Hampton Inn Atlanta/Peachtree City

My wife had requested a handicap room and was assured one was available during the call when reservation was made. However, when we got to the hotel, they had no handicap rooms. When we asked the clerk why someone will tell us they had handicap accessible room with a shower when they knew there were no such room. She had no idea why we were told that. Everything else was fine; clean room, polite staff and filling breakfast.

Excellent property! We stayed for 4 nights to attend some events in the area. Every staff member we encountered was very friendly, the hotel was well kept, and we weren’t bothered by noise (inside or outside). Would absolutely stay here again.

I would not advise a woman traveler to stay there in the future.

I have stayed here several times. The location is excellent, and nice rooms, clean and comfortable. I also travel with my dogs, and it is a great hotel for dogs. My only negative is all the plastic with the breakfast. Paperplates are ok, but the plastic utensils are not recyclable.

Breakfast was very slim pickings. Not much variety. Only fried potatoes and sausage on hot bar. No grits or oatmeal. Coffee was good though. Oops! See above.

Reception staff, especially April, was extremely friendly and always helpful. Breakfast choices or more than adequate and quite good. Room with spacious with very comfortable bed. Nothing not to like.

As always it was clean and the staff was great. The location was perfect for the annual air show, as it is only 5 miles from the venue. The only reason I marked 4 stars was the breakfast left a little bit to be desired, but was still good.

Peachtree City is a quiet community and the Hampton Inn here was ok. Pool was closed and rooms peaceful. Near Falcon Field Airport. Stayed here to visit son in Deltas Propel Pilot program. A lot of restaurants within a mile of hotel.

I chose the room with a bath tub. I like to take a bath. Free breakfast was nice compared to the previous two hotels I stayed. The staffs were friendly. I liked we could buy snacks 24/7. Nothing really.

Hotel was clean grade service. The free breakfast was not that great. Food was coldwhen it should’ve been hot. Also, our room smelled like smelly feet. I forgot my room deodorizer so I had to deal with it just for one night.

There was a group of inconsiderate soccer players in town for a tournament and they were very noisy at the pool outside our window. The small children went inside at pool closing time at 10:00 but the noisy "adults" continued to be obnoxious. A call to the front desk at 11:00 took care of the problem and we got a good night's sleep. Kudos to the night desk clerk!

We were in town for a visit with our grandaughter. This hotel was just what we needed. It is clean, quiet, and close to resterants. Unfortunately when we got up to leave our car wouldn't start. We were supposed to attend our granddaughter's dance recital and were trying to figure our what to do. April at the front desk came to our aid by allowing us to use her car to jump us off. Thanks to her we made the program with 5 minutes to spare. Thanks April. You saved the day. We would definitely stay again.

Excellent! Hampton Inn has the friendliest staff, from check in to breakfast staff to houskeeping. Our room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was delicious with multiple choices for the pickiest of eaters.

I was awakened by noise repeatedly. Between the the loud people in the hall and the toilet spontaneously sucking water back in the bowl when I guess another room flushed was loud and annoying.

Coffee maker has plastic coffee bag holder trays that are not compatible with the coffee maker. They dont fit. I spent 30 minutes with trying to make it fit. Finally i took the coffee maker and filters to the front desk, they said they are aware they dont fit. A notification would have been nice but your front desk staff, they are not completely rude but they simply could care less. Check out girl this morning could not even hide she did t want to be there and could care less about being st the front desk. The woman at the breakfast service seemed nice and made her self known and available to staff. I am not staying at this hotel again. Front desk staff apathetic and that says all you need to know about their customer service trainning and upper management. While on a business call this morning your landscappers are outside my window blasting the leaf blower and in that area for about 10 minutes, no need for that.

The lady at the first desk was very nice but the room had black mold on the ceiling in the bathroom. The tub wasn't cleaned it had a ring of dirt in it.

