John was so absolutely incredibly friendly and helpful at check in!! He went out of his way to make sure we had the best stay ever!! We truly appreciate his kindness and southern hospitality!! Breakfast is always the very best!!! Good coffee and make your own belgian waffles im in love!!! Would definitely return to this loverly property!!! 10/10!!

Location We were traveling with 3 dogs and there was no notification that they will charge you $50 per pet plus an additional $50 pet refundable deposit for damages. We paid more to have the pets in the room then for the room. The room had 2 dehumidifier smelled of mold and and was not worth the money we dished out. We would have been better off staying at a budget hotel than this place.

Beds old and on metal platform. Ridiculous! Hate the multi-use shower amenities...how many other hands have tried to squeeze those bottles, Gross!! Outlets by beds so overused my cpap couldn't get electricity. TV bigger than most. Ac has steady fan mode, that was great vs on and off all night.

It was located right off the highway. The staff was friendly. The room was extremely damp and musty the entire stay. No matter how much we crank the AC, and there was 0% humidity in the weather that week. The roo. Was handicapped (we didn't ask for that) and had a handicap accessible shower, but the showe curtain was old, worn and too short not the bathroom floor pretty much got soaked when showering. We had to lay down a lot of towels. That was nasty. The breakfast was free but very undesirable. They served precooked chicken patties as the meat option one day, never had that for breakfast before never served bacon. The eggs were powdered and the coffee was bad not fresh brewed. Also, they are in the middle of construction and they were running fire alarm drills, no notice at rime of booking. They also ran out of clean towels at some point.

Quiet area, clean…”Homey”/Country Vibe,..walkable to a few local restaurants & convenience store/Easy driving distance to others…Great breakfast variety!!…Good customer service, very pleasant front desk & housekeeping staff…The ladies in the kitchen, especially the older lady preparing the breakfast was very welcoming,&friendly…Vending area was ok, good variety and not super expensive… Need a designated non-smoker sitting or waiting area, especially in the front of the hotel.Both benches on both sides in front, and by the rear pool patio area in the back,were designated smoking areas,not good for non-smokers or children….No carpeting in our double bedded room….Hallway carpet upstairs needs upgrade…Need a couple floor mats for short hallway & at elevator from leaving the pool area…Hot Tubs in specific rooms only,not a general Jacuzzi as stated/Ad

that being said We ony had a little interaction with the staff but they were very friendly. the room was clean but the hallways carpet and walls were very dated and stained. breakfast had several options. we had to leave early and appreciated that it started at 6:00 a.m. even on a Saturday.

Check in was super easy, the room was clean and spacious, and the amenities were great! The staff was super nice, and check in/check out was a breeze. Will definitely be staying here again.

I have stayed here at least five times over the past few years as I travel for work. The staff is always super nice, the rooms are clean, and the hot breakfast is always good.

Clean upon arrival and courteous check-in staff. Housekeeping stops to check on needs since they only clean rooms after 3 nights. Breakfast offering was nice. Only sad that the hot tub that appeared in the photos had been removed, and all but one set of laundry machines was down so we couldn’t clean our clothes before returning home. My family and I booked an overnight stay at Country Inn and when we entered our room, we had hair on the linen and towels. There was also

Stayed 4 nights and never cleaned the room they said they would after three nights. They came in and gave new towels, not toilet paper. Breakfast was very good with variety of cold and hot food items that changed daily. (Some were staples like waffles and cereal, but breakfast tacos were added one day and one day had eggs, biscuit and gravy etc.)

Love the staff at this location. Everyone is friendly and accommodating. Breakfast is good and my girls love the indoor pool. The rooms are a nice size and can easily fit our family of five (double queen and a sofa bed).

The hotel carpet is absolutely disgustingly dirty in hallways. Our door looked like someone had tried to pry it open at the lock. Inside paint was chipped everywhere. While we were there the first night there was a racket and my son saw a half clothed man handcuffed by cops right outside our bedroom door. Quite scary. We barricaded in for the rest of our nights and swore to never return to this particular hotel. The breakfast (which we only had one morning) was not as plentiful in options as many other buffet but it was clean and the gal who worked in there was particularly pleasant and conscientious.

There was no hot water and then no water at all and they didn't warn us and then when i spoke to the desk about it, they were hateful.

