We just stayed one night and it as in a great location. The only thing that makes it a lower review is that I paid about $800 for 1 night and breakfast wasn't even included. They want you to pay $25 per person to have breakfast. They did not even offer complimentary coffee. If im going to pay that much it would be nice to have atleast something included in rhe stay. My bed was also a bit hard for my liking. Other than that this is a great family friendly resort site lots of activities.

Everything! The location was grand. The support and knowledge from the staff was amazing. It gave the feel of the big inclusive resorts in a small setting. Nothing that I can think of

Lots of amenities and options. Good location. Excellent staff. Everyone was very pleasant and accommodating . I’d like to mention Jaxson at the front desk. He was very efficient and accommodating to my requests. The room rates are high. I don’t think parking should cost extra either. There are families like us who would like to have a nice stay but can’t afford to stay too long because of the rates.

Hotel provides towels for pool and beach if needed. Umbrellas and chairs are on the beach that can be rented by the day or hour. We drove so we brought our own. The white quartz sand beach is amazing and you will burn easily. Have plenty of sunscreen. Outdoor pool was OK. There is an indoor pool also. Great fire pit with swings and games like corn hole, ping pong, and a few other games are around the pool. There is a nice tiki bar close to the pool. Lot of just couples and a lot of families. Something for everyone. We did Destin and Pensacola and the Holiday Inn Resort Pensacola was my favorite.

We stay there every chance we get unless they have no vacancies.

My family loved the pool, the mermaids and pirates, and that we could stroll down to the beach at any time. The corner rooms with the wraparound balconies are not good rooms when it is windy. Also, I was mislead into thinking there was free breakfast because the website says "breakfast included". That is not the case as it's very expensive.

We enjoyed the comfortable beds and lazy river and close proximity to the beach. The breakfast buffet was also good. Most of the staff is friendly. The concrete edge around the pool and lazy river needs to be cleaned . Some of the lounges at the pool are discolored and need to be replaced.

The hotle was great with lots to do with my kido. Right on the beach with a great location. Happy hour drink specials were great. We didnt have any big issues but the few small things we did, they were a a little rude when I brought it up. I MAY have gotten heated once they were rude.That didn't help lol. We book a room with breakfast included then when we got to the hotel they said kids dont eat free.. I said we'll I booked a room with breakfast included. They did let us do it this time, but will be 15.99 for my kid in the future. It did not say that booking.com just breakfast included. They were a little rude about it but that's ok. Also the pull out couch had dirty sheets on it. Called front desk to have someone come change them.They did.They put clean sheets over the dirty ones.......

The location This property is overpriced for what it offers. For a hotel costing around $2,500 for a week, I was surprised there was no free parking or complimentary breakfast. I purchased a weekly breakfast pass for my husband and myself and specifically mentioned that we were traveling with our 10-year-old daughter. However, when we arrived, I was told she was not included because children “used to” get free breakfast but apparently no longer do. The front desk staff said there was nothing they could do about it. On top of that, I noticed my credit card was being charged an additional $16 daily during our stay. When I asked about it, I was told it was for parking — something that was never clearly explained upfront. Then I was also charged an extra $52, which staff later admitted was a mistake on their end and said would be refunded. Overall, the constant unexpected charges and lack of flexibility made the experience feel very money-driven rather than customer-focused. Definitely disappointing for the price paid.

The room and the property were great! Super clean and well maintained. Staff at the front desk was excellent. The only thing that was a little off putting was the lady with the long ponytail that immediately accosted me the moment I sat down in a chair by the pool bc I didn’t have my wristband on. She stood over me heavy breathing until I produced it and then told me to keep it where they could see it. Then she kept walking by and kicking pool floats in. She just seemed to be very bothered that day. I didn’t see anyone else doing any of this at the pool. Other than that the experience was 10/10.

Love the pool and beach access The beds were so hard it felt like sleeping on the floor. The bath towels smelled like wet dog and sour milk when you got them wet. They stopped the kids eat free program, and you can no longer access the sister properties for free, you have to pay a fee to go. We used to LOVE staying here, but I don’t think we will anymore. We pay way too much to be uncomfortable and lose the perks that made this place so amazing. We didn’t mind the price when the things mentioned above were not a problem.

If we would have gotten the correct room, that I PAID for, things would have been much better. They couldn’t fix our room because that said it was an issue through booking.com and booking.com said it was a hotel issue. So we will be leaving reviews about both.

