Reviews
The hotel reviews are mixed, with some guests expressing satisfaction with the staff, cleanliness, and location, while others report issues with cleanliness, maintenance, and customer service. Roaches and other pests are a recurring complaint in several reviews.
- Friendly and helpful staff
- Convenient location close to restaurants, beaches, and other attractions
- Issues with cleanliness, including dirty bathrooms and pest sightings
- Poor customer service and unprofessional staff behavior
- 3/5
First room we went to had not been cleaned and had bedding all over the room. Second room was very musty. Breakfast was good
- 5/5
The hotel is a little dated, but kept clean. The breakfast was good and well stocked. The staff were very accommodating to a couple small issues that came up for us that did not have to do with the hotel directly. We would stay there again when visiting the area.
- 4/5
The breakfast offered a great variety, and items were replenished quickly whenever they ran low. All of the staff members were polite, friendly, and attentive throughout my stay. The main drawback is that, particularly in the guest rooms, it is evident that the property would benefit from more substantial renovations rather than just cosmetic upgrades.
- 5/5
Our room was clean, the bed was very comfortable. The room was nice and cool. Shower worked very well, good water presser. The breakfast here is very good, a lot of verity.
- 5/5
Me gustó la limpieza, la atención del personal , desayuno muy variado y fresco.

The property itself needs some upgrades, but overall service was good.
- 2/5
There are no pillowcases on the pillow pillows no fitted sheet on the bed so the linen was very questionable as to whether or not it had been changed

I booked for me and my children. The manager knocked on my door and told me I had to make my kids be quiet. Mind you they are 1 & 3. My 1 year old had never stayed away from home before so she was upset.. the room smelled awful & the carpet was wet. When I went to ask for a different room he said there were none available and basically said there was nothing he could do .
- 1/5
Felt very unsafe the second I walked into the hotel. The door to our room slammed, the bathroom was dirty, the tub had hard water scum on the sides and the drain had mold around it and there was hair on the floor. Didn’t even bother staying because it was not clean. 10/10 would NEVER stay there again.
- 3/5
Liked location near NAS, clean, well lite. Didn't like (1) NO TOP SHEET (2) Breakfast sausage gravy flourery and pasty (3) Rooms (2) Carpet wet, musty, with a smell of disinfect.
- 4/5
We ended up getting a kitchenette suite which would’ve been perfect had there been any utensils pots pans silverware plates for us to actually use it. Just keep that in mind if you decide to pay extra for it. Either bring that stuff from home or be prepared to pay for it while you’re in Pensacola. It was in a great location. Only five minutes away from the Navy base where we had family stationed. The surrounding areas are a little rough, but the hotel was very nice. We were informed upon check-in that if we wanted room service, we had to call ahead to let them know. It wasn’t until the next morning when we called to have room service in the room cleaned that we were informed we had to call before 9 AM. Overall was a really nice day. There’s a pool a game room a Pickleball court, but we were too busy with family and at the beach to partake. A wonderful breakfast. They changed it up from omelettes to scrambled eggs. They have a pancake machine waffles, cereal, wonderful selection.
- 3/5
When we checked in and got to the room there was a light slippery film across the whole floor, that felt quite gross to step on to walk across the room. Other than that great stay.
- 3/5
Noisy late in the evening
- 5/5
Bed was comfortable, nice breakfast with a good amount of options until 9 am. Employees were friendly and location was decent area that was close to a few restaurants, river and beaches.
- 2/5
What a disappointment. We did lots of research hoping to find the cleanest, least run-down place to stay, but until this hotel gets completely renovated, I wouldn't recommend it to anyone who is looking for a hotel. If you want a motel-feel, where the trim and paint is falling off the walls and you yourself could have done a better job caulking the cracks, where the bathroom tiles will cut your feet bcz the grout is missing, where the water pressure is so low you can't even enjoy your shower, where the bathroom is so small you barely have enough room to turn around in it, where the smoke alarm in your room goes off if you try to use the heater, then this place is for you. The game room was a nice idea but still under construction, and it was too hot as well as noisy due to the arcade games. The pros: breakfast was half-decent, offering eggs, meat, and potatoes along with your waffle if you wanted to make yourself one; the pool was open and appreciated; the ice-maker actually worked; the pillows were nice & fluffy; the workout room was sufficient (but small); there's an outdoor tennis court if you got time and a partner to play with; location is nearby to stores and restaurants. We'll be trying a different hotel next time in the area.
- 4/5
Overall, it was decent. For the price, I probably would stay again. The indoor and outdoor pools were nice. The breakfast was sub par and the room was a bit dirty. You have to make a request to get your room cleaned which was annoying because we forgot for the duration of our stay.
- 4/5
Bed, food, attention, and really good staff.. I loved the lady Chelsea. Cleaning in the bathroom
- 4/5
Room was nice sized, but the bathroom is a little small. Shower was a little bit wore out, but overall the place was clean and the staff was very friendly. Would stay again.
- 2/5
My bathroom was not properly cleaned. The rack where towels were kept was dusty. The toilet wasn’t clean. The room was clean but who ever did bathrooms, didn’t clean well
- 3/5
No me gustó el ruido que hacen otros huéspedes, por ejemplo si estás situado en el primer piso se puedo escuchar todo lo que sucede en el segundo nivel.
- 3/5
The room was disgusting. The beds were very comfortable, but nothing else had been cleaned. The floors were unswept and sticky, the headboard and walls had something sprayed on them, and there was a bluish-green sludge all over the shower shelf.
- 4/5
Smell of the room upon entry
- 5/5
Breakfast was great. Didn't go to pool at all. Not pool people.
- 5/5
Breakfast was great, room was clean. The front desk person was very nice.
- 5/5
Staff was very helpful when we had questions.
- 5/5
Very good breakfast variety. Everything was replaced quickly when needed. All staff were polite and friendly.