Pool was cold so not enjoyable although it was advertised as heated and definitely no hot tub as advertised. Breakfast was tolerable however more variety would be great. Switched the thermostat yo heat amd set it to 70 degrees, it still blew out cold air. The continental breakfast was very last luster. The worst experience ever the room has not been touched old food in the microwave and fridge crumbs on the floor windows was very dirty no manager on site no type of accommodations for such a nasty room only ten percent off I was supposed to stay there two nights but I only stayed one .... night

The two reasons I rented this room was the indoor pool and the hot tub, the hot tub is and has been gone long enough it is cemented in, according to the desk clerk, and the indoor pool pump has been out with no expected date to be fixed.

The rooms and property were clean and well-maintained. The only drawback to our stay was that standard rooms do not have grab bars in the showers. Apparently, only the handicapped-designated rooms (all of which were occupied during our stay) have this feature available. Many senior travelers need this feature for stability.

I found item in the room from previous guest I assume. No wi/fi and the pool and spa were closed for repair. Would have liked to have know ahead of time.

Staff was courteous; common areas like the breakfast room and lobby were good. Our room had a big stain on the roll down blinds, shower stall discolored from grout? (stains), lots of nicks in furniture - generally room looks 'sad' and seen better days. (Some common furniture also clearly had stains). Cleaning people did not show up first day; second day they showed up at 8:30 am and asked if we wanted them to come in and we were not prepared to have them do anything (too early!) Breakfast was good and employees were attentive there. Laundry room facilities were not good - machines were not all working and we lost money (which the hotel will not reimburse :( ) For the money it was an average experience and I'm not sure I would recommend.

the room wasn't as clean as it should have been. there was a rip in the sheet on one of the beds. the mattress needed to be replaced, you sunk into them because the were worn out

The breakfast is lackluster. The rooms stink and staff is very aware. They wanted me to go up and smell a room upon check in! Stated guest noticed terrible smells. That was room 320. I declined and asked for somewhere else. We were given 319 and it stunk badly. I can’t imagine what 320 smelled like. I wouldn’t waste my time here and wouldn’t go back even if they give me free stays the rest of my life. Avoid this place at all cost!

The establishment was I under going a refit so the was drywall dust over everything.

First, the staff we interacted with were very professional and nice, the place is clean, though going through some renovations, which we knew of beforehand. However, the bed was so uncomfortable and the pillows so lumpy that neither my wife nor I got anywhere near a good night's sleep. One time, when my wife got out of bed, we heard a noise from underneath that sounded like a steel drum. What was that!?! With all the other choices in that part of P'cola, we won't go back.

First room had signs of not completed cleaning, staff moved us to another room quickly and we extended our stay by 1 day because of how great the staff and property displayed. The pool closer was a bummer

Staff could also use some training on what to do during a tornado warning. A tornado warning was issued for the area during my stay. I found out via my phone emergency alerts. I called the front desk to inquire if there was an area we needed to go to within the hotel and the front desk said, “To be honest, this is my first tornado warning.” Basically, no idea on what to do. That instills a lot about safety when a tornado warning is issued and you’re asleep. By the way, the warning occurred just before midnight local time. Pool is under construction at the time of my visit, wouldn’t expect to go for a swim.

On the positive side, the staff were very nice and the continental breakfast was good.

Room was clean, and comfortable. What I really liked about the hotel was the staff. They always smiled at you when you entered or left, which is such a small thing but goes a long way in making you feel comfortable in a place that’s not your home. Even the breakfast lady, she was working to keep the breakfast area stocked and cleaned and greeted you always with a chirpy good morning! They had some renovations going on but it was never loud or inconvenient.

The indoor pool was being remodeled. I was not made aware of this before booking. My little six-year-old granddaughter was really disappointed. Also, the beds were not as comfortable as expected. The breakfast was OK but could offer more selections. The overall stay was alright, but we probably will not book again.

We killed 7 bugs as we entered the room. The pull out couch had cigarette burns in it (non smoking room) there was blood stains amd other bodily fluid stains on the mattress. They did let us use a roll away bed for my son for no charge. Wasnt notified before hand of the pool closure and construction going on.

Nice hotel outside Pensacola Exit 7 on I-10. They are renovating it now but it was not too bad. Swimming pool was closed. This hotel used to have great BF but now it is basic but sufficient. Service people are friendly and respond to your needs.

