men were whistling at my underage 10 year old daughter and myself , we were very uncomfortable.

They won't allow you to have any visitors smh it's just crazy because I don't drive so I have family and friends that pick me up and I take forever to get ready for anything and so most of the time my ride knocks on my door and I ask them to come inside for a minute until I'm finished getting ready and they literally kicked me out for my sister coming by, my ride that brought the rest of my luggage back because I had forgotten something in the car and then that evening I was hungry and my friend came and took me out to eat because working out of town I don't get to see anyone much anymore. Then next morning I had to have a ride run me to dollar general to load my card because I like to book online since you save and get better deals. It's insane to pay for a whole suite but can't have company to visit cook dinner for them or watch a movie or even pick you up to give you a ride places while your in town smh just completely insane to be treated so badly and then my friend is a hard working construction worker and older and yes his clothes are pretty much worn from working in them and they accused him of being a homeless man!! I mean the nerve of the hotel owner when my friend actually is very wealthy just isn't a materialistic person. Very sad and shame on this hotel very very unprofessional

The shower wasn’t draining when we got there, but they did come in quickly and took care of it. The room could have been cleaned a lot better than it was. The bath towels were quite small.

Hotels.com told me via phone that I could stay the one night and cancel the rest. I wait ed for confirmation via email (this was at 8pm) while I scrambled to find a new hotel. I never got confirmation so I reached out to hotels.com again and they said they had no record of me speaking to customer service. They were not going to refund me and we had to stay.We were going to change rooms but with the amount of stuff we had, and I am 9 months pregnant. We tried to live with the mess they gave us. I imagined all rooms were of this nature. This isn’t one missed cleaning. The kitchen had literally 2 plates, 2 bowls, 2 sets of silverwear. No baking sheets. One pot. I know the breakfast was listed as Continental but it was also listed as good. I would say it was marginal at best.. there was juice, toast, small muffins, some yogurt apples and cereal.. It was extremely basic so I would emphasize that in the listing so that people are not disappointed. I was happy with the room. Beds were super comfy. I thought it was very comfy

I loved everything about it the only down side was probably cleanliness, definitely needed a deep clean

2nd story floors felt like they were weak and we would fall through. The wasn’t hardly anything on the complimentary breakfast. And if you forget anything at the pool like (shoes) they throw them away instead of keeping them in a lost and found.

They charge a pet fee and a deposit. When i checked out they kept my deposit for 'pet damage'. My dogs didnt damage anything, when questioned about damage was told 'damaged by pet hair'. What!? Evidently them having to wash all the bedding and sweep and mop the floors is considered excessive cleaning and grounds for keeping the deposit. Do not stay here if you have pets with hair, they will charge you a pet fee, which is fine, then keep your deposit cause your dog left fur on the covers.

It was clean and quiet It’s kinda hard to get to have to wind around some roads I ended up in a parking lot in front of the place had to figure out how to get there but that was on the app giving me directions lol I also wish you got two towels per adult instead of one

The stay was good! The hotel had a weird smell but could have been the ac units it’s an older hotel. As far as cleanliness it was not anything special could have used more of a deep clean. But for out trip it worked out for sleeping purposes. We did not use the kitchen. What’s amazing is they allow pets, and the sizes we did not feel bunched up and its was comfortable for the weekend. Staff was great when we went there for extra towels. Overall we had a good stay and we would return because it was in a great location near the university.

Unfortunately, the pool area was closed off and the hot tub drained. When I got into the room two of the lights didn’t work, the kitchen faucet constantly dripped and I got the pleasure of killing a few roaches all within 5 minutes. I also didnt notice until the next day that the comforter on the bed was stained. After 3 days of no room service, I had to locate a maid and ask for towels and toilet paper. While close to the freeway, airport, food, and shopping, there are many other hotels on plantation rd to choose from.

I like that the room had 3 beds The tub was clogged, the water pressure in the shower was awful, the sheets were ripped and the fridge didn't work which sucked because we had medicine that needed refrigerated.

