Hotel is a little outdated but it gets the job done

Very clean room and property overall. The price was reasonable and the staff were very easy to communicate with and helpful. Stayed longer then expected at this hotel because it was the best. Highly recommend 👌

When checking in the front desk staff was amazing and that energy continued throughout our stay. We loved the access to freshly brewed coffee throughout our stay. We booked 2 1 bedroom suites we had 4 adults and 2 kids total (we could've fit in one honestly) it was a very roomy stay. Great stay will stay there again!

Most hotels have some form of free breakfast and this did not. A bit of confusion when checking in and wanting to split the room charge.

Front desk check in took 25 minutes. There were two other people in the office who didn’t come out to help. We asked for extra towels and that took about 15 minutes. Also the towels were poor quality. The room was quiet and clean. The bed was comfortable. They had bags for the trash but they were not in the trash cans. The pool appeared to be nice but we didn’t actually swim. And if you book through a third party you can’t add anyone to the reservation.

I loved the coffee bar. The furniture was old and outdated. The lamp base was rusted and the pool was shut down the entire time. I wouldn’t stay here again.

The front desk staff is the only good thing about the hotel. Stains on couch, shower curtain and beds. I stayed in multiple rooms and every room had something broken. Either the lock to the bathroom, thermostat, the door to the bedroom.

Sofa has stains. First room thermometer was broken and couldn’t lock bathroom. The resolved by having me change removes.

The room was neat and clean, could have used a LIGHT deodorizer for more appeal. Staff was very friendly, but professional, at front desk and kitchen. I think that the scrambled eggs could use some work, did not taste good at all. My room, which was on the 1st Floor, hallway behind the front desk, was noisy on weekends, but during the week, it was quiet. Friday night rolls around, and noise such as a dog barking, adults arguing, teens partying, tv loud, elderly man sick and coughing/throwing up sounds, very loud all weekend long, until I was a bit tired and out of sorts due to this. With my sound machine, I would have been okay, but I did not bring it. I went to You Tube, they have something similar, and I made it through the weekend. Front office friendly, helpful, and kind. Kitchen friendly, helpful, just not good eggs. Would I stay there again? Yes, with my sound machine. Should you all consider scrambled egg lessons? yes. Should you monitor the hallway for disturbances and suggest guests be considerate and quiet?, yes. At least consider putting over age 65 or 70 on less active floor perhaps. After all, its on the same floor as the front desk and you want to make a good impression, right? Would I stay there again? Maybe I would, with some improvements. I did appreciate the friendly employees and the cleanliness of the rooms, they do a great job! You all may want to check electrical outlets near the bed, and the one near sofa. You cannot get plugs out of wall.

It was good. We came in and left within hours. Loved the smiling face of the receptionist and how she willingly brought up an item I'd left at the desk to my room. It was a good short stay. No complaints.

The staff was very friendly and welcoming, the location is very good. The hotel could use some updating and the mattress needs to be replaced However, the hotel is extremely clean, so we were impressed with that aspect of our stay.

Fresh decor, clean, quiet.

Staff was friendly but the condition of the hotel did not meet expectation. At check in which was around 6pm, my request was not honored because I was told that the hotel was at full capacity. The hallways had a very strong chlorine scent and even worse in the room. Triggered my allergies and headache. Also, the walls are thin and the guests next to me were very loud, even at random hours of the night. It was very difficult to sleep. Will think twice before I stay at this location again.

I was hit with a $25 charge upon arrival. No idea what it was for as the receptionist spoke very quietly and I was too tired to argue.

From the moment I arrived it was a great experience! The front desk girl Linda was so warm and inviting. She was extremely helpful and explained everything to me about not only the hotel but the surrounding shops and restaurants. I would highly recommend this location for your stay!!

There is not a bar or restaurant- the only time open for food is at breakfast. Even the front desk said the website needs to updated-

When we arrived, we got there 1 hour early. We were told no rooms were ready and to come back later. When we got our room, the carpet near ac in room was soaking wet and they had a dehumidifier running to try to dry it out. I have booked this hotel several times in past and it has always been a good experience. This time however was not. I come to Peachtree city for family every 3 months so I will look into another hotel on my next visit.

