    I like that breakfast was available. I did have a hard time finding our room as the numbers didn't make alot of sence. And I hope they were just remodeling or something bc the backside of the property was a little sketchy for my liking especially with traveling with a young child. Overall it wasn't bad other then the hobo looking guy lingering out front.

    This place is a dump. And I did not feel safe. Pot smoking on the parking lot all night and people running around doing whatever they were doing. I slept with my clothes on and left before a shower and even coffee.

    Gross walls half ass clean if at all cracked window. Leaky seals allowed bugs/ roaches in room. Requires $100 deposit was Unimformed. Also wanted a $30 dollar deposit for showing up 30 early. Pictures are way nicer then this place. Definitely hotel on a budget definitely won't be back

    The condition of the room looked absolutely nothing like the photos advertised online. I did not feel safe staying there and decided to leave immediately. Thankfully, I received a full refund and found accommodations elsewhere. This was one of the most disappointing hotel experiences I've had. Based on my experience, I would strongly recommend avoiding this property and booking somewhere else.

    The new owners are clearly making an effort to improve the property, which has suffered from long-standing neglect. The rooms had clean sheets and towels; however, some things, like the bathroom exhaust fan, weren't working. Breakfast was quite meager and offered little variety.

    Worst La Quinta I've ever stayed at. Air condition didn't work. Mini fridge didn't work. Trash piled up everywhere. Breakfast was never stocked and out of all the hot food every morning. Coffee was scalding hot and no lids for the cups were provided. Burnt my hand with the coffee climbing the stairs to my room. Language barrier communicating with the front desk. Located in a sketchy area, I worried about my car overnight. I emphatically DO NOT RECOMMEND this hotel. Stay away...

    Terrible location and very dirty hotel. Nothing like any other LA Quinta we have ever been to. Room was very dirty especially the floor. We tried cleaning it with towels and it made the white towels turn completely black. Asked the front desk to have housekeeping clean the floor. They said they would but it definitely was not cleaned. The floors were a wood laminate unlike any other hotel we have been to. Normally it is carpet but not this hotel.The floors were so filthy that we had to wear flip flops. This hotel is in a sketchy area with random homeless people hanging around smoking cigarettes and pot.

    The grounds were filthy and unkept. There were cigarette butts everywhere and trash scattered about the grounds. The parking lot had leaves and limbs covering the parking lot in areas. It appears that the parking lot has not been blown off since the fall. I was concerned about walking my dog around the grounds. Also, there were no bags for the dog waste available. The door to my room was not sealed as there was a half inch crack letting in light and air near the bottom. I also found a couple of cockroaches in the room.

    The hotel was undergoing renovations at the time. However, the room I stayed in was ok. I did not like how the toilet was so close to the bathroom door that you almost hit yourself opening it from the inside of the bathroom. Other than that, the room was ok for an AAU basketball tournament weekend.

    I have stayed at La Quinta before but this one was kind of run down with paint peeling on the walls. The mattress was so soft you sink in it. Coffee maker in room was filthy with only one cup and only decaf coffee.

    The check in process was very smooth and the staff courteous. I appreciated the friendliness of the front desk associate. The breakfast was fresh and coffee well made. I felt safe on the property and didn't experience any uncomfortable situations. The only negative was the fact that construction machinery was being used adjacent to the property..These machines literally shook the whole building at times and made parts of the unpleasant. Overall, I say 4.5 out of 5, and I will definitely be staying at this property again soon.

    Room was dingy and smelled mildewy. Lamp shade was stained all over and pieces broke off on bottom, broken tile on floor board going into the bathroom and sink was dingy and live small bugs crawling on counter/sink. Table to sit at looked like it hadn’t been wiped down and didn’t feel comfortable to sit and eat our food there. Overall would not stay there again and thought La Quinta inn was decent but don’t think I’ll ever book another La Quinta anywhere in the future. Not a good experience for me and my daughter.

    The exterior of the property was dirty, with the balconies and walkways littered with dirt/leaves/ and cigarette butts. It was EXTREMELY difficult to get in and out of this property per its close location to an interstate exit ramp. I would not stay here again, even tho the price was half what the hotel across the street was, because of this. I was refused to check in 20 minutes before 3pm check in time even though it was obvious they were only about 20% booked. And getting out to yo anywhere else wasn’t going to happen. I’ve never been denied an early check in when a room was already ready. Do yourself a favor, and if you can afford it, stay across the street.

