Red Roof Inn Pensacola – I-10 at Davis Highway

Could have cleaned rooms, needs a blanket not just a sheet and lite decoration sheet on bed. Had too move rooms 2 times due to roaches and air conditioner making loud squealing noises.... Parking lot and areas around rooms outside covered in trash needs to be cleaned up. Staff not very friendly and when we would try calling office or hotel would answer and immediately hang up on you.

Nasty place air conditioner barely worked woke up sweating every morning very run down and not taken care of

Do not stay here! It was beyond dirty. Holes in the walls barely patched up. Most light fixtures busted. Stains on walls, beds, curtains, and floors. Smelled horrible. Wall mounted hair dryer covered in dirt and grime. Bugs in the bathroom. We stayed long enough to find another hotel. Oh and pubes on the bed.

No breakfast . But it did have it listed in its amenities on its website. Deceiving. Luke warm showers two mornings in a row. The first room we were given smelled like cat urine. Overwhelmingly. It was on the bottom floor as we requested, handicap. But the new room they gave us was on the second floor. No refrigerator.

This site is a scam. The phone number to cancel was being answered and then we were hung up on. Could not get an answer. Needed info and no one would answer. We were given an addeess to 2 places. One place had the smell of pot and undesirable. We were trying to get to the one we passed on the interestate. We finally made it and they wanted to charge more plus it smelled like mold in the room. The girl said they were not sister hotels. She would not honor the reservation even though both addresses were on my phone. I told her people answering just hung up the phone constantly. iI tried calling and responding by text. We gave up and dove home after visiting a friend.

The hotel was nasty the room smelled really bad. We check in and we check out immediately after seeing the room it was super disgusting, corrosion on everything.

Within our first hour, we tried to get a refund so we could find another hotel, but they refused. The reason we wanted to leave was that we found several red stains on the bed, the bathroom was gross with black mold, and there were cockroaches everywhere. We knew this was a budget hotel and didn't expect perfection, but this was truly disgusting. It felt like living on the street.

This is a very convenient stop for our annual trip to east coast. Restaurants, shopping near by Older hotel, very basic but meets our needs

The room smelled like cigarette smoke, and the mattress had a sunken spot on the left side. It was tolerable for the night, but I'd probably NOT stay there for more than a day or two! All said, it served it's purpose!

The Gentleman at the desk was great how ever the rooms was disgusting there was hair in the tub crumbs all over the floor the sink didn't drain the toilet didn't flush properly we only stayed and didn't complain because we were very tired from our travels but y'all needs to know the room was absolutely disgusting

At first glance it is old and decrepit, dark and dirty, needs a complete facia overhaul. The leasing office was horrible; smell/stink, dirty, scary. My guy friend and I used this hotel multiple times over the past couple of years. We were very disappointed this time. They have removed the microwave and refrigerator. There were roaches throughout the room, all over the bathroom. We had to throw our food away. We were so surprised to have to deal with this.

The room was gross and old. The bathroom door had so many coats of paint on it it didn't close. Under the toilet leak so there was water on the floor. Sheets on the bed were on inside out which was probably a good thing because there was a bug in the bed. I felt like burning my clothes after we left.

The AC was nice and cold and the bed and linens were good. The general cleanliness was pretty poor, but we are not too particular. The floors were the dirtiest, followed by the walls and bathroom. But it was nice to have a good, big bed and clean linens at least. And the showers were at least warm!

It was an okay room due to last minute but I had to go get clean sheets then she ask me to bring my old ones down. Walls looks like dried somthing on it in the bathroom and by one side of the room but overall it was okay for my vacation for two nights !

The staff there were respectful; however, the room was not clean, compared to other average hotels. There were soap wrappers on the bathroom floor, the shower had puddles of water, the bed had stains, the floor was dirty, the AC was extremely dirty, the curtains were dusty, and it did not have a clean smell.

On check in the bathroom lights did not work. The room smelled of mold. It was said to have a roll in shower and it had a moldy dirty tub.There were bed bugs crawling on the beds. The bathroom fan in the ceeling was falling out.Just terrible.

Never thought I’d have to ask for room service when we traveled 14 hours away for vacation. Definitely won’t be back to this place. 1st room smelled moldy, leak from ceiling over toilet, stained sheets. Moved to another room which was slightly better but had moldy shower curtain, large hole in back of bathroom door and a briefly alive cockroach.

This was across two rooms. I left and went somewhere else. No refund policy. The manager and employee dont give one single care. Dont bother to argue either you'll only be easting your time and breath.

DO NOT stay here!! Floors in the room haven't been swept, vacuumed, or mopped in IDK how long. Dirty bedding. Blood stains on the pillow case and the mattress itself. No bed bug covers on anything. No hot water! Even the staff refused to shower there cause of the water being lukewarm at best. Also, we were told if you book a too anywhere but with them you get put into rooms without a mini fridge or microwave. It's crazy. I know it's a low end room but being clean and offering somewhere to put cold stuff doesn't cost extra. Also if you book 2 rooms with one reservation you pay for them separately and was not even side by side.

