The hotel generally receives positive reviews for its cleanliness, spacious rooms, and friendly staff. The breakfast is often highlighted as a pro, although some guests find it underwhelming. The location is also appreciated, although noise from traffic can be a concern for some.

The BTS welcome room was a nice touch. Free parking was amazing, and breakfast was great. Nothing!

The property was centrally located for my needs and was pleasantly calm. Parking can be a bit of a challenge, but otherwise, a fantastic property.

The breakfast was a little underwhelming. Staff was pleasant and professional I would recommend this location.

Clean, spacious, and staff was very friendly and helpful. Kitchen staff was exceptional.
- 5/5
Great amenities professional staff
- 4/5
Clean & spacious room with a kitchenette, making it possible to prepare food for family get-together during the holiday season.
- 5/5
The rooms were very nice upon checkout. I checked out early and we had our very hard time getting the receipt at the front desk on or about today this morning. check in hard time about emailing me the receipt.
- 4/5
Our refrigerator did not work and we were not offered to switch rooms. I was given a trash bag with about 2 cups of ice as a fix to keep our beverages cold. Ice buckets were not an option. The breakfast options were nice but the warm food was more like room temperature and should have been hotter.
- 5/5
All in all good, very spacious junior suite, studio sized apartment room. Two things to note: no safe deposit boxes in the rooms, a giant miss for not being able to safely store laptop or medication. Also no restaurant for dinner in hotel, but there is a Courtyard Marriott directly across the street with a restaurant and bar.
- 5/5
Only situation is that I asked for clean towels this last stay and the stay prior and no one ever brought them.
- 5/5
It was conveniently located and the rooms were really big and clean. There was a really great breakfast buffet that was included.
- 4/5
Parise was great at checkin and very appreciative of her and her service
- 5/5
Great staff, beautiful property with wonderful breakfast each morning. We even enjoyed an evening of wine, beer on tap and tapenades, which was an unexpected perk!

I love this hotel, it is my new favorite place to stay when I visit Stanford Medical Center. They have thought of everything in the rooms and leaves you wanting for nothing!
- 5/5
What a life savior!
- 5/5
The rooms were very spacious. Poor water pressure in the shower but other than that, really good bang of the buck.
- 5/5
everything about the room was cleaned and dusted.
- 4/5
Customer service was not great at all.
- 5/5
Great happy hour!
- 5/5
Good place to stay, clean, renovated and has good healthy breakfast.
- 3/5
Rather stark. Minimal amenities. The housekeeping staff was very helpful.
- 5/5
Breakfast was not up to par with the level of the hotel - would have preferred plastic or real plates and more options. Also, the way the food was laid out was prone to cross contamination: one large jar of cream cheese, jam and butter with one large knife in each. Would have preferred individual packets - for hygiene and prevent cross contamination for people with food allergies. The area needed more seating.
- 5/5
Nice property in a convenient location. Very friendly staff. Easy check in and check out.
- 5/5
We had such a wonderful stay and experienced here. The staff was welcoming and my family & I had such a pleasant time playing board games in their lobby. We got to relax at the pool, eat breakfast and relax under the warm sun outside their side yard. We enjoyed the complimentary breakfast and water bottles they offered. The property was clean. The gym space is great and clean. Very quiet and everyone was friendly. We did laundry here too and it was easy access and machines work great.
- 3/5
Stayed in a King Suite. The front desk staff changed my room number 3 times (dont know why) and each time said it outloud for the whole lobby to hear. At the time random construction workers were doing renovations other people checking in so privacy needs work. The room was clean. Bed too soft for my liking, pillows flat (also had small stains). I heard the person a floor above snoring (hated that). Windows in bedroom only. My view was of street and a bank, yes people can see into your windows. Bathroom separates the living area. Great size bathroom. I dont prefer tub/shower curtain situation, water pressure sucks as well. The living area has its own tv, its dark 24/7 since theres no windows on that side. Kitchen does not have an oven, but it has burners. Hotel has free parking. The lobby has a snack area but very little selection. Location is 5 minutes away from grocery stores.
- 3/5
Overall stay was good, only stayed for 1 night and staff was nice. Not too many choices of restaurants within a short distance to walk in case you didn't want to drive. But area was pretty quiet and peaceful.
- 4/5
The property just had a complete renovation and still a things to tweet and repairs. Overall a more 21st century look and feel. Need to get that other elevator repaired soon. The rooms were very modern with new furniture and layout. Would like to see that the water pressure for the showers increased.
- 5/5
Really nice and comfortable!
- 5/5
Loved it
- 5/5
Clean rooms and friendly staff! Wonderful breakfast too!
- 5/5
I recently stayed at this hotel, and it was a truly wonderful experience. The building has been newly remodeled, and the fresh, modern look is immediately noticeable. The room was exceptionally clean, spacious, and well-maintained. It had more than enough space to relax and unwind after a long day, which made the stay even more enjoyable. The staff were were friendly and attentive. The complimentary breakfast offered a variety of choices, catering to different tastes and dietary preferences. Overall, this hotel is a fantastic choice for anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and welcoming place to stay.

