Rooms were spacious and very clean! Our room was near the pool which was perfect! Nice outside seating facing pool. The breakfast was amazing. They have continental as well as a small menu to cook to order. I had 2 eggs 2 bacon and sausage,hashbrowns plus oatmeal made as I waited. The staff was very friendly. I would stay again.

The floor was filthy, walking from the bed to the bathroom my feet were black, so wore shoes when walking around. The lamp shades were all cracked.

Overnight stay for a concert at the Acrisure Arena, and it was definitely worth the 10 min drive to the venue. Every staff member we encountered was extremely friendly and helpful. The room was clean, spacious and quiet. Made to order breakfast was top-notch, and the pool and spa were very refreshing. Would definitely stay here again!

The best part was the breakfast, which was a 10/10 especially having meals freshly made to order. The staff overall were very friendly and welcoming, which made the stay more enjoyable. However, there were a few inconveniences. The check-in office being in a separate building was not ideal, especially when needing assistance with key cards or questions. The ice machine in our area was out of order, which was inconvenient, especially in the heat. The pool was clean, but a bit warmer than I personally preferred. Some of the room details could also be improved. The bathroom door lock didn’t work, and the towels by the pool area were always stocked / clean but quite small compared to what I’m used to in hotels. The elevators also made concerning noises, which made them uncomfortable to use, my husband ended up taking the stairs the entire stay. On check-out day, housekeeping was already knocking shortly after our extended checkout time, which felt a bit rushed. Hallways were also tight, especially when using luggage carts due to cleaning supplies placed in the way. Overall, it was still a good stay for a few nights, especially for relaxation or a business trip. Breakfast definitely stood out as the highlight of the experience.

Overall the room was clean and the property safe. The fitness center was small, lacked equipment, and the a/c didn't work correctly.

Do not get a room will you have a door that joins to another room because if their TV is on or they’re having a conversation you will hear them as if they’re right next to you. Horrible, horrible horrible horrible. The breakfast was pretty nice very nice staff that prepared it…. The pool was very nice. Just be aware of the acoustics you can hear everything upstairs and next-door to you.

We were more than happy with the Best Western Plus in Palm Desert and have ALWAYS been for the past 20 years we’ve been staying there,but, we are finding the mattresses were too soft and lumpy, bed was so noisy, in other words the beds need to be replaced! Time to replace with new ones. If it wasn’t for the mattress and bed it would get 5 STARS!!!
