The breakfast and coffee, which usually is excellent, were very basic and low quality at this Marriott! Priced at $150 / night was competitive but did not feel like this hotel was well kept...

Staff were fantastic. Everywhere was super clean and smelled fantastic. Pool had a few minor defects. Loose railing and ladder.

Reservation process, check in, room cleanliness, staff helpfulness, breakfast, check out, was all great. Much appreciated.

We will definitely stay there again

On the 4th floor there is a loud machine of some kind that randomly starts and you can hear it all throughout the night and day. Our water stopped working on the last day and when it came back on it was brown then turned clear. The desk lady advised me that room service is also day to day so do not expect your room to be clean everyday so you have to get your own towels and wash cloths.

Expedia let us down by not paying our payment to the hotel so we spent 45 mins on the phone to Expedia in the reception trying to explain that we had paid and they needed to moat the hotel but they were all A bunch of idiots at Expedia. Receptionist was unhelpful at first but eventually warmed up to our predicament. Room was lovely and breakfast was amazing

The hotel was very easy to locate right off the interstate, with a wide variety of restaurants and convenient shopping nearby. The staff was professional and welcoming, and even the other guests were friendly. The overall atmosphere was relaxing and inviting. I booked a studio suite and really enjoyed the layout—having two TVs (one in the living area and one in the bedroom) made the stay even more comfortable. One ice machine was down on a floor, but the others were working, so it was still very easy to get ice. My only concern was a noticeable gap at the bottom of my room door, which created a privacy issue. One front desk associate offered 1,000 points or a room change and even checked other rooms to see if the issue was consistent. The next morning, another associate also offered to move me; however, I only had one night remaining and had already settled in, so moving wasn’t practical. I temporarily resolved it by placing a towel under the door. I was asked to email photos to management, but I have not received a response yet. I do appreciate the staff’s efforts to address the issue. Overall: Great location, clean and comfortable room, and friendly staff. With better maintenance and follow-up, this would be an excellent stay.

Horrible hotel. Extreme hot to cold in the room. Breakfast buffet was terrible, not a buffet! slimy sausage, watery eggs, Oatmeal was dry and empty at 8am, bananas were green, starchy and hard.

The front desk staff was sick, wiping her nose then touching things. When we arrived to check in we waited for someone to come out of the back room as they were watching their personal cell phone. I paid extra for this hotel (then what was offered in the area) because I thought it would be a better experience, I was disappointed.

I've stayed here before and I really enjoyed this hotel everytime. It being around restaurants and just down the road from a local Walmart, it's also quiet and comfortable as well. They my need more charging ports in the room.

The property was awesome. We had to check out a day early and can’t get Expedia to get in touch with me about a refund. We had a family emergency. The hotel clerk was super sweet and let us know that we needed to request a refund from Expedia. They hsve not got back in touch with me.

Our property manager overbooked for Friday night and we were told we had to leave even though I had paid for Friday nightl we had to leave. We were VERY disappointed to visit your pool only to find algae in it. I spoke to the front desk and they sent the pool guy out to clean but it didn’t help our situation. I’ve traveled for years and never has I seen visible algae like I witnessed in your pool. Very disappointing for our group!

Location There was no one at the desk when we arrived around 8pm. After waiting five minutes I had to look for staff member who I eventually found in an office area. This is a security concern as no one was monitoring the entrance. Our bathroom door did not close, bathroom floor was dirty. Breakfast was weak. This facility was not

The property was located in a good area from the freeway. The staff were very nice and helpful. The pool was great, but there is a lot of mold along the edging on the liner. A good pressure washing and this facility would be perfect!

The check -in staff really nice . Unfortunately the room was dirty, carpet was dirty but most disappointed with bathroom. The bathroom had wall paper around the toilet that looked like urine stains, mold and overall not very clean. Needs attention from management.

The evening check in host was absolutely amazing. She was there for anything I needed and so helpful. We had a pretty nice stay for our mini vacation. Only issue was the shower leaked no matter what and that was the downside.

Something that may not change based on one review- I attempted to walk in to the fitness room but door was locked. I tried using my access card and it wouldn't open. The other is the pool hours. It would be nice to have even longer hours of availability. Thank you for reading.

The safety bar in the bathroom was not secured properly to the shower wall. This was reported to the management upon checkout. There was a lot of noise late in the evening.

Give them 4 stars because they let my daughter check in early as her flight was canceled, but I chose the hotel because there was a pool. And the pool was not working. It was green and closed. My granddaughter was disappointed.

No Towels, They ran out of Breakfast at 8am came back down at 9am still nothing, 2 days of unsatisfaction, they never cleaned the room. I was in room 317 and would like a refund, I paid too much money to be treated that way.

The staff was so friendly! From the time we checked in to the time we asked for a hair dryer, they were polite and accommodating. Our room was nice and CLEAN, and even smelled good! This hotel is conveniently located right off the highway and I would definitely stay there again in the future. If I could give it 10 stars, I would!

The staff were absolutely amazing and professional. I’ve stayed at this hotel many times when I come down for racing and it’s nice to be greeted by name ad they know who I am. Room was exceptionally clean, breakfast was amazing, the whole atmosphere is nice every trip.

The room was next to there food prep, so there was a lot of noise at 6am and after.

This hotel was clean and the staff was very friendly. The location was convenient and there were plenty of dining/shopping options near by. The shower had plenty of water pressure and was very roomy. I would definitely stay again.

I had a handy cap room the tub setup with the seat and a extra shower wand which was hard to reach from the seat also the valves where also hard to reach, so I had to stand, BUT the Tub did not any anti slip things on the tubs floor. with soap everything was very slippery. You might put something on the tub floor so it is not so slippery

The star of this location for me was the front desk lady T. Very friendly, smiles a lot and extremely helpful. The room itself though was really old and not the best.

• No trash bags were provided in the room's trash baskets. • Coffee cups were unavailable in the lobby for two days. • The breakfast spread was incomplete, missing scrambled eggs, yogurt, and plates, which weren't replenished. However, I was impressed by the exceptionally friendly and hospitable staff.

I like that there’s an ihop infront of the hotel. The area is nice. Finding parking is great. The staff is nice and friendly and didn’t have an issue checking in with Expedia unlike my other stays.
