    Everything about this hotel was just fine, except they were awful stingy with the food at the breakfast. The first day they were out of food at 9:15 and the lady said they were not gonna make anymore. Second day we did not eat breakfast there we went to a restaurant. Third day we went down for breakfast and once again they were out of food but at least the lady was cooking some but it wasn’t very plentiful.

    Room was perfect. Staff was friendly and helpful. Our key card was not working and the immediately brought a new set to us. Breakfast was wonderful. Good selection of tempting goodies. Parking was very convenient and was in sufficient numbers to make it easy to park close to the door.

    The carpet in the halls and rooms looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in years. The furniture coverings were stained and ripped. Desk and end tables had gouges. The house keeping left the door open to there laundry room across from my room and we’re very loud early in the morning, when the front desk was told about this nothing was done as they continued this practice. The housekeeping did a very poor job cleaning as there were crumbs and other debris on the carpet after cleaning. Sink was dirty. Would not stay here again as cleanliness means slot to me.

    Hampton Inn & Suites Parker, Colorado. My stay here was tolerable but not recommended! This hotel is old and the elevators are not safe. The carpet and floors were filthy and the room smelled, not because it wasn’t clean! I was on the third floor and you can literally hear the neighbors upstairs. It sounded like they were rolling a bowling ball across the floor. As much as my room was for four days you would expect a better breakfast but let’s not talk about it!Thanks but no thanks!

    We had running water in the sink which got everything wet. No electric ITU and no hot water. We stayed 4 days and told the front desk. They said they would take care of it. No they didn't. I reported again when we left. Mary

    Hampton inn has the best hotel breakfast and the best coffee of all time and the gentleman at the front desk who checked me in was awesome, just a very nice and positive person. Would definitely stay here again when traveling through the Denver area. Thanks for having me!

    Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfast was just ok and were out of yogurt after the first day. Maple flavored breakfast meats were just gross. First night we were there that hot tub was a good temp with somewhat broken jacuzzi, then the heater must've broken so it was a cold pool with random bubbles. All I all a decent stay with large rooms, but could be better

    Breakfast was good. Room was clean, staff very friendly. The elevator sounded like it needed some servicing and the bathroom doors are barn style sliding doors which leaves a gap between the door and door frame. I think bathroom doors you can at least close fully should be installed. Otherwise very nice stay.

    Our room was in really terrible shape. Dirty towels from the last guests were on the floor of our closet. Random trash and gummy bears were on the nightstand and floor. Coffee was spilled on the nightstand and not washed off. Shower area was dirty and had hair in drain. In general, I think the beds were clean and we (hope) had clean towels but I think the rest of the room was ignored. The breakfast buffet was not good. Very low quality food.

Actually the door on the cabinet covering the fridge was very squeaky and not sure the fridge needs a door to cover the fridge door. I may have accidentally left the fridge open one night due to thinking I closed it with cabinet door.

    The property overall was great, the staff was very friendly, accommodating and welcoming and the room was very nice, up to date and clean. The beds were very comfortable. The only real disappointment was the hot tub, it was lukewarm at best. The water coming into the hot tub was quite chilly. We were looking forward to a relaxing soak in the hot tub after a long day of being outside in the sun so it was disappointing!

    Our room was great! It was a little oversized, clean, nice. Breakfast was like all hotel breakfasts. Our complaint was the first night no towels at the pool, asked for some, didn't get any and had to go ask again. The next night the hot tub didn't work. But would stay there again.

    Front desk staff was nice and helpful at check in. The floors in hallways could have been cleaner, our bathroom wasn't cleaned very well due to short staffing I was told. Pool was overbearing with chlorine. Hot tub wasn't working well nor hot (temp wise) like a hot tub should be. Other than that it was decent just not somewhere I'd stay again. Originally had booked location for 2 days but left after the first night and booked at the highlands ranch/Denver location where we typically stay which was wayy better by far. Should have booked there to begin with but wanted to try somewhere new which ended up being pretty disappointing.

    Cleanliness of the room was not great. It was dusty, stain on furniture, urine around the toilet, found dead flies in the bathroom, hot tub was not working, coffee maker in room had dust where you add water and worst of all right below the entrance of the door there was a trail of black ants and we were on the 4th floor.

    We had a two queen bed room. Both box springs were broken. Bathroom Faucet leaked. Badly stained lounge chair. One of the electrical sockets in the bathroom wasn't working. Carpet had lots of stains. Desk chair was full of holes. My wife and I were very disappointed. Hampton Inns used to be a quality choice.

    Bunch of new faces this time around but still very enjoyable. The king with sofa bed was very spacious and super comfortable and probably our favorite room as of yet! Shout out to Natalia, Terry, Cynthia and Robin for making our stay the best it could be, especially when the snow storm hit and packed the house. Looking forward to the new changes to come.