Next morning we told the front office about this and I ask if they was open 24/7 and her reply was yes and ask why nobody answered the phone then told her maybe you should check your cameras and you’ll see this strange man beating on our door, also the phone in the room didn’t even work, was told next time call the police ( which I definitely will, but WILL NOT be staying here again ) we had our dog so only reason we stayed here to begin with, cleaning was horrible my dog lost his ball under the bed and omg at all the stuff under the beds that had not been thrown away or clean out even behind the side table in the room. The space was overwhelmed by a strong, musty, moldy odor, clearly indicating a lack of basic maintenance. The table was still dirty and stained with dressing, a sign that the room had not been cleaned at all prior to my arrival. This is not a minor oversight—it is a blatant disregard for the health and dignity of your guests. What’s worse, I encountered live cockroaches in the room and, to my horror, worms crawling on the floor the following morning. This level of filth is disgusting, hazardous to public health, and should warrant immediate investigation and intervention by local health authorities. Your hotel offers no service whatsoever, and absolutely no security or care for guests. It is appalling that a facility in such disgraceful condition is still in operation. I demand a formal apology. Should I not receive a satisfactory response within five business days, I will file a formal complaint with local health, tourism, and consumer protection agencies, and I will publicly share my experience on all relevant platforms to ensure no other customer is subjected to such….

The floor was sticky and probably hadn't been mopped in some time. Stains on the curtains, large dip in the bed mattress, smelled stuffy and I had to empty a whole bottle of Lysol into the room to get rid of the smell coming from an old ac that was hanging a little outside of the room. There was also some black gunk in the shower, where the handrails were, on the underside. The floor was sticky and probably hadn't been mopped in some time. Stains on the curtains, large dip in the bed mattress, smelled stuffy and I had to empty a whole bottle of Lysol into the room to get rid of the smell coming from an old ac that was hanging a little outside of the room. There was also some black gunk in the shower, where the handrails were, on the underside. The catch-plate on the door facing of the room was bent and missing a screw… seemed very unsecured. Toilets had hair and urine on the seats. It was a mess and it was very uncomfortable for me and my wife. On the bright side it was only 65$ but still at that rate I would liked to have had a cleaned room, it’s the least someone can ask for when the place its self is falling apart.

dead end road, under the interstate,mostly empty except for the group of young men outside hanging in the parking lot with visible guns. I literally didn't even stop in the parking lot.This is not a spot for families.

No hot water and rust in the tub I wanted a hot relaxing bath but that didn’t happen . I settled for a room temp shower and still felt dirty because the floors were not mopped and there was dirt and hair on the shower walls. You get what you pay for I guess. They do have the cheapest room rate but in the future I’ll pay for a better room.

The property use to be clean but it has ran down an i got ate up by bed bugs sheets wasnt clean someone had been smoking in room but was suppose to be non smoking just was horrible an run down

The room was “cleaned” but definitely not clean. The bed sheets were stained and there was still hair on the pillow cases. It was late when we checked in so we managed…and checked out early in the morning to drive home to take a hot shower. Can definitely see why this hotel was priced the way it was.. it was disgusting.

Not much to say nice the owner was rude as can be won’t accept cash deposits even though online it says cash online should have known then the sheets had urine stains and blood stains and the shower was barley warm no where near hot

This hotel was just horrible, the sheets weren't clean, it so obvious that they hadn't changed the sheets. There was dirt or sand between the sheets. When i ask for a refund or clean sheets i was handed a clean set of sheet i told i would have to change them myself. So at 10 pm i was changing my sheets. Also the floors where filthy, no signs of vacuuming or mopped. And it smelled bad. And at the hotel when i checked in they charged me an additional 50.00 dollar deposit! Unbelievable.

The gentleman at the front desk was very nice and made check in a breeze. He gave me a huge smile and made me feel very welcomed there. The room was clean and pretty nice for the money, but the pillows really need to be replaced. I will be making more trips to the area and i will definitely stay there again.

The room was nice, the staff was extremely friendly, it was clean, a little older but taken care of. The only issue we really had was the bed, it was dated and very uncomfortable because I have severe back problems and it is a spring style bed but as I said that was really the only issue

Fruit flies were all over the room, it was not very clean, i couldnt make out what was behind the toilet but I'll post a photo and there's a bunch of stuff under both beds and I saw a live roach. Rooms definitely need updating and pest control.

Refused to stay here. Mattress and sheets had way too many stains and when I asked to switch rooms, guy said they are all probably like that.

We switched to airbnb coming back, im glad i didnt book this place twice in advance. Same price to get airbnb and it was nicer. I complained to the front desk and he was on his personal laptop (not the working computer on the front desk), and he wont even stop whatever he was doing to talk to me professionally. Mattresses are not comfortable! Never coming back to this specific red roof inn location and we had stayed at many red roof inn, this one has no maintenance and old.

The room has been newly renovated. It was nice.

Pet friendly quiet calm

Room had a musty smell they tried to cover it up with air freshner, the AC was cool but clamy humid feel. The bed was great and had a blow dryer, it was a 67 dollar room you get what you pay for.

Average hotel, hard to find even tho right off of highway.

Bathroom was nasty, yellow stuff all over the walls.

For a budget friendly hotel the rooms were pretty decent.

The room was clean I wish there were more pillows but the bed was absolutely horrible, I could barely move when I got up and slept terribly because it was so uncomfortable.

The place was a dump it was onbious they had water leak issues in yhe bathroom and it reeked of disinfectant

Bedding had holes and stains, roach in bathroom, repairs seem to be done patchwork rather than correctly. Neighborhood did not feel safe at night. Staff was friendly and helpful.

The property is OK but the room where I stayed was not clean at all. The floor is way worse than restaurant's floor. Bathroom is good but air conditioner is very loud, cold though.

Usually don’t leave bad reviews but the staff was a bit unprofessional and unfriendly . Very demeaning . Room had a bad odor the entire stay smelled like mildew and they did nothing about it

If I had known that they didn't even have a microwave or coffee machine in this place I would never have stayed there.
