Motel 6 Pasadena, TX

Promised breakfast and there was none. There was mold everywhere and we had to deep clean the room right after the staff left the room. Asked for late check out like the site asked and we were given 30 mins and then a bunch of hell as we left. When we arrived we asked to be moved rooms due to noise concerns and health issues and we're denied the ability to do so and unable to cancel with a refund. Won't stay their again. Trash hotel

The past two times I have booked a room through hotels.com for a room with a kitchenette both times when I checked in I received a standard room no kitchenette and the last time I had no table no chair the only thing we had to sit on was one king size bed with burn holes in the bedding ( im in a nonsmoking room ) Upsetting. If I go to the front desk to speak to the gentleman at the counter he's very rude he doesn't want to hear you and he's going to tell you to stop crying about it I have never dealt with somebody in my life as rude as that man right there that is supposed to be the manager for Motel 6 in Pasadena Texas. Just upsetting all around if I book a room I would just like the room that I booked because that's the price for the room that I booked. Simple . I got no refund of any kind.

Property is in poor conditions. Bed mattress is sagging in the middle and room was musty with a smell of mold. Outside doors did not close and lock properly causimg a possible security issue. Large dogs were in certain rooms that barked. Television remotes did not function properly. The staff was very kind, polite, and tried to accomodate my needs. The problems associated with this property is NOT a staff problem but instead a corporation issue that should be addressed. I have stayed in Motel6 properties that are basic but this property does not meet expected standards.

The parking area is tiny and there is a lafy that is riding around on her bicycle in the evenings offering her services. BUT the AC worked fantastic we would leave the AC on during the day and when we would return in the evening the room would b cold enough to turn off the AC. There was something underneath the bed that looked like bodily fluids whcoch should not have been there. We had tiny roaches come out, there was mold in our shower, the bed is NOT comfortable at all. It was just a horrible experience will NOT be returning.

Everyone is so friendly, room cleaned everyday. Location is great and private. Car was safe, no loud people, pet friendly(didn’t have a dog but loved seeing the dogs) would recommend to anyone needing a stay.

Nothing but price and location to my other family The employees are disrespectful. They put me next to people who were smoking cigarettes so much that they came through into my room, burning mine and my toddler eyes when I went to complain at the front desk, there was an off duty employee smoking a vape talking to the other worker who was on shift. Mary . When I complained to Mary about this situation, she told me she didn’t know what to tell me when I started recording the off shift. Person told me she was gonna get me put out and to go pack my things at midnight with my toddler because I was complaining about the cigarette smoke and then started complaining that she was vaping in public spaces not knowing my health condition . Continuing to record another guest comes out complaining because I was complaining once I told her my issue. She seemed to be a long-term guest there and she was sympathetic to it and then the front desk decided to give me a new room after she said, she didn’t know what to tell me. I wouldn’t go back here unless I’m wanting to find me someone to sell drugs too. The floors are stained and dirty I’m sure from the type of guests that occupy this property . The first room has a whole square cut in bathroom wall where used to be a vent I think . The second room had what looked to be blood squirted on the ceiling . What else would squirt that high? Not family friendly @ all.

Ring in my own space even tho it’s not what I’m use too . It’s not peaceful, dogs barking ppl singing I wanted to cry & scream . But the worker are nice .

Roaches everywhere, no hot water (when I cashed the front deal he told me to try the Knox in different positions then blamed it on everyone showering at the same time), and I couldn’t get my pre booked stay refunded even though I only stayed 2 nights of a week long reservation. I didn’t think to take pictures when I left to show the bags of trash in the hallways, the roaches, the microwave that had cooked in food in it. Not to mention the tweeker in the parking lot breaking open batteries and doing something with a butane tank. I should have canceled then, but I had to start work an hour after I checked in.

I booked for a non smoking room. When I checked in to the room it had cigarette burns on the bed and ashes in one of the dresser drawers. I woke up to loud music playing at 4am. I showered then started brushing my teeth and seen two baby roaches crawling on the counter. So I go downstairs to check out and see no one at the desk so I walked closer and somebody was laying on the floor sleeping with a blanket/cover. I just left the keycard on the desk and left.

I called the hotel prior to arrival to request a 1st floor room due to my 8 yr. old having difficulty with stairs; she wears braces on her legs. No one answered. I called a second time because we were coming in very late due to traffic, it was Easter weekend. No answer. When we arrived at the hotel, there was no one at the desk. We waited for 12 minutes, then left. As we passed the front office, driving away, we saw someone at the desk. I parked and checked in. I asked for a first story room, there was none. I asked about the pool. I was told it was past the opening time, which I found out later, was not true. The room was musky and had a terrible odor, mostly of smoke. My daughter uses a C-Pap breathing machine due to her asthma and allergies. She coughed all night and none of us could sleep. The next morning as I looked out the room, there was a cigarette that was left on the window seal. The sheets also had a strange smell and were stained. The air conditioning unit had an air filter that was filthy. I hadn't been cleaned in weeks. I turned the cigarette bud in at check out and the gentlemen just threw it away. I explained how it affected our stay, and he just shook his head and apologized. I'm not sure if he understood what I was saying. He was foreign. Also, dogs barked all night and there was no elevator for my daughter to use. It was just one thing after another.

This property is horrible, I had Roaches in my room. Mold on my ceiling. They had dogs and cats living there. The inside stinks of animals and weed smoke. Very NOISY. I dont Recommend rhis hotel to anyone.

I checked in at 8:02 pm. Went and looked at my room and came back to get a refund, there was bugs all over the floor and smelled horrible. Went to the desk and the guy said I checked in at 7:30 and wasnt eligible for a refund when i just handed him money not 10 minutes prior and said theres nothing he can do. We found lots of cocroches in the room. They should improve the cleanliness.

The room was disgusting.

Hotel is clean and going thru renovation. Parking lot is in need of emergency repair, but maybe in time. Overall was not bad at all

It is alright

When we first got there everything was okay before the end of the night our room was flooded someone had made the water system go off they moved us to another room it was full of fleas they moved us to another room that even had even more fleas

Our rooms were plenty clean and had lots of room for our pets. The only obstacle was that there was only one luggage carrier so we had to make multiple trips with pet carriers between our cars and our rooms.

Friendly Staff

The stay was okay . It was quiet through the night so we was able to get some much needed rest.If you book here you will have to use stairs no elevator.

Wasn't able to stay

Don’t stay here. Room wasn’t cleaned before checkin. Had to wait for it to be cleaned even after checking in. Resulting in lost sleep - I work nights. Roaches everywhere. Loud dogs barking all day. Checked out early (was a long term stay due to work) because of this and had to find another hotel at the last minute.

It was alright

The staff was very friendly, and the room was kept in order.

Friendly employees

Front desk staff and housekeeping was friendly plus my fur babys loved it.
