This was a short stay for our family traveling through the area. The hotel was conveniently located and easy to find. Our suite was very clean and the beds were comfortable. Continental breakfast was great and had a nice variety of foods to choose from. Would recommend to others!

What really stood out was the staff. Everyone we interacted with was professional, welcoming, and genuinely helpful from check-in to check-out. Customer service was consistently excellent. The location is another major advantage. The hotel is close to great restaurants, shopping, beaches, and sports facilities, making it extremely convenient for both vacation and tournament travel. The complimentary breakfast was also very good, with a solid variety of options and a clean, well-managed dining area. Overall, this was one of the best hotel experiences we’ve had in the Palm Beach Gardens area. Highly recommended for families, business travelers, or anyone looking for a comfortable and reliable stay.

The hotel was very clean and breakfast was plentiful. The staff was friendly and accomodating. My family and I only stayed one night and we specifically booked this hotel as we have an electric vehicle and needed to charge overnight on the way back home. Unfortunately, the ev charging amenity is not quite useful. It’s only one spot of parking with an outlet. It isnt a charging station and my vehicle didnt come equipped with the necessary adaptor for this plug. So just something to keep in mind if you are selecting this hotel for that amenity, know that there is only one spot so someone may be utilizing it and you have to bring your plug with adaptors.

We are celiac, so we didn’t partake in the breakfast. Everything else was wonderful! The young man who checked us in, and the young man who checked us out, both, could not have been nicer. The experience was perfect!

The hotel was under renovation but did not take away from a very clean, welcoming staff, good breakfast and quiet rooms at night and comfy bed. Shower water pressure was very light is my negative and that parking was $10 each night not sure why was not in an area that was needed to pay.

Booked a king size bed so my wife and I could sleep with our 1yo. Instead we were “upgraded” to a room with two queens but didn’t get a choice because we were told the king beds were over sold. Then there was a room key error and we couldn’t get in the room until after several trips to the front desk.

Hotel was spotlessly clean and on the surface a nice new makeover. I say that as things like the sofa bed were clearly years old, creaky and feel every spring through the wafer thin mattress old. The kitchen was quite nice, though the cooker top was too small to accommodate the frying pan and another pan at the same time. There seemed to be a few items missing too like a measuring jug and colander. Whilst breakfast was nice, it seemed to be very similar everyday.

The hotel charges big rates when the area is busy and then charges an extra $10 per night for parking. Also, the rooms don't get cleaned or resupplied every day. The breakfast cook was great though.

I liked the larger room, however it was outdated and stains on carpet. I expected more for what we paid I didn't like the outdatedness of the room, the paint chips all over the trim, lamps, etc. There were stains on the carpet and seemed like dips in the sofa. I expected a better value for what we paid

Rooms very clean but unfortunately maids did not speak English so very hard to communicate our needs to them. I know this is a problem all over Florida and not just here. Free shuttle which went to Roger Dean Stadium was a plus EXCEPT for the night when, after being promised by front desk staff that there would be a shuttle even though it was a night game, we called the hotel only to find that the driver had gone home and we were on our own. NOT COOL!

Very nice and quiet hotel to stay during Spring Training. Loved the room, location, and quiet conditions. There was a Spring Training fun special event while we were there. Staff were very nice and accommodating. The breakfast and coffee could use an upgrade.

Coffee, tea and creamers were not filled. It would be great if there was an actual EV charger on site not a place to plug one in since rental car companies do not supply a cord. Other that that we had a great stay.

Quiet, easy to get to, plenty of amenities nearby. Marcus at front desk was the best! He got us a quiet room as requested, after telling him about Orlando Homewood problems, he went out of his way to make our stay in Palm Beach Gardens better. Only 2 small elevators and were full most of the time, additionally heavily used by housekeeping. Need more elevators. Homewood is a go to for our trips, and have had better breakfasts at other homewoods. This one was just average. For the price of the room for 3 days expected better.

Hotel premises and the room were clean and felt more upscale than its 3-star rating. Breakfast was more than adequate with hot options (eggs, bacon, oatmeal) as well as yogurt and fruits. Only slight disappointment was the pool is not as "heated" as we expected. Front desk said the pool is heated to 82-84 but definitely felt much cooler.

Room was very clean, a small apartment with the larger fridge, microwave, and 2 burner range. However I notified the front desk about the in-room safe on that it was dying probably the batteries. A maintenance man was dispatched but when I explained the issue all he did was repeat the same thing I did.. jiggle the batteries in the holder behind the safe door, had me punch in a code and it worked. Tried to explain the batteries will go dead soon but all he did was smile and say “it’s ok” or fixed. After he left it displayed a code with “…bat” so I went back to the front desk and the new employee was confused explaining the maintenance man came told him it was fixed. Rather than argue I just went and bought some Duracell batteries, swapped them in until I checked out putting the ever ready batteries back in.

This property was a total gem! The location was great, so many things close by. The staff was so friendly and helpful. The room was large, the kitchen had everything we needed, and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast had a variety of options and the buffet area was well kept and attended to the entire time we were down there. In our opinion the room price was a total steal as well. If we are ever in the area again we will definitely be back!

The hotel is close to all restaurants and attractions. The room was clean and always stocked with body wash , towels , etc. The staff are responsive and go out of their way to make your stay memorable.

I was very happy with our stay. All of our requests were met. Early check in, rooms next to family, a crib. Everyone was friendly and helpful. The room was excellent and very clean. It was just like it was advertised. Wolf who greeted us at check in was very kind to my children which I appreciated. I felt like the price was very fair considering how nice everything was. We've been staying in different hotels for last 4 nights. Let me tell you something, this was most awesome place we stayed. The room was immaculate, i was helped with the parking ( since i had a trailer), and the staff was beyond amazing. 100% without a doubt, will stay again when in the area.