The layout of the room was very nice. Bedroom was completely separate. the pool was very nice. The pool closes too early. Room was booked for 5 people, but we did not have proper amount of towels. Also had no blankets or pillows for the pull out bed.

The front desk staff were very friendly. They had a nice made to order breakfast. The breakfast staff were very nice and that area was kept clean with great coffee. Bed was very uncomfortable. The room was very humid and made the furniture damp. Only 2 towels were provided for 2 guests. So, 1 towel each. The rooms were not very quiet. Our neighbor in the next room turned on their TV at 3 am and I could hear every word of what was being said. We were beside the elevator so that was very noisy. The first room they gave us was down the hall so I'm sure it wouldn't have been as noisy but when we went to check in that room hadn't been cleaned.

Evergthing was good. Disappointed to learn that breakfast was not included in the stay. Did ask for a later checkout and message was not relayed to housekeeping. Still had someone knock on our door asking if we were checking out. Doesn't seem as though employees communicate with each other very well.

Bed was comfy, front desk people were pleasant. No breakfast. That was a bummer. For some reason they don't open the trash bags and put them in the trash cans. I guess that two extra minutes is just too much for housekeeping.

The room (139) had a strong, unpleasant odor. Carpet appeared dark and possibly dirty. It could have been just the color of the carpet, but it looked old and dirty.

Bathroom was dirty

Ok for a one night stay. Staff was good. Something about the damp atmosphere gave room's bed a feeling of "wet" and was very uncomfortable for sleeping. Bed may have been comfortable but that dampness was wet and cold. It was too pricey to not be more comfortable. I would not stay there again for those reasons.

The facility is very nice with a pool, breakfast cooked to order convenient to Target, Kroger, restaurants and other shopping. Our suite was perfect for our needs and they had our room ready early for checkin. Unfortunately there was a plumbing noise for the fire suppression system for 1-2 seconds every hour that we heard from our suite. The property manager was very apologetic and allowed us to check out late as an accommodation which was wonderful.

The hotel was nice and the staff was super helpful. But the humidity in room was awful. Everything just felt wet.

I liked the location. We were able to walk on a walking path; also we could walk to a shopping mall. I enjoyed the coffee in the lobby. I didn’t like that we didn’t have FREE breakfast. Also, the cleaning lady came early one morning and we expected them to come back because we were still in bed. They didn’t return, very disappointing…

Breakfast menu is great. Has option for everyone. Fruit was very fresh.

We came in late and the first room given to us had 2 large dehumidifiers in it. We called the desk and after waiting in a long line a second time we got a different room. We were so exhausted I didn’t even mention the large urine stain in the bathroom that evening, but when I did I hit a very insincere apology. The room was dirty in general as well, with a strong musty smell. We had to crack the window to help it get out.

Wanted king bed, asked to change she says all sold out but next morning at 6am there was 5 cars in parking lot don't provide free breakfast like most hotels do. Very surprising.

It was advertised to have a bar and restaurant… it didn’t have either! The pool was nasty it had a weird smell and they were stuff floating all in it! They wasn’t even a hand towel in the bathroom!

This is a nice hotel in a neighborhood setting that is convenient to local shopping and dining. The hotel, including my room, was very clean, quiet and comfortable. I would definitely stay here again.

IHG PTC is a really nice hotel. The walkable aspect is why I chose. A nice shopping center with number of stores, restaurants and postal service all within a 5 minute walk from hotel. Also offers shuttle and golf carts to use. Keep up the great job!

The desk clerk was friendly. The hotel and area are very safe and quiet. Our room was comfortable. The room was a bit worn and needed to be vacuumed. The fridge didn't cool down. Not the best hotel experience.

I would definitely rate this hotel a 8.5 .the staff was friendly and helpful, the room was clean the only negatives were there were some spots where it looked like they needed to be painted and no coffee in the room. But they did have coffee,snacks in the lobby overall a very nice hotel

The room was filthy. The bed had been peed in. The shower head had piled growing out if it. The tub had not been cleaned. Moved to another room that had bugs. Will not be returning.
