Great breakfast, clean was missing ice and vending on the 2nd floor. Would have been nice to know up front. Friendly and helpful staff.

Staff was great Young man at Desk was very helpful and polite. Great place to stay. Pool was small but good for kiddos lots of seating spaces. Breakfast was also really good lots of variety. Pancakes, biscuits and gravy and eggs sausage potatoes and all normal cereal muffins.

The rooms and hallways smelled really bad. The clothes storage smelled so bad that I could not hang my clothes in it. The ice machine on our floor was down. The staff was not knowledgeable of the layout of the hotel. Due to my disability I requested a 1st floor room but was told one was not available for me and the staff was not helpful. When I addressed all the issues the staff wasn't apologetic. I will never stay there again.

What a nice stay at this Holiday Inn! The room was super clean, and this is a must for me! The beds were very comfortable and the room quiet and restful. The staff was helpful and cheerful. The breakfast was decent and I especially loved the freshly brewed coffee that brews each cup individually while you wait! I would definitely stay again!

Josh, the gentleman who checked us in was very helpful and friendly. The bed was extremely comfortable. The best sleep we had during our week of travels. And, the woman who set out the breakfast items was a pleasure to communicate with. All and all it was a great hotel stay!

Quick overnight stay while visiting family -- nice to arrive later in the evening to a clean room and welcoming staff.

Breakfast had a great selection and the coffee is always fresh! Room was clean and housekeeping was perfect! Everyone who worked there were friendly.

I have stayed at this property many times & have never been disappointed.

Such a nice, clean, inviting hotel!

Not only was the pool and hot tub closed, which we were not made aware of when making the reservation our floor and room had the most overpowering chemical cleaning smell that made mine and my kids eyes and nose burn. I contacted Expedia and Hilton to try and get a refund so we could change hotels and no one could help me because there wasn’t a manager on staff. Awful. Do not reccomend.

This property has continually met my needs. I have stayed there in each July for several years. I have always found it to be clean, easy to locate property, courteous staff, and easy check in and out.

The rooms had a moldy smell and couldn't get the humid feeling out of them.

Decent hotel, stayed during renovations. Nothing spectacular, nothing really terrible.

Property was very good. However they allowed a large, barking dog in a room near mine. They were not busy based on the number of cars in the lot before 6:30 am but the dog barked last night and again in the morning as I was going down to breakfast.

Employee was friendly. Was disappointed that the breakfast didn’t have anything really for vegans other than some green bananas & super bruised apples. Those that are very health conscious don’t eat any animal products or anything with salt, oils or sugar/sweeteners, so nice fruit or vegetables are about the only choices for them & there are usually very little to choose from.

My room had not been properly cleaned. Empty teabag, and sugar packet or in the corner on the floor explaining the renovation would’ve been nice. When I first walked in. I thought the hotel had been closed.

Upon arrival, I was told that the elevators were broken. Also, that there were No vending machines available. That to me was a bummer as I am having knee surgery in about a month. To hold my luggage up the stairs a lot to do thank goodness I had my friend with me. and she hauled it up there. Very inconvenient no one told me sent me an email or anything very disappointing. They’re doing construction and modeling all over the entryway to the hotel was dirty. It was beautiful that they were remodeling. The breakfast was good. The breakfast room was very nice looking and the rooms were nice looking, it has potential but I’m just mad that someone didn’t notify me of the elevator situation.

Renovation was going on so I suppose it was not totally their fault but the floors were all torn up the restrooms were all torn out of the first floor and the elevators were not working very well because of the construction

The only “glitch” in our stay - the fire alarm went off at about 10:30, there didn’t seem to be any direction from staff, so guests went downstairs and outside. The fire department was right behind the building, they checked the floors, determined faulty alarm. There was no smoke. Breakfast was great, check out easy, I would definitely recommend staying here.

Night staff on checkin was no where to be found.. after 10-15 min came as he was helping guest.. noted he was ONLY staff there.. morning staff was GREAT!

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The employees were nice and friendly! The room was clean and equipped with towels and toiletries!

We booked a suite online because it stated the room had one large king sized bed and one couch with pull out bed. It was myself and my daughter and we wanted seperate beds. We arrived at the hotel, paid, and went up to our room. The room was weirdly empty with only a bed and nothing else. We went back to the lobby to ask about it and the lady said that the hotel was under construction and they didn't have their new couches yet. She also stated that they were fully booked and there wasn't any other room she could give us and no additional beds. We wouldn't have minded had we have been given a heads up, but this really felt dishonest - especially considering the high price of the room. Also, the bathroom door didn't fully latch closed so we had to place a towel on the floor to keep it from opening. All in all it was a rather frustrating experience.