Clean room. Nice staff. Two pools. Game room.

I didn’t like that the sink was leaking and there was roaches and h sheets had stains on the.

Good place to stay at a very reasonable price. Breakfast was good and the staff was great. Everyone I interacted with from the front desk to the maintenance team were very helpful and friendly. I will definitely stay at this hotel again.

- 5/5
Clean room, extremely friendly staff/management
- 5/5
It’s was perfect close to the base I’ve stayed at 2 other locations while in town to see my son and this hotel was the safest.
- 3.5/5
The staff had to go through rooms to find us a clean one it took 3 tries...
- 4/5
This is my 4th time since January staying at this Comfort Inn. There was an issue with a toom brought to a staff member, he looked confused and said anything alse wrong with it? I went down spoke Chelsea and she immediately took care of it no problem. She gives the best customer service

Went to the front desk, said the issues they put me in another room and the other building walked into the room. No AC would not come on was told by the front desk. They had no other rooms to move me to went back to my room unplugged the AC unit from the wall plugged it. Back in unit came on for four or five minutes and then shut off. Since I had already checked in, I had no other option but to deal with the misery of sweating all night. Told the front desk the next morning there wasn’t anything they could do. I went on about my day visiting my daughter that’s in the Navy. Came back that afternoon still no AC unplugged it again waited probably 30 minutes plugged it back in change the temperature to 63° and then the unit would never shut off so it literally ran all afternoon and all night. Yes, it cooled the room off, but it apparently would not shut off once the room reached set temperature. I don’t know what the heck is going on at this hotel but something is a mess. The other issue is in the second building. There is a horrible smell in the hallways that bleeds into your rooms like some type of incense. I never could figure out what the heck the smell was. What I stay here again highly doubtful. For years I have been a diamond status customer for choice hotels.
- 4/5
Hotel was good our room however was damp and musty, need to get rid of the carpet and use a dehumidifier. Nothing dries, so the towels were damp my entire stay. The location was perfect for my visit right where I needed to be. The other issue is the access to the parking lot, it wasnt easy and lots of U turns are required. Breakfast is the usual and pretty much the same every morning. I would recommend and stay here again if I needed to.
- 4.5/5
It was very clean. The staff was nice and the property was nice. I had to get up in the middle of the night to go to the front desk to report people being allowed and crazy because my phone in the room did not work.

