My first day they didn’t have a tv that worked, was told the maintenance man was going to get around to bringing one but I never got the tv situation handled until 11:45am Sunday morning and that’s only because I went to the office an saw the maintenance man myself . Therefore they’re very unprofessional and that’s not acceptable at all I should be owed some kind of a portion refund if not the whole payment reversal

The hotel did not have any smoking rooms , in one of our rooms we had a leak and nothing was done . They had some many rules and regulations that was very crazy Like no stains on the beds or towels or forfeit deposit One room we had , had bugs in the bed

This place was awful. No phone, no lamps (there was a florescent light on the wall) no hair dryer, no clothes hangers, the toilet paper holder fell off the wall. The whole toilet was crooked, the bath towels were dirty. We found a cockroach on the floor. We had to leave a $100 cash deposit and when we went to leave at 7:30 am, the front desk clerk said we couldn't get it back until after 9am. That made us an hour and a half late leaving for our next destination. Would not recommend. I will never stay there again!

I had really high hopes opening the door to our room and smelling the aroma of cleanliness, BUT those hopes would soon come crashing down as the rest of the stay became a tad overwhelming. The beds were awful, and too small for the bases; the toilet was half torn apart and would barely flush; there were people hooking up right out in the parking lot; there was some kind of bugs running rampant throughout the room, and let’s not even start with the sketchy WiFi and the tv that only had three channels. And that surprise deposit I had to pay? Ha, that should have been paid to me just for staying at the place!! I would not recommend this property to anyone, especially to a family!

IT TOOK AND HOUR AND HALF TO GET INTO MY ROOM BECAUSE THE KEYS WOULDNT WORK SO THEY SWITCHED MY ROOMS, IF I LEFT ME ROOM IN THE MIDDLE OF THE DAY I COULDNT GET BACK IN SO I HAD TO KEEP GETTING KEYS MADE, THEN THEY KEPT MY ENTIRE DEPOSIT BECAUSE THE SERVICE DOGS I WAS TAKING BACK TO THEIR OWNERS WERE NOT MINE, IT WAS A TOTAL CRAP SHOW. HIGLY DO NOT RECCOMEND.

The shower had no drop lip causing water to drain onto the floor if a shower was taken An extra 100 dollar deposit was demanded at front desk after reservation was already made on line and i was not aware of the extra fee. I did receive my deposit back but a notice ahead of time would have been nice and the room smelled like smoke before check in

They never gave us a yellow slip to be able to get our cash deposit me and my boyfriend at both been paying for the room daily and using the same deposit that I paid with. They said even if I did have the slip they wouldn’t give it to me unless he got it because the room was booked under his name last but the previous days my name was booked under it so I don’t really see how they can say that. The manager was very rude and unprofessional, and my boyfriend lives in Kentucky so he isn’t gonna be back for a long time so now I just have to lose my deposit when I was never told about the slip! Pick up for I’ll do the hotel several times by different guests.., not the best area. It’s not the best crowd even worse customer service.

The interstate was really loud and you can hear everything through the walls the staff weren’t really friendly there was a ton of rules that you can get charged for and there was a 100$ deposit that was not mentioned in the listing

approximately 10 tries every time I tried to enter the room to get the room key to work which is scary due to the crackheads wondering around outside. Between the super high deposit price, domestic violence issues, room key issues, crackheads wondering around and live cockroaches in the bed I do not recommend this property at all. It is ridiculous that you have to pay such a high deposit to stay in such a trashy place. I had high hopes because of the ratings on this app but I will never stay at this property again. Do not recommend.

Very clean! Fun and colorful decor. Staff wasn’t the friendliest but was far from rude.

The day I checked in I was struggling, on crutches, and the woman at the desk was unbearably rude to me. My key card proceeded to stop working repeatedly. The second day I spoke with another woman who was very kind and even assisted me by bringing my new card to my room for me. Mixed bag, I guess but the first interaction will leave a bad enough taste for me to not return.

This a very cute hotel with good parking. We had issues using the key card had to go back to the office to have them redone a couple of times. The young lady Charlie was very nice and helpful. Our room was clean and smelled good except when we checked the beds one of the beds appeared to have dirty sheets. I went back to the office and talked to the young lady and she was more than helpful was able to either offer me a new room or get me some fresh sheets I opted for the fresh sheets because our room was so nice and clean. It only took them about 10 minutes to get my sheets to me and all was good. Other things that I really liked about this hotel the pool was open late which was nice because you spend most of the day out at the beach it's nice to be able to come back and use the pool. I would also like to point out that there is a $100 deposit required to check in if you use a card you get it returned in a few days if you use cash you get returned that day when you check out. It's just nice to have that heads up before you get there about the deposit. They also have some really cool spots that you can take pictures. I really do recommend this place if you are on a budget and don't mind staying in the city. It is also located with lots of restaurants and gas stations around you.