This is one of the BEST resorts I've ever stayed. We arrived early, about 11 a.m., and we were able to get our parking pass and pool pass and able to enjoy ALL amenities until our room was ready. The bar, pool and restaurant were all on point. Very Clean and staff was "Chick-fil-A" Happy Attitude and Helpful in EVEY way. Definitely stay here again in the near future.

I liked it had lots of things for the kids to do. Easy beach access. Our shower had no water pressure. Rather pricey as well.

Room was amazing with amazing views! Loved being close to the beach. The lazy river and the 2 hot tubs were ideal after a day at the beach and we wrapped up the night either swinging in a hammock or sitting by the fire pit. Best vaca in a long time

One of the best resorts we have ever stayed in. Staff was amazing especially, Kaleigh at the pool. Food and room were great too.

My stay was wonderful. I loved how close everything was. The pool at night was so beautiful as well as the scenery. My room was very clean and homey. However the staff is slightly racist and not the best organized. As a women of color me and my significant other did not feel welcomed and we received a different kind of respect than the others. Hotel and inclusions 10/10! Staff and employees not so much unfortunately.

We were really impressed by many aspects of this hotel. The friendliness of every staff member we encountered was noticeable and really impacted our vacation. The pool/lazy river/ beach access is fabulous and just as advertised. The location is great, walkable to the popular boardwalk area which has most of the popular restaurants and shops within it. Our room exceeded our expectation.. it was spacious and gorgeous with a beautiful view of the pool and ocean. The hotel overall has a friendly, laid back but professional vibe. You get the feeling they truly want you to have a happy vacation and enjoy your stay. Highly recommend

The hostess seated another couple, was very friendly with them, and asked if they preferred inside or outside seating. Then she returned to talking with another waitress and left me standing there. Eventually someone else came and only said “sit here.” The table was dirty, and she just placed the silverware on another table while pointing me to the dirty one. Later, someone came to clean it and asked for my drink order, but did not bring a menu or utensils or explain the breakfast voucher. I noticed him being very friendly and informative with other tables, explaining the buffet and menu. My drink was brought, but no one returned to check on me. I had to ask another waitress for help, and she kindly said my server would be back. He eventually returned only to drop the ticket without asking anything else. I had to call him back to request a glass with ice and mention my breakfast voucher. He said he would bring it and told me to leave the coupon with the ticket. He never came back with the ice. I didn’t have time to wait longer because I had to go to work, but I don’t know if it was because of how I was dressed or what. Everyone else around me, even guests in sandals and t-shirts, were treated much more kindly

The property is beautiful with great beach access. A little over our price range, but you can expect that with a beach view resort. The breakfast was a very small buffet, costing $20 for a very small amount of food. Although, the convenience was nice. They had recently changed the ice cream company and their ice cream was delicious. I would stay here again. Definitely recommend!

Absolutely stunning, staff was so friendly and welcoming, our room was gorgeous despite not getting the ocean view you still get to see the water on the other side! It was perfect for our 1 yr old very baby friendly, would absolutely recommend!

Very nice hotel, great amenities including a pool and lazy river. Feels like a resort, right on the beach with direct access, good food options and a beautiful ocean view from our room. Staff is very kind and helpful, we enjoyed our stay here a lot. Coffee could be better though.

Everything was just okay. Looked smaller and more dated than the pictures. The biggest issue was I ended up with large charges from the family who previously stayed in our room. Staff was notified and they assured me it would be taken off. However, it cleared my bank account next day and it took a week after we got home to get our money back. Other than taking off the charge that wasn’t ours to start with, the staff did absolutely nothing to resolve the situation.

In all fairness we had a a great time but would not go back.

The pool was absolutely one of the best pools in Pensacola. Lazy river, plenty of seating and umbrellas, kids activities, tiki hut and 2 hot tubs. THey even had 2 fire pits with seating for the cool nights. The only small downside was you could not bring your coolers to the pool. They had pool side tiki bar for food and drinks.

My kids and I liked the setup of the pools, the elevators were fast, beds were comfortable, the room was very clean on arrival and the parking wasn't far so it was nice. There weren't may baggage carts on arrival or departure. The food at the restaurant was overpriced.

Our AC went out and they were unable to fix it the first try. They ended up having to replace the unit. We had to move rooms and did not have a comfortable place to nap and reboot. They did give us a discount on our stay but it wasn’t enough to compensate the loss of a day in our hotel room.

The staff was fantastic. The pool was nice with beach access. We met many fun folks at the pool and inside bar. We had included breakfast which had an amazing buffet or order off the menu. (Not your Hampton Inn basic buffet).

