room was great, place was clean and attractive throughout the property. conveniently located! Staff was helpful and kind.

Staff were always friendly and professional. My room was very clean and also facing the bay. Parking was not an issue as my brother picked me up every day. We had breakfast the first morning there and staff were friendly, helpful, fabulous! One small detail, though, there were three mysterious hairs in my room, which I'm mitigated with a tissue and the trashcan. My stay, there was perfect.

The only problem we had were the housekeeping staff trying to hurry us to check out. We had until 12noon but they camped outside our room. We were going to try to check out my 10am and my husband was taking our luggage to the car when one stopped to ask if we were checking out. He said we were loading up but I was in the room. One walked in while I was in the bathroom. They said whoops and left the room but we have never been so hassled about getting out of the room. Otherwise the rest of the staff were great.

Room was nice. Staff was great. I honestly do not think there would be a diffrence from sleeping on the bed or the floor. The bed bed was like a stone slab. Woke up ebery morning with back pain.

Convenient clean friendly staff and good clientele no riff Raff hanging around outside Starbucks. I was looking for a real cup of coffee in the morning without paying. Would prefer not to have Starbucks and have a complimentary coffee and tea bar 24/7. That's about the only thing we didn't like

Very clean great location

The bed was comfortable, and the room was reasonably quiet although we could hear people talking in the parking lot below us. We always travel with White Noise machines and also ran the bathroom fan overnight so we slept soundly and heard no loud noise. The TV had excellent resolution and sound. The shower had a nice shower head and comfortable, steady temperature. We did not eat breakfast there since it was not included so we walked across the parking lot to “Another Broken Egg Cafe”. Rick at the front desk was very helpful and answered all of our questions including about the quirky door lock on the doors which apparently are designed that way to prevent people from locking themselves out of their room. We will return here.

The shower drained too slowly, almost overflowing the tiny little lip in under 4 minutes.

We were extremely surprised with the refurbished hotel rooms and the decorative lobby. Can’t wait for our next annual trip!

The property is kept up , well lit at night time , clean . The staff all were friendly and helpful. I was given a handicap room which I did not like because of the shower in the bathroom, the water would run out of the shower area onto the bathroom floor, saturating the floor towel every morning and creating a large puddle to step into coming out of the shower

The room and property was generally clean, but there was vomit on the side of the toilet. Even when I told the front desk, it went uncleaned.

Other than that, it was a great stay. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance. Very nice place to stay.

As someone who has lived in hotels for about 5 of the past 20 years, I know a lot about hotels. This hotel was ideal for a short to medium stay. My standard room was large and featured a bed and full couch. Huge 60 inch TV. Desk area. Window that opens. Jacuzzi hot tub by the pool. Small bar downstairs. Right across from McGuire's Irish Pub and next to a Brazilian steakhouse. Only a mile from the best spots downtown Pensacola (and you travel through one of the ritziest streets I've ever seen). Right off of Route 98 and overlooking the bridge to the beach. Friendly and helpful staff. I couldn't be happier with my stay.

The bar/restaurant was never open. Our room was a disabled access room which was fine however the curtain in the shower was too short and water would get all over the floor creating a hazardous situation.

We were placed in the wrong mobility accessible room we needed a shower woth seat and adjustable shower head but was promptly correctly. They also gave us a basket of snacks when they found out it was our anniversary.

Truly disappointed in this hotel. Nothing exceptional except local to justify the high price. The room looked like it was decorated from the Sale aisle at IKEA. Two tiny drawers and one tiny cubby hole (not closet) for storage, minimalist linens, like warm shower water, no maid service. The only positive was all the restaurants close by. Nothing Marriott worthy.

There was a weird scent in the sheets. Another concern with it was the fact that the rooms are attached to the point where you can open a door to the next room. Makes it very uncomfortable especially for noisy people. One more thing they made it seem as if there was breakfast available on the website but it was in fact not. And the Starbucks is not what we were hoping it to be, only had coffee. The Starbucks 15 minutes away in the hospital was better. Only good thing was the staff, very friendly and quick to help out when alerted with a noise concern as well as anything else.