Clean and nice Nothing
- 2/5
AC DIDNT WORK PROPERLY AND COULD HEAR THE PEOPLE ABOVE US ALL Night. When fist got there, had to have come remop
- 3/5
The area is a bit ghetto and not exactly safe at night. The owners do walk around the property and lock the front door at night. I didnt have any safety issues. The rooms are dated and smell musty. Breakfast was decent with eggs and waffles. It was fine as a business traveler just laying my head at night but not a place I would bring my wife or kids.
- 5/5
Staff is very attentive and professional
- 5/5
Exactly what you see is what you get. Great experience
- 2.5/5
This hotel is a work in progress.
- 5/5
Near the beach!
- 4/5
I like this property because the staff is wonderful, rooms are clean, and they have decent coffee! No soda machines or snack machines in the two buildings seperate from the main building
- 4/5
No room cleaning done in a 3 night reservation. I asked the house cleaner lady in the hall to empty the trash which she did not do and made me pump it in her cart and then ask for a trash liner. This is more for the property management to see and have training opportunities.
- 4/5
it was OK!
- 2/5
The housecleaning missed some red residue of a previous soap in our room. After seeing this I wasn’t too confident that the rest of the room was clean. Breakfast was ok. Weather really wasn’t pool friendly.
- 5/5
Perfect location for visiting our son stationed on Corry Station. The staff was friendly and helpful. The property was clean and comfortable.
- 2.5/5
The room was clean and didn't smell of mildew which I heard was a problem in that area. The location was pretty good, being really close to walmart and a few good places to eat without having to drive, made it even better. The breakfast wasn't bad and the selection was quite fair. The staff wouldn't accept the card I booked with. The card worked fine, they just wouldn't accept it and I had to pay with alternative means. Wouldn't allow me to speak with management over the issue. The indoor pool isn't heated and that was disappointing by itself. Worse than that, it wasn't clean and there was unknown debris floating around in it. We had to use the outdoor pool, even though it wasn't much cleaner, it was at least slightly warmer.
- 5/5
Great area for visiting you navy sailors. Safe and close to the base. Hotel is older but okay for a couple night stay.
- 5/5
The room was very clean and the bed was a comfortable,
- 4.5/5
They allow big dogs! Plenty of space for them to potty. There’s a bathroom in the hallway and the toilet was full of flies
- 3/5
Clean room and overall good stay .. would recommend it
- 0.5/5
The counter staff was friendly The room and bathroom were so dirty. Make up and clumps of hair on one of the beds, made it very uncomfortable and uneasy to sleep and stay there. Hair in the bathroom- the place is old and needs to be refreshed.
- 5/5
We had a three night stay with family, including an eight year old. We enjoyed the indoor pool, the Pickle Ball court and the hot Breakfast! The hotel was convenient to shopping and a twelve minute drive to the airport and about 25 minutes to the beaches. Also, close to the Naval base. I would stay again if I were to go back to Pensacola.
- 3/5
Room had a smell to it. It wasn’t properly swept, there was dog food on floor from previous persons that stayed. Sheets had blood stains on them.
- 1.5/5
The pictures of it online were really appealing. Bed was comfy. Breakfast had many options. The smell in the room was foul. It was like mildewy wet basement. When I asked housekeeping if they noticed it, they said it’s in almost every room but when I talked to front desk and manager on shift previously, they acted like they had no idea what I was talking about. Picture of wipes are from 17 minutes after I got out of the shower. Door looked like the room had/has been very very wet as there are water streaks down it.
- 4/5
Clean facility with a comfortable bed. The breakfast buffet offered a great variety, and the housekeeping staff made a lasting impression with their friendliness and attention to detail in our room.
- 5/5
Nice clean and spacious room. Breakfast was great and we enjoyed the amenities. It’s also right next door to a Mexican restaurant with pretty good food and drinks!
- 4/5
Clean room and good breakfast. You can hear other nearby rooms
- 5/5
The lady at the front desk has always been nice
- 1/5
There was blood-looking substance on the curtain. Bathrooms were dirty with pubes in the shower and in the floor. Tv remote had sticky substance. Bed linens had questionable stains. Toilet seat had what appeared to be a feces smearing on it. We literally signed something at checkin that said if the room wasn't to cleanliness upon checkout, we would pay$250. Does that same agreement work upon our check-in? Can we demand that they pay us $250 for being exposed to that? Simply nasty.
- 5/5
Room was very clean. Staff very friendly and helpful.

Had to clean room...it was the second one they placed us in...female desk attendant made comments about using Expedia and could care less about the bandaids and dort floating around in the pool.

I definitely would go back next time i am in the area

The hotel was clean. Breakfast was served every morning. They even had pool toys for the indoor pool. My family played in the game room area and outside we played pickle ball. It was approximately a 20 minute drive to Pensacola Beach and is located next to a great Mexican restaurant.