I loved that it was close to the beach and the pools were incredible! Hot tub was nice and warm and the lazy river was so relaxing I almost fell asleep! Breakfast was INCREDIBLE!!! I don’t have anything bad to say about the property! Everyone was super friendly and kind and helpful!

The staff was great and the hotel was nice. Great views and access. The washer on the 5th floor started smoking when I was doing laundry. I had to take my wet clothes out of the washer and then walk around trying to find another dryer as the 5th floor laundry was closed. I went from the the 5,4,3,2 floor then all the way to the 9th carrying 50lbs of wet clothes not very fun.

The location! It was across the street from all of our favorite restaurants and hotspots that we hit when we visit Pensacola. Also, like the fact that there’s three different pools that we could use.

Everything was fine except rude staff when trying to fix the bill. I was charged twice and they fixed it. Then while checking my bank account I notice they charged me again 4 days later. I have no intention of dealing with this resort again after my money is put back into my account! Customer beware!

Absolutely loved our stay here! We were grateful for a little earlier check in as we drove down from Maine. Our room was very quiet, beds & pillows were comfy, the views from our deck were brilliant. We loved the lazy river, swings & hammocks by the fire pit, the velvet soft sand on the beach, the yummy strawberry ice cream on site and that we had the flexibility to utilize the pools at both the properties to the right & left of our hotel during our stay! Downside, no one overseeing/managing the pool area in regards to food & beverages being consumed in the pool & left behind when folks left. No regulation to folks putting towels on chairs by pool & then going to beach for day leaving less for those of us wanting to stay poolside. The food, service & attentiveness of servers was not great at the restaurant. Again, will definitely visit again! Highly recommend! ❤️ staff, overall, very friendly.

We were in town for Mardi Gras. Had our 2 dogs with us. We were told that only service dogs were allowed. We had to leave our babies at home alone . We left early. Did not even spend one night at the hotel. We left and went home to take care of our dogs and drove back to the Beach for the parades both days. So, we spent over $500.00 for a hotel room for 2 nights that we only used to keep our clothes in and use the bathroom. #2 There are no bike racks available. You have to take your bike with you ON THE ELEVATOR to your room every time you leave & come back. To top it ALL OFF....... #3 There was no complimentary breakfast. We have stayed at the Sand & Surf, and Hampton Inn (located on Pensacola Beach) and they both provide a great complimentary breakfast. So......for us, it's 3 strikes and you're out. Will definitely NOT be staying here ever again.

Arrived in the evening and Skyler attended us with such amazing customer service! She accommodated our every need and knew what the meaning of 5 star service means!! The Views were amazing and the sunrise was even more spectacular from the balcony! Rooms were spacious, clean, quiet and slepted like a baby! Breakfast area was a bit small but just right. Heidi greeted us with morning cheer and food came out quickly and yummy. Great Hotel choice! Price was also undeniably economical for such a pretty Resort! 👍

The room was great, and the staff was awesome. However, we should have been notified promptly when it was safe to return to our room after the emergency evacuation. The receptionist was very apologetic about this. Also, it would have been nice to use the pool if it were heated.

Room was clean. Staff was super helpfull and friendly!! Hotel is directly on the beach. We had a bay view, with no balcony, but it was still a good view! Kids loved the pool. Fitness room could use an upgrade. Food was good, but a little pricey. Overall, great stay!

We just loved the lazy river/pool area. It was so nice being able to walk straight from the hotel onto the beach.

Beach front with private balcony always clean staff is always friendly always wanting to make sure your comfortable and don’t need anything. Beat resort I have been too. My 3rd time coming. Will be back! Has lazy river

I had an amazing time. It was my birthday staycation, and the staff was very nice. The food was very good. Everybody was so professional. The drinks were amazing. Just a great overall hotel.

Direct TV was limited and not working most of time. TV wouldn’t let you screen mirror from phone to do business or entertainment.

Overall awesome! Beautiful view over the pool and Gulf! The only complaint was that the room had a musty smell, probably from the carpeting.

The property is in an ideal location. Great amenities for the kids and the beach is amazing. Our room was not very clean with hair balls next to the refrigerator and the bathroom. Asked to have it cleaned. They came and still left hair behind. The vacuum appeared to be from the 80s. Feet were dirty after walking on the carpet so we wore flip flops in the room. Would like to see the pool be a lot cleaner. The water was pretty cloudy so we only went in once. The service at restaurant is very slow and food is a 2 out of 5. Lots places deliver to the location though or a short drive. Opt for a high floor is you have young kids due to noise. There was entertainment daily at the pool which was nice. Overall we would stay there again.