Property was very nice. The only thing I'm unsure of is the parking. I didn't have any problem because the occupancy appeared to be light but during peak times I'm just not sure.
- 5/5
New building, nice and spacious rooms, where you can open a window to get some fresh air. The hotel serves quite good breakfast. I would give this place 10/10 if they had better cleaned the walls in my room after some other guests - not a major issue but a sign that staff does not pay enough attention to important details. 9/10.
- 3/5
Breakfast is excellent.
- 4/5
Nice, clean, and convenient. Staff was excellent and so was breakfast! Thanks!
- 5/5
Loved the breakfasts & beds!
- 5/5
This hotel qualifies for a 5-star rating! What a bargain! Thanks a lot
- 5/5
Nice pool and breakfast
- 4/5
Ceiling fan didn’t work, but was a good experience none the less.
- 5/5
Gio at the front desk is awesome. He is very professional, friendly, polite, courteous, respectful and extremely customer service oriented. Gio definitely needs to be recognized by senior management at this top notch hotel. We stayed in Room 133 from August 3 to August 4. I am a Silver Hilton Honors member and I have stayed at multiple Hilton properties across the country. This property is definitely one of the best Hilton properties we have stayed at due to the excellent customer service of the staff, beautiful rooms, stunning swimming pool, ample parking spots and an outstanding complimentary daily breakfast buffet. We are definitely going to be back here soon in the near future for another amazing stay!

One of the best places in Orlando.
- 5/5
Loved the place nice and quiet very nice employees
- 4/5
Great for a few days with a family. Good location and safe and the staff was helpful and kind. Breakfast for being free was very good, fresh and replenished often. Room was a bit musty and the furniture had some definite wear. Bed and pillows were not very comfortable but good for a couple of nights.
- 4/5
One of the many hotels in the Palo Alto/ Mountain View area catering to long stay guests who work in the tech companies. This Homewood is not bad and not particularly good. They seems to be skimming on frills; even reduce the evening drinks and snacks venue to only one night a week. The breakfast is pretty good though.