Due to our own personal matters, we arrived late night, so walking into a room with the strong stench of urine was somewhat frustrating... Pulling the sheets back to find multiple strands of hair and brown dirt/dust spots on the sheets left me speechless. Moved to another room that lacked the urine smell and brown spots on sheets but didn't fail to deliver the multiple strands of hair on top and under the sheets PLUS Hair in the shower and s TV that didn't work. We took it all in stride. I went to Walmart bought cleaning supplies and cleaned my room. The next day when we ( my daughter and I) went to swim only to find both the outside and indoor pool lacking appeal and the bandaid floating in one definitely screamed do not enter lol The pics on the site are a filtered " hope to be" version of the facilities. I fell ill and requested a late check out... They have us an hour and then the front desk CONTINUOUSLY sent someone to not ask if we were ok needed any help as I struggled to load our bags but to tell us how nice they had been to give us late check out... It seems they take their customers for granted bc they have an heavy traffic of military and family due to the nearby base. For almost $200 a night, they should have way better attitudes, the front desk staff shouldn't be covered in visible tats and serving up sass. I'm the customer who doesn't complain much& overly tips.
- 4/5
Neither pools are heated!!! Staff was stingy with the towels. Turned towels into house jerking e and never got towels back. Front desk acted like they only had 2 towels available and we were a family of 4 who needed showers. Breakfast was busy, not enough seating at all.
- 5/5
Large room and fantastic breakfast!
- 1/5
The room didn't have carpeting, it had a vinyl floor, which turned it into an echo chamber. Every single sound was amplified, from people in thr hall way to the doors slamming closed. The bathroom was covered in black hairs. The shower walls, the floor, the sink. It didn't appear to have been cleaned in I don't know how long. The bathroom door had so much water damage that it was swollen and falling apart. I really wish I would have spent a few more dollars and stayed somewhere else.

Hotel was very clean and smelled really nice. The building is old, but sees to be well cared for. Staff was very nice and helpful.
- 1/5
The room was dirty when I checked in. Told the front desk, arranged to have it cleaned the following day. Next day, after a day with my grandson, came back still not clean. Went back to the front desk, I was told they were still cleaning and it would be taken care of. No such luck. Breakfast selection was ok, but the food was cold, we had to warm it up in the microwave. Terrible experience, hotel personnel did not seem to care. Never again.

The reason I gave a 4 on cleanliness was the coffee pot in the room was dirty and the floors were not clean. Overall we would stay there again.

My son was graduating from A school. Very close to NAS. Staff fixed the two issues I had immediately. Breakfast was great. At times you could hear the people in the connecting rooms (noise at night)…was why I didn’t give it all five stars. Worth what I paid and would stay again.
- 4/5
Yes, the kitchen and outdoor parking were very good.
- 3/5
Room floor was wet. The AC didn’t work too well. Other than that. It was a good stay. My kids enjoyed break fast and how spacious the room was .
- 5/5
Clean room, clean bathroom, spacious. A quality and affordable hotel. Will be back soon
- 5/5
Room was clean and specious. Breakfast was always out standing.
- 4/5
Professional staff. Large room with refrigerator, coffee maker and microwave. Had a great stay.
- 2/5
The whole hotel smelled like pot, the pool was not open, nothing on the the website about it, our room stunk like I’m not sure what, we got a different room and it wasn’t much better. The tub was clogged, they cane to unclog it while we were out and did not clean up the mess they left. Food was not very good, The one bright light was the girl behind the desk, sorry I don’t remember her name, most staff was reasonably courteous. The three men running the hotel smelled of weed.
- 2/5
Beds were awful

- 5/5
All of the above. The security measures they had onsite made me feel safe. The hot breakfast was included in the room rate which was a great deal for the price. The staff were A+ rated. I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting or anyone visiting the Naval Air base in Pensacola.

