Super 8 by Wyndham Parker/SE Denver Area

We had a less then enjoyable stay at this property. It is advertised as having a free breakfast but when we asked the front desk attendee they said they do not do free breakfast or any kind of breakfast. However the biggest issue i had was the ac/heater in my room. It was stuck on heat amd it would not turn off! No matter what i tried it stayed on blowing hot air. When i called the front desk they just hung up on me. I would not recommend staying here

Dirty place. Absolutely disgusting. Stains everywhere

We were supposed to have breakfast with the room. All there was was coffee toast oatmeal. The room the room 130 carpet was ripped up at the opening stains on the couch remote control had to hold up the ceiling to change the Hotel is under construction

Never stay at this super 8

The hotel was closing and I didn’t have a place to stay even though I had reservations.

The parking lot is pretty small, a little creepy at night, and kinda dumb in design. There was also a (possibly abbandoned) car out back with several large rocks thrown thru the windshield. So that was... uh interesting. My car was fine.

They closed and forced people out!

This property is a mess. There are broken down, broken INTO cars in the parking lot. The 2nd floor hallway is caving in and uneven. Dogs barking in the room across the hall. The bathroom floor was dirty and the carpet was moist.

Staff not friendly. Breakfast area subpar. Room dirty. Bath faucet wouldn’t shut off

Part of the motel seemed to be closed for renovations. Our room needed new carpet. It was strained, ripped, and badly patched. There were stains on the only cloth chair. Other than that the room was clean. The walls were a bit thin, and a barking dog down the hall was a bit of a surprise.

Beds were good, bathroom was dirty, sofa was super dirty, we didn’t sit in the sofa at all during our stay

Room was clean and staff was helpful. My TV had terrible reception on most of the channels i watch. Could not hear or understand the news broadcasts. Tried to call front desk, phone didnt work. I was only there to sleep, so just as well.

Hotel was renovating so lots of stuff laying around. The landscaping was bad, lots of weeds and not taken care of. Construction around the hotel making it very hard to get in and out, detours. If I had known about these issues I would have stayed elsewhere.

This is a really good clean hotel to stay in that's affordable. It's newer and and in good condition!

Hote refused to let my girlfriend check in 15 minutes early to get ready for a wedding. Staff was rude and unhelpful. Room service barged into our room at 8am when our checkout time was scheduled at 11. Overall condition of the hotel was complete crap, don’t waste your money here

Reeked of cigarette smoke

When I arrived, they couldn’t find both the reservations. The people at the front desk did not help in anyway. When I asked about the TV that would not come in, they just said it What it is. When they were setting up the breakfast, they did not wash their hands. Didn’t use gloves and only had one coffee pot so you could never get coffee.

Had to wipe a large streak of blood off of the bathroom door and what looked like spots of feces on the wall under the toilet paper role. There was an auto in the parking lot behind my room with large rocks on the hood, smashed window, etc. 1 am in the morning a car was parked behind my window playing loud music until 3 am. Breakfast was very limited. The entrance to the parking lot was difficult to get into because of piles of gravel and road construction blocking the way.

The hotel was very clean, bathroom and all. They were upgrading all the rooms down the hall from me, but that was no issue. I could only say to add a lamp at bedside. The over bed light was a little much for just relaxing for a while. And a much better price than the others in the area. If you need 5 stars, then pay another $1-200 per night! Thumbs up.

Staff was pleasant and helpful. Room was quiet, bed was comfortable.

This property provided what I needed. A clean, quiet room, an adequate breakfast for beginning my day and a convenient location.

It’s a place to lay your head at night. It did that job just fine. You get what you pay for.

Property was fine. Could NOT get a receipt for the charges at checkout time. Poor business!!!

I found the bed comfortable. The climate controls for cooling and heating were responsive and consistent where set. A thought: perhaps a slightly longer shower curtain to fully seal off the interface between the top of the tub and the curtain itself. I appreciate the simplicity of the way the remote controlled the TV. It may be time for new carpet; there were tears and repairs in various locations in my room. Maybe some hard-boiled eggs in the breakfast room?

It was awesome customer service

I was surprised at the community and individuals who were there in the hospital but I was treated well by the safe members and I liked the smoking and no smoking room option. But people were smoking other thing in the room like blues and stuff.I haven't got my deposit back but I generally enjoy my stay.

Terrible I will never be returning. Procuring a reimbursement because how awful it was.

I was unable to shower properly. I had to use the ice bucket to get the water from the bottom pipe since it did not have the knob to transfer the water to the top. People slamming doors in the morning really sucked but I understand for the price that was paid.