I like that it is set up like apartments. It was very well lit and felt secure. The room was a great size. I liked the setting area by the pool. I did not like that the hot tub was out of service. I did not like that it did not have adequate cooking and dining ware.

The room was dingy, with sticky cabinets, outdated furniture, food-encrusted pull-out couch, scratched vinyl floor, metal box under the mattress, and a rusty tub. Oh, and the guests on the balcony above us were smoking weed. I honestly cannot think of anything good to say, other than the reception staff was friendly.

The floors were squishy and had big dips/holes under the laminate. The counters were sticky. Had to ask for towels daily to shower. Checked in as a family of 4 and only could get 3 towels at a time... made no sense. Never had a hotel be so stingy with towels. Breakfast was hardly that. Cereal and yogurt. No proteins like egg or sausage. Not a bad stay. Would stay again for convenience and space.

Very creepy environment outside hotel. People walking around smoking and staring at us while walking to our room. Hardly slept because we were afraid they naught brake into our vehicle. Empty parking lot but room farthest in back away from the parking lot. Room had Dirty floors and roaches.

The first room we were put in was awful. The hot water heater made a loud clanking noise when it ran, it wasn’t clean, and there were no utensils. We complained a couple hours after checking in and were told we should have complained sooner. Regardless, they moved us to another room because of the noise. It was much better but still was missing dishware and a toaster. The pool was gross but warm. The beds were comfy but creaked a lot. Overall it was sufficient for what we needed but could have been much better.

It was much better but still was missing dishware and a toaster. The pool was gross but warm. The beds were comfy but creaked a lot. Overall it was sufficient for what we needed but could have been much better.

We checked in on a Saturday & I knew I had more children with me than what was booked originally because the 3rd party booking only allows so many to be added. So during check in I discussed this with the man & asked if that was an issue, he stated no it wasn’t. He had me write just the adults down and stated that our children didn’t count just adults. Next issue, they wouldn’t allow my husband to use his credit card for incidental charges. Which was weird because I’ve booked several rooms or my husband has and we’ve both used our different credit cards. The gentleman said we could give him $100 cash deposit for incidental hold and upon check out it would be returned. We agreed and asked for a receipt - they refused to provide a receipt for the deposit. We just traveled from TX with our children & a premie, so to our mistake we obliged due to our exhaustion & our children wanting to be done riding in a car, though it seemed like a really shady business practice. When we arrived at our 1st room it smelled of heavy marijuana, the sheets were disgusting, there was dead roaches on the floor, & in the fridge there was rotting food. We switched rooms however it only continued to go downhill from there. Everything from the room being infested with bed bugs eating our family alive, stolen money, and police were called. I arrived and had 3 kids had got a call from my booking with another hotel and it was out of rooms so emergency stop we had to find a place to stop after 7 hour drive i booked and stayed one night and they charged a $100 deposit fee and we never got back and all we did was sleep and left .

Hotel room is spacious with functioning full kitchen. Grounds quiet, small and pool available. Breakfast is slim with choice of cereal, danish, toast, jogurt, juice and coffee. Plenty of restaurants under 5min with vehicle. Staff pleasant and helpful.

Bed floor was nasty, bring slippers or your foot will became black just by waking inside the room. TV remote was only able to power on /off and increase/decreaae volume, not changing between channels. Shower got plunged during stay. Breakfast is white bread with jelly, yogurt and cereal. Other.than that is ok

internet did not work in room 114. Internet tech said this room had an issue for a while. False advertising without discount when I confronted the front desk on checkout. No fix or discount - just wasted my time trying to get it working.

We had a terrible experience during our stay. The room had a foul smell, and the floors were dirty. Both the kitchen and the dishes were in poor condition. The furniture was very old, and whenever we moved the bed, it made a lot of noise. Additionally, the pull-out bed had stains on it. As a result, we did not get a good night's sleep.