The beds were very hard not comfortable at all. The shower the water pressure was very low, and the tv the sound keep going out.

The Holiday in was a life saver. We had checked into a different property which was not as advertised and the rooms were intolerable. We moved to the Holiday Inn Resort and it was such a refreshing and welcome relief. Should have stayed here to begin with!

This resort was very convenient and clean. The staff was very nice. I will definitely stay there again. Thumbs up to the bar tender and great breakfast

We stayed here for three days, and have zero complaints. We had a balcony room overlooking the pool and beach and it was beautiful! Our room was only a couple of doors away from the elevators, so I was concerned we might hear people coming and going but I never heard a single person go by our door. Same with the pool - some places you stay where you can see the pool means you hear people partying in the pool all night, but it was completely quiet! The staff were helpful and polite. And my daughter LOVED the ice cream bar downstairs! We easily walked to restaurants and shopping, but there’s a trolley if you want to go further away. Absolutely will stay here again!

The property was beautiful and very family friendly and welcoming. The activities and movies every night were very nice and the whole property has a great vibe!

This is an excellent hotel and a great place for families with small children. When we visited they had a pirate and a mermaid at the lazy river pool for the kids to enjoy, live music, and a great restaurant in the hotel. You can easily walk to several stores, the beach and other nearby restaurants. The staff is very friendly and helpful. We loved it.

This is a great hotel for kids. My daughter especially loved the mermaids and pirates!!!

Having a view of the Gulf of America with a balcony was amazing

Loved the spacious king bed room with great view of the Gulf of America. Pool and lazy river were great and staff were friendly and helpful.

My wife and I stayed, it rained both days. But we still enjoyed it. This is the best hotel on Pensacola Beach. We love the atmosphere, the rooms, the pool, and the downstairs restaurant. We try to come here every year.

The most unique thing is the first day from 9 am to approximately 11 pm when water pressure and temperature were not available. We had to use the toilet in the pool area. The restaurant was closed all day and night.

I absolutely would visit this property again. The view from my balcony was gorgeous. I love that the food at the riptide restaurant down stairs was actually good. We had access to the pools at the Fairfield next door as well as the Hilton. Also easy access to the beach.

We had a wonderful stay! Everything was very clean and our kids loved the pools! It was also very nice we had access to the pools in the adjacent hotels. Check in and out was a breeze!

Everything was fantastic. My kids really enjoyed and we will be visiting again.

We had a great experience and will be back. The city’s best restaurants are right in front of the hotel/within walking distance. Rooms were spacious. The beds were clean and comfy. We had a balcony view overlooking the hotel’s amazing pool and the beach. Food on site was really good! It felt like an all-inclusive cruise experience without the ship.

Pools were great...access to the beach was easy...rooms lacked space and privacy. Great hotel but very pricey for what you get.

I loved the property itself and the location. The view from my balcony was stunning. The pool was nice but didn't open until 9:00 which is too late in my opinion. The staff I dealt with were great. I did, however, have a major problem with housekeeping. They took all the toiletries I had left on the sink, put them in the ziplock bag I had lying there, and put them on a shelf under the sink. They also took my toothbrush {nobody should ever touch another person's toothbrush) and rewrapped it in the fail I had lying there. In addition, I had a plastic bag on the table with my pretzels, chips, raisins, and money inside. They took everything out of the bag and then threw the plastic bag out as well as the chips which weren't empty. Kris, the night manager, was nice and treated me to a $50 resort credit and, most importantly, a new toothbrush. Needless to say, I will never stay at a hotel without leaving the "Do Not Disturb" sign on the door.

Our family loves this property! The staff are beyond courteous and helpful. The facility is beautiful and clean. I have a 12 year old son with autism and the lazy river is his favorite. He hops from pool to pool all day and is in heaven. Since it’s gated I feel safe as well. I even found him at the Tiki bar the other day and he had ordered himself a virgin strawberry daiquiri without knowing his room number. Blake was patient and kind with him. That speaks volumes for us!

Really a great place to stay. Awesome pools and access to the beach. Clean, friendly and so easy. Also, several dining options within walkable distance.

Waiting 15 minutes for an elevator was unacceptable. There was no luggage carts available. That was such an inconvenience. Other than that our stay was wonderful! The resort the staff was great! I would recommend to anyone. The staff was the best part of our stay. They were awesome and so helpful.

The property was nice clean and convenient to food within walking distance, the staff was super friendly and the hotel was right on the beach with beautiful views. There were two separate hot tubs and a pool with a lazy river our stay was very enjoyable we would absolutely recommend this resort for all ages!
