Older facility but room are excellent and it is very clean. Rooms to have recently updated. Staff was very helpful.

Stayed there 3 times, loved every stay, just hate that I forgot my phone charger and didn't get it back.

I would never stay here again. I opted for the "premium room, lake view," and got a shoe box with a pond-view window. Total rip off. There are a lot cheaper chain hotels in the area that would have been much preferred.

Everything was great! Beautiful , lush landscaping with, but you’re within minutes of anything you need!

Overall the restaurant and bar were quit good. We ate three evening meals in (or from) the restaurant, and all three were delicious! With one exception, everything about the room was comfortable and exceeded expectations. Only the bathroom lighting was inadequate. It needed some direct light on the mirror. Without it shaving was awkward. The room was cleaned only once during my 4-night stay, which was okay but I really would have liked the trash cans emptied every day. The one cleaning was very thorough—obviously the cleaner takes pride in his/her work. Kudos for your fitness center and pool. The surrounding area is also nice for walking. And the Tesla chargers were a nice surprise. I used one every day.

The pool was amazing as it was warm and clean. They also opened the doors to get fresh air into the pool❣️

A very nice tucked away hotel. Almost like a resort. Food can be pricey but good. Front desk workers are friendly. A worker named Met was absolutely amazing. He went above & beyond to help me with a cart rental. Drove me around town above his call of duty. Lana front desk manager render platinum customer service the entire stay.

Rooms assigned to us were not accommodating for frail adults and individuals with disabilities.

The hotel is secluded but very peaceful and relaxing. The staff awesome! The buffet breakfast is very good. The place is nice and clean. I enjoyed my stay. Thank you so much!

Check-in was very long and the staff seemed frazzled. She was on the phone twice while checking us in, so we just kind of stood there. Overall properly and room was good, parking was easy, etc.

Don't miss out on the breakfast! Made to order with dining that overlooked the little pond- it was perfect after a long day of traveling the night before. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The grounds were very nice, I only wasn't expecting the hotel rooms to be in a separate building from the check in and dining area, but the short walk to the separate building was lovely with all the plants and trees on the property.

Clean, big bedrooms. Great location , beautiful surroundings. The vending machines were out if water everywhere, the pool could use some TLC! Overall great experience, would recommend it! Maya at the check-in counter was great and helpful. Raul and Sebastian at the bar were great!

This was our 2nd time staying here and it was great! The room was clean and cool. Great restaurants and shopping nearby was an added bonus!

The staff and the hotel were excellent! Couldn't say enough about the friendliness and professionalism! The only improvement I would suggest is more lighting near the extended parking for Lakeside. If the lot is full and you have to park a bit down, the older lighting isn't sufficient to walk in, it's nearly dark for a bit. Otherwise, great place!

It was the WORSE two nights stay at hotel EVER. The first room was an adjoining room. I could not sleep for the LOUD despicable noises coming from the adjoining room. I notified the front desk and was offered another room. I moved to the different room and left the hotel to explore the city. When arriving back to the hotel, the room temperature was hot and uncontrollable. I notified the front desk and a repairman was sent up. The repairman eventually got the temperature up to cool and left. I could not sleep the second night as the room temperature became increasingly so cold to unbearable. I finally called front desk at about 4:00 a.m. for extra blanket. Could not sleep for the extreme cold. I made the front desk aware and again (as previous night) they offered buffet breakfast and maintenance. I accepted maintenance. The mechanic turned on heat enough to shower. AGAIN, WORSE STAY EVER.

Room was neat and clean. Carpet is looking old and a bit dingy. Breakfast foot was great and service was mostly good. Some of wait staff seem a bit like beginners.

The rooms were very nice. It’s a large hotel pool and other amenities are hard to find but property overall very nice.

After coming from a horrible hotel that we had to leave, this hotel was a breath of fresh air. The hotel staff was so kind during our late night checkin. The room was so clean with all toiletries and coffee stocked. Even an organic coffee option! The parking was easy. What is not explained is how beautifully the hotel is nestled within the trees. It feels like such a resort experience! During checkout I experienced the same kindness and joy from the staff. We missed the window for breakfast but cannot wait to go back and have the same experience during our next sports travel tournament!