    On the other hand, My family and I checked into this place thinking it would just be a quick overnight stay. What we walked into felt more like a crime scene that housekeeping forgot to finish. The first thing that hit me wasn’t even what I saw—it was the smell. A thick, stale mix of smoke, mildew, and something sour that clung to the air like it had been sitting there for weeks. On the nightstand, there was a half-smoked blunt just sitting in the closet. The bathroom somehow managed to be worse. The shower walls were coated in a grimy film, and in the tub there was this brownish unidentifiable residue that looked like it had been building up over time. Not just dirt—something thicker, something that made you not want to think too hard about what it actually was. The toilet seat was cracked and loose, shifting when you touched it like it might just give way completely. Back in the main room, things took a turn from disgusting to genuinely disturbing. There were reddish-brown stains smeared across parts of the wall—maybe old paint, maybe something else, but it didn’t look accidental. It looked like it had been wiped, not cleaned. The bed frame had sperm stains on it. This place is not what looks like online. AVOID IT.

    Make sure to chech your room for cleanliness. There was stains on our sheets, some kind of stuff on the headboard, just a general unclean feeling. So they moved us from a King to a 2 ueen room. It looked loke it hadn't been vaccuumed, shower was in need of repair and the shower head was very short. There was no toilet paper in the room when we got there. Felt very unsafe outside. Huge smell of marijuana throughout the whole property. Staff could use some customer service lessons. Breakfast was all made from a microwave. Dumpster outside was overflowing not only from dumpster but the whole fenced in area. Very big potholes in the parking lot. All A/C units leaking, broken glass in the walkways. Trash everywhere. Elevator was very sketchy, used it once! DO NOT STAY HERE!!!

    First, given a room someone had obviously been living in LONG term (food, clothes scattered everywhere), front desk had no idea what was going on. Second, floor was so dirty that one trip to bathroom and my feet were absolutely black. Coffee maker disposable filter basket wasn't designed for unit in the room, hot water and coffee everywhere. NO milk at breakfast for other visitors. Front desk didn't want to give back my $50 cash deposit upon checking out . . . stayed at a LOT of hotels, this was a first that required a cash deposit. Will NEVER stay here again and recommend on social media to STAY AWAY !

    The hotel stay was horrible. The room smelled of mold. We had to take my grandson to urgent care because the first night we as there he had a allergic reaction to the mold. We asked if there was a better room or one that didn't smell or was better they said no more double rooms available. so we wanted to change hotel but they said the room was non refundable.     This was absolutely the worst stay I have ever had! The first room had roaches and food crumbled on the floor!! It was disgusting! We wanted to stay on the bottom floor because of my sons medical limitations. We went to the front office to complain and they moved us to a room on the top floor all the way at the end. When we got into the new room there was dirty finish net stockings on the floor and tobacco grinds in the drawers. I had to clean the room before we could even stay!! There was no towels! When we called to the front to get towels they made us come all the way down to get them. At this point we had been driving all day and We had to get up early the next day because we were seeing doctors at nemours children’s hospital! We were in the room about an hour and I had hopped in the shower (after I had scrubbed it myself) and the fire alarm goes off. I had to jump out grab my son and my sister grabbed all of our stuff. I was drenched and my son was screaming crying because he didn’t know what was going on! When we started to head down the stairs the lady stopped us and said “no don’t go down stairs. Someone is just smoking in there room!” She didn’t check on the that! She just assumed! And wouldn’t let us come down the stairs! It took me 3 hours to calm my son down! I would never recommend this property to anyone ever!!!

    You could tell the room (137) had been a smoking room even though now it is supposedly a non-smoking facility. I woke up with a severe headache because of this. The security latch on the door was not secure. The floors were horribly dirty. The sink stopped up.Wyndham should be ashamed.

    Room was old and dated. No hairdryer and when we asked, were told they didn’t have them. The next morning my husband went to the front desk and a different girl found one for us. The bed was very comfortable and the shower had great pressure.

    Horrible! Tiny ants on bed and counters. Our restroom light didn’t work and room had huge mold stains on the ceiling! Stay AWAY! My daughter cried from our experience having to get all our luggage back to our car to head across the road to Holiday Inn after a long day of driving! Miserable.

    Room had terrible smell. Desk clerk was difficult to understand. I was treated with suspicion. I felt very uncomfortable being there. Trashy outside with cigarette butts everywhere. Ice machine on second floor and signs misdirecting to ice machine. Clerk flippantly said ice machine was “upstairs” without clarifying where. Very cheap accommodations. Wont stay there again.