The staff were very professional and friendly. Enjoyed the convenience to restaurants, downtown area, and quick drive to the beach.

I called for more towels; the guy only bought 2 towels (there was 3 of us in the room. We went out to dinner that night and when we returned, I asked the girl for more coffee, she informed me there should be coffee in our room. I told her we had drank it that morning, she gave me 2 pods with 3 of us standing there.

From all the Marriott hotels, this one wasn't in standards to what Marriott is all about. Was disappointed with the experience maybe its this property location or maybe the renovations, or maybe the service from guest services! paid top dollar for the location & never got the quality out of it! overall Marriott stays true to their quality & service which i never got here. I hope next Courtyard experience isn't this way!

Very friendly staff and clean and comfortable rooms. A bit noisy due to proximity to the the main road to the beaches but great location and access to downtown Pensacola and beaches.

The hotel was going thru upgrades thru out. Big paint smell in room. Weren’t told about this when I booked the rooms

Good hotel that’s right across the street from McGuire’s. Staff is very friendly. Only issue is that you can hear people in the hall very easily through the door. But I’d stay here again.

Like that several good restaurants and bars were within walking distance. Like convenient free parking. Didn’t like the fact the hotel is undergoing renovations. There was no notice on website about the inconvenience of the renovations. Didn’t like the traffic noise. The hotel is located between major highways going and coming from the beach bridge. Didn’t like that the hot tub was dirty and not working. Didn’t like that two of the four cardio machines didn’t work. Didn’t like the fact that breakfast was not included with the hotel room cost. Didn’t like that the toilet flushed completely once out of appropriately every 6 flushes.

Was awoken at crack of dawn with extremely loud what I was told construction work was not offered a different room until I said I wished to stay another night but not this room (wich had a non functional toilet) second night was much better minus the fact both nights stayed the pool seemed to be closed .. the morning I left there was no hot water ......

Lovely hotel, I liked that you have a bar. That was convenient. The hotel is being renovated, which was. not disclosed when I paid for the room on line. While the renovations did not interfere with with our stay, it would have been nice to know that there were some limitations.

Construction going on and place is in terrible shape. Construction starts at 7 am. Loud and messy at the moment. Phone didn’t work at the front desk or in my room. Should be giving a deep discount to be staying at the moment and let guest know it’s under construction

They had with their credit card system, tv didn’t work and wasn’t put together, construction on the same floor in the next room over. If you knew there were construction going on at 7 AM on the floor and the next-door to our room. You shouldn’t have booked that hall, that floor, or that room. They then tried to double charge me when I was leaving.

Fantastic shower- water pressure, shower products (shampoo, body wash, conditioner)- was fantastic. The construction going on was just too much. Loud, dusty, held up the elevator, closed off amenities from time to time. Microwave didn’t work- maintenance replaced with working one first night. Good convenient location. Staff was friendly.

Other than some construction around the property, something which Pansacon had no control over, I found the property very adequate, within easy reach of our hotel, and plenty of find restaurants from which to choose.

Every staff member I encountered was excellent. My original reservation was staying until the 16th. They told me there was no issue with me chekcing out on the 15th. I have not rec'd the credit back yet but I assume it will take a few days.

When we tried to print boarding passes someone had left a jam in th printer. Front desk clerk and maintenance man able unjam and we were able to get passes!

My stay was okay. I was able to check-in early before starting my work meetings. My biggest disappointment was that I came back to the hotel after a long day and my room was not cleaned or refreshed.

Did not look at amenities or require any service from staff. We were there for a funeral. It was quiet, ample parking and close to all the places we needed to be.

Perfect location to dining and shopping and just a short trip to the beach. Its nice that parking is free. The hotel is clean and the staff is friendly and welcoming. There’s a little cafe and bar in the hotel which is very convenient when you feel like staying in. This is my go to hotel when I visit Pensacola.