Really enjoyed my stay here. One bit of feed back is related to the hours of the Breakfast. Hotel has breakfast set at 6:00am. For my business travels I needed to be out the door before 6:30 and a couple days during my 1week stay the doors for breakfast where not open at 6:00am. and one day they opened up just after 6:00. Would be very helpful for business travelers if some light items were available right at or just before 6:00.

I loved the overall atmosphere of this hotel. The room was nice, staff was great, and very helpful. We had a minor issue with our room and it was handled in minimal time. I look forward to staying here again next visit to the area.

Room was very clean and had a lot of amenities. The property was very nice and tranquil. The lake view was very pretty. Staff was very friendly. Only one small thing was I requested something to be sent to my room but no one ever showed up. However I went to the front desk and the receptionist was helpful and gave me what I needed. I recommend this hotel and I would definitely stay again.

Old and dirty. Had a “lake” view but could not see it as the windows and screens were dirty and filled with spider webs.

Wooded setting is very nice. Clean room and friendly staff. Bathroom was a little odd and lacking in privacy because of sliding style door that has no lock and leaves a space even when shut. Room service was tasty, but hotel bar had very limited hours. My family greatly enjoyed the pool.

The toilet wouldn’t fill with water so it could bw fluahed. We had to keep fixing it The hairdryer was coded handle and blower part with hairspray and was very sticky. I couldn’t use it without holding onto it with a towel.

This was ok for your basic 2 star experience but this was not what I would expect from Plaza. The breakfast was inedible and definitely not worth paying for.

For business it was a great location for my needs! Very quiet and safe! Bed was not as comfortable as I hoped and carpet should be time for a good cleaning.

The only thing I didn't like was the restaurant at night was so slow that I had to cancel my order. No refills on the drinks either. I loved the breakfast because they custom made my omelet the way I wanted. It's was a very peaceful stay and I would definitely stay again. The restaurant was not a deal breaker. Everything else was wonderful.

Great hotel, it is out of the way, especially if you dont have a car. We decided to walk or uber, not realizing places that were .5 miles away on map, were 1.6 miles away walking or driving. Hotel offered a shuttle in the evenings, but the hours shuttle wasn't offered we ubered. It got very pricey. I shouldve rented a car or stayed closer to city center.

Great secluded location but not far from anything. We only stayed one night but it was a great stay. Exception. Crying children in the hall early in the morning. Remember parents everything in the hallway is heard. Appreciate it if you could take them to elevator or outside the scream their heads off.

10/10 would recommend. The hotel almost felt like a cabin. I loved the bathroom and how clean the room was. It was conveniently located near restaurant and stores. The only thing that was missing was a microwave.

The first thing we ran into is the lack of parking. There was a wedding party the weekend we stayed and parking was s problem. Theres no parking at the lobby. The floor in both our rooms did not look vacuumed as there were leaves on the carpet. The weatherstripping at the bottom of one our rooms left a gap brtween the door and floor, allowing noise and cold to come in. There were hairs in the bathroom of the other room. The only good thing was the breakfast. Wojld not stay here again.

They need to provide each room with water glasses - They only had the small paper coffee ones and no other.

Spent one night. Massive property and our whole section seemed newly renovated. Clean, modern, new.

The room was not what was expected for the price no towels or soap empty not very clean windows were filthy. You can see out of them, so what’s the point of having a Lakeview.

This hotel, set back in the woods, was nice and clean. Area around the hotel was nice.

I booked this hotel because of the privacy and lake/woodland location. The property is a large compound with many facilities. There is a restaurant, pool, gym, ect. But the overall property is overgrown with wildlife. Think of a decaying brown secret garden. The lakeview room I paid extra for has a slit of a window.covered kn conwebs facing a brown smelly lake. Its a hard no.

The staff was extremely friendly at check in. We were carrying a cake for our wedding rehearsal and were immediately approached by a male staff member who placed it in a cooler. We truly appreciate the thoughtfulness of the staff we’ve met.

Overall the property served its purpose for the stay, but it's not a property I would select to stay at in the future if other comparable properties were available. The food was just ok and was our only option for the 3 days we were there. Although the rooms were relatively cleaned, I killed several ants in my room while staying there.