Staff wasn't unfriendly just not the most inviting. For example, my daughter is allergic to dairy. Some pancake mixes have it and some do not. I asked and the woman said, "I don't know - they just tell how to make it." She did end up looking at the packaging that attached to the machine and it didn't have ingredients. We got a rennovated room. It was clean and the bed was comfortable. Would stay again, if in the area.

carpets were worn, windows were covered with plastic and tape. Staff were accommodating, but had a huge issue with check-in due to Expedia not sending the reservation to the hotel. Will NEVER use Expedia again!

It was not a good experience. 3 trips back down stairs because the keys wouldn’t work, then given a different room (downgraded) and to discover the shower didnt work. And had to go downstairs to tell front desk because the phone didn’t work. So got moved to a 3rd room. Which the shower worked but the door wouldn’t stay shut and the room phone did not work either. And this is after checking in was messed up and the front desk person had to call the day manager to try and get figured out, and stil wound up just putting me in a room and said they would figure it out in the morning.

The humidity was so bad in the guest rooms that the carpet felt wet. When I complained about the first room they put me in they tried size more rooms and they were all just as bad. The staff were great and loaned me a dehumidifier to use in my room. They are doing renovations to resolve the issue but it’s serious.

Front desk ladies on Sat 7/22/23 were very helpful. Warm welcome. The ladies in the dining breakfast on Sun and Mon am were very helpful.

Only one thing that I believe is in serious need of attention. The elevator doors close to quickly and to firmly. The safety mechanism that causes the door to spring open when coming in contact with an object does not work well. I have had recent shoulder replacement surgery which renders me susceptible to a shoulder injury that might result in further surgery. Saturday, I followed two young mothers as we headed to the elevator to go to our rooms. Each mother had a little girl. When the elevator arrived, the first mother got on with her child followed by the second mother and her child. I was entering last. As we entered, the second mother stopped in the middle of the carriage and the second child stopped behind her. I was also entering the carriage at that point and I had to stop. Unfortunately, I was in the door when it closed, like the meat in a sandwich. I have been experiencing issues with my shoulder ever since. I will be seeing a physician about my shoulder soon. - Those elevator doors require adjustment and repair.

While our room smelled a little funny, it was clean and comfortable. The service was OUTSTANDING. Everyone was amazing. The breakfast was a little different each day, so that was a nice change of pace for our multiple day stay. The Mexican restaurant next door is delicious as well. Would definitely recommend staying here.

The staff was friendly. Our carpet was wet and we had to keep a fan on it. It never did dry (3 days). There were several ants including one in my bed...eek

We got in late on a Fri., got up early Sat. and went to a family reunion at a park that lasted all day, came back to the room about 6:00 PM (tired, sweaty and ready for a shower) and it looked just like we left it. Especially, there were no clean towels. They were piled in the floor of the bathroom, where we left them. My wife had to go down to the front desk and beg for towels and coffee for the next morning. They were totally unconcerned (shoulder shrugs was the only response she could get). We just stayed at another HIEH for 4 days, 2 months ago and it wasn't a "policy" there. I will try different hotel brand next time. Oh and they tagged my card for $30.89, and I can't find out why. I am guessing they probably charged the towels we got at the desk to the room. I reviewed all the paperwork they left in the room and stuck to the back of the door, no where did they say anything about the "policy"

Late 2000s remodel. Hotel and hallways smelt funny. Reserved a king suite with jacuzzi, they didn’t have one and ended up in a 2 queen bed room. Wouldn’t recommend.

Only problem was the bathtub drain. Reported on checkout. Otherwise no problems.

The stay overall was great! The breakfast had bacon, eggs, and biscuits/gravy and was delicious with very friendly staff. The only thing to improve upon was the massive rip in the carpet within our room. It was obviously old carpet and the the seam was ripped. No issues anywhere else. I would stay here again!

Older unit that needs remodel. Carpets were full of spill stains in room. The bathroom light over sink did not work. Killed a large bug crawling on the floor while getting ready to go to work. Staff was very Friendly and breakfast was above average. I will be staying again at Hampton Inn next door next time I am in town for business.