Yes, that kind of stain. There was no hand soap. Anywhere. We were just raw-dogging germs. The listing also said paper towels would be provided. Adorable. Not only were there no paper towels, but when we asked, they casually informed us they “don’t provide those anymore.” A corner of the bed had been chewed—and we are praying to every deity that it was by a pet. Judging by the 2 pieces of mysterious kibble in the freezer, we wouldn’t be surprised if it still lives there. The kitchen provided us with dirty pans, and utensils that had clearly been used. Even the floor was specifically, a gritty, sandy, unclean one. The bathroom door wouldn’t even latch. And the complimentary breakfast? Was… not. Now, for the grand finale: on the last night, our toilet decided to re-enact Old Faithful. It gurgled, clogged, and completely surrendered. When we notified the front desk, we were handed a plunger that was so dysfunctional it probably belongs in a modern art exhibit. The toilet won. We accepted defeat. The place was filthy. Breakfast was toast and coffee. Not worth getting up for. It was a non-smoking room but reeked of cigar smoke. The sheets looked like they had not been changed. I would never stay there again.

Check-in was quick, however, the first room they gave us smelled of smoke. He moved us to a different room. That being said several hours later, someone was knocking at our door. He had the same key. Apparently the lobby people did not log that they changed rooms on us. Two phone calls after that from the front desk asking who is in the room.

Cute little ‘apartments’ road was terrible in and out. Phone didn’t work, internet didn’t work, remote for the tv worked 1/2 the time. Breakfast was horrible. No place to sit and offered nothing good to eat. Was clean and had good amenities. Not able to use the pool or hot tub but looked nice.

Room layout was good, but what made it a subpar experience was the mold in the vents. It made the whole room smell dank. I couldn't get the smell out due the windows not being able to open. I tried to request another room, but it was fully booked or didn't have the amenities I needed.

If you value cleanliness, don’t stay here. If you just need a place to sleep after a long drive, it will do. I don’t recommend staying here otherwise, especially if you’re traveling with a family. Rooms smell like pest control and “herbs”. Also, the online photos are very misleading.

The place is sure a convenient one, you can haul your stuff from your car directly to your room. But the bedsheets are not changed, there are hair strands on the bed and the pull up bed has some molds.

Room smelled like smoke (i have asthma), floors were sticky, bad surrounding area, shower had hair in it. Breakfast was waffles and yogurt.

My husband and I stayed here previously and really enjoyed it. I decided to take my mom for a quick trip and loved this place before so we chose it again. It has definitely gone down hill. I understand it’s an extended stay hotel, so room service doesn’t clean until we leave, but when we requested more towels we were advised we had to walk all the way back to our room to gather all the dirty towels and bring them to the lobby before we could get clean ones. The room was relatively clean, but the floors were dirty. We kept socks on the entire time and a towel beside the bed to wipe our feet before getting on it. Our room keys deactivated at the same time so we were locked out. It makes me sad because we thought we found a nice little spot for our trips.

Had an issue at check in no fault of the property and there were extremely nice. Staff were very friendly as well, my only complaint is that the morning of us leaving I found roaches in the kitchen. I hadn’t seen any the 2 days we were there but I hadn’t went into the kitchen when it was dark either.

The staff has been amazing. Rooms are clean and well appointed. I am relocating and the housing transition wasn't smooth. I kept having to extend my stay. They were amazing each time accusing me of missing them already. I'm on my 3rd and hopefully last extension and feel blessed to have had this soft landing.

Staff was VERY friendly and welcoming. The rooms are above average for the price. The bed was ok for maybe a couple night stay but for a long stay its rough. The pull out bed is a metal frame with a 3 inch thick padding so I wouldnt advise using that as a bed. It was overall a great place to stay.

The staff was very kind at check in. The breakfast was wonderful and the staff kept it stocked until the end of breakfast.

