My room didn’t cleaned for a two day stay, no face towels . I was told the room is only cleaned every other day after even asking them to clean.

The staff- everyone was exceptional. They went out of their way to be sure I was comfortable and were very friendly and professional. The breakfast was priced very reasonably and had many choices, and the bed very comfortable. Some of my family members stayed when they had to repair water damage to their house. This hotel feels like it’s part of the community, not like an impersonal chain. I did feel that the room I was given was not as clean as I expected-minor issues such as a place on the bathroom door where something that looked like a coke was sprayed and not cleaned off well and the bathroom floor had some ground in dirt. Otherwise it was clean, and staff was responsive.

So on the surface of it, it seems very nice and it is but housekeeping doesn’t clean your room or put towels in there unless you ask for it so normally they only clean your room when you check out so you come back and your towels are still piled on the floor. You don’t have fresh towels and your bed may or may not have been made unless you made it yourself and the dining area everything was great both bartenders both nights that we ate there. Although I will say that the food was actually limited, but it was good, but it was a very limited menu, which was slightly disappointing.It was good but on the last morning for breakfast, there was a woman that was standing there who obviously worked in the kitchen, and when I asked her for juice She just stood and stared at me like a zombie then the other person came forward and said I will get you the juice obviously I’m guessing she doesn’t speak English or understand it well but what was really surprising as she was standing outside where everybody could see her in the dining hall area wearing grease stained clothes and just standing there staring like a zombie…..it was kind of strange. The overall score for the room, the staff and the food and the service would be at a three max.

My Peloton bike room was not available on my first day. However, the staff gave me a discount for the first night and moved me to an appropriate room for the second day.

What a nice surprise! Went to the bar had a drink and dinner. The food was very good. All cooked as requested. Bar maid was so friendly also. First time at Hilton Garden.

The only issue I encountered was trying to extend my stay. The staff tried to assist, but I was told the hotel was completely booked for Sunday-Monday, which seemed odd. When I checked online, I saw that rooms were available. I reached out to the attendant, and she told me to book online, but my main concern was whether I could stay in the same room to avoid packing up. Unfortunately, due to time constraints, I wasn’t able to rebook and had to check out. The attendant later mentioned that, for some reason, the system wouldn't allow her to process my extension, which was frustrating but at least she was apologetic. That said, I take responsibility for not handling my extension sooner. Other than this hiccup, the hotel was beautiful, clean, and comfortable. If I ever find myself in Peachtree City again, this will definitely be my go-to spot!

The staff were pleasant and accommodating. The lobby was sectioned off, which allowed us to have family game night without disturbing the other guests. The bartenders were also great being fun and professional.

We only stayed one night, but our experience was effort free. There are dinning options in the hotel and within walking distance. The rooms were clean and the hallways smelled clean and fresh. Would definitely stay here again.

I am not used to having to pay for breakfast at a hotel, typically that’s included in the price. But the guy that sat our table was very nice.

First off, they made the breakfast 'appear' to be included on-line, it was not, breakfast consisted of a 'buffet' type of bar including crusty scrambled eggs and sausage that was green, coffee that was supposed to be for all guests until 10:00a.m. but 'conveniently' ran out at 9:10 or so... do you see where I am going with this? Ps.- you may want to check ALL of your websites because you have no pool here at this location and haven't had one for over a year according to the help, who btw, were delightful and the only reason we stayed like we did... you have your Hands-Full trying to fix this location... good luck!... let me know when you get rid of the 'penny-pinching' manager... or is that the new 'corporate edict' coming to roost? Sorry for the crappy report....

The property was centrally located. The hotel was nice. The only thing I don’t agree with is the pet fee, the pet fee is $75. I assumed it’s for cleaning fee. What are the hotel cleaning, the hotel don’t have carpet on the floors. I think it should be based on the size of the dog. My yorkie is 6lbs and is pee pad trained, she’s not an outside dog, and for that reason I will not stay at the hotel. I also do not like the fact you have to pay for breakfast, when rates are so expensive. Basically we are paying the hotel for sleeping.

Overall a very good hotel. My only knock is Breakfast. It is not included. They have a "cook-to-order" menu, which is not exactly cheap. But the food is not that good either. The omlette was made of not-real-eggs. The veggies were overcooked and greasy . They need to do a lot better on the breakfast front.

