We really enjoyed our stay here and would definitely come back. The room was clean, the bed and pillows were comfortable, and the pool was maintained well. The complimentary breakfast was also tasty and the staff made sure everything was well stocked. Highly recommend!

Rooms were well cleaned every day. We had an issue with the bathroom sink and within an hour of when we reported it, maintenance was there and it was fixed. Everyone was very friendly. The view of the gulf from our room was fantastic!

Roomba is clean. The staff was very helpful, the breakfast was OK but you don’t really go there for the breakfast. Splash pad and every pool is well maintained. Can’t wait to go back.

It was moderately sized so didn’t feel like we were climbing a mountain to get from our car to our room or to the beach. The hallway carpets were dingy looking and smelled bad. The front lobby smelled like dead fish the first day. The second day when they were mopping it smelled like they were using week old mop water. Otherwise our room was incredible and clean. We had a wonderful time and would stay again in the future.

They need to put up a walkable pier/decked path to the beach like the other places on the beach, which was difficult to walk in the deep sand outside the pool gate especially for elders and children to reach the beach.

I’m picky about where I stay when I travel, so the fact that I always book my Pensacola stays here says a lot! 10/10

The only issue we had was they were doing construction on the beach so Saturday and Sunday no access. If they would’ve told us this from the booking, we would’ve went to another place.

Clean rooms and nice hotel for the cost.its in a good location if you want to be on the main beach area and enjoy the bars and nightlife. If you want to stay in and just relax, the hotel is quiet and the pools were good. It wasn't crowded when we stayed.

The breakfast was okay but not great! Breakfast was the exact same every day including variety of muffins. No bread or toaster. Add toast!

Everything was perfect! Clean rooms, clean hotel. Breakfast excellent with great choices. Staff was the best especially the front desk who helped us with room requests to service throughout our stay. Everyone very friendly and professional. We've stayed at many hotels up and down the gulf coast with equally great rooms and amenities, but the staff here from housekeeping to facilities to breakfast to front desk--truly fantastic people that made this the best stay we've had to date!

Everyone was so nice and friendly, and they were super accommodating. The hotel was clean, though it did show a bit of its age, which was fine.

Great location. Heated pool was really nice especially since the ocean was still cold. The beach wasn’t crowded at all in front of the hotel.

The location was great! I loved being able to walk out the hotel property to the beach! I liked the balcony which gave a great view of the Gulf! Sunrise was amazing. The room was spacious and welcoming. I liked the amenities: fridge, microwave, coffee maker, full ironing board, etc.... The bed and pillows were comfy. I enjoyed controlling our room temperature (especially being menopausal!) They offered a variety food for continental breakfast which was ok. There wasn't much that displeased me with this hotel. Overall I was very happy except for one thing. THE LIGHTING! It was kinda dim if you wear makeup. Bring your own vanity mirror with light. I bugged my hubby to verify my makeup everyday.

Loved the hotel was right on the beach! Pool was heated so that was nice too; the weather wasn’t super warm most of our trip. Our room wasn’t ready when we showed up at 4pm and kept getting pushed back so Peyton the AGM was so nice and did everything she could to make it right. Really appreciated her making the inconvenience better for us with 2 kids!

Everything was wonderful! Location, cleanliness, and friendly staff. The door to our room allowed a lot of noise to come in. We were directly across from a family with some preteen girls who opened and closed doors several times every night after we went to bed. They were loud in the hallways and another room nearby had a screaming child all day. Luckily, we were outdoors most of the day and the teens did settle down by 11pm, but if you got to bed early Mae sure and ask for a room in one of the little alcoves where there is no room right across from yours.

Location No option for food onsite in evening. Breakfast replenishment was slow. Waiting over 20 mins for eggs. Pool closed on 2nd day for several hours. Bed was very uncomfortable. Sunk in & Coils pocking through. Needs replaced!!

We did not have a beach view but we had the city view. At our city view was a little obstructed from a kite on the powerline that was being stuck, but other than that everything was fine.

The pool and hot tub were super nice and big. The bed was comfy and room was spacious.

People in the room next to us apparently got to their hotel at 3:30am. They turned the TV on loud and then proceeded to have relations so loud, the whole floor could hear. I had to call down to the front office. Was not able to fall back asleep afterwards.

They have beach and pool view options. The hotel and rooms are well maintained. The rooms are clean and have a closet and drawers for your belongings so you don't have to live out of your suitcase. The tiki bar is a nice addition if you would like a beverage while swimming in the pools. Yes they have 2 adult and 1 kiddie pool as well as a hot tub. The hotel does offer beach access too. Very nice location and amenities. The self parking is free and there is also garage parking under the hotel. The complimentary hot breakfast is also another bonus! We had a wonderful time at this hotel. I do recommend this hotel and will stay here again if we ever visit Pensacola Beach.

We didn’t expect the room to be large enough to comfortably accommodate a king bed, sofa sleeper and a Packnplay. Modern furnishings and attention to small details are appreciated (extended vanity shelving, sheets to fit the Packnplay, ample toilet paper).