I stayed 5 nights and 6 days. I specifically picked this place because it had the hot tub right beside the pool. So I could sit and watch my kids play in the pool. I double checked every where on the website to make sure I didn’t see anything about the pool or hot tub being out of order. Never seen anything. We arrived. Beautiful place very blown away from the outside. Inside looks exactly as pictured and that’s very hard to find now days. The pictures never match reality. The rooms where pretty dusty and dirty floors but besides that very up kept. Central heat and air. The hot tub didn’t work the first two days we were there and I was upset about that but besides that it was an excellent trip. Great. Breakfast

My family and I had a very uncomfortable stay, The front desk clerks are courteous on the surface but lied about the time frame of the security deposit. The room smelled like smoke and alcohol and the couch stunk. We were very tired upon arrival and my husband had to wipe the floors and walls down in the room. We didn't want to go through the hassle of moving to a new room as we very tired and the room we were given was on the back side of the property and up stairs. I told the on duty person about it the next morning and he didn't offer any remedy. We were booked for two days. Upon check out I spoke with Manager Akrit. When I told him that the room had a terrible stench of smoke and alcohol and that my daughter was smoke sensitive. he responded that my husband smoked. What does that have to do with a room that reeks of alcohol and smoke? My husband doesn't smoke in our home or close to our daughter. My husband was utilizing the designated smoke area when he saw him. I was very dissapointed with my stay and will never stay at this location again. I also have to wait 30 days to get my deposit back. :(

I'm in town for a funeral, so proximity to the beach and such was not important. The worst part was having to carry belongings to second floor via stairs, which wasn't a problem for me. It was clean, quiet, spacious, and felt safe.

we stayed here for 3 nights and found there to be bed bugs hiding on the headboard that hangs on the wall. They need to wipe down the walls once in a while cause they were nasty especially by the light switches.

This aside, floors were dirty (sticky/spill residue multiple areas) We used Lysol wipes ourselves. late checkin and no sense going to front desk to address as it would not get addressed at midnight. Laminate floor buckling and water damage throughout loft. Ceiling fans had built up dirt (did not use). Both showers had hair on walls. Sheets and bedding good, but rest of unit rushed cleaned (still decorations on walls & debris from prev guests). Stains on sofa and curtains. Did not use kitchen. Cigarette burns throughout show unit was smoked in once and done for us. novelty of the loft/kitchenette not worth the $. Went by the reviews and rating hoping it would be better. Juice machine during free breakfast was "down for one day" nothing was offered in place. So you were force to eat there without anything to drink not even water. If you left area if dining room with plate they said they would charge your room $25!! staff wasn't not very friendly only one spoke to the entire stay the rest walked past you and talked amongst themselves have full conversations.

It was old, run down, dirty, full of people drinking & standing around outside smoking. one of the queen-sized bed beds creaked all night long, I thought it was going to collapse if I moved too much. I felt unsafe in the neighborhood. My room was on the back side of the motel, facing the back fence. Not good for 2 women on a business trip. The breakfast was 2 waffle irons & batter, 10-12 pieces of stale bread, 6 apples / oranges, & hot water, & no coffee or tea bags. The staff was courteous & gave me towels when I asked for them.

Easy check in, room was a little dated but clean & comfortable. Parking for larger vehicles is NOT onsite as advertised, it is across the street from the hotel. A little misleading. Also, we chose the hotel because it has a Jacuzzi & it was closed, so that was disappointing.

The weather was nice enough to have an operational hot tub. Breakfast was next to nothing and sketchy people hanging out and coming to the hotel at all hours of the night. Toilet tank wouldn’t refill properly and tub faucet drilled constantly. I’m a very isolated area and nothing near by other then barking dogs in the kennels across the road.

It was very private and upscale especially for the Holydayz and the peace was very much needed for my family and I we will be back for a longer stay soon.

The room was spacious, quiet - freeway is nearby but not next to it. The room was well insulated so minimal noise from outside (loud kids) was not bothersome. The room smelled musty though.

This place surprises me. The cleanliness is great. This is perfect for a small family stay together even with kids and pets.

The bed was a little hard for my liking. The furniture was worn and there was no security bar on the inside of the door. For the price, it was OK. I’d probably spend a little more next time and go somewhere else.