Room was very nice

The toilet flush stopped working in the middle of the night. When we went to speak to the girl at the front desk she was very unhappy. The water was leaking and very reluctantly she changed our room. The new room's front door did not close. When we told her that she screamed at us that we were complaining. Her exact words" You guys are the only ones complaining!" She was hostile toward us. Finally, she found another room. Luckily that room was fine. This was at midnight. She was chatting with a man and seemed very upset we needed her help. Have never had an experience like this before.

I was in Colorado for one day and the one time I was gonna shower . The shower didn¿t work . I was very disappointed by that and would not be coming back to this hotel .

Alot of amenities in my room didn't work microwave and couldn't get the TV to work staff tried to resolve issue but was unsuccessful. Noisy neighbors complained yo certain staff but no action was taken.

Staff very pleasant. Facility clean but ice machine not working nor was the refrigerator in our room. Staff put our cold food in the staff refrigerator until check out.

They don't have a fridge in the room, TV didn't work, ice machine broken, no phone to call the front desk. Room was freezing when we checked in.

The daytime staff is absolutely horrible. Front desk and housekeeping. Corporate is unhelpful & unable to offer resolutions. Front desk won¿t allow you to speak with GM & GM isn¿t on site and won¿t call you when an issue arises. Literally worst experience

They do not have refrigerators or microwaves in room. Their one ice machine was broken. Shower drain was slow, ended a shower standing in a puddle.

The hotel was good.

Place was disgust and dirty. There was human hair all over the couch, the internet was out most of the night, the microwave didn’t work, the toilet wouldn’t flush and there were boogers all over all the walls. The walls and furniture were absolutely disgusting.

nicer than a lot of motel 6's

The room I had was kind of cute and clean. I spent a week in this area and wish I would have stayed at the Super 8 and saved a huge amount of money. However, the facility as a whole needs some serious updating. The breakfast that was offered was pretty slim. The peanut butter was old and hard. Otherwise a great place to stay and save some money.

It was super reasonable and so close to where we needed to be.

Absolutely horrible. No breakfast at all even though stated to be included. Wifi was non existent once we entered the room. The room was old and hallway smelled disgusting. The front desk staff were not helpful

The hotel is very run down. There was hardly any food for our "free" breakfast.

Nice clean facility with friendly helpful staff. We booked a non smoking room and upon inspection noticed that a previous guest had covered the smoke detector with a plastic bag. Not cool.

Very clean hotel. Easy check in, great convenient location in Parker. Checked all the boxes I needed for a quick stay.

Minor problems. Out of some breakfast offerings. Night clerk great. Day clerk not much personality; apparently self-absorbed.

First room we were given was messy from the previous guest. Changed to a different room without issue. In the new room, a sizable tear in the carpet in the middle of the room. And, WiFi did not work our 4 days there on the top floor where we stayed.

Check in process was exceptional. Easy and accommodating. The hall carpet can use a replacement. The surrounding area can use cleaning up after. Trash and cigarette butts everywhere. Breakfast can be better. Eggs and bacon, yogurts, better assorted bakery.

I loved that it was close to the places I needed to be and that it was quiet, plus the room was a pretty nice size to move around in. I would definitely recommend.

I liked that it wasn't close to a lot of other discount motels.

Good ratio price/quality for the location, between Denver downtown and Denver Intl Airport

Desk clerk was kind and helpful. We stayed for three days/nights. We connected with the Wi-Fi; however, there was no Internet access for two days. We were given a room on the third floor; however, the elevator broke shortly after we arrived, and was out of operation for the remainder of our stay. The room had no closet, only an armoire that had an iron and ironing board but no hangers. The carpeting throughout the hallway and bedroom was apparently not stretched properly, giving a shabby appearance and feel. The television in the room only worked partially. We were not looking for luxury accommodations, as the price was substantially below other motels, but amenities were substandard. Fortunately, we spent most of our time with family, who live nearby. We did not sample the breakfast fare.

I did NOT like nor appreciate coming back to the hotel after a day out to find my door open. Unacceptable, period. I also did not like finding a white substance on the blanket. My mini fridge moaned so loud it kept me up. There's more but no space left.

The hotel itself is old but well maintained. Because the building is old may be the reason for the shortage of outlets. Other than that we are satisfied with our stay.

Reasonable rate. Hallway carpets are worn and dirty. No refrigerators in rooms. Breakfast is very basics.

The room was clean and comfortable. It has inside doors and an elevator. It is odd that there is not anywhere to sit in the motel lobby. The breakfast was late in being fully set up, but there was still a reasonable selection.

Well to start out they DO NOT have a pool, spa or gym as advertised but give you free admission to the local rec center down the road! Secondly, np microwave or mini fridge. Toilet backed up with all flushes and tub filled while showering. The only good thing was the front counter person and the view.