The manager is a absolute unprofessional individual he seems to run the hotel like clients are his children and curses at staff and berates them when guests are present very very unfortunate to say the least and VERY uncomfortable. I think the actual owner needs to reassess this choice in who represents his establishment. I also saw and heard the manager telling guests prior to having them removed from the property that "They associate with the wrong sort of people" and when that became terms for eviction or when that became the business of the manager i didnt get the memo. Very odd situation to say the least and the manager you can tell is manipulating the front desk woman putting her in oddball situations and during our stay each day you could tell she became a little more off center like he has her in a need of a job situation so she is changing how she acts due to his forceful input. All and all its very very ODD this is supposed to be a simple hotel so on so forth.
- 1/5
The staff mainly the manager with the glasses is so very unkind i witnessed him kick a veteran on the property when a gentleman tried to purchase a weeks stay for him. Very unfortunate. Also saw literally half the maid staff quit one day and walk off the job because the manager was cursing at staff on the job very much so made our stay unfortunate to say the least very uncomfortable

The staff was nice and very accommodating

I had few trips over the period of a half year or so and the first ones were short under company associates names and then i had a extensive stay myself where i got to really see a through and through FARE, THUROUGH, HONEST, IN DEPTH, METHODICAL and RESPONSIBLE examination of the entire operation here at the COMFORT INN PENSACOLA NEAR NAS CORRY STATION PENSACOLA MILITARY BASE LOCATION. In my regular life ive worked as a consultant for research and development companies and mainly corruption and human trafficking expose' on TV etc but also i give speeches on the development of actual functional healthcare industrial complex. When it comes to CLEAN ROOMS the staff work ungodly hard and near for over a month i saw day in day out these kind and polite gentlemen and women working day and night to turn the rooms and they do GREAT. The STAFF well they had the more then probably 60 or so % of the maid staff totally up and quit one day weeks back due to the manager with the glasses. They couldnt put up with how the manager treated them in hostile speech, demeaning conduct when inspecting services when completed by said maids. Which brings me to the unfortunate aspects this guy is not a gentleman i saw a businessman try to buy a homeless veteran a room and goggles put the vet out and told him vacate property lines. Breakfast was a great variation and the guy handling it staff wise is a breakfast hero he desrves a raise. The front desk couldnt even get my membershiploggedright

Room and facilities were clean and comfortable. The bed was comfortable. Plenty of amenities and everything worked. Breakfast was substantial and well cooked and presented. Very nice hotel. I would recommend.
- 4/5
The property was generally clean. We rented three rooms, and two of the rooms had a smell. It wasn't bad enough to change rooms. The rooms were clean and spacious, and the beds were comfortable. The property is outdated, but it appeared that the owners were doing work to update it. For the most part, it was quiet, and no one bothered us. The front desk attendant was super nice and even checked us in before we arrived. The property is super close to Corry Station, and honestly, your sailor could walk to it. We will stay again.

My personal belongings were removed from my room without my permission AFTER I paid for another night. When the manager was spoken to about the situation he first tried to imply that I was lying about my purchase for another room and after he raised his voice at me and my mother he threatened to call the police on us when we raised our voice back

First stay on 9/12/25 was amazing. Kind staff, clean, great breakfast and front desk service. Trip was to see my daughter at the Naval Air Station. Liked it so much, I referred my son in law who has had several stays, and my parents, and decided to book again myself, all to visit our Sailor while she’s in Pensacola. I understand that the booking was non-refundable and I am not negating that fact. However, we were informed last minute (10/29) that my daughter was getting an approved leave to come HOME. My son in law is also booked for this weekend (10/30/25) and will be there to help get my daughter and drive her home for her leave. I asked respectfully for a refund, even a partial refund, and they blamed hotels.com for being unable to refund. But, the thing is, they get a little penalization fee for doing so. Ok!! I offered to pay the penalization fee or accept a partial refund especially given the amount of stays that my family has booked over the recent months. But, no go. I’ve literally never had this experience with ANY hotel in my life. Whether booked direct or indirect. We will be taking our business elsewhere. As the kind “manager” said “you want to ‘blame’ me with a review, be my guest”. So instead of a return GUEST for when she is back at the base, this is where we are. I would gladly change my review if there was any sort of attempt on their part.

Everything was excellent

Spacious.
- 5/5
Great hotel for the price. Breakfast exceeded my expectations and area was in walkable distance of other places.