Family visit

Being only 5 feet tall the sink was extremely tall for me. I had to stand on tip toe to brush my teeth. It was very odd that it was so high. Very difficult to shave legs standing up. Too bad there wasn’t a bench built into shower. No smart tv either.

Service is terrible. Checked in at 3pm. No rooms were ready even with reservation. Had to leave and return several hours later to finally get a room.

I liked how the rooms were like many apartments. A full size refrigerator, stove, microwave, and instant coffee maker with included coffee. And even a small dining table. This place had a living room with a couch and TV and ottoman. The room was quiet, cool, and for the most part felt clean. The only complaint with the room was there was long pieces of hair on the bathroom floor. Who wants to get out of the shower and then step on somebody’s hair. Also, the instant coffee maker was dusty on top of it and needed to be cleaned the inside as well. The evening clerk who checked me in, by the name of Wolf, couldn’t have been friendlier. They served a complementary breakfast that included bagels and cereals, coffee and juices. Two types of eggs, sausage, and you can make your own waffles. What more could you ask for? The food, juices, and plates were all low when I got there. But I was impressed how quickly the staff restocked the items that were needed. There was multiple workers there, and all of them were friendly. Thank you

The staff were kind, helpful and pleasant. Breakfast was amazing! Sadly, the condition of the rooms was obviously worn, though very clean. There were 2 air conditioners in our 2 bedroom suite. One in one bedroom and the other in the living area. The king bedroom had none. Though there was a ceiling fan, it was never quite cool. And for an odd reason, the light blanket on our bed was a mattress pad. But all was clean, neat and tidy, so all in all possible. The outstanding staff, comfort of the suite in general made the stay lovely overall.

Check in & check-out crew were awesome. Kitchen crew kept kitchen clean and stacked at all times, wonderful attitudes all around.

The room was clean but the inside looked aged compared to the reception area. The beds were uncomfortable and made a lot of noise (springs). The AC was very loud and it disturbed our sleep throughout the night. They had signs about fire alarm drill for Monday, supposed to be a short one lasting 15-30min. Instead they started the drill at 9:30am and it was loud and the fire alarms were going off every 5-10min. So much loud noise that we couldn’t stay in the room. We came back at 3pm and the fire alarms were going off again. We went to the reception where the manager was there. The manager was very rude and told us that the fire drill should stop by 4-4:30pm. We asked how they could reserve the rooms if they was going to be an all day drill. She told us to deal with it, provided ear plugs. When we complained, she told us to leave and there were many hotels vacant. The manager gave us 15mins to pack up our luggage as they have to get it ready for the incoming guests. I don’t think we will come back to this hotel after this experience. The breakfast was good but the chef was also rude. He would not refill the muffins even after asking multiple times. Overall it was a really bad experience probably the worst stay for us at any hotel. Chose this location as it was close to FAU campus.

Hotel is old and outdated AC cannot keep up with Demand. The staff refuses to help. We had 2 dogs with us that were panting all night long. The room wouldn't cool below 76 degrees awful experience checked out early and still got billed along with additional unexplained charges.

We were pleasantly surprised to discover that on Wednesdays, they offer a complimentary social hour with dinner, beer, and wine. The chef even made a special pasta dish just for the kids, which was such a thoughtful touch! The pool was great, and the putt-putt area added extra fun for the kids. They even accommodated a late check-out so the kids could swim one more time before we left — such a nice gesture! It was the perfect little staycation, and we’ll definitely be back!

Once I got into the room it's not what we expected, there was someone next to my room all night snoring, next to my bed walI, was exhausting, you'll see the Charleston supposed to go rest it was very uninviting. I have to reprogram my car at least 10 times because it wasn't working anywhere about 10 times, very ridiculous. On top of that every time I try to get info nobody speak English just Creole. Very sensify story experience I would love to get my money back!!

Very clean, beautiful hotel. Breakfast is what is expected out of free hotel Breakfast, but enjoyed our stay!

The room was spacious and clean. The bathroom was stocked with shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, and lotion. Staff were available at all times and someone was always cleaning. The kitchen had all the necessities and allowed us to save money by making meals. The breakfast was a simple American breakfast. The location is steps from restaurants and CVS, across the street from Publix and more restaurants, and sidewalks and crosswalks make it safe to navigate. The beaches are a 10-20 minute drive depending on which you prefer. I actually prefer staying a bit of a drive from the beach because I feel the hotels are a better deal and we don't end up with sand in everything. The kitchen had dishwasher detergent, but not dish soap. They had it available for purchase in the lobby, but I just walked to CVS and purchased a bottle.

Great overall stay, greeted warmly at the front desk upon entering. Nice hotel in a quiet area, lots of amenities nearby. I highly recommend Dragon foot spa next door for a relaxing massage. We noticed some of the dishes were still dirty, and a few hairs in the shower. Despite this I would still stay again because overall the room was clean and it was a great stay. If you are picky about pillows, I would suggest to bring your own. They are made of down feathers and flattened out making it quite uncomfortable.

This property is terrible

Stay was good overall. There was some confusion about our room being ready when we arrived at 4:00, but they quickly handled the matter and got us to our room. My only complaint would be the water pressure. It was not good at all. A normal shower that takes 10 minutes, turned into about 15 minutes because of the pressure. We would stay here again. The place was nice and the staff were all very friendly and helpful.

I arrived to Palm Beach at noon. Called the hotel asking for an early checkin, Markus the manager answered and promised to call me when my room is ready, he called me with in 20 minutes. I was impressed. Markus was welcoming together with Wolf, Troy, and the entire staff. My suite was specious and spotless. I stayed for 3 weeks and can’t wait to go back.