    Parking was easy and convenient to the room, and the breakfast was appreciated. Our room needed some work though- leak in the ceiling was a little worrisome. Otherwise, the staff was very helpful and friendly!

    The rooms smell like mildew due to the fact the air unit filters probably haven’t been changed out, and the fact our room exhaust fan was broken so the shower steam didn’t escape like it should. There were ants in multiple locations that got into my clothes. The TV didn’t work that well and had to change to a different room the mildew smell was so bad.

    This property is not in the condition I remember LaQunita's being like. The room was very dated, mismatched paint, took forever to get hot water. If it weren't for my dog being with me I would have requested my money back and went somewhere else. I felt very unsafe, vagrants walking around at all hours, super sketchy people who appeared to have been permanent residents at the hotel. When I asked the lady at the front desk who I could barely understand due to language barrier, she did confirm there were some people who do live there. I would never stay there again nor would I recommend anyone either. I'm glad to be gone

    We didn't stay here. Couldn't get past check-in. Paid for room online, traveled 876 miles to this destination upon arrival was told I had to put an additional $150 down for incidentals. Had I known about the additional charges, I wouldn't have stayed. I was really disappointed in the fact that this information was not posted on the websight, nor was I informed when I got my confirmation. And again we didn't stay here because I felt they were being shady about the additional charge.

    I arrived late but it was still easy check-in. My room was supposed to have double beds as that is what I chose at booking; however, they only had a king bed available which was fine. The room looked like it hasn’t been used in a while and seemed somewhat dirty. I had to go to the front desk and ask for a remote to the TV which was odd. The bed was comfortable though, and the shower was great pressure and hot. The location was easy access to where I needed to go.

    Staff rude. Pool is closed as website does not state that. Made reservations for a room with double beds and arrive there to be told oh we only have a room with a king bed. Not happy nor pleased and will definitely never stay nor make another reservation at this hotel.

    Stayed 3 nights. Bed was comfortable.Good sheets and bedding. Room was clean except the floor didnt feel dirt/dust free ( felt like it needed swept or mopped. Complimentary breakfast included. Microwave, and tv in working condition, fridge over cold. Gave clean towels in exchange for dirty. But never offered to clean room during the stay. Shared parking lot with Dennys which was convenient for a quick meal. However the street was super busy which made it more difficult to get to hotel. Overall good stay! Would do again if necessary to be in the area again.

    Desk staff didn't seem to know what they were doing. Tried to claim we couldn't check out at 10:30 am, when you have to be checked out by 11:00 am. Regularly had to ask for toilet paper refills, even the lobby restroom was out of paper.every floor had a place for vending machines and ice machines, but there were no machines on any of the floors, only an ice machine on the floor above the lobby. Pool was out of order. 2 of the lights in our room were out. Vanity sink barely drained. Would've been nice to have more available outlets.

    The first room they put us in smelled of Marijuana smoke,so re asked for a new room. That room was better but still smelled musty, and had mold in the bathroom. If it had been longer than a short overnight stay we definitely would have found a different place, but it was.late and we were leaving early the next morning. The young lady that helped us was.nice though.

    The air conditioning did not work the entire time of our stay. I don’t understand why, when the whole hotel was nearly empty, we were given a room on the third floor, which was extremely warm and uncomfortable. Because of this, we had a terrible night and couldn’t rest properly. Very disappointing experience.

    It's a bedroom floor what's so sticky? He'd pull the shoes right off my feet. Had to scrub the bathroom floor in order to use it. The toilet seat was broken off one hinge, so you had to teeter around it to try to use it and we woke up in the morning and find roaches running all over the place.

    We were surprised with a $150 deposit on site that took over a week to get back. There were roaches on the wall, the floors were so dirty, our toddler had brown stains on her shorts from playing on the floor. The air conditioning hardly worked, as well as the tv. We spent the whole time sweating and we had to buy a fan and mop. The pool was the main reason we booked here and it was closed the entire time. They wouldn’t allow a refund and our entire trip was pretty much miserable because of this whole situation.

    Free breakfast daily, same everyday. Comfortable bed, great water pressure in shower, roomy. However, the light over the sink didn't work, the refrigerator was tied to the light switch near the door, had to thriw away 3 days worth of food before finding this out. Odd smell in room.     Definitely not exactly what’s in the photos, older hotel that has not been updated. AC barely worked, elevators are sketchy and 1000 degrees, the smell of weed everywhere. Trash outside and the pool wasn’t open even though we asked ahead of time and was told it was. On the plus side the bedding did look clean.