To her credit, the lady at the front desk was super nice and did her best to help. She got me a room in the main building, but that’s where the good news ends. The walls were paper thin—I could hear every footstep, every slammed door, and every conversation all night long. It was impossible to get any rest. I ended up leaving the next morning and didn’t even stay the full two nights I paid for. Bottom line: the staff was kind, but the experience was anything but relaxing. Definitely not worth the money or the hassle.
- 2/5
The room smelled! Like mold
- 5/5
Room was warm. A/C was too small fot the room.
- 4/5
Was able to park right in front and could see my car from my room. The room was nice but there was an odor when I entered. I looked around and found food left in the refrigerator by a prior guest and it was rotten. Once I thrower that away and sprayed the room, it was ok! Overall, the room was great.
- 2/5
Please provide a place to park. Not interested in parking a 80000 dollar rental in a ditch.
- 5/5
Was great staff was very friendly and was very clean will definitely stay again
- 5/5
10/10 the only thing I didn’t like was the indoor pool. I like outdoor pool better, while the water is cool and the sun is beaming down on you. Breakfast was great too! Most definitely will stay there again.
- 3/5
3 different buildings at this hotel… didn’t get put in the main building so had to walk through down pouring rain for breakfast every morning.
- 5/5
Great staff, good location
- 4/5
The staff was kind and while the room did have some left over trash it was a minimal inconvenience.
- 4/5
Stayed 5 days did not get change in towels or extra tp. Very friendly I would stay again.
- 4/5
Most all of the front desk men are reeking with body odor. Only bad thing I can state about my stay.