The young lady that was at the front desk was very rude to me the day I checked in . Then when I checked out she was trying to be nice to me. I think she was just jealous of me and my husband's relationship she kept looking at us crazy

It’s nice had a couple of problems with the key cards and the first room we got had coffee grounds all over the room the towels were dirty the bedding wasn’t the cleanest but they gave us a new room which was better but the bedding was still dirty so had to go out and buy new bedding

It’s ok to stay one night or two, good location.

The outside is colorful, and the location is not horrible. In all my years of booking on this site, I have never seen a room in such bad shape. We did not even set our bags down. I have requested a refund. The furniture had brown stains, and there was a water mark on the wall. The wood and paint was damaged badly. It looked like the room had been partly demolished for a remodel. Unbelievable.

I don’t know if the places offered complimentary room service or if I had to call to request it but my mistake was thinking I’d automatically receive it. The place looks nicer than it really is, it looks like it recently got remodeling done but instead of fixing issues they just worked over it and it shows. The staff was friendly but it only felt like it because that’s literally their job. Even with the discount I got I definitely feel like I over paid.

Gentleman that checked me in was kind, everyone else seemed annoyed and literally ignored me for quite some time while playing on their phones whenever I would approach to buy a snack or with a question. My room key gave me issues one night and the next entirely stopped working, both times being when I got back from work at 2-3 am. The deadbolt didn’t work, it only turned enough to hold on to the piece of metal nailed to the frame and the door doesn’t latch unless you push in on the door. The bathroom door doesn’t latch at all and the hinges push it back open. There was someone’s old used soap in the shower and a damp towel hung over the side of the tub. The bed is extremely creaky, being barefoot wasn’t an option due to the sand on the floor but hey it’s Pensacola so I shrugged that off. When I found time to consider the pool, there were like 4 chairs out there and none of them to lay down in to tan so I didn’t even use the pool area.

The rooms are gross. I had no toilet paper in my room and there was a bar of soap with black hair all over it in the shower. The mini fridge is all rusted and doesn't keep anything cold. We didnt stay.

For business purposes, it isn’t a bad hotel by any means. They are pet friendly and it’s a quiet hotel for the most part.

Check in person was cold as if she didnt want to be there. We asked for an extra blanket and she said there were none. Room was very musky feeling and the bed was a basic walmart matress... worn out. Was not worth the price for sure.

When I gave her the info she did not believe it was me because the name on my license is my full name and the reservation must have used a smaller version. Could not find the original payment, so I had to start again. She changed my room because she stated I booked a handicap room.. which I was not aware I had done, nor did I need a special room.. This was not a great place to stay and wold not recommend others use this place. It is being used a cheap housing for local people as I noticed rooms were fully decorated with windows and accessories that most people do not travel with on vacation or for business. Never received any maid service in the days while I stayed onsite. Had to go back to the counter and request toilet paper since the roll was half used upon entry, and nobody offered any room assistance. Knowing this, I would spend more next time and stay were they can help travelers and customers. The location had no food or coffee. They had out dated snack bars for sale.. but it was not even setup to invite people to shop. Online looked like a good option and was close to the airport, but I would advise any one else to pay more and find something in a better area. I was worried the rental car was going to get attacked overnight, since police were onsite almost nightly for an issue... DO NOT VISIT THIS HOTEL.

For it to be a pet friendly hotel the fact that I barely can tell that there are any pet pets. Other than seeing people casually walk. Their dogs is a huge plus. Cleanliness of the overall hotel is amazing. Staff is very sweet and accommodate your ever needs plenty of parking and the room rooms are very clean and unique.

The hotel may have looked like that 30 years ago but it is not even close to those pictures today. I had to sign a piece of paper stating, not to steal the TV, the mattress, or other items within the room. This was an excellent hotel for the money. I didnt expect a 4 star hotel. The room and grounds were well kept and clean. The decor in lobby and outside were cute and whimsical. I appreciated it. There weren't extra amenities in the room, but it was clean and maintained. There is a pool and it was decorated with bright, fun trim.

If I had taken notice of the reviews I’d have avoided this place but I’m so glad I didn’t, for the price $54 I couldn’t fault it at all, I’ve stayed in far worse places for far more money than this . This place doesn’t deserve the bad reviews I saw, I’d stay here again without question. Great spot for restaurants and super easy for the i10. Don’t believe the BS in some of the reviews and have a great stay. Super comfy bed and quiet considering it’s next to the highway .

The bed was just a thin mattress and whatever mattress topper they used was wet that first night we stayed! The bed was so flimsy I thought it was going to collapse! Everytime I went in the bathroom it spelled like weed, almost like it was coming through the vents!

Bugs and roaches in room. Several in fact! Bed linens felt like dirt or sand in them. Daughter said she felt like something was crawling on her in bed. Then we saw the bugs everywhere.

Desk clerks were not friendly at all. Later on into the evening we noticed that our toilet overflowed everytime it was flushed. Sent my friend to the desk to ask for a plunger amd the gentleman said "we dont have one' akd said nothing further. We were unable to use the toilet the length of our stay. The shampoo (we got no conditioner) came in a packet and was impossible to open. Never got it to split. While trying to wipe the floor from one of the roilet mishaps, i out a towel on the floor and stepped on it and wiped a few feet of flooring was astounded to see that the towel had a black footmark on it. The towel had only wiped a few feet of flooring and it was black! I have pictures i hope i get to share them. Gross. Who knows the last time that floor was cleaned. Upw embarrassing for the housekeeping team...