    All of the staff we have encountered have been super friendly and helpful. Jason was the first to welcome us when we checked in initially. He was super friendly and made sure that our service animals were accounted for. The night auditors Aaron and Mina are always pleasant and willing to help out with basic needs like extra towels or blankets for the room as well as towels for the pool. They are also great for a chat about the area, and are very informative. Alex and Sherry (might’ve spelled that wrong sorry!) the day auditors are also wonderful and ready and willing to assist. I genuinely enjoy every staff member including the other front desk employees I haven’t mentioned. I just haven’t learned their names yet. Housekeeping is great and always leave the room looking check in ready. They have given me opportunity to practice my Spanish and are patient with me. Breakfast is great for all!

    The door to our room was broken and required maintenance in order for it to lock when leaving the room. The bed pillows were small and flat. There were spots of mold on the ceiling in the bathroom. The website stated our suite had a hydromassage shower head and we had a very basic shower (that needed cleaned) that had weak pressure. The furniture in the room was dirty and in bad condition. There was small debris in the hallway when we arrived and was still there when we checked out two days later. There was no cleaning of the hallways during our stay. The website states breakfast buffet and at best it is a continental breakfast. There was egg patties, sausage links, and fried potatoes for prepared foods. We tried to use the hot tub and the water was like warm and only half the jets worked; the half that worked had so much pressure they hurt. The door to the chemical room in the pool was left open with little kids present. When we checked in our identification was not checked to verify who we were

    Not much. We book late after our brothers funeral. We were tired and emotional. First gentleman at the desk was distracted and didn't care. When trying to relax the hot tub was out of order. We only stayed 6 hours before checking out. At check out something about charging us too much was an issue and he wouldn't let us leave. We had to get one the road back to wisconsin and we didn't understand why. While waiting we weren't offered anything. Not even a sympathy apology for the loss of our brother. We didn't get breakfast either so just was a waste.

    The staff was amazing. Helpful, friendly and were able to assist me with sone of the personal items I had forgotten for my stay. The morning breakfast they offered was very nice with a wide variety of options for anyone with a special dietary restrictions. I feel I got a good value for what I paid overall but the few items that were not working in the room makes it so I can't give 5 stars.

    Location is excellent! 25-30 minutes to the airport. All amenities close by. The bed was very comfortable! Just your typical hotel! Nothing out of the ordinary, but nothing terrible either!! I was there for 5 nights and house keeping didn’t come by until the last day. I took out my own trash and chased down a cleaning cart for toilet paper!! Texts for more toilet paper went unanswered. But it was over Christmas so I believe there was just a skeleton crew working!

    It was very close to the hospital my son was at and I didn't check in until almost 1am so they gave us a 12pm check out time. We got to the room it had a very musky smell my bed had hair in the sheets so I slept on top of the blankets, there was left over food(snacks from the previous person in the room in the cabinet under the TV. If we had not been so exhausted I would have complained but we had been in the hospital with my son and we just wanted sleep.

    The room was average for the price we paid to be honest, the best thing was the locaton being close to everything in Parker! We asked for an accessible room for my mom who is handicapped and they first put us in a room with a tub and we had to request a room with a shower and they only had one room with a shower roll in and it had a king bed so we had to share a bed. The bed was not comfortable and we ran out of tissues and toilet paper but the front desk did replenish once we requested it. Everything was clean and like I mentioned the location was awesome! Just expected better rooms for the price.

    The hot tub was broken and has been for awhile. The pool was warm. The floors in our room were gross. Hadn't been vacuumed and were sticky in spots. The bathroom floor needed mopped. There were dirty spots on it. The walls were gross too. We didn't use the tub, because it looked like it may or may not have been cleaned. You could hear traffic from our room. The bed was clean, I checked before we climbed in. It was comfortable. The front desk was very nice and pleasant and accommodating.

    Several things about the room were subpar. Desk chair severely damaged and stained, chase was stained, rolling door didn’t completely close for restroom use, coffee pot wasn’t working or the plug closest wasn’t working. Need new pillows and deep cleaning of the bathtub. Was not asked if I wanted to switch over my reservation to my Hilton Account so I missed the points.

    Our room had a doorbell. Let that sink in. 100% this was an extended stay room. The room smelled like a care home (urine). Dirty sock under the bed. Blinds had no cord so you couldn't put them up and because of the design we couldn't rig them to stay up either. Breakfast was passable as "edible". For $150/night!?!? Fool me once. Never again.

    I would recommend people to stay at this hotel. Staff is really friendly, rooms are nice, beds are comfortable, breakfast was good, and the pool was nice to swim.     Check in was great!! Offered bottles of water and asked if we were Hilton rewards customers. Room was clean. Saturday breakfast was good, coffee was hot but there were no sleeves to put on the cups. Sunday breakfast was not good - there was no coffee in either pot (had to ask to have it made, there was no batter or syrup toppings for the waffles, tables were dirty and waffle batter had been spilled on the floor. The front desk gal was in the back talking with the kitchen help when these things were brought to their attention. The trashcan at the entrance of the hotel was overflowing so it was brought to the attention of the front desk clerk who said she would let housekeeping know.

    My room (220) was “accessible,” which meant compromised re normal accommodation. The window curtains were in permanent blackout mode, no way to let in light, so the room was dark. There was little furniture. The bathroom sink was small and the big clunky faucet protruded so far that it blocked access. The shower was in a tub, which is weird choice for an accessible room. Finally, the party in the room above clomped through their room from one end to the other every few minutes for most of my stay.

