Holiday Inn Express & Suites Pembroke Pines-Sheridan St by IHG

The hotel is nice and just Holiday Inn Express. When I arrived we didn't have access to our TV. The next day I room didn't get clean, I informed the front desk and was told there were no more clean towels and she would see what she could do. The manager was not available.

Convenient location. This hotel didn’t had enough towels, when I requested additional I was told there wasn’t any available. Also, found a small roach on the wall of our room. Could use some deep cleaning and pest control.

The location was prefect and the property was clean

I had a terrific stay at the Holiday Inn in Pembroke Pines Sheridan Street location. The rooms were very spacious for the price, the breakfast was great, and overall everything about the experience was excellent. The staff was friendly, the hotel was clean, and it was a very comfortable stay. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others!

we had very little interaction with the staff, but the little we had was very good. Parking was very convenient, we were able to park very close to the front entrance each night we stayed. We honestly enjoyed staying here and would not hesitate to stay there again on a return trip.

The hotel is updated, clean, and the rooms are very large. Plenty of soap, lotion, shampoo, and conditioner - all Dove brand. I only stayed one night and did not use any amenities. It is not a dislike, but the bed is so high off the ground, they should include a step stool for those of us who are vertically challenged.

Very poor equipment in the rooms, not even a bottle of water, no amenities besides of shampoo and conditioner, no kettle for hot water.. And the breakfast was very very dissapointing - stayed there for 8 nights, same food every day, no refill, sometimes not even yogurt and cream cheese, and the pancakes were disgusting. The trash always full and nobody comes to clean. The coffee tasted bad. Most of the ladies at the front desk weren't friendly at all. Paying more than 180 dollars for a night for two adults and a baby and needed to come to reception every night to get the third towel, insane.

I liked the bed! The management was rude when checking in to the hotel. I was standing in line to be waited on and the manager took another person in line instead of helping me first. He had just walked up to the counter. I asked if I was next and the manager said he was already in the hotel. I looked and said "I'm in the hotel, too" He went on to help the man anyways?????? I will never stay at another Holiday Inns Express!!!!! Not to mention we went to the room to discover they did not restock our towels during the day.

We traveled together as a family of 5 and had a great experience. The customer service was excellent, the lobby had a fresh scent, but the hallway on the floor we were on and the room smelled a little humid but it wasn’t terrible. The breakfast was great, and the hotel was close to many stores and restaurants. We would definitely come back!

Located near major spots like Pembroke Lakes Mall and C.B. Smith Park, it's accessible from the highway and good for exploring South Florida. Rooms are very clean and well maintained. no signs of wear or grime anywhere in bathrooms. As for the overall facility, the common areas like the lobby, hallways, and elevators are very nicely maintained and spotless, contributing to a fresh and welcoming atmosphere.

The t.v. remote doesn’t work. Was advised to reset the t.v. by unplugging and then plugging back in. Because that is what he did yesterday in the same room. I asked for new batteries, but he gave me a different remote b/c he doesn’t have a screwdriver small enough to open the battery cover. He asked if I wanted him to have maintenance come tomorrow. I told him we were checking out but that the next person might want a working t.v. The replacement remote worked for about 30 minutes and now won’t. What kind of Mickey Mouse operation is this? I don’t recommend.

The manager put me to adifferent room. I spent my night horrible, there were two big streets like facing to my window every night. I had to put two pillows on my head to block the lights in other to sleep. The hotel is poor condition I think they should upgrade. My carpet has stains all over it the tube has had a smell coming from it. I think this place should call Mortel not a. Hotel. That light through my window leaves me with a bad headache now. It’d horrible

Hotel is new and staff very friendly and welcoming. This is an excellent location that is quiet and has lots of free parking and is very conveniently located reference Ft Lauderdale International Airport and Port Everglades . I definitely plan to stay at this location again for travel.