The Front Desk Staff were wonderful across the board and quick to address any little trouble.The only problem was we kept having little troubles. The TV wouldn't connect to the cable and the phone wasn't plugged in on the first day. We got towels replaced but dirty towels left in the room. Turndown service was inconsistent. Also, I particularly enjoyed the yogurt, fresh fruit, and tea options at the complimentary breakfast. All in all, I don't regret booking this place, but I don't feel teh need to return either.

after my brother and I checked into our room, I was standing there waiting to order some food and the door opened. Someone was coming into the room. Another group was given the same room. I went down to asked about the issue and was told that I was given the wrong room but everything was taken care of and I was okay to stay in that room. The air conditioner was loud and making noise, it leaked water on the floor. I just don't know how you check into a room and then the same room is given to another party. Hard to sleep knowing someone else could get in.

Our room smelled like cat pee and when we told the office they just gave us spray to make it smell better. The pillows were flat and you needed multiple for your head. Also, our door would not lock. We did not find this out until the end, but the door could be pushed on and it would open. The kitchen staff was friendly and helpful though best part of the hotel.

Very disappointing. Stealing people. I booked through Expedia and showed the amount to pay including all taxes and fees. The hotel charged more, an undisclosed amount. I will never book this hotel again. We hope the Radisson management will audit this hotel. We'll make a claim.

I cancelled this reservation last week on Monday August 11. This had to be done because of a death. To this point, I have received no refund on my credit card. Very disappointed.

The air conditioning was vibrating the whole room

We were going adding through town with our RV and we booked a room to stay here. Really we wanted some hot showers because we already had an RV to sleep in. None of us got hot showers and when I called the front desk they said it has been an ongoing issue, which means they know it’s a problem. I told them I would like refunded for the room and the clerk told me he was not authorized to give refunds. I reached out to Expedia and they worked very hard for a refund but the hotel still refused. I ultimately had to reach out to my credit card. The room had what appeared to be dried pizza sauce on the chair, the lamp shade was destroyed and falling down, the comforter looked disgusting. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

The hotel is older so there is that old smell as soon as you walk into the room, also had a terrible mildew smell coming from our mattress. Def wasn’t up to the ratings it’s received online, just wanted to let others know..not the worst & for the price it’s bearable.

A quiet property in the back of multiple hotel properties. Clean, quiet and comfortable. With us being a beach destination town there was several families on our floor that when we got off, the elevator sounded like parties but the moment we stepped in the room, everything was silent. It was great. Everyone could enjoy their day.

We have traveled quite a bit last 20 years. This is honestly one of the nicest places we have ever stayed. Loved it, was super clean, everybody was super nice which is rare in today’s world. The people that checked us in and out and the housekeepers were all super friendly! Thanks for your hospitality! Honestly should be ranked a 10/10.

It’s a place to sleep. Not great. Not bad. Room was empty. Felt like an empty shed at Home Depot with the echo.

Overall not a great experience. Upon entering our room it had a weird odor (previous review mentioned the 4th floor rooms having this smell which is where qe were) and we also noticed our bathroom door didn't lock. The pillows were really bad and left us with neck pain every morning from how thin they were. Housekeeping only changed our sheets once out our whole stay and thats because we chased down the housekeeper in the hallway and asked her to do so. We also didn't have any hot water for the duration of our stay. The customer service was the only good thing about the stay, the staff was friendly and answered all of my questions when asked.

First of all i want to commend the staff from the front desk to the room cleaners to maintenence personnel. They were all very hospitable and hard working. Our overall stay was very enjoyable except one aspect. The room had a very bad odor. When I spoke with front desk personnel, they acted on it right away sending maintenance up to do a thorough cleaning of the AC unit which helped for the most part. Upon checking out the front desk told us that they appreciate our reporting it and would further look into the issue. We want to thank everyone. Also the breakfast and the food service personnel were very good as well. We enjoyed our free breakfast of gravy, biscuits eggs and waffles.

The room was big, good size for a family of 5. It was clean, no complaints there. A little outdated furniture, our room had 2 tvs. Staff was super friendly and helpful, they have a decent hot breakfast. The hot tub was out of order when we stayed there but the pool was up and running. Pensacola beach is about a 30 min drive. Overall we were happy with our stay and most likely we’ll be staying here for our next trip.

I booked this hotel because on one site it was listed as a 9.4/10, but what I found certainly did not live up to that rating. It was not as clean as I had expected and the breakfast was minimal at best. The one truly good thing though were the beds which were very comfortable.

