Very clean with good amenities

Pets are welcomed it seems, even in the rooms. I saw plenty of animal hair on the carpets so heads up for those of you with children. Overall quiet, good variety for breakfast, friendly atmosphere

Absolutely will be back! Clean, up to date, spacious, and comfortable. I think it’s a bit silly to charge $10 for parking, but other than that it was a perfect stay.

Lo que no me gustó del hotel fue que el front desk el personal solo hablaba inglés yo soy una persona que no se 100% Inglés, no entendí muchas cosas, 2 lugar por que me cobran 10$ por día de estacionamiento si estoy ocupando las instalaciones del hotel me parece debería ser parte del servicio, cuando entraron a limpiar la habitación no cambiaron las toallas sucias, pero las instalaciones muy bien cuidadas y limpias

This was my 1st time staying at a Residence Inn and it was awesome! Richard selected a quiet room for me and it truly was quiet! All the staff were so nice and professional. Definitely would stay here again in the future!

A pet cleaning fee of $175 was charged, plus $12.50 sales tax, totaling $187.50. This was not disclosed at the time of online booking. "Fees may apply" online; however, a definite fee. An additional parking fee of $10 per night - not disclosed!

The room and hotel were extremely clean, the staff was super friendly, and I would stay here every time. The room was overly warm, which they acknowledged, and had someone come into try to fix, but it turned out to be a bigger issue. I was only there one night, so it wasn't a huge bother. But it was pretty warm. They did say they were going to have someone come in and fix it.

The room was spotless. The staff was very friendly and attentive. The house keeping crew was excellent. They made sure our room had clean towels on a daily. Will come back again!

Beautiful hotel! Very clean and very quiet. Bed is super comfortable! Bathroom is big. Kitchen is nice. Their breakfast is also delicious! Close to highway! Highly recommend!

This hotel was beautiful. The room are spacious and clean. The pool looked inviting and clean as well. The free breakfast is perfect with lots of items to choose from, including a waffle maker! We will continue to use this hotel when we're visiting Palm Beach Gardens.

Front desk staff was always top notch. Really good buffet breakfast and good coffee. The towels are NOT SOFT! And, there isnt a comfortable chair in the suite. Nor a toss pillow on the sofa. Housekeepers are great! Beautifully maintained grounds.

The staff was wonderful. Everything was wonderful. The only problem was at night. Our room never really got cold. We did tell them and I do believe they sent someone to check the unit while we were gone during the day. But the room was very lovely !

While booking, it said King Bed Room with 427 sqft. But it wasn't even 300. That was bit disappointing. But still the experience, amenities, breakfast, and room everything was good at Residence Inn.

My husband and I stayed here for his birthday. We were pleasantly surprised with everything! The room was spacious, the hotel was meticulously clean, and the staff were helpful. Breakfast was good and never packed, and we enjoyed our stay a lot. We would definitely consider visiting again. The area is close to a shopping plaza but be aware that there is not much to do unless you are interested in visiting the nature sites, beaches, or the historical museums. Overall terrific stay!

Real eggs are nice and varied everyday… everything was great nice price for laundry and enough units working..nice set up Bed is comfortable and bathroom and kitchen nice Wish it had more bacon instead of once a week We like cut up fresh fruit like other Marriott’s but I get it is a lot easier to provide fruit you take with ..

Stayed for the weekend, and it was a beautiful room and housekeeping came and gave me fresh towels and made my bed while i was gone. Would definitely stay here again.

This is my go-to hotel for a staycation or for a quick stayover to break up road trips when traveling. Always fabulous, clean, and spacious rooms! Breakfast and evening socials (when they have them) are always yummy, with a wide variety of options to choose from. And to top off a wonderful stay, all the team members who work here are always friendly and super helpful. I run into Shay the most at the front desk, and she's always pleasant a big help if I ever need to call down for anything. This is my favorite Residence Inn to date.

A fabulous property, high ceilings, well laid out, a breakfast that was actually edible, wide, elegant hallways. When I saw the reviews of 9.6% exceptional I was skeptical. I am no longer skeptical. A fabulous property at a bargain price.

Fast and easy check in. The room is big and comfortable with a kitchen and a large work desk area.

Staff was always friendly and greeted us any time we set foot in the lobby.

Check out was just as easy as check in and it was with Shay again (hope she got to go home for the night!).