Lights were burned out. Phone didn't work. Carpet was loose and a trip hazard. It seemed like no one gave a damn about customer service or keeping the place up

Dirty and with smelly

The staff were very pleasant, but the flooring on the second floor was awful. Slight incline out of the elevator and carpet needs to be stretched badly! Smoke detector in room 227 covered with a plastic bag.

TV broke and they couldn't fix it. Fridge didnt work. Breakfast was waffles only.

I was disappointed in our stay at this hotel. The carpet in our room was very old, loose and stained. There were no recycle bins. Both days of our stay, they ran out of items at breakfast. On the first day, the front desk clerk wouldn't refill the waffle batter machine because he said there were only 30 minutes of breakfast left. In those 30 minutes there were several people that tried to get waffle batter. The availability of waffles were the reason that I selected this hotel to stay at. I got waffle batter the second day, but there was no yogurt and bananas and they ran out of coffee cups. The clerk that didn't want to refill the waffle batter was friendly. The guy that checked me out was also friendly.

It did not come up on my map search so the motel was quite hard to find. The one chair in the room was not very comfortable for my husband who had just undergone a surgical procedure on July 3rd.

The interior design is old and warn out.

The lobby of the motel was very clean and inviting but the carpets in the hallways have definitely seen better days. Huge stains on the carpets and it’s bunching up. Inside the room the carpet was the same, the couch was very stained and the chair that was with the desk was DISGUSTING. It looked like something had been spilled and saturated the fabric of the chair and then left to dry.

Had to be moved to another room after checking in. TV not working, rooms are fine if traveling alone or on a tight budget

Charged us an extra $50 for a "damage deposit", which was supposed to be refundable? We had booked a two queen room but they put us in a a single queen room. The TV didn't work, neither was the ac. After complaining they did move us into a handicapped

Dear lord! This is the most disgusting place I have EVER stayed in for SO many reasons. The hall carpet is absolutely filthy. It stinks of cigarettes. The couch in the room is so gross & stained i wouldnt put my luggage on it. There's a phone with no cord! Its not connected to anything. The tv doesnt work. There are holes in the sheets. The shower head is filthy & corroded. I'm about to go sleep in my car.

Staff was very friendly and accommodating, room was clean and respectable. Great location, walkable to many dining options and within a short driving distance to many other dining options as well as some shopping. I felt very safe. Overall a great stay!

The property was easy to locate and was easy to access. Parking was adequate and the room was exactly as described online.

I'm sure it was an isolated event, but I had to wait for about 15 minutes for a front desk person to show up. Annoying after driving for 6 hours. Property is so-so... kind of run down, limited parking, tired. Good news is there is a nice brewpub 5 minutes' walk away, and the beer made it all better. Plus it was by far the least expensive hotel in the area. Hence the medium / 3 star rating.

Carpeting is worn. Desk chair is not comfortable for long periods of time. Access from street going south isn't optimal.

The hotel didn¿t have a hairdryer so I wasn¿t able to style my hair. I couldn¿t figure out how the shower works so I was unable to take a shower. The picture instructions on the bathtub faucet were mostly rubbed off. No standard lever to pull up.

from the time we checked in to the time we checked out we had absolutely wonderful service. The front desk was wonderful. They were very accommodating any time we needed anything. Our room was cleaned and beds made daily. Very good stay. Would definitely stay there again and would definitely recommend!

We didn’t know how to turn the shower on, had no idea had to pull the shower at the faucet where the water comes out. Our TV didn’t work the first night, maintenance came in the morning got it working but when we returned that evening we couldn’t choose a channel. Overall the stay was nice and near our family we were there to visit.

It was pretty much as expected, nothing special but nothing terrible. My biggest issue was the WiFi was incredibly slow... I couldn't get pages to load and ended up having to use my phone as a hotspot. That was a bit frustrating since I was trying to do some work in the evenings but otherwise was fine.

Older motel but clean, quiet and comfortable. Safe area, easy to get to where I wanted/needed to be. Staff was amazing! Helpful, kind and welcoming. Not only was the desk staff courteous, efficient and helpful, housekeeping was friendly, always greeted and asked if I was pleased. Very, very kind people.

Great place to stay! Honestly my only “complaint” was the big blanket wouldn’t stay on the bed! Lol but besides that an excellent experience and great service!

The creamer was dated 1/9/22 and we were there on 1/20/22 told the morning guy he didn¿t seem to care. Also no healthy option like any fruit was available. Didn¿t get to eat anything because it wasn¿t vegan friendly, or healthy.