Comfortable and cozy. Was there for business.
- 2/5
Mattresses were not comfortable - both the bed and sofa were hard making it difficult to relax. Breakfast was decent but ho-hum. Front desk staff was friendly at check-in, however, not helpful or caring when I told them of a unwanted male staff member entering my room without answering his knocking and who quickly left when he was confronted by me. He gave no excuse explaining why he had entered and the front desk clerk mentioned it was most likely an error in the rooms (?). I had been checked in for hours and he had been in the hallway when I have 1st entered the room. Felt fishy to me. Told I would receive a phone call from management that never materialised - I have traveled extensively and never had this sort of experience. I will not return.
- 5/5
For the location, amenities and room, this is a Palo Alto “steal!” As we prepared to depart, my husband was thrilled to have soft fried whole eggs, corned beef hash and nice, strong coffee. Great experience overall. We didn’t play, but saw others enjoying the free pool table room off the entrance.
- 5/5
nice people
- 5/5
Property in excellent condition, good size of the suite with plenty of space more than we needed. Inexpected. Nice breakfast with many options of hots and colds.
- 5/5
It has Tesla chargers. I was so nice to arrive with a low battery and plug in. Also love the breakfast including melons, guacamole, waffles, oatmeal and much more. The hours for breakfast accommodate early risers and late sleepers, 6AM-11AM! It would be nice if they had cots because our 2 teen boys do not want to share a bed, so the king bed sofa bed option wasn’t quite enough. Great exercise room! They provide all free water bottles you want. Lots of nice extras at this place.
- 5/5
Good value and price, very clean, great breakfast and fun billarda room. Will absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it!
- 5/5
I was there recovering from surgery at Stanford. The check in was terrific, she updated our room to be closer to the elevator without being asked. The room and staff were great, especially the breakfast staff who were incredibly helpful to my wife. I would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone, and will stay there again whenever I am in town.
- 5/5
Absolute best Homewood Suites in the nation! Breakfast was super gourmet and the place is absolutely beautiful. Super clean and upscale. Very friendly staff. Will be back
- 5/5
really comfortable place to stay when you have a family group and would like a living room type area to hang out. Breakfast was great and loved the extended hours on weekends.
- 5/5
It is a home away from home so fully equipped whether you stay 1 night or a month or more.
- 5/5
Staff was great! I felt like it was in a safe location when I was standing outside. Nice room, full size fridge. I would stay again
- 5/5
We were here for a one night stay for a family emergency. When we checked in, we were greeted. Our room was on the first floor and there was no cellular internet service on our phone. The room was big, clean and very nice. We asked to be moved to another room which they were very nice to accommodate that. So we ended up on the fourth floor with better cellular internet service. Customer service was great. Breakfast was excellent. They even have a pool table to play. Restaurant/stores near by. I really enjoyed my stay there and will definitely come back again.