A good choice if you're on a budget. Jist don't expect too much from the bedding. Bring your own pillows. Good effort with exterior esthetics; bright colors around the property are a nice touch. Don't expect too much from the swimming pool.

I was not happy that the pool was green, and was not able to be used during my occupancy as it was summer time and my reason for booking was due to this amenity

Staff was friendly, They are newly painting the rooms, so the 1st room we were sent to was not set up yet. The put us beside the margarita bar and I was afraid it would be loud at night, but inside the room you could not here any noise quite surpisingly. I would stay again there

The private beach was a safe quiet option for our family. The pool was clean and safe. This is a very family friendly pet friendly spot.The beach is a little small, and not the waves you would expect because it is on the bay.but this is gonna be a spot that we return to. The check in / check out person (Nikeshia?) Was so very kind and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay.

ppl Actually lived on the property we had two room both rooms smelled just like weed from the moment we walked in. sketchy ppl hanging around the pool area rolling blunts and smoking weed while young kids were around trying to have a good time

The pool was super dirty

Our room was dirty. Had dirty boxers in the floor, urine all over toilet ask for someone to clean it and 4 hrs later someone brought me the stuff to clean our room with (not the employees cleaning it, but myself)

For what it’s worth can’t really complain on a 200 total for a weekend In Florida but definitely don’t look like the pictures

Everything went amazingly, the only thing was we weren’t aware we had to pay a $100 deposit beforehand. Though that’s fairly common with most hotels, we ended up getting the $100 back after checkout.

Dirty, nasty, dusty, horrible smells!! Plus other visitors!! Loud and dirty with dogs!!! I will never return to this!! Nasty pig or cow barn!!!!

Better than expected

staff seems friendly enough very high concerns regarding the drug dealing out of the hotel rooms. I specifically saw transactions taking place. I would highly not recommend unless you really are in a dire need of a place for really cheap. It was very concerning because there were kids playing out in the pool with no supervision. There was a lot of sketchy people just hanging around walking through the parking lots hanging out on the staircase and you could tell they were not guests. I did make a mm

Booked here at 11pm and check in was easy. They did ask for a $100 deposit even though the booking was paid for and I wasn’t expecting that. Room didn’t have toilet paper and we had to ask for it. However, things were clean and looked nice. Tv was big. The bed made a knocking sound whenever we rolled over or moved.

The staff manager were absolutely wonderful.

Blatantly obvious drug dealers, drug users and prostitution outside and I’m sure inside as well. Very sketchy place.

When checking In the hotel the desk staff was not very communicative, really didn’t talk to you but just checked us in and gave us the key didn’t tell us what room unless we asked. Upon entering the room there was mold that was just painted over, mold still on the wall . We stayed here for about a week, and the room was never cleaned once, no fresh towels or anything , when going to the desk to ask for more (mind you they have a pool) , they asked where our old ones were . We were only given 2 more towels which was fine we didn’t use the pool . Upon checking out do the hotel the dest personnel was very rude and not communicate , asked what room and that the deposit would be refunded , never once told us if that was all of if they needed anything else . Very non-professional. Very poor customer service. Would never stay here again!!

The hotel itself was clean and the location was safe and accessible. The quality of the service received by front desk staff was poor!

The room was damp and the floor was wet due to moisture from the AC unit. The toilet seat was broken.

The walls were stained, the toilet loose on its mount, the light blinked on and off the whole time, the fridge was warm, and there was mold or something in the corners. I needed an accessible room. It was not ADA compliant. A regular tub with no hand holds to prevent falling and parking more than 80 feet away from the so called accessible room. Overall it was a horrible stay.

Had a couple things that could have been improved: the floors in the room stayed damp due to condensation, and there were a lot of bugs in the pool. Otherwise I was well satisfied, especially for the price.

It wasn’t a good place at all. Pool stayed dirty . Staff had an attitude. And people walked around trying to sell you drugs

The place was dirty. Beds made lots of noise. There were dogs in the room next to mine, it barked all night. Tried to check out at 7am, and was told no by the staff. Staff refused to refund our cash deposit before 10am. Internet did not work. The pool had not been maintained. Was very displeased with this facility after driving 10 hours from Texas. We found a new hotel the next day.

The outside was nice and clean. Room was so so. Microwave didn't work, fridge door was peeling, and floor was dirty, I thought I was at Bates motel on tv. Lol, was ready to get out of there.

Before stating my cons, I will say that it seems like the property is going through a facelift, which is great and much needed. Having said that, I still wouldn’t return. The room slightly smells of mold that’s been painted over. The bathroom sink pressure was extremely low and was not giving hot water, and the room was infested with tiny roaches. I even found one crawling across my bed. Only book if you absolutely must.