    The coverlet and quilt on one of the beds STUNK of BO. The chair in room 412 needs to be changed out as it has a small chunk torn. The toilet paper holder is not set correctly. It tilts the wrong way so the TP sometimes falls off as it it open ended. I hope this goes to corporate because though I understand you have a rotating menu, even with that, there should always be some sort of eggs, boiled eggs. Scrambled, something for people who can't have carbs. All you had this morning were biscuits, gravy and sausage. That is definitely not helpful for diabetics or people who are trying to eat healthier. Also I called ahead for a noon check out, and we were locked out at 10 till noon. I Was told it was a corporate thing that automatically locks so your timing is a little off. You might want to fix that. My sister and I, (I was adopted and found my birth fam/Sister 6 ys ago) we like to stay at this hotel because the price is usually reasonable and we enjoy the top floor rooms. The things I have described here are easily fixable to make it a much more enjoyable stay next time. Staff is always pleasant.

    Alex, N.A. and the PM guy on Monday evening was amazing. Check in was seemless and very tailored. Disappointed by HSK as there was no soap in shampoo dispenser, (1) hand soap bar on sink and no hair dryer. Love how hot water was consistent but despite mid shower I had to get out and ask for shampoo. Otherwise the front desk was great just poor housekeeping services. This was a business trip in which I brought my family alongside and to be frank I don’t think this location will be of choice again.

    From late check-in 10pm to 11am departure, my time an Hampton Inn was awesome . The area felt safe, clean, and friendly. The front desk staff were friendly, attentive, efficient, and helpful. Our room was pristine, cool temperatures, and the decor modern and clean. The water pressure and temperature was magnificent as well . My only complaint is that the bed was uncomfortable. I find that the Hiltons affiliate of Hilton hotel beds are uncomfortable , to me. I speak from experience as I’ve stayed at Hampton/Hilton hotels in Melville, NY, Niagara Falls ( Canada side) , and now Parker, Co.. Please consider a new brand. Last but not least, the communal coffee and the “to go” pre-packed breakfast brown bags are a great touch. Thanks for the wonderfully hospitality.

    I arrived an hour early and asked if there was any chance a room was ready. Was told there was a strict no early check in policy unless I wanted to pay $25. Left and 20 minutes later I was notified by the Hilton App that I could check in, select my room and get my digital key. I did and was in my room before check in time. If the Hilton App can get me in the room before check in time... maybe the front desk should do the same. Frustrating

    We had to ask for some sort of air freshener but needed to buy a plug in. When we asked at the front desk about the smell, we were told that the previous owner never took care of the place and that a renovation was happening a few months from now. The musty/smoke smell permeated all of our clothes and suitcases. The room furniture was beat up as well. The desk chair had rips in the fabric, the door to hide the fridge wouldn't keep closed because of a bent hinge, and the bathroom sink faucet was way too big for the little sink and had a leaking issue if turned all the way cold. The water also had a funny smell to it.

    I did not stay. I had made the reservation for the wrong weekend. It was a non refundable room, which was fine as I didn’t want to cancel, I just wanted to change the dates and pay the different. Hotels.com worked with me to try and get ahold of them to submit the request and they literally just ignored all our requests for communication and then charged me for a stay I did not use. Still have never heard anything from them, not even a denial. I will never stay at a Hampton again. Ridiculous.

The conditioner in my room and body wash in my parents room was empty when we arrived which means they are likely not being checked or refilled between guests.     The air conditioner wasn't working in the lobby, it was way to hot to hang-out and use the tables to play games or anything. Breakfast was not very diabetic friendly.     The property was fine and reasonably priced. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. We were given a wheelchair accessible room (did not request). This made the shower less attractive and it appeared dated. The negative was the window treatments (roman shades) which were not operational. This is a very poor choice for a hotel space where guests likely treated them roughly. Wanting some light in the room, we tied them up otherwise the room with darkout shades was extremely dark.

    This hotel easily could have gotten a 5 star rating . But , hot tub was not working, pool was freezing , rinse of shower wasn’t warm on warm option in pool area. One of the filter holes cover wasn’t secured , fell right through. Staff was attentive with me. Maintenance I’m not sure what was on their plate that day but didn’t secure that cover in pool area. Clean facility and rooms except room carpet was very old. Time to replace them. No outside patio or seating area.

    The property has been recently purchased within the last year. This is a very old hotel. Our furniture was torn, filthy, and stained. In all fairness, the property will begin a complete renovation beginning September 2025. The housekeeping staff did the best they could with what they had. Also, understaffed.     Air conditioner didn't work in my room. After first night (i arrived late), told them it needed repair or i needed a new room. Was promised one or the other which wasn't delivered. Forced to suffer a second night in 95+ degree weather. Will definitely never stay again.

    Staff was very friendly and helpful. Cosmetically the hotel needs some updating. Pool and hot tub was not in service which was a bummer. Loved the complementary breakfast was very good. Lots of choices. There was alot of banging with doors of other rooms and from above