- 5/5
All over it’s very good
- 1/5
On top of that, the internet in the bedroom did not work, nor did the phone. We had to go in the hallway to call the front desk. They fixed the internet and not the phone. The bed only has one night stand... very odd for the price per night. The bathroom door has not been cleaned. I had to wipe it out. The biggest issue was the noise from the street. My husband which is a cancer patient, couldn't sleep all night. Nor did I. Very disappointed. One good thing was that you had breakfast served starting at 6 am which was nice since we had to be at the cancer center at 7 am.
- 5/5
Perfect for me, my husband and our 4 kids. Parking is free which is nice, the pool was small but fun for the kids, the rooms are nice, clean, updated and the beds were really comfortable. The breakfast was delicious each morning and there was a good variety. Great location and great price. Will definitely stay there again.
- 4/5
The breakfast was not very good. The eggs were just powdered eggs and the sausage tasted like a brick of salt.
- 5/5
We would yay here again. Overall a good place at a good price
- 5/5
I went for a funeral so I don’t really do much other than spend time with family. But the hotel was very nice. The breakfast was very nice. Staff was very nice and helpful. And the room was very clean and comfortable.
- 2/5
curtains smelled very dusty and there were bugs in the kitchen. Look like roaches but not sure
- 2/5
Trash can at the entrance was over flowing, Room was freezing and heater did not work, elevator keep closing on us as we tried to enter it, issues with shower nozzle, difficulty plugging in coffee maker, I had a $48 charge for my room that I caught day after check out, I called them and they said it was a mistake and will reverse it. They did offer to move us to a new room but we were already unpacked, they offered extra blankets but we would have to come to lobby to get them because no one could bring them to us. No restaurant in hotel. The staff was nice enough but it was frustrating because I was dealing with my elderly mom going to Stanford medical center so I will not be returning. None to bring us luggage cart.
- 4/5
Otherwise, clean property, satisfactory breakfast, good staff.
- 5/5
We have stayed at this hotel many times in the past 5 years. We like it and the hotel has brought us good luck and happiness. Thanks!
- 5/5
The front desk clerk Mae was very accommodating and friendly. We were able to check in early and our room was nice and clean.
- 5/5
The staff was very friendly and helpful. A member of the staff greeted my two kids and gave them each a rubber ducky. Our room was very clean and met our needs. Breakfast could have been better but you can’t expect too much from an included breakfast. I would stay here again if I needed a place to stay in the area.
- 5/5
We were pleasantly surprised at how great this place was. The buffet had plenty of choices. Most staff were super friendly. I would have liked a hot tub but the pool was heated so we could enjoy it.
- 5/5
The staff is very nice and helpful.
- 5/5
I loved my stay here. The best parts were the free breakfast, helpful staff, and amazing housekeeping.
- 5/5
We love everything about the stay except for the outside pool is a little inhibiting in the winter
- 5/5
The property was conveniently situated for us to visit my wife's family in the area. I mainly chose it because it had Tesla/EV chargers, which is true though the placement of these chargers so close to the elevators resulted in 1/2 of them being occupied by ICE vehicles. Mind you, 2 of the 3 occupied by ICE vehicles also are their handicapped parking spots which wouldn't be usable if you weren't handicapped. It was not an issue for us, and we will likely stay there again if we're down that way in the future, but a long-term concern due to the poor placement of the chargers resulting in so many being blocked or unusable.
- 5/5
I really liked the quietness and the room was very clean. A great breakfast selection was nice to enjoy. Noticed the hallways and game room smelled like mildew and carpets were dirty. Didn't like that.
- 4/5
Some criticisms: 1) please put trash cans in the toilet/shower room. You don’t want women flushing feminine hygiene products right? 2) since covid many hotels no longer offer daily housekeeping without it being requested and this hotel is no exception BUT if you’re not gonna empty trash everyday, please line them with disposable liners so that we can easily carry it out on our way out every day. I get that hotels want to be environment friendly but visitors don’t want trash building up in their rooms. 3) the conditioner in the shower was nearly empty. Shouldn’t those be refilled every time the room gets cleaned? 4) Hooks! If there’s nowhere to hang up wet towels (we had three people in our room), then we’ll need more clean towels. If there are more hooks (people with long hair usually need two towels each), we won’t need additional towels.
- 4/5
The bedroom only had one night stand on the window side. On the wall side, there was only about 15 inches between the bed and the wall, inconvenient
- 5/5
Amazing rooms! Very clean and perfect service!
- 5/5
Great breakfast. Very clean and quiet.
- 5/5
I love this property!
- 5/5
Will return.
- 4/5
Good value for the price.
- 5/5
Excellent stay!
- 5/5
Very friendly front desk staff.. kitchen staff not so much. Deep cleaning of room is needed but other than that we had an excellent stay!
- 4/5
Pool was closed. Breakfast was very good!
- 5/5
Awesome place, very friendly and realy clean. Staff is very respectful and helpful.
- 4/5
Hotel was fitting to my needs as I wanted a kitchenette; bed and deep soaker tub were dreamy; great to provide breakfast with a longer time frame of it being offered. My only complaint was that it is pet friendly....and some owners disregard their barking dogs. The neighbor I shared a wall with had their dog barking nonstop, thankfully for only one afternoon. In the courtyard, though, the dogs would bark incessantly, truly disturbing the peacefulness of this hotel.
- 4/5
Good ..spacious room
- 3/5
Sofa bed was dirty and no shampoo and only two towels for 4 of us.
- 4/5
Good location. However rooms facing expressway were loud due to traffic noise. Unable to sleep without ear plugs. Very secure facility and free covered parking garage but EV chargers inadequate and broken. Had to charge at WalMart a mile away. Staff very polite. Room clean and comfortable. Excellent pillows.
- 1/5
Horrible! Elevators didn’t work. Internet was horrible. Staff was very nice but had no idea how to deal with this.
- 5/5
Spacious room
- 4/5
The room was comfortable, the breakfast was good and the staff was friendly.
- 5/5
Doing college visits and used this as a place to stay as we traveled around Northern California. The hotel was comfortable and clean. Our only issue was the lack of cell service and wifi. Only one of us could have the wifi at a time
- 5/5
Thank you
- 5/5
Check in was prompt and we were able to get in early which was very helpful. Room was very clean. Breakfast was excellent and the area was kept stocked and clean.
- 5/5
Great place to stay--friendly, helpful staff
- 4/5
Very nice rooms with very good beds
- 5/5
I loved that it is right next store to a Massage Envy and I got a massage, then walked back to my room. I like the two room feeling.
- 5/5
Even in our "new normal" this hotel really impressed me with its level of accommodation and amenities. The only thing I did not care for was a tiny bit of traffic noise (I was on the 3rd floor) even though the rooms are almost soundproof. It wasn't really noticeable until going to sleep. The "pandemic" breakfast was good, if not glamorous. Staff were all great, especially Anna.