The property and staff were lovely and clean. Our pool view room was great (unfortunately, we had terrible weather so spent almost no time on our balcony) and roomy, as well as nicely appointed. LOVE the dark, full coverage curtains and breakfast options. However, the bed is one of the most uncomfortable mattresses I’ve ever slept on. It was insanely stiff. Lying on my back to watch TV (the living room didn’t work) would start bothering my back within minutes. I woke up all night long, both nights, having to adjust positions and trying to get comfortable. There was an initial “sinking in” that I thought was the start of a comfortable bed, until I realized I sank into what felt like a literal board. I’ve never understood bad mattresses in a hotel—it’s literally what people are staying there for. My back hurt all day after each night of sleeping there. (For reference, I’m a 5’6” curvy, athletic female, 125-130 pounds, and I like a medium/medium-plush mattress. I sleep on a Purple at home.) The water pressure constantly fluctuated—both in the shower and sink. Also, our TV in the living area didn’t work except power on/off, 1 channel, and volume. Didn’t want to be bothered calling someone. Overall, I can never stay here again just because of how uncomfortable the bed was!!

The staff was very accommodating. Our first night’s stay was not good since the room adjoining ours has their TV on really loud all night, needless to say we didn’t get a good night’s sleep. They moved us to another room that was very nice and most importantly quiet. We would definitely stay there again.

We enjoyed the comfortable bed, clean and nicely decorated, free breakfast, walkout to the three pools and beach was very convenient and fun. They even have a tiki bar by the pools. It was quiet at night. They have chair rental, concierge on the beach too. A great place to stay for a vacation. We will be back.

The hot tub was taken over by a group of women who "hogged" it in shifts. My husband and i tried getting in several times, but these women took it over and stayed in it for hours!! They did it in shifts. We watched as half their party would go to beach while the other half would hog the hot tub, then they would switch out. On our last day, we thought we would give it another try, we ate the nice breakfast and was gonna get in, but those same ladies went out on the deck to eat their breakfast all the while watching the hot tub heat up, and then....they got in the hot tub and stayed! There should be a hot tub for every pool. Because of this, we wont be back. We will look elsewhere. These ladies ruined an otherwise great stay. Management needs to have time limits so other guests can enjoy the amenities offered. Kevin & Cyndi Autry

It was a great stay as we celebrated my brother in laws 75th bday. Most restaurants in the are were very children friendly. The hotel employees were very courteous and helpful. The hotel itself was super, a nice gym, wonderful pools and hot tub. The hotel is right on a beautiful beach. Unfortunately, it rained during our entire stay. Nice outside bar, okay breakfast spread.

Everything was great. The only complaint which isn’t a huge deal is there is no restaurant or food option at the hotel besides the continental breakfast. There are restaurants near by and always delivery. Just not always easy when you have 2 little ones. We did bring a lot of food but we wanted to grab a quick lunch and couldn’t while we were out by the pool.

This was a great stay. It is a great location. The room is spacious and in great condition. The staff was very nice.

The only suggestions that I have are the bathrooms in the rooms need a fan, breakfast needs to last to a later time than 9:30, and the top pool needs more seating like the bottom pool area.

This is hands down one of the nicest Hotels I've ever stayed in. The room was amazing and clean, the bathroom was big and the shower was nice. The beds had soft lighting underneath them which we loved. Breakfast was great and there was a large array of fresh foods every morning. Outside were two large pools, a large kitty pool, and a jacuzzi. Best of all you literally walk from the pool straight onto the beach! It is also within walking distance of several small restaurants. The hotel is very pricey, but it is well worth the stay!

The whole hotel was clean, pools were clean, the breakfast was yummy, and GREAT customer service!!

Charlotte, the night manager, was so helpful with suggestions on where to go and what to do. She was very generous with her time and cheerful.

Convenient location

The staff is pleasant, always helpful, and accommodating. Great location and close to everything. The hotel offers a variety of amenities, and the rooms are clean and comfortable. Overall, a fantastic place to stay for both business and leisure travelers.

My family of 5 loved this place. Its perfect for everyone especially families with kids. We had a suite with a ocean view and it was spectacular. The staff is very friendly and rooms are kept clean. Full breakfast included. Beach within walking distance. Bar in the pool area. 1 Hot tub. 2 pools, 1 waterfall and a childrens pool. Beach towels available in the pool area. Everything you need is here. We didnt want to leave but we will be returning.

Everything was amazing. From check in to check out. Room was perfect. All employees went above and beyond to answer any questions, help us, etc. 100% recommend staying for any reason. Right on the beach. 3 pools. Kid pool is perfect.

It was a relaxing two days in Pensacola! The staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and we had a wonderful gulf view. We will definitely be back!

My husband and I stayed for our anniversary and we loved this property. The hotel is very clean and looks to have been recently updated. I loved that the room had tile floor no carpet!!!

Was the best hotel on Pensacola Beach. So clean and nice. Breakfast every morning was perfect. The 3 pools were fantastic. Especially with those of us with kids. Just a great expand we will drive back and at this hotel.

Was in the perfect spot for the beach. You could venture to either side of the waters. Not to close to traffic but not to far from the attractions . The room was perfect for our 4 person family. Very spacious , big enough for our very active toddler. We always have a time visiting Pensacola. Can’t wait to return.

Everything was great, especially the staff. I don’t think I will get a pool view room again. I think children of guests should be accompanied by their parents. Very disruptive behavior by unaccompanied children til nighttime.
