I liked the free parking and the staff was nice. The room wasn't spotless though. Saw some hair strands in the bathroom, saw a stain on the sheets, and the carpet was filthy (dont walk around barefoot). You can hear the pipes and the toilets being flushed in the walls, and people walking and talking in the hallway so it was difficult to sleep in.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and the free bottles of water in the room was a lovely touch. There’s an outside pool and a gym on site and hot breakfast included so we were very impressed. There’s a Cracker Barrel next door so ideal after a long drive. Thank you everyone at the Hampton Inn

It was comfortable cleaning cozy The pet fee was a little steep I've seen another places and didn't have to pay anything or a smaller fee. They were too small dogs. And we kept a place clean no mess in the hallway or nothing.

I liked the hotel's location. I also liked that it was clean. I appreciate that the front desk and housekeeping staff were welcoming to me. Lots of Breakfast choices. Parking. Maybe because people were in town for graduation I had a difficult time trying to find a parking spot.

It was a wonderful experience! The hotel is clean, parking is free, comfortable room, dyer and washer machines in 3-4 floors, a small but well equipped Gym, close to express way, restaurants, shopping centers and of course right next to the hotel you have a restaurant Cracker Barrel with a little lovely boutique in the entrance and a great menu for all ages!!!!! Perfect stay 💕

1 -when I first walked into the room it smelled horrible even though the room was very very clean. It smelled as if someone had just gone to the bathroom. They didn’t have another room available, but they were very accommodating and send someone up from housekeeping who sprayed the bathroom and the rugs after that the smell was tolerable 2- for some reason the toilet was so low to the ground that it looks like it was built for a 10-year-old. Other than that, the staff was very accommodating and pleasing. The next morning I got up to have breakfast and it was quite enjoyable. I stayed at other Hampton Inn’s and perhaps this was just a one off with that smell. Maybe it was coming from the drains

Everything was good. It was a pleasant visit.

Bathtub could have looked cleaner. Outlet on desk lamp blew a fuse and was never changed as promised, although we did get power back in the room. Please do not use the lamp in room 519 again.

The room was clean and shower gel etc. was well stocked. The breakfast wasn’t great, hardly any bacon and not restocked. One of the bakery drawers were empty and not very much fruit on offer either and what was there looked past its best.

We had a nice comfortable clean room. It was very quiet with plenty of safe parking The breakfast was well stocked with lots of variety.

The staff upon our arrival greeted us quickly and advised us about the amenities that if we had issues to advise them ,room was clean so overall it was a good stay will come back again

When we arrived in our first room (224) and pulled back the sheets, we discovered blood on both the sheets and the comforter. The staff was very apologetic and moved us to room 529, which was much better, but this is an issue that should never occur and is entirely preventable. My wife and I were disappointed that our stay began this way, especially given our past positive experiences with the brand.

Pool is small and shaded in the afternoon. Room quite small for two beds and had no dresser drawers. Not enough room to lay open two suitcases.

The room was clean however, we did not receive new towels for our second stay day. We had to ask for them late at night upon our return to the room. Also, the oatmeal was more like oat soup, very watery, but the bagels were fresh at breakfast.

We had a great stay, except for the fact that the day our room was cleaned, the only thing they did was take out the trash and put clean towels but didn’t make the bed which we found strange.

Breakfast was good but, not much selection... eggs and a type of sausage every day was good. Also, bread and some muffins and juice. Room was clean and spacious. Staff was very nice. Cracker Barrel was the only eating option within walking distance.

The breakfast was below average. There were no healthy options. I know that breakfast was included in the room price, but there should still be some choice for people who eat healthily. In reality, the only options were waffles, toast, and bagels,which is not healthy food.

The room was dirty and although put into room last minute there wasn't any toilet paper on the roll and the spear one was hidden. I had to bring cleaning products with me to ensure the room was clean. I booked a handicap room and the room wasn't ready upon check-in.

The ONLY aspect of our stay that was less than a 5* rating is that in 4 nights we had no one clean our room. Even though we were told room service would be done once every 2 days. It never happened once.

Our room was very clean and the beds were extremely comfortable including the pillows. The food at breakfast was well stocked every morning and tasted great. Both the pool and gym were in excellent shape. The staff was probably the friendliest of any of the Hampton Inns we have stayed at over the years.

I did choose the property/hotel based on ratings. And I was not disappointed. This was a very nice hotel and they exceeded my expectations. Everything was very nice!

Air conditioning was not cool enough.

This is the 3rd time we stay at this property. We had 5 rooms rented in total. It is very conveniently located, rooms are clean & updated, AC is cold and is quiet at night. Front desk staff are great.

A great tucked away location convenient to dining and shopping options. Enjoyed the free delicious breakfast each morning and relaxing pool area. All at a great price!

Not a morning person, and the ac in our room kept cutting out during the night and had to get up every hour to turn it on else we would just be too hot to sleep.

Convenient location. Pleasant, friendly, smiling staff. Adequate breakfast with clean dining area. Clean, comfortable room; great shower. Plenty of tv options. WiFi allowed me to get work done. The only negative is that the ironing board was broken; a nut seemed to be missing. I can understand that the boards are probably not opened and checked everyday, or perhaps only if a guest complains. Overall this was affordable, comfortable, and clean.

The pool was not as clean as it should or could have been. Our toilet paper holder fell of wall and it wouldn’t go back on. That was the first evening there. I took it to front desk and told her and no one ever showed up the whole stay. Cleaning service was every other day but not once did they vacuum the room. Breakfast was pleasant and over all we enjoyed our stay. Yes would recommend.

Not a single person came to check on me after I was finally released, nor did anyone offer an apology or explanation. It was as if the incident never happened. For a hotel that claims to offer quality service, this kind of negligence is unacceptable—especially when it comes to guest safety.

This was my second time at this hotel & the visit wasn’t like the first time. The front desk girl she had a purple shirt and black pants working the night wasn’t the friendliest also I was calling for 5 times to inform I was coming in late but nobody was answering the phone. When I arrive I wasn’t greeted, I get it’s night time and she doesn’t want to work that shift but customer service wasn’t the best.. but the pretty girl in the reception early morning that gave me a late checkout was the sweetest person I’ve ever met didn’t get her name sadly.

I recently stayed at this hotel and was impressed by the spacious room, which featured two beds and a convenient kitchenette. The included breakfast was delicious and a great start to the day. Parking is free but limited, so plan accordingly. You can easily walk to a few nearby food options or take a short drive if you need more variety. The hotel was clean and fresh, and the service was excellent. Highly recommended for a comfortable and enjoyable stay!

This hotel is older and could use some modern upgrades. It was very noisy and a lot of young people hanging out in the lobby and pool area on our first night. I believe they were college athletes staying at the hotel for some sort of tournament. It was much more quieter and less busy the next night. I expected more for the price and the hotel brand,
