Dark and old. Showing its age. Have done several Four Seasons and feels like this one does not rep the brand.

The location is uber convenient, the staff was wonderful, and the rooms are very nice.

Well maintained and comfortable hotel. Not much walkable in the area, but well located on the freeway for commute to San Jose or San Francisco,

Obvious financial issues as amenities minimal. Pool not heated as claimed. After I complained they turned on heat. Management is well aware of ongoing issues. Expedia has no business including a property that is in this condition. Manager made inappropriate comments I cannot submit in this review. Staff are well aware of major issues. Disgraceful. Spa is great. Many Service Staff great. I have always enjoyed Four Seasons. This Property is offensive . Safety never upgraded no key cards to access elevators etc. obvious financial issues with this Hotel. Furniture appeared to have been chewed on by beavers it was so scratched and derelict. Hotel and service is amazing but I didn't like he showers in the bathroom was very old style and kind of non functional. But other than that Hotel is good.

Great, personal welcome. A fantastic room you really feel great in. A comfortable bed. Excellent bathroom with both shower and bath tub. Big TV set. An outdoor swimming pool with warm water. Great art on the walls. The "Silicon Valley" name holds a certain promise that is hugely disappointing when contrasted with slow speed of wifi internet. The event of a nearby university held in hotel's conference rooms was a bit disappointing in terms of buffet food and decoration but perhaps it was simply a reflection of the price the organizer had paid.

The hotel is fabulous. It's part of a group of professional office buildings. It's about 10 minutes out of Palo Alto and has all the facilities you'd expect of a first class hotel. Staff are exceptional and go that extra mile to make you happy and comfortable. The beds are out of this world in comfort and luxury. Even the doorman has warming heaters for cold morning starts as you wait for your Uber or car. Room service and the restaurant/bar are excellent; wine selections broad ranging and interesting. You're just off the freeway but you would not know it as the atmosphere is totally relaxing and peaceful. Reception went out of its way to satisfy something I very much wanted but was thought to be out of stock. She searched and in fact found a small bear just for my granddaughter. And presented it beautifully as a gift. It's that sort of touch that one remembers. And would cause us to return. Thank you for an amazing stay. Not one tiny little thing.

We visit annually the few days after Christmas because this is a business hotel and it is very quiet and not busy this time of year. The most comfortable beds ever and we had lovely massages at the spa. Service is the lobby bar was a bit slower than I recall last year but I’d anticipate staffing levels are lower due to it being a slower time for them so it didn’t bother us. Views of the highway are also not great but we don’t come for the views.

I had higher expectations for a four seasons. The restaurant wasn’t great, and the rooms are a bit dated. The air freshener that they pump through the facility is incredibly strong and overwhelming.

The staff are never in doubt and were excellent all during my stay. However a large clump of hair stuck to the wall of the shower was not great, actually as 5 Stars go was pretty poor. My second fault was when I went for a swim one of the light fittings was completely away from the wall with the cables showing. While I am sure it was safe seeing the cables exposed definitely didn't fill me with confidence and it just shouldn't be happening with an establishment like the Four Seasons. It was disappointing to say the least.

It was amazing. Staff was friendly and super helpful. Upon checkin we were warmly greeted by Emily. She checked us in and even ensured my daughter had amenities for our stay. rooms were quiet and we could in no way hear the freeway, Definitely will be back.

It was a great experience that I will certainly repeat soon. The food at the restaurant is truly remarkable, both for quality of the ingredients and execution. Excellent choice of wines, including several high end options for true connoisseurs, and high end champagne also by the glass. A true 5 stars experience!

Four Season Palo Alto could not have been more gracious and thoughtful. We were traveling with our 2.5 year old and they delivered a pack-n-play, noise machine, diaper genie, and even special soaps for the little guy! Amazing. Mickey pancakes for breakfast with crayons too. Has made me super loyal.

We’re traveling with a 4 yr old, cleanliness is the most important aspect for our stay and Four Seasons has done a top notch job to make sure we feel very comfortable, day-in and day-out, whether it’s inside our room or within the hotel premise. All staff are so friendly and courteous. This is by far the best overall hotel we’re stayed in the US.

Its a ghost hotel, by four seasons. No staff around. No gym staff. Jot choices. Ultra expensive. No concierge. Uninformed receptionist.

Roof top pool is small and they seem to be struggling a bit with the cocktail service. Condition of hotel is good but for a Four Seasons a few details were surprisingly overlooked - the rug in our room was torn and lifted at the doorstop which could be a potential tripping hazard.

Overall really solid property, rooms could be updated, but are very clean and nice. Love the L'Occitane products, they were amazing. Valet was always fast and available. I wish the bar would stay open later, that is my only complaint.

Easy check-in and check-out. Wonderful upgrade to suite 1002 with panoramic floor to ceiling windows at the end of hallway. Welcomed our miniature dachshund with a cozy bed, food & water bowls, and a homemade peanut butter biscuit. Lovely service start to finish. It was quiet during our stay which we appreciated.

My husband and I took our toddler here for our wedding anniversary. Wonderful service- everyone was extremely accommodating. Only thing I would change is that we stayed in the presidential and they don’t seem to be updating their nespresso cups within the room daily because they were all decaf. But the room itself was wonderful

This is clearly a business hotel that has suffered bc of covid so the rooms were not as up to date as I’m used to with 4 seasons, but clean and very comfortable. Only other nit is that the downstairs cafe didn’t have any gluten free options for food. Maybe that’s a Northern California problem but I’m used to having a variety of food we can eat.

There was NO smoke detector in the room as it had been removed. The bathroom door would not budge. It was a sliding version that had fallen off the track. Notifying the front desk they simply said “okay, thanks for letting us know...”. Not exactly what I’d expect for Four Seasons service, quality and especially safety.

The hotel and the customer service was as usual amazing but what made it even better is the outstanding staff including Thomas at the front desk.

I unexpectedly needed to stay over night in Palo Alto. I came across a great rate for the four seasons and booked for the night. They were very Covid conscious which I really appreciate. The hotel and room were very clean, comfortable and safe. Customer service was beyond superior and a soak in their dream tub ended the night much better than I had hoped!

The details! They welcomed me, new my name, gave me a welcome card, took care of all my needs/requests via text and they were very accommodating. I had a spa appointment prior to arrival and they allowed us to check in early so I could enjoy my spa treatment and my partner and puppy could be settled in the room! Everyone was so so nice and helpful. Puppies stay for free and they get pampered! It’s one of the best hotels experiences yet. The spa was amazing! I do hope to go back to this hotel and other four season hotels elsewhere. I’m a fan!

Wonderful! It’s a retreat in the middle of crazy tech madness and it’s truly wonderful. The beds are to die for and entire place immaculate.

We have our wedding in four season. Everyone in hotel are so awesome and friendly:) they are really professional and provided lots of help to make our wedding perfect! We plan to go back here to celebrate our wedding anniversary:) thank you !

Everything is fine except that the hotel should have reminded us of thieves in San Francisco. Our car was broken in in the city.

A casual weekend away for my wife and I to work on some upcoming projects for our business. Quattro Restaurant was great to sit outside for a cocktail and the comfort of the room is amazing.

The hotel is austere but we’ll decorated and in line with what you would expect from Four Seasons. We ate at the restaurant twice and enjoyed both of our meals. The rule of not allowing children under 16 years old after 4pm to go to the pool is understandable but this should be relaxed on weekends. My 12 year old son and I were disappointed that we couldn’t go swimming.

Only disappointment was no jacuzzi otherwise very nice room and staff