    Breakfast was disgusting and done before its breakfast time. They didn’t refuel. Once we asked milk and drink or water from worker she said okay then gone for while. Our first checked room was leaking water in bathroom they gave us another room but still feels so dirty. They charged $150 deposit they said gonna return it in 7 days but they didn’t so they charged over then we stayed. Tried to call nobody answer the phone call at all. We checked on time everything is good when we checked out but they didn’t send our deposit. Goodness never ever choose this hotel. You will be disappointed and pay doubled then your booking amount.

    This hotel was discussing, whenever I walked in to check in, the vestibule was dirty. Parking lot was dirty and people were sitting around in the staircases and I felt unsafe. Cigarette butts and trash was everywhere. Both rooms that we were in had a strong musky smell and the carpet was filthy. Dog hair was on the desk and chair and there were roaches in the room also. I was very displeased.

    This hotel was absolutely terrible. So bad that I cancelled the hotel and hurried to find another place for us to stay. My kids and I saw men circling the parking lot waiting for smoking grass. They surprise you at the front desk with a large incidental fee plus they tell you that they aren’t going to charge you and that hotels.com would charge me, that was a lie because they charged me the room rates on top of the incidental fee and on top of what hotels.com charged me. The room when I walked in had someone’s food bags sitting on the table and the bed was messed up like someone had been staying in it already. The room 4 doors over looks like there was a grow room and you could smell the smoking grass. Also the pool is closed for maintenance and had I known that ahead of time, I wouldn’t have booked it. It is in a horrible part of town as well.

    Do NOT stay here. If you have the slightest shred of self dignity. Or value any of your possessions. DO NOT STAY HERE. I checked out in less than 10 minutes because there was a team of guys casing the area and checking every door handle to see if it was open. Not to mention the multiple homeless walking around and sleeping across the property. Oh, and can’t forget the guy tweeting out on drugs in the front lobby. At this point mentioning the broken bathroom door or the giant gap in the front door (where it looks like it was kicked in before) seems trivial. When I checked out the front desk asked why, I mentioned “uncomfortable about of sketchy characters and activity”. Her response was a shoulder shrug with a head nod…..

    First room smelled like mold, the carpet was dirty and warm. We asked to be moved. Moved to the new room. The new room smelled cleaner. The carpet had a few black spots on it. The wall had a kid drawn smiley face, the bathroom wall had dirt marks on it and the bed had a piece of dried cereal on it. I definitely wouldn’t have thought this was a Wyndham hotel. I expected much better. The pictures do not represent this hotel. The workers were nice enough to move us, but didn’t even seem to be bothered with the room smelling; it didn’t seem to alarm them at all. They were on personal phone calls each time we went to the lobby.

    What I liked the most about the property is its location. It's conveniently located in walking distance of a variety of stores to get basically anything you may need. I was there during a heat wave and it was very disappointing that the pool was out of service. Some rooms are cleaner than others

    The place is fairly clean, but definitely could be better. There really isn’t any service provided. My biggest complaint is they lied to me when I checked in. I was told my deposit would be refunded at check out — it wasn’t, I was told they need to check the room first, so I said let’s check now. The girl said she couldn’t get a hold of the manager. Also. I specifically asked if the $25 pet fee was charged per “stay” or per “night”, and I was told it was charged per “stay”. However , I was charged per night. Again, I asked to talk to the manager, but he wasn’t available. When I tried to call there was no answer nor was there a message machine. I probably will avoid using hotel chain in the future.

    Will NEVER book with this hotel again. Bathtub, walls, AND ceilings all stained. Whole room was dirty beyond belief and had 2 roaches. Person at the desk was extremely rude, refused to give us a new room, and refused to correct the problem in any way. This building needs to be SHUT DOWN. I’m not even a picky hotel guest.     We never ended up staying there because the people at the front desk were very rude pretty much the older woman who I couldn’t catch her name. The younger girl was told to tell us that we had to give them $150 deposit in case we wrecked the room right away that brought me my caution up as why we would have to do that With three senior citizens. I would never think that Wyndham or hotels.com would offer this hotel to anyone there was drug deals going on in the parking lot, people smoking drugs, and whatever all over the place it was disgusting inside, dark and gloomy. The pictures that are on the Website are not what it’s like in the hotel. We ended up, leaving there and we went to the comfort Inn down the street I am sorry this is the first bad experience I had with you and I’m not sure you are aware of this hotel. I didn’t get to take any pictures more or less because the people told us to leave. It was very disappointing to us because we were looking to get settled and that was not the place.