- 5/5
Clean rooms, friendly staff and great amenities!
- 5/5
Guess so
- 3/5
it was decent
- 5/5
The rooms were very spacious and clean. Great amenities, nice staff and affordable price.
- 4/5
It was okay for one night
- 5/5
Great staff and front desk the gentleman did good checking guests in and out and the main hotel breakfast dining area is very cool to see from the 2nd floor
- 4/5
Very decent and clean. The staff were very nice and polite. The room was not bad but when entering it was very stuffy and the carpet was a bit damp from the humidity. That ended up dissapating after a while though with the ac. Really liked the fact that it was only a few minutes away from the naval base.
- 5/5
The property was very neat and quiet
- 5/5
Clean facility, friendly staff! Location convenient for what we wanted to do!
- 5/5
Very nice
- 5/5
Indoor pool great staff couldn't beat it definitely bang for your buck
- 5/5
Good stay
- 5/5
I reported to management that there was roaches in my room it was around 11:30 pm and I didn’t want y to o wake my kids up in the middle of the night so I tried to kill them and upon doing that I realize that housekeeping was not cleaning properly because there was good candy chips under the air conditioning and around the head on the bed I discovered this when I was chasing the roaches trying to kill them
- 4/5
I found the hotel satisfactory for the price we paid. The bathroom wallpaper was bubbled, and the tub drain was rusted. The staff was very friendly, however, the lady who checked us in was a bit overboard in an odd way but at least she was extreeeemly friendly.
- 5/5
Maybe a snack closet. Came in later by taxi and no restaurant next to hotel
- 3/5
Bathroom not especially clean. Shower curtain stunk like mold and room stunk like mildew
- 1/5
After the first night we relocated to the Best Western Inn and we couldn’t make a better choice. I would never stay in this hotel again even that it was conveniently located close to the NAS base.
- 1/5
Very dirty room. Smells like mold and mildew. The bathroom was disgusting. The bathtub had black film all in it. It was clearly has not been cleaned by anyone in quite some time. We will not be staying here ever again. Do yourself a favor and DON’T stay here.
- 5/5
It was a great stay. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was geand. A lot to choose from. The room was clean and spacious. Not all the charging plugs worked.
- 5/5
Super nice people and hotel :3 loved the comfort in the rooms
- 5/5
Hotel good conditions, clean, room good conditions, nice breakfast
- 5/5
Was very close to the bases clean and quiet
- 3/5
Like the breakfast and staff.
- 4/5
Plain Cheerios are gluten free.
- 4/5
The door to the room was not sealed, I could see out past the doors hinges when the door was closed, either because it wasn’t seated correctly or was falling off. There was some stains on the sheets here and there but nothing huge. But the morning breakfast was pretty good.
- 1/5
The employees were very friendly and helpful. Our room “looked” clean but it had a very strong mildew smell that made it hard to breathe. As usual the AC was set very high so it was hot and humid along with the mildew smell.
- 5/5
I had a wonderful experience at this hotel! The staff was very friendly and welcoming, the breakfast was delicious, and everything was clean and well-maintained. The atmosphere was pleasant, and the location couldn’t be better. Highly recommend!
- 1/5
I paid but never stayed. I booked the room hours before I arrived and booked it for the wrong day. I explained to them the situation and asked could they just switch the wrong day to that day I arrived and they said no so I paid for a day I wasn’t there and I was a long ways from home so I had to spend more money and find another hotel.
- 5/5
I recomended 100% very clean, staff very friendly, smell so good I love it. Nice Breakfast so, recomended 100%. Thank you for everything.
- 2/5
It was just dirty
- 1/5
Air conditioner in room didnt work at all. The heat was so miserable that we had to check out after one night. The pool was the most disgusting pools ive ever since.
- 4/5
Everything was good doing my stay.
- 4/5
The room was big, but the bathroom was too small. Don't understand why they decided it that way. There was a large space where they could have put a table or a couch. Breakfast was great. Service was alsome. Booking in was so fast and easy.
- 4/5
Quiet place
- 4/5
The room was spacious and nice but the bathroom was small and the room had a sour smell
- 5/5
My only complaint would be the bathroom was pretty small.
- 5/5
It is literally right by the base , but the area is not a good area
- 5/5
I liked the hotel !!
- 3/5
One of the workers was rude and the trash wasn’t taken out phone didn’t work tv didn’t but end of getting help for it but bed was nice tv was big bathroom nice one of the workers was helpful
- 5/5
Staff was very friendly
- 3/5
Good for the price. Breakfast is always the same. Potatoes are often still frozen. Kind of a ghetto vibe. Rooms are not cleaned very well. Trash cans in the lobby were over-flowing.
- 2/5
had a smart tv but the applications didn’t work. the lobby had an overwhelming smell. employees also smelled. just overall not a nice experience
- 5/5
Close to beaches, naval base and safe area
- 3/5
The hotel smelled terrible. Like a musty smell. And it was overly perfumed to cover the smell. The rooms were newly renovated but in a thrown together way. The hotel was in the middle of the hood. Which I didn’t expect. It was also poorly cleaned. The base of the toilet even had slot of dried pee.
- 5/5
Great stay, very close to base and downtown Pensacola. Staff were very polite and accomodating. Rooms are clean, beds are comfortable, and shower pressure is fantastic!
- 5/5
Very friendly staff thag helped whenever needed.
- 1/5
So has two pool but neither of them open. Almost everything was broken. The lamps/ tvs act. The had profanity carved into the elevator of racial slurs toward white people. We stayed in building three. The flat top didn’t work. They offer Kitchenets with nothing to cook or eat on
- 3/5
The staff/ owners/ managers were very loud. They would have conversations right outside our door. At one point, there was an argument between staff and a pool technician. The room had handprints on the wall, a stain in the bathtub and on the carpet.
- 4/5
Clean and easy to park. The pool had way too much chemical in it. You couldn’t see your body in the water. Breakfast was good and staff was friendly.