I had put my laptop on desk and they were crawling on my hand, my laptop, the power cord. I smashed about a dozen, then i started searching for candy or food left behind but i didnt find a thing. I then wiped everything off eith Clorox wipes. The next day I saw less, but i still saw ants. The last day I didnt see any. The breakfast is great for 1, 2 maybe 3 days in a row but by 4th day we just skipped breakfast and went out for breakfast because its always the same menu. I dont understand why there isnt more attention given to the breakfast, something as simple as hashbrowns added or bacon, because some people like myself do not like sausage links or patties, the home fries were not good on this trip, the fruit was decent, not great but decent 2 days, mostly just apples out so my daily morning banana wasnt happening. Pancakes are always good, but maybe just changing things a little makes a difference to regulars like us. We will be staying in hotel in 1 month, but considering the menu we will probably try the Marriott, just to get a different menu.

The hotel made our stay very rememberabl by the cleanliness and comfort, but most of all the friendly and helpful staff. It was very easy to access and check in. Plenty of available parking with entrances at every corner of the hotel. Breakfast was great everyday with the staff keeping the breakfast items full and available to everyone.

Igot there about 2:40 pm i was hoping they had some rooms ready but the lafy at front desk claim there were no room ready i found it hard to believe there was no room ready and check out was at 11. With that i couldnt give 5 star. And my AC unit wasnt really cold even after i turn it down i never complained about it i was to tired too i dealt with it.

I have stayed at this dame hotel multiple times everytime I have a business trip in P. Pines or family events. This last time the hotel smelled moldy. Like a wet rag thru the hallways and it was not very clean. I was disappointed.

The smell of mildew was enough to make us change hotels, unfortunately in this area our options were very limited on short notice it. The carpets are so dirty that both of my kids feet were black on the bottom after about 15 minutes of running around that room. A dirty sticky cocktail9xing cup was in the refrigerator and the remote was extremely gears. Gross.

The rooms are spacious and clean however the towels were flimsy, the toilet paper was 1-ply sand paper and the bed was making noises every time I turned around. But the worst part was the smell in the rooms - mildew, mold, not realy sure but I had to change the room bc it was unbearable. The second room was not as bad but still had that horrible odor. Guess you get what you pay for.

No hot water and complained and the reception said its only one day we can’t do anything you are checking out tomorrow, I check in around 8:30 pm and couldn’t get a hot shower. Horrible experience. I would like a refund or credit back to my account.

The front desk staffer couldn’t have been more friendly or welcoming. When I came back out into the lobby for help with something in our room, another employee was quick to walk up to me and ask how he could help. I also had to change the room at the last minute to a handicap accessible room, and it was ready for us when we arrived. The bed is probably the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in, and I intend to contact the hotel and find out where they purchase their mattresses!

We only stayed one night, but everything was fine. We liked the all day coffee service in lobby. My grandkids loved the computer in lobby that they were allowed to play games on. The breakfast was great. Room was good. WE would stay again if in area.

Very spacious room, with a comfortable bed and clean bathroom. Well equipped with microwave, coffee/tea maker, fridge and safe. Breakfast was sufficient…though limited for vegetarians. Nice pool area. Walking distance from Cracker Barrel.

Our vehicle got stolen out of the parking lot and the staff was of zero help to us, the police, or the insurance company. Pick up trucks are being targeted in south Florida so BEWARE.

Antonio was very helpful in my accomodation as my flight was delayed and he took the necessary steps to check us in before he left.. however the AC and carpet smell was moldy.abd there was a leak at back of toilet

The hotel is clean

Great hotel. Great service. Great rooms. Great breakfast. Great pillows/blankets. I just wish that the A/C were a little quieter (I'm a sensitive sleeper).

When we came back for the 2nd night and we're told no king rooms. I asked if our keys would still work and was told yes. Got to the room and they did not.

Check in was great! Check out fantastic. Will stay again. Came into town for a funeral. Everyone was caring and kind. See you soon! (Hopefully for some fun stuff next time)

Following day requested hsk svc and only king bed was done only because bed was stripped off. No clean towels left, bathroom was dirty, toilet dirty asked for help and the lady who was at the desk said she could not help because she did not know what to do.
