    Stains on the bed, stain on the towel. Dirty floor, said they had breakfast and they didn't tried to double charge us for an night's stay, when I got it online for half the price. Seedy location, wholes at the top of shower.

    The sheets had not been changed and there was hair in the wash clothes - I asked the front desk man for help, which he was very helpful to bring sheets but only brought flat sheets, nothing else, no fitted sheets nor pillow sheets - the place looks like a perfect place for a murder and I wouldn’t have stayed but I was getting in late - the price should have been reduced to $50 for sure

    This was a terrible experience. Had to leave the next day out of this hotel bathroom smell I worked around with socks while changing my reservations and when I finish looking at my socks, they were dirty, like I was mopping the floor with them .

    This hotel was still in the middle of renovation. Nothing listed on the website about it. It only said it was renovated but it is a lie as it was still in renovation. We had no access to the pool, nor the elevator. We had no breakfast (said it was included) when we asked we were given a paper bag with an apple, a twinkly and one energy drink. (3 things I can not have). The room was filthy with paint and cement residues all over the carpet, the bathroom floor and on the doors' handles. Hole on the walls and outlets barely set up. The lamps shades and clock still had wraps on them. We told the person at the front office but did not seem to care much except that he knew about it and mentioned that other people had made some complaints. It was not worth the amount we paid for this room. We were extremely disappointed.

    room was not clean, they said they have breakfast, they had nothing, not even coffee, the took $100.00 deposit from us and said we would get it back in 3 days we did not. I would not stay in this hotel, Hotels,com should take this hotel off it list, the ice machine saw filthily. I would sleep in my car then stay in this hotel.

    They need to add a clothes rod to hand clothes or install hooks on the wall for that purpose. Hoping that after the interior work is completed they will resurface the entry and parking lot areas. Management was very helpful and polite.

    The floor was dirty as soon as we checked in, had to ask for a broom, and then I started my period in the middle of the night and they charged me $100 to wash the sheets which is actually ridiculous. Not to mention they had a situation with a Domestic violence situation and the hotel was surrounding in cops, but I get charged $100 for a nature event occurring. Just stay away.

    The only thing I was not okay with was the tub and toilet communicating water. My two small children and I were taking a shower. The tub stopped draining at some point. One of my children stepped out and used the potty. When he flushed the toilet, the water rose in the toilet. The worst part was it also started back flowing from the the tub drain and into the tub water that wasnt draining. There was excrement coming from the drain and into the tub water as we were still showering. We had to quickly get out and clean and wash our feet elsewhere. I believe this is a health hazard as we were exposed feces and who knows what else. The staff was hateful in that they gave us a different room. However the different room wasnt even fully ready for new clients. The beds were clean BUT half way made. The presentation of the room was not as the first room had. It was all that was left and we had to just suck it up.

    While we couldn't get the refrigerator to work, that was honestly a minor issue compared to how comfortable and clean everything else was. The bed was incredibly comfortable, the bathroom mirror was fantastic, and the entire room felt fresh and spotless. One thing that really stood out was the lack of any smoke smell whatsoever, which can sometimes be a concern with older properties. The room smelled clean and inviting from the moment we opened the door. The outdoor areas were fine, nothing particularly remarkable, but the room itself far exceeded our expectations. The location was also convenient, about a 40-minute easy drive to the beaches and not too far from downtown Pensacola, making it a great base for exploring the area. Overall, we had a cozy, comfortable stay and would absolutely stay here again if we're back in the area.

    Not well kept, cancelled my reservation upon arrival. Grass uncut, people’s clothes hanging on rails drying. Only good thing I can say is when I complained the property refunded immediately.

    The room was clean and the AC worked good, but we had to stick a towel under the entrance door because there’s an open/cracked to the outside that needs to be fixed. Beatles were coming into our room. It’s 30 minutes away from the beach. The front desk took forever to come and check us in. The bathroom towels stunk like spoiled milk. Not booking here again.

    While waiting ti be service the FD agent was asking me for good review and I didn't even seen my room location. The landline did not work. No hangers in draw instead it was cobb webbs. Which he came in to see. Overal room was Not inspected prior to checking in. I will not go back. To this property. I didn't safe there was a one inch gap under the main door. Thought something would crawl into my room. Room 103 in addition I worked in hotels for 30 yr. I understand u get what you pay for.

    I will never stay here again. It was raining and water was coming in under the door. They had no ice, but the purse behind the desk said that he would go get ice. When I got back from dinner, I asked for the ice and he said he can’t leave to go get ice. There was a coffee machine in the room with cups only. No coffee, no tea no sugar or creamer. And be honest with you I felt that the floors were dirty and dusty. I hate to be this kind of review, but this is the worst place I’ve ever stayed at.

    No one was at the front desk to check in had to go around the whole place tk fjnd someone cleaning tk checkin took 30 minutes to fjnd someone. The place did NOT look like the pictures that were online on the outside. There were food bowls from panda express on the bedside tables from the last person that stayed so the room was NOT completely cleaned.

    The first room the shade wouldn’t go down. This hotel only had a select number of rooms available due to it not being completely done. It was very hard to get comfortable and go to sleep. 10/10 DONT RECOMMEND

    New owners who were very welcoming. Still working on getting it in tiptop shape. Adding a hanging rod in closet, hook on back of bathroom door, and plastic bag for wet or dirty clothes would be helpful. Good luck guys!

    Had to be moved rooms 3 time dirty locks not working key not working mutiple issues. Grass was all in the bedding of one room! Got charged a $100 deposit mutiple times. Service was horible argued with me about my complaints! Will never stay there again

    RUN, RUN! From the get-go the clerk had a very bad attitude. Room was as smelly, the sheets were dirty. I looked blow the bed and there was someone’s underwear accompanied with piles of dust. Bathroom was for filthy! If it wasn’t late we’d bail.

    We tried 2 rooms -- both smelled awful (went out and bought air freshener). Tub area wretchedly redone -- unbelievable mess with caulking. Vent had a towel stuffed in it. Floor was wet. We touched as little as possible in the room and left early AM.

    There was never an attendant in the office, my first room was a smoking room.The second room I was given was still occupied and I walked in the couple. Went to the office a third time waited, was given a double bed room instead of a king. Bad experience.

    The shower had BLACK MOLD ON THE WALL & UNDER THE SHOWER LEDGE ABOVE THE TUB AREA. TERRIBLE!!! Staff came and Sprayed Bleach Mix BUT DIDN'T CLEAN THE SHOWER!!! SPRAYED AND LEFT!!! SAD

    Hotel is in a bad neighborhood. There was a big gap in the door, did not feel safe.breakfast was at 6:30 got there at 6:35 the sausage and eggs were cold, the waffle mix had barely enough for 2 waffles, the syrup was empty, enough milk for one bowl.