Hotel was great we came from Michigan called to tell them our trip was taking longer than planned was hoping to get some kind of a discount because we couldn’t make our check in due to lots of construction the whole trip we had to pull over and rest because it was taking so long but we were told because we booked thru hotels.com that there was nothing they could due they said next time we need to book thru Hilton and then they could take a day off is this true?Thanks

Pool was closed but front desk person made arrangements for a sister hotel to allow us in to swim.

We got there and there was no water because they were doing work nearby and the water was turned off, I understand that but there were no hand cleaners in the bathroom, they should have offered bottled water also since we had no access to water. The bar and restaurant were not open except for Friday night over Memorial Day weekend even though they advertised they had a bar and dining.

We stopped in the bar area for a drink before going to our rooms and met Barb, the bar tender. Barb was so funny and friendly. Our group enjoyed being there so much we ended up staying for quite a while. Great job Barb!

Honestly was very disappointed with the staff. I come to this area for work frequently and arrange it with groups of people. We all had the same experience with the staff. We will try a different hotel next time we are in town

The hotel had had some construction (there were signs posted) and it looked like my room had been recently renovated. There was still what looked like dry wall dust all over the bathroom, the coat hangers (which got on my business clothes bc I didn't notice it at first), and kind of smeared on all the doorknobs like someone had tried to clean it off but didn't get it all, and the AC unit was spitting out black dust ball looking things that smeared like soot when I cleaned them up. All of that aggravated my sinuses and asthma. I feel like if it weren't for the contruction the room would have been really clean, as other areas (shower, sink, toilet, etc) were super clean and the main areas of the hotel lobby were very clean.

We were greeted by an amazing woman who was absolutely outstanding. So friendly and caring. I was also texted which i am assuming was her? Maydene was the name. She made the stay great. The entire staff was incredibly friendly and efficient!

I requested the linens be changed each day. They failed to do so. The sign on the front desk says "If you would like anything additional please let us know and we will correct it." I ask but they said that housekeeping had gone home. This was not true because I ask one of the housekeepers and she politely said that my room was not assigned to her.

I became I’ll during first night of our stay. Needed full housekeeping. Requested but didn’t get till husband fussed. Petra Ellis made things right next morning. Stay ended well. Definitely recommend

Like everywhere in the country, they were short staffed. The junior suite’s pull out sofa needed to be replaced. Sheets were thin. One bright spot was the lovely, very friendly woman working during breakfast.

Disgusting rooms! I have to say I am disappointed in my stay with this location. First, the bathroom had drainage issues. I will let your thoughts imagine. The mattress in the pull-out sofa was so nasty, it appeared to have not been cleaned in months. It had stains, dirt and hair. We called they gave us the option to switch rooms. It was 10pm and we have small kids that were ready to sleep. I am not changing rooms this late. We ended up getting Lysol and spraying the heck out of it and retrieving tons of sheets, blankets, and comforters to avoid touching it. I would have preferred they tried to clean it thoroughly, but no one came. Housekeeping is not cleaning the beds. To add to the dilemma, they charge $18.95/pp for buffet breakfast which was a complete joke. There was 1 waitress on staff with a nasty attitude, and one cook. I had to address her as she tried to talk nasty to my 7-year-old because she was in a rush trying to serve the entire room by herself. The buffet stayed empty because the 1 cook was trying to provide for the buffet and serve off the menu. After waiting 30 minutes for drinks, the waitress served us spoiled, old, orange juice that my kids literally spit it out! This is completely unacceptable. I will emailing the General Manager who obviously is not aware or just completely unwilling to address concerns. For over $250 per night stay, I expected much more from a Hilton property in this area. I will NEVER stay here again and will ensure to warn others.

The hotel ran out of most of the food for dinner so we went to our room and there were 4 dogs next door barking up a storm and they refused to move us as they said they were full. They did call the other client and asked them to remove the dogs.

Middle of the road Hilton Garden Inn. The rooms and hallways are but beat. Beds are hard but its clean and the staff are very nice.

There was no “maid” service done during our absence the first day.

I got one of the 2 queen bed rooms. When the heater kicked on it had that burning smell everytime. Also the dresser cabinets had worn out stains and there was a hair in the sink. All minor things but not something id expect for a 218 dollar room.