- 3/5
Staff was great!!!! Breakfast had great options! Main building definitely needs an upgrade. AC wasn't great. Pair of someone else's panties were in the bathroom. Bathroom door barely opened . Outdoor pool was closed, indoor pool closed at 8pm, and there was no AC or air flow at all! Could have been worse but would probably stay somewhere else on our next visit
- 5/5
The TV was out the 1st 3 days, and there were men staying on our floor that would lay in the stairwell at night and would hang out by our car it was creepy.
- 3/5
Location is perfect for being near NAS Pensacola! Breakfast was a nice bonus!
- 2/5
Very loud. Cannot get a good nights sleep.
- 3/5
I did not like because online you see the hotel is looking good but they have another shady building in the back side of main hotel they don't show online and they give me room in the back I didn't like means they hiding the information.
- 5/5
Check-in was quick and easy, and the front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. The location was also a big plus—just about 20 minutes from the beach and close to lots of restaurants and shopping options. Overall, a solid and comfortable stay. I’d definitely come back!
- 1/5
The manager refused a refund for the remaining 3 days even after we had to book another hotel and move. Worst experience ever!!!! DO NOT STAY HERE!!!
- 1/5
Our stay at this property was very poor. When we checked into our room, we were immediately met with the smell of smoke. The room smelled horrible and there was a towel covering the smoke detector. My toddler could not stay in that room. We requested a different and the staff obliged. However, housekeeping does not clean the room until you checkout. We stayed 2 nights. We had overflowing trash. This might be minuscule, but we had to ask more than once for extra towels. The free breakfast was decent. But overall, I will not be staying here again.
- 5/5
Room was very spacious. Staff was very courteous. Continental breakfast was very filling.
- 2/5
My two-year-old grandson was with me and that was a little dangerous. Also, the swimming pool was out of order. They had a big blue tarp over it and it was very hot that weekend. The other pool was an indoor pool and there seems to be a lot of people that live at the hotel, it felt a little unsafe And not very clean.
- 5/5
We had a great stay! The room was really clean and the beds were comfortable! The staff were really nice and made the check in process super quick and easy!
- 5/5
It was good
- 1/5
Did even get to stay the night wouldn’t refund because of a booking error terrible experience pretty much stole $128 bucks
- 5/5
Had an awesome last minute birthday trip and stayed here. Let me start by saying every single staff I encountered from top of management to the housekeepers were so sweet & professional with great hospitality. I came in very early for check in due to cutting myself at the beach and needing to be cleaned up, and they assisted me in every way they could and offered me early check in. I was so thankful. Breakfast had plenty of options and was great everyday. Please ignore a pervious review made about the way the staff supposedly treats African American guests. I was an African American guest and they went above & beyond for me. Definitely would stay again.
- 5/5
Staff was very friendly and made our stay easy.
- 5/5
Very clean
- 4/5
It was a really nice stay and a very clean room
- 5/5
Very friendly staff. Clean rooms and good breakfast.
- 5/5
Fast check in with friendly staff
- 5/5
The outdoor pool was under repairs but we still had the indoor
- 5/5
We booked this place last minute, so we had zero expectations, but it turned out to be surprisingly good! The staff members were incredibly friendly and welcoming. The room was clean and comfortable, which we really appreciated. While the hotel isn’t located in a newer neighborhood, the outstanding service from the staff more than made up for it. Overall, a great experience!
- 3/5
Older hotel that was a smoking hotel. Can smell the smoke in the room when you open the door. If you can don’t mind the smoking smell the hotel is fine. It has been redone.
- 5/5
Great staff!
- 5/5
Every thing was good except the tv did not work in my room
- 5/5
Enjoy the stay and everything was good
- 5/5
Was a great hotel. Close to restaurants & shops. Was bummed that the pool was closed.
- 3/5
Staff was friendly, smell good once we came in. Housekeeping could do a better job with the bathroom toilets, restocking tissue. It’s unsanitary to leave open shampoo, lotion and tissue from previous guest stays. Outdoor pool isn’t open should take that off the website.
- 5/5
Very clean, easy parking, smelled nice
- 5/5
Really enjoyed staying here with my family. I was bummed about the out door pool being closed but i didnt care because there's also an indoor pool! Love the breakfast and the fitness room
- 3/5
I didn’t like that it was multiple buildings. You have to leave your building and go to another for breakfast.
- 5/5
The hot and cold water is reversed in my room
- 5/5
Short but sweet
- 5/5
Nice place to stay. Good breakfast and all around good deal.
- 4/5
Smelled odd
- 1/5
Our comforter had mold on it. The lamp was broken, the outlets were falling out of the wall, and the air conditioner sucked, oh and the bath drain was broken.
- 2/5
Room was a non smoking room, but it smelled like stale cigarettes. Pool was not open, and bathroom was tiny.
- 5/5
Rooms very clean, bathroom was small.
- 3/5
Overall, my family and I had a pleasant stay. It was comfortable and the staff were polite. My only complaints are our room was right next to the office, across from the elevator and banquet hall where breakfast is held, so there was a lot of noise very early in the morning. Also, checkout was at 11:00 am but housekeeping knocked on our room door twice- once at 9:00 am, and again at 10:00 am which made us feel rushed to leave earlier than our checkout time. Lastly, our bathroom was dirty and extremely small. The drain was a bit clogged so the tub filled as we showered.
- 4/5
Manager on duty was excellent. Only recommendations is getting a small convenience shop for things like meds and small incidentals.
- 3/5
Our tub wasn’t clean and the bathroom sink didn’t have a stopper. Surrounding area was clean and the hotel was well light and clean.
- 5/5
Close to restaurants. My daughters enjoyed it