Stayed at this property for the seafood festival and it was perfect for a 1 night stay. There is plenty of free parking, and luggage carts. I was able to check in early and get settled in. I was informed at Checkin about the breakfast option for a charge and afternoon cocktails as well. The facilities were clean. The pool area was immaculate and the lounge chairs were wonderful. The rooms was clean and spacious but the bathroom could be a bit cleaner. The shower was hot, which I enjoyed. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and would return.

The rooms were comofrtable enough, but I would not stay here again.

This is a great place to stay if you are a beach person. It is easy to get to the beach and seemed to be safe. My one complaint is the entire week we we there, the tv was not so good. They have internet tv and for the entire we were there it did not work. Lots of promises but no internet tv.

Clean and modern. Lots of parking, needs more pillows for sleeping. 2 for me and 2 for me but needs one more body pillow. Overall excellent.

The staff at the front desk was the most unfriendly that I’ve had at a hotel. The hotel itself is very outdated. The rooms are very small. For the price, we will stay somewhere else next time. The pool and the hot tub were nice.

Was charged $2.40 for a bottle of water, robbery! Room should come with a couple bottles of water complimentary for the price of the room you charge. Have stayed at cheaper hotels and was handed as many bottles of water as wanted.

We took a quick trip for memorial weekend and this hotel was a great stay for a great price! Easy and fast drive to Pensacola Beach. Room was modern and spacious. Fridge and microwave which was nice. The hotel is a little outdated for the price you are going to pay. The rooms dont have safe. The air-condition is old and smelly.

Hotel is not well kept, it’s noisy and the “restaurant”/bar was closed entirely on a Saturday night. Meanwhile, they’re still advertising it as an amenity…quite misleading. The front desk attendant was unfriendly and not helpful at all. Won’t likely go back.

Great location with easy access to the beach and great and helpful friendly staff

I usually have a great experience when staying at Marriott hotels, but this stay was different. I was down there on business, and when I checked in Thursday, I had asked for a Friday 6:30 AM wake up call. I never rec'd it, and hence missed my rideshare to the event. I had to book an Uber ride for $70.00. And, just last night when going into the hotel, I asked for another wake up call 4:00AM that I never rec'd either. Simple wake up calls, that I didn't get ruined my stay! I am very disappointed with the overall experience.

Convenient to all of our activities. Very clean and comfortable room.

The staff was very friendly and checked us in quickly. We dealt with three shifts of staff over our stay and all were friendly and questions were answered quickly and well. There were so many places to eat in strolling distance from the hotel. Maguires is right across the street and Another Broken Egg (amazing breakfast menu) is right across the parking lot. Whataburger and Waffle House a short stroll, a high end liquor store, and a convenience store also in strolling distance. Supermarket was a short drive or a long walk. Highly recommended.

This hotel was very nice. The staff is super friendly. We were greeted with a smile every time we came & went. If you’re staying for the beach it is only about a 10 minute drive down.

Way too expensive to not offer breakfast. Way too hard to book through Expedia. The Expedia agent cancelled my booking because she had to be the one to talk to Marriott and not me. She literally couldn’t communicate what I was asking for and ends up cancelling my room and still charging me for it!!

The hotel is convenient to walk to restaurants. All the staff were helpful and friendly.

We left early and when we returned the room was not clean, they didn't even give us new towels. I called to complain and was told by Rebecca she'll send me sheets so I can make my own bed. She then told me it was nothing she can do, that her manager would give me a call back before I checked out. Have yet to receive that call and I checked out yesterday. Poor customer service.

Breakfast was not included and with the rate breakfast should be free.

The water in shower takes a hot 2 mins to get hot.. after flushing toilet it running for 30 seconds… told staff twice … nothing done … after for towels twice had to go get them myself

There was mold on the shower curtains

This is our go-to in pensacola. We were passing through recently, totally exhausted from a long week. The staff allowed to check in hours early! We were able to recharge before continuing on.Their help and hospitality made a huge and positive difference for us!

Also, difficult to use the bathtub stopper to take a bath. Staff were very friendly and room was clean.