The staff is very friendly! The location is decent if your goal is to be near the beach. However, the dining options are quite far away. Breakfast is decent but could be better. The pool area is lacking. On the positive side, the beds are amazing, and the rooms are comfortable. Keep in mind that cleaning isn’t done every day, so it’s important to stay organized!

Good stay and the room was very clean but had a cat urine smell but they gave us a scent eliminator and all was good. Its in a real good location and close to everything. The breakfast was good. The pool was clean. I would definately stay again.

Hot tub advertised but it was out of operation and they didn’t clean room at all for a 4 night stay. Replaced towels a couple of times and got trash once but didnt clean otherwise. I would have expected this after 3 nights.

The only issue was the bed was not comfortable at all. Everything else was great. Maybe look into getting more comfortable mattresses. For me, my sleep is at the top of the list when staying overnight somewhere.

Our stay was pleasant and the staff is kind and helpful. It is clear that the staff take pride in the appearance and comfort of the facility.

The hotel was phenomenal. The breakfast was so good. It also had an exercise room and a laundry room although two machines were out the pool indoor but it was very hot inside the pool room and the hot tub was in operable. The hotel was 30 minutes from the beach, but for the price it was feasible and also we liked that the hotel was near a variety of restaurants instead of just restricted to the island because the prices are too high near the beach. Overall, I was extremely satisfied with the hotel and with Expedia’s transparency with the recommendation and selection of hotels, we will definitely be staying on that property in the future.

The Staff is Friendly and it is a well maintained property

We went downstairs to speak with someone and they moved us to another king suite. As soon as we entered the room the smell of mustiness hit us. There was a humidifier in the corner so we knew there was a water problem That was the final straw. We went and spoke with the staff again and told them that we were checking out the next day since it was late and we were so tired. They told us that this information would be passed on to the day manager. We had reserved through expedia so we called them and explained the situation. Expedia and hotel apparently discussed this sometime before the morning because we were issued a refund , minus the 1 night. The hotel staff was very understanding and professional. The hotel owner is the one who needs to get it together because we don't recommend this hotel at all. We unpacked twice in one day, totally ridiculous.

My room smelled very strongly of some sort of chemical. We could never identify the small. Very ammonia-like, but whatever it was it made the room almost unbearable. But it was Memorial Day weekend, and all hotels were sold out. The bed was uncomfortable.

I like the convenience to where I needed to go. I didn’t like that there were hidden Hotel fees, When I complained they did take them off. The property did need a little bit of cosmetic maintenance. Overall it was an OK stay

It was as you’d expect

It was such a perfect stay for us. The employees were so friendly and so were the locals. The hotel was lovely. It had everything we needed and the breakfast was top knotch with it's waffles, eggs, sausage, biscuits and so much more. The rooms are nice and it has an indoor pool. I really can't think of a single bad thing to say.

The hotel is basic but nice. The staff was really nice but accidentally charged my cards twice for my stay, which made me have to adjust my vacation. They refunded the money the following day. The beds were a little to hard for my liking but overall it was a good stay.

The staff was tremendous! Helpful and good at their jobs! Breakfast was nice… ran out of bacon by 7:30? That was a little rough!

Check in was quick and pleasant. The room was clean. Breakfast was okay. Out of orange juice and no breakfast meats.

The young lady who checked us in on 05/06 was amazing. The staff that assisted with my 2nd reservation was wonderful too. My biggest complaint is that the bathroom was not clean. It was clear smeared feces was on the outer bowl of the toilet, a dirt ring inside the toilet and bathtub. Only the towels were switched out and they ran out of face towels. We had to wait until the next day to get clean face towels.

The staff was friendly. It was an easy check in. The room was very spacious.

Room was ok. The placement of the furniture made it difficult to watch tv without wretching your neck making it very uncomfortable to watch unless you were in bed. The toilet paper was the cheapest, roughest paper ever. Breakfast was ok.

Unfortunately my husband became ill and we could not stay both nights. The hotel charged me almost $100 for having to cancel the second night of our stay. The manager was incredibly rude and contrite. She said “Maybe you should have booked through the hotel instead of a third party”. She put her hand up to me as if to say “Talk to the hand”. I will not stay there again. I told her they shouldn’t punish people because their plans change. B
