Great location when attending a concert nearby at the Wharf Amphitheatre in Georgia.

I hate to write negative reviews. But the main issue with the room was the overwhelming scent that permeated it. I spent the night coughing, reacting to it. I was to be joined by one of my kids the following day who is extremely allergic, and I knew that we could not stay there. The front office said that they could put me in another room without a room deodorizer, however, the smell would be bad. I asked what that meant and they said it was because it has a very old building smell. They kindly gave me a refund for the remaining nights I was to stay there. I will say that the room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. The actual premises have a remote feel to it. I never made use of the restaurant, etc.

Stayed for a weekend but mainly just to sleep. The only downside was the drawers and cabinets were not in very good condition; we were a bit afraid to use them in case they feel apart. Everything else was great. Each cottage has four double-bed bedrooms with private bathrooms and entrances to rent individually or as two- or four-room suites that allow access to the central living room and kitchen area. Our single room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. No noise from other guests and plenty of parking close to our room. Very quiet and peaceful place to stay.

Only stayed one night it was peaceful.

They have a box outside that allows you to retrieve your key after the office closes. However, They have a pool you can’t use unless you contact the office for a code You don’t know this until you check in after three when the office is already closed. Not sure why they don’t just put the code in with your key.

We loved our short stay. Very quiet and clean. Helpful staff. Loved there was a restaurant on the grounds and seeing the deer grazing!

The cottage had everything we needed apart from a hairdryer but that’s ok! Would recommend and stay again.

Great room on a quiet golf course, restaurant and bar in the clubhouse, pool, far enough from the beach to be out of the crowd.

Room was clean and the price was the best in the area. Very convenient to many shops and restaurants.

A nice little cottage near a golf course but off the beaten path. Perfect for our overnight stay to be in the area for the blue angels show. A little dated but not complaining at all. Decided that evening after dinner, before coming back to the cottage, to take a little ride around the corner from our cottage just to tour the area… what a nice surprise to see around 10-15 deer grazing in the grass. Really enjoyed seeing this. Would stay here again in ever in the area.

The cottages were spacious, clean and cozy. Convenient location to everything. The only complaint I had was the bed was not comfortable at all. My back hurt just after the first night :( other than that I had no issues. I would book again.

The Cottages are a hidden gem! For a great price you can stay in a spacious room a few minutes drive from the beach. The bathroom was clean and there was a mini fridge in the room. A little dated but that's no issue! The restaurant on site was delicious and affordable. Staff was super nice. The location is quiet but very close to grocery stores and restaurants. We had a lovely time, would recommend, and want to come back!

There is no daily room cleaning or restocking so towels and such had to be procured at the desk. There were enough for a couple of days. There is a clubhouse close to where we stayed and it had a bar, and small restaurant. We did not eat there. Overall, we were satisfied as the room was what we expected. Do not expect 5 star hotel service. This is a cottage.

We loved our stay at Cottages on the Green. It was so quiet, peaceful, and convenient to beaches, restaurants and shopping. We can’t wait to stay again.

Easy late check in, had a great fridge with mini freezer compartment, microwave and food prep area in the unit. Can’t beat the price and location!

The property was very reasonable priced, The only thing I wasn’t very happy with was the air conditioning seemed a bit under performing. I also was a little taken back by the checkout rules… Having to make sure I take out the trash, But then leaving an envelope for a tip. That seemed weird. But overall, I would stay here again. It was close to the beach.

The room was full of big cockroaches. I had to go out late to the store and buy roach spray. I sprayed the room. The next morning I found about 10 dead roaches all over the room. I have never had this happen anywhere to me. I would never recommend this place to anyone. Horrible experience. There wasn't anyone working that I could report this too and move to a different building.

This is our second stay at Cottages On the Green. We love the central location to Pensacola, Perdido Key and beaches as well as the state and National parks nearby. Close to great restaurants and events in either direction! Great value for the money and the staff is so so helpful and friendly!

I don't know if the people next door were full-time residents or just noisy travelers, but we were awakened several times during the night and in the early morning. There should be some noise mitigation between these rooms.

The shower had not been cleaned there was someone else’s hair on the wall. We checked in late so couldn’t do much after flying all day. Check in was great. They called cause the office closes at 5 pm and we landed at 4:40pm. The chair in the room was broken and the toilet was wobbly. You would think if they tell you to leave trash outside they would tie bags on the door. That’s not the case. You can’t use the towels for the beach or to wipe your face, if you use makeup cause they will charge you.

Looking forward to booking again on my next visit to the area. Large sleeping area, room to stretch. Quiet. Close to shopping and dining. Comfortable beds. Not fancy, but definitely not junky. Like staying at your in-laws...if your in-laws like your company.

Great location, nice setup how the cottages are separated. Not so great how the bedrooms share the suite space, can hear them, thank goodness they were quiet. Landscaping could definitely use some updating. I wish the pool had been open ( my fault not reading that it didn’t open until April). Nice beds and pillows! Staff very nice!

What a wonderful, clean, comfortable stay! While staying in a cottage on a golf course may not be what you are looking for, we loved it! We took a room with 2 queen beds. A little older property but well maintained and super clean! Quiet, peaceful, and only 14 minutes from the hustle and bustle of the beach at Perdido Key. We can't recommend highly enough!

The cabins sit on the edge of a golf course, nestled away a quarter mile from the nearest road. For breakfast or lunch, there is the clubhouse. For lunch or dinner, there is a rustic seafood restaurant about 7 minutes away. This is the place to go when you just want peace and quiet.

The property was nicely groomed! Very peaceful and quiet! I liked that it was close to Perdido Key. I only wished that the room could have had some comfy chairs to sit in. Overall it was very clean and nice!!

Inside the beds were fine but there was an unpatched 12 inch circle on the ceiling as well as one in the bathroom. There was a used qtip on the floor. This room had an adjoining room door that you could see daylight through on each side and could hear the occupants in the other room as if they were in our room. There was no hair dryer in the room. I had to go and get one from the front desk. I would put them on the level of a Motel Six. The price sure wasn’t reflected in the property/room/amenities. On day two I found that the windows were unlocked! For the price I paid it was disturbingly unkempt and overpriced. I will never stay there again.

This would be ideal for a family gathering where you could rent multiple rooms and the common area for family meals.

The property is on a golf course so it was very quiet and pretty. The furniture is older but lovely. The staff was amazing!

Place was great. My husband and I went there not to golf but to go visit our daughter she was graduating in the Navy AVT. ( Looks like a great place to golf.) Room was great very quiet. We went to try to go have breakfast on Saturday morning the restaurant restaurant said they didn't have any food. Only thing I wasn't happy with everything else was great.

The cottage was extremely clean and had plenty of room. The only negative was that the bed was extremely firm, which for me was uncomfortable. The front desk ladies were very nice and accommodating. The cottage was very cute and clean! My only complaint was that there wasn't anyone available in the office for questions. We did arrive late and there was an after hours number. Call the hotel directly if you want to stay there! Their prices are almost half what hotels.com charges!!

From desk staff super nice! Only negative is had one excellent omelette breakfast, but the next day our breakfast sandwich was not very nice. Overall very nice place

It was lovely, comfortable. Much much more than I expected. I intend to stay there again the next time I’m in Pensacola. I am not a golfer- but sitting in my own private sunroom and waking up to the beautiful grounds each day made for some pleasant thinking first thing in the morning while I enjoyed my coffee. Staff were courteous and professional!
