    Very misleading advertisements. Everything in this place was dirty and broken. The two chairs in the room are both broken. The elevator is broken. The towel rack is broken. The pool is filled with algae in the middle of May. There's mold growing in the bathroom. The walls are dirty. There's no sheet on the bed, just a stained blanket that's overdue for a wash. Theres a group of four grown men in hotel uniforms smoking cigarettes in front of the broken front door and "no smoking" sign. The TV in the room is broken. The curtains are dirty and stained. The lamps by the bed is broken and the charging outlet doesn't grip. The coffee machine in the room is broken and a bottle of Sam's Club brand water is $2.00. Theres holes in the walls everywhere. There's a "restaurant" on the top floor, but that's just a single serving of whatever they decide for the day, no options no menu. There's garbage strewn about all over the property. I will never stay at another quality inn for the rest of my life.

    The bed was also in bad condition — the sheets were wrinkled as if they had already been used, and there were hairs on them, which made it seem like the bedding had not been changed for the next guest. Another disappointing point was the lack of room service. I stayed for 3 days and, during that time, the towels and bed sheets were never changed. The breakfast area was also not clean, and the coffee was very weak with very few options available. To make matters worse, I did not like the location — the neighborhood is not pleasant. Overall, I had a terrible stay and I would not recommend this hotel.

    To begin with pool was closed for maintenance, which fine but called ahead and they said it was open. I asked about the full breakfast they said that yes it was a full breakfast I go in the morning for the breakfast, and all it was was cold eggs, cold sausage, and hard bread for toast the only thing was fresh and decency was the waffles. So that was a big disappointment. Then the tv glitching and messing up left to visit family told them about the TV and came back 4 hrs later and TV still glitching worse So they switch rooms then in the morning didn’t even get the room cleaned. So took my towels down stairs to get new ones didn’t even give the correct amount of towels . So had to jump through a couple of hurdles to get what I needed. The best part of the hotel was when I was leaving back home. I will never ever recommend this hotel to my enemies.

    I honestly cannot believe that this property is listed on Expedia. You have transient people standing at the street corner earning enough money to get a room for the night. The blankets all have cigarette Burns in them. No cable TV. It's just just I just cannot believe that this is listed on an Expedia. The property looks nothing like the pictures

    On the site it said pet friendly and they would not allowed my puppy to stay. Plus no hot water we was told we would have to go to another area to shower, we left and find another hotel that was pet friendly. I never had an experience like this and being almost 4 hours away from home.

    The beds were excellent. The staff was very pleasant. The hotel had a smell, in the hallways and the rooms. The a/c did not keep the room cool. We reserved a room for 3 people but had only 2 sets of towels. Our room keys continued to stop working. There was a large variety of breakfast items, but the pastries were stale and the sausage and fried potatoes were soggy. It was not worth the price we paid.

    Only thing was ok was the beds. Everything else showers walls falling apart. Spend 4 nights at this place and they never cleaned the room even know we asked twice the front desk they promised and never did it. Pictures of the hotel are like from the early 90’s this place needs very high maintenance.

    It was a nice location with very sweet and warm receptionist, cleaners, and people in the restaurant feels like we are their family. All of them treated us like we are part of the family. I feel the warm welcome, kindness and very sweet environment. All of them shown their extra care and completed what we needed. I will always recommend them to my family and friends.     We arrived and were given room 809 this room was disgusting. The was ha a big hole in the wall, the sofa bed was filthy, the the walls and floors were dirty. This room should had not been rented. We were then given a second room, which was room 804. This room was still dirty, but not filthy like the other one. However, there was no hot water and the shower was clogged up. I had to go and let them know at the lobby and I had to go and shower in a different room which was room 811. This room was OK just like room 804. I highly suggest no one stays here ever. I have pictures to prove it. It’s a shame. I can’t load them on here.

    They have a $100 deposit and said it would be removed at checkout but it has not been and it is still showing. This is a shady business deal when staying with them and I do not recommend it. Most places are only 50 and come off fast and they are 100 and not came off yet.

    The breakfast was wonderful. But where you ate at was very cold. They had ceiling fan on. also it was very cold outside that weekend. The fact upon checking in they had other customers complaining about what wasn't right. They no hot water and the heaters in the room was working at all. We switch room twice. That to much to do if you coming from another state and ready to check in and relax.

    The restaurant was about to close so the woman at the front desk said go upstairs before checking in and order food and then come back down to check in. I made it just in time to order and had a lovely conversation with the front desk woman who told me how much she loves working at this hotel because she meets people from all over the world !