We did not stay because we booked a room in which they did not have a working television. We were told we would get a refund but we still don’t have it yet.

My only feedback is to increase lighting around the entrance and parking lot. It gets really dark in this area and was easy to miss the entrance to the hotel at night. I noticed there appears to be no sign on the ground at the entrance-that would have helped. Also, at least two lamp pole lights were out.

The staff was very nice. Unfortunately the bed was extremely uncomfortable and the mattress had multiple small , brown “ particles “ on it . I pointed it out to staff and they said it was “crumbs” . We did not eat on the bed so that was very disturbing. I honestly believe it was dead bugs . There was no mattress protection pad and the sheets did not fir properly causing them to slide off during the night .

I had an ant infestation. All the front desk had on hand was hornet spray. I asked to be moved but I was told they were full.

The room was very clean. The only thing that did not seem clean to me was the bathroom floor. It looked like it may have been missed. I really appreciated the manager who helped me catch my pet who had escaped from her harness as I was trying to enter the building.

I liked that the staff was friendly and they gave you bottled water that was thoughtful and kind. Most hotels charge you for EVERY little thing. I didn’t like the fact that the room looked really neat and clean; but there was a smell of weed the 1st day. The toilet looked clean but it needed to be bleached to get rid of the urine smell. The last night In The room the stopper inside the commode tank fell apart. So each time you used the toilet you had to put your hand inside the tank to push down the stopper or the water would run all night. Poor maintenance.

Hotel has been remodeled. Rooms are nice. Everything worked fine. Staff was friendly. First floor room was quiet. Breakfast was very basic and coffee just okay - but hot. J. Christopher's is a short walk down the street if you want pancakes and good coffee. Convenient location, easy to get in and out of and plenty of free parking.

It was a few short minutes from Senoia (main reason we visited). Staff was very friendly and helpful (we needed them for a few things as soon as we got into the room). Overall my stay was a positive one.

The building was under construction. Staff was very nice and cordial. Due to Covid19, had to place dirty towels and trash in hallway. It was really nice for the 2 nights we spent.

When my family checked in, the hotel refused to honor the reservation of 2 rooms with 2 queen beds. They assigned both rooms as a single King bed. When we got upstairs, we realized that the second floor was indeed an active construction zone. A sign downstairs indicated what times the construction would take place, but the construction ended later on Friday and started earlier on Saturday morning. The rooms were NOT renovated. The chairs were worn, the furniture was beat up, the closets had 1 hanger in them, the AC did not cool to the temperature on the thermostat, there was only a single tiny trashcan in the bathroom (and no housekeeping) and the bathroom doors did not lock. I tried contacting hotels.com multiple times over the weekend and was unsuccessful.

Arrived and found over half the site was under construction. We were told at check in that 1st fl was being worked on, yet we were placed in a room on 2nd fl with construction plastic all over the halls. The smoke detectors were covered with tape while no work was being done. The pool on site looked as it hadn’t been used or cleaned in quite some time, after being told it was maintained on a regular schedule. That part was disappointing to the kids that had looked forward to a swim after a 8 hour car ride. The hot breakfast they offer was nothing to rave about. To make it worse, they had no restrictions on how guests were to get their food from the warmer. COVID-19 is incredibly active in this area, but the hotel did not require guests to wear masks in the lobby while mingling with so many other guests that were staying there. The guests were not required to were gloves while serving themselves and no signs or accommodations were made to sanitize before touching the serving utensils or plates. Luckily this was only a one night stay for us, if we had known of the construction and the condition of the pool, we would have booked somewhere else. Very disappointed and dissatisfied!

Under restoration, dated dirty rooms, could not stay. One was smoked in (butts in the ac unit). Second smelled of mold and had visible mold on ac unit.

We are around the tub was all rusted, there was only one trashcan in the room. It look like it was very well used and never refreshed

More run down than other Hampton Inns I’ve stayed in. Mask mandate is ridiculous at this point in time.