    The sheets and towels were clean and plentiful,which was good. The AC worked well although it was loud. In general though the property is in very poor condition, they obviously never sweep, blow off the hallway or parking area, we had to change rooms because room above was leaking water into ours, and the pool,while clean was locked and made off limits. Basically, I think we deserve a refund of about 50 percent of what we paid

    The bathroom mirror that was supposed to be illuminated all the way around was not lit up. I told the front desk and she said maintenance could not get to me until 11am. I needed light in the bathroom that morning to get ready. I got ready in the dark. There was a roach in the bathroom. The microwave was dirty. Very dissatisfied!

    Booked and paid in full for the 4 days and 3 nights but hotel tried to charge me $279 again at the hotel on top of a $150 deposit. Had to wait for another manager to come and help me check in. Room smelled musky. Room had roaches. Fridge had bugs inside and barely cooled. Bathroom smelled like mold and the bad boards were falling off. Tub was stained. People roaming around the parking lot all day and night. Continental breakfast was mediocre and they had no waffle mix. No maintenance and no room in cleaning for our entire visit. Would not recommend. Definitely not worth the price I paid.

    The a/c unit squeaked and ratteled so loud not even 1 out of 4 of us slept. While trying to fall asleep I killed 2 roaches on me! After that I was out of the bed.     The room service was very unsatisfactory. Bed was never made, we had to go to the front desk daily to get towels,etc. My friend went to complain, and was told that every three days service would be provided as far as the rooms,trash removal. If I had known That La Quinta Inn treats their guest this, never would I have booked this reservation. CERY displeased.

    My room had several pet stains on the carpet and form them of that when I first got there because I did have my dog with me. They witnessed me take my dog out several times she never partied inside she hasn't since you this 9 weeks old. They kept my $150 deposit anyway that was wrong and unfair. The room smelled up marijuana smoke constantly and cigarette smoke I don't smoke and I've never done marijuana I inform them of that they come and check the room one time in the two weeks I was there and did find it it was full of marijuana smoke nothing changed I had to live like that for two weeks.

    We just have a bad experience a day before on Houston at one of the same chain hotels with the building maintenance so we think this is going to be different at Pensacola Fl. but is all about the same cockroaches and people smoking weed just right there outside of the rooms I being booking this type of hotels because they are affordable and well maintained but with this two last experiences I just decided to stay away of this Quality Inn we are on a 10 to 12 day trip and we decided to rent something different we rent with a Holiday Inn Express and is a huge difference with the Quality Inn, I don’t mind to pay more but I’m really concerned about my family health and safety

    Elevators very dirty and smelled of cigarette smoke, no shampoo or soap in the romm, even after i asked for it 2 days later. Told them i needed a handicap room and wasnt provided one and it was the furthest room from the elevator on 3rd floor. I had astroke and its difficult to walk. Room had no cups and carpert had nasty stains all over the room. Nastiest hotel i have ever stayed at in the USA.

    Location for our trip was great. Room lacked soap, shampoo and other toiletries. Other guests were coming to the check in desk asking for tp and towels. No breakfast for 3 days.

    Breakfast was good. Pool was nice staff very friendly. Beds were super comfy. TV would stream your Netflix. Phone in room to call front desk. Several food places and shopping very close.

    The photos are very misleading. The room is not cozy and though tidy feels dusty. The bath tub didn’t seem clean, having a faint ring and situated right next to the toilet. The experience is more like a motel. Although the property is non-smoking, guest were smoking outside of their doors which wafted right into the room along with all the outside noise. The rooms opened to a very unsightly parking area. I had to end my stay early.

    2. They collecting the deposit without giving prior notice. It is not holding the deposit. They are charging the money and telling refund will be after 3-4 days. 3. No soap, shampoo and conditioner. Even front desk also doesn’t have. 4. This is the worst hotel I had in my life. 5. Giving one star also too much. 6 . Room should be queen size beds but not, those are twin size beds.

    Dirty with sticky floor and sticky tv remote in the room and rude employees…no soap or shampoo in toom and front desk employee had to add a cord for the tv to work. It’s also in a very sketchy part of town. Felt very unsafe, they moved me from 3rd floor room to one on the ground level without asking me.

    This is an older hotel, but the room was clean & neat. Staff was very pleasant. On an another hand, the room had a weird smell like a room spray that stunk, bathroom was draining water, and out TV didn’t work. It was doable for a safe place to sleep