    After a 6 hour drive we arrive at the quality inn just to be told that the room we had paid for online was no longer available and they would have to put us in a separate room than what was paid for. After a hour at the check in desk they finally assigned us a room, I asked for a non smoking room least 3 times due to us having our new born daughter along on the trip. We received the key to room 909, climbed the stairs, walked across the hotel, finally made it to our room for the key not to work. Carried our daughter, dog, and luggage back down stairs around the hotel and back to the lobby to explain the key would not work. The lady handling check in got frustrated and said we did something wrong, took our key, went to the room just for it to also not work for her. She made a phone call and advised us that our room accommodations would once again be changed, after another 45 minute wait we were sent to manually be let into the non working room. Someone was sent to let us in, who later came back with a power drill and hammer to fix the door lock and issue us a key. After 30 minutes of banging and drilling he was unable to fix our door or issue a key which left us without access in and out of our room as needed. If we left we were locked out and would have to walk to the lobby and wait on someone to come unlock our door and let us in. Around midnight the lady at the desk called our room demanding that we change rooms after the hour gap she was told he wa

    Sketchy area. Went to check in. Waited 30 min, while the two front clerks assisted clients. Not once did they acknowledge my presence, no problem. While I waited another person came out of the elevator and also waited. When it was my turn the guy cut and was helped first. Apparently his room had enough damage to it. When it was my turn the clerks left me standing there for 15 min with no assistance or a simple 'we'll be right with you". Finally checked in went to the room and it wasn't what I had paid for on hotels.com. I went back to the front desk and the guy said he told me he upgraded me to a double bed room, when I had mentioned that I want the single bed that I had paid for. When checking out, the front clerks were rude and also hesitant on returning my cash deposit, they had to verify the room was not damaged but considering the room wasn't that great, the door barely closed and the interior has it wear and nicks. Breakfast wasn't great either. The only courteous staff were the housekeeping staff. Elevator panel was also broken but still in service.

    The check in was roughly done. The hairdryer didn't work. Room was dirty. No clean towels in 3 days. No privacy hangers for the door. The refrigerator in the room leaks on the floor and was very noisy. Bed was comfortable though.

That property should have been imploded 20 years ago! No breakfast left when I went down ( before closing time) . Corporate should be ashamed of this!

    Stayed there for two nights and no room service person ever came by to refresh the towels. The pool was still closed the grill and bar area closed on a Saturday. And when I had called the person I talked to on Thursday said that there would be a $10 pet fee(which is fine) but the man at the counter charged me $35 for one pet. And on top of that he charged me a extra $150 per room because I had more then 1 more booked.... so in all I paid almost $400 for a room that wasn’t even worth staying in. I’m very disappointed and displeased with my stay there...

    I thing I liked about this property the most was the proximity to my work...about 5 minutes which was awesome. It is an older hotel but I found it updated and quiet which is exactly what I needed. It offers a good breakfast and a restaurant.

    Property and location was fine. Housekeeping was the problem. Waited all day and ran errands and no one showed until we were getting ready to leave for our event after 5pm. Had to use the same towels from night befre. Asked for assistance but she didnt speak english. Did not want to get her in trouble

    We were a late check-in....first room could not get hot water out of sink faucet. Called front desk...told to run water for 5 minutes, called again...told to run for 10 minutes.     Total nightmare. Was given 3 incorrect rooms before finally being sent to a room that was still being cleaned. Check in process took over an hour. The only explanation I was given for this train wreck was, “we had a situation with some rooms today and it’s a little crazy.” When finally getting to my correct room, cleanliness did not live up to the high rating this hotel has on this site. Avoid at all costs, unless you’re into punishing yourself.

    Me an my wife enjoyed our stay there very much! The bed was very comfortable. The maintenance fixed the toilet as soon as reported it wasnt flushing correctly! The breakfast was really good with a very large varity. They had the thick cut bacon as well. Which is my favorite. The gentleman who checked us in was the sweetest person we have ever dealt with. I dont remember his name but he was from Africa!!! He made our checkin delightful, expecially since we was in the car all day long!

    I'm very upset with this Hotel. I purchased this hotel because i wanted to stay inside the round Tower building. Well this hotel doesnt say next to the tower building they have a small single building with rooms you can also stay at. They dont show you that online. My room ended up being in the area in the small building. I paid the price to stay inside the tower. If i would of know that i wasnt going to stay inside the tower building i wouldn't have purchased this room. Onced settled inside the room the desk clerk came to my room and said she didnt save my credit card and she hit canceled on my card, but i signed for my credit card. I would not stay here again or recommend this place for anyone. The price was high and i didn't even get to stay inside the tower. I'm glad I am only here for one night.

    Its not nearly as nice as the photos make it out to be. If you're looking for something comfortable, with clean rooms, non-broken bathroom parts, and reliable climate systems...check somewhere else. The roof top restaurant looks nice in theory, buts it poorly done. The tint on the windows is over the top and the food isn't that great. The entire property is need of significant rehabilitation. I'd give it 2 stars tops.

    The receptionist Abdul is so sweet. Always acknowledge me when I come in and makes sure everything is good. The hallways has a faint smell and also the sheets. The room it self is really nice. I stayed three nights and only had breakfast there since I had to run errands but it was good. Will definitely recommend this place.
