Additionally, the room had not been made up when I returned, which left a poor first impression. Breakfast was not included, and the offerings that were available did not appear particularly appetizing. Overall, it was an acceptable place to stay, but it did not meet the level of service and attention to detail I would expect from a Hilton property. Given the location and brand standards, there is definitely room for improvement.

On Saturday afternoon there was a maintenance or engineering member drilling for 4 hours non stop. WOW! Who thought that was a good idea ?

The hotel was convenient to many local shops and restaurants.

It was conveniently located to places we needed/wanted to go. I loved the walking path around the little lake. There were a few nice restaurants within walking distance.

Facility was very clean and well maintained. Setting on lake was exceptionally beautiful and hotel was walkable distance to beautiful malls, restaurants, movie theatre. Majority of staff was very helpful. Only one staff member gave misinformation on payment policies which was annoying. Only negative with room was a strange set up with the room entrance light tied into the bathroom light and sound proofing was not great.

Jeff (bartender) and the entire staff made our stay very very pleasant. The rooms are extremely clean, views of the water are beautiful and entire Downtown was relaxing. Look forward to coming back! Thank you Jeff and staff for being incredible.

Stayed here for three nights starting New Year’s Day, and it was absolutely delightful! Will definitely be back when in the area as you could not ask for a better facility and location. Highly walkable to plenty of shops and great restaurants! Hotel was beautiful as was the room.

We stayed here for one night and honestly just slept here. We didn’t get to visit the restaurant or the bar area. They did have a fire pit that we sat out by for a few minutes while we were waiting to get picked up by some friends. The room was clean. The staff was amazing. The bed was comfortable and I would definitely stay here again.

Staff was very friendly. Check-in was fast and easy. Lobby was very nicely decorated for the holidays. Room was mostly clean but needs refurbishing. Bathroom shower was rusty, stained and needs refurbishing. Air conditioner was very noisy and will probably be the main reason we won’t be able to stay here again.

Room showed obvious signs of age. Peeling linoleum, light fixtures that didn’t work, toilet that required 2-3 flushes. Mattress was way too soft and uncomfortable. The lobby and bar areas were immaculate. The staff was pleasant, helpful and efficient. Property needs updating.

The staff were pleasant and the suite we had was a good size. Check in was a bit funny as the room # written down had an extra number. I had to call from the floor we were on to double check what it actually was. We didn't use the amenities but had breakfast at the restaurant which has a small menu but was fine.

I asked the Expedia team to help me cancel my reservation because my aunt died and I needed to stay home and could not go on this trip. The Expedia team said that despite these special circumstances, they would not grant me a refund even though I did not stay at the hotel. This is incredibly rude and insensitive. I will never do business with Expedia ever again.

My room wasn’t ready when i got there. They offered me complimentary breakfast to my sister, my husband and my family. It wasn’t a problem since there’s restaurant near by so we went to eat first. We loved our morning breakfast. This is my second time going to this hotel and i loved it!

the only thing I don't understand is why the lobby has signs saying you cannot eat your own food there - what about people with dietary restrictions? why can't you order food from outside and eat it in the lobby and clean up after yourself? i have never seen these signs before in a hotel honestly.

The staff at the front desk were very friendly. The lobby and room were very clean, but the room had a very strong smell of dust/musk. This caused sinus issues for us. For some reason, raising the AC temp turned on the heat. This created a strong burning smell, which i assume is related to the dust. The walls are also paper thin and the crying baby next door and slamming doors were extremely loud and kept us up. That being said, if you are a deep sleeper and dont receive a smelly room, this is a nice affordable hotel in a good location.

My stay was very good at the hotel. The only issue I had was that there were some old unruly kids running on each floor knocking on people’s door and making a lot of noise. I called the Front Desk and they were able to talk to them and tell me that I shouldn’t have any more issues and I didn’t.

Amazing! Stayed during the 4th of July and had spectacular views from the room, 6th floor, overlooking the water behind the hotel, the walking path was spectacular as well. If you have a pet, it would be PERFECT for quick and convenient walks. Highly recommend, hope to return! The room was also extremely clean, shower and tub was spotless, what more could I ask for!

Location is excellent. During our stay (2 Nights) the room refrigerator broke down night one. It was changed out quickly, but the new refrigerator wasn't seated properly (leveled) and the shelves kept falling and things fell over every time we opened or closed the door. On day two, when we returned to our room in the evening the Air Conditioner in the Living room (We booked the King Suite) had broken down (Compressor wasn't working properly). The room was very warm and the A/C had to be completely changed out as there were no other suites for us to move into. It took a while for the room to reach a comfortable temperature. We had initially booked 3 nights, but we checked out early in the afternoon the last day to drive home. The staff was very helpful and accommodating, but that many issues shouldn't be happening, especially in your most expensive room on property.

The staff was incredible. Restaurant, front desk, general maintenance (I needed an extension cord for my computer for lobby) were all not justt accommodating but also went out of their way. Very, very modern and clean.

Front desk was dark and nobody there when we arrived. Room was not the balcony room I reserved and paid for. Jacuzzi was broken still from my last visit. Breakfast attendant was rude and didn't even let me get my niece's kids eggs and bacon I paid 12.00 for . The whole staff seemed like unless you were African American they were not nice or accommodating to you . Very bad visit. Paris Hilton would be pissed off knowing her name is on this hotel. Should be a motel 6 with the current front desk management and restaurant staff housekeeping was Hilton Quality. Nothing else . Ghetto at it's finest.

Upon check in we had booked and pre paid for a king size room, they did not have a king available and it was going on 11pm my husband and I had been traveling all day and were ready to shower and rest. After a long wait time they were able to get us a room not a king size that we paid for but a double queen. The beds were incredibly small and the bathroom is very small. The hotel is kind of outdated as well. Not worth what they charge per night in my opinion, we definitely will be continuing to book Marriott as this Hilton was sub par.

This property is located in a very convenient area for quick access to the highway as well as major roads, shopping etc.. Very nice landscaping, clean and friendly staff. Located within a pleasant walking distance to some nice restaurants as well.

I was very disappointed that we arrived after dark and when we looked out the window, all we could see for $450 was the airconditioning boxes…very disappointed! View

Housekeeping did not come on 3rd of 3 nights. Told the front desk and nothing was done. Tried to buy a carton of milk from the lobby station and it was past its expiration date. Otherwise it was good enough.

I loved the easy checkin process. Finding my room was also easy. No one has bothered me and people have been friendly.

breakfast was adequate, serving staff were nice asked at check in if we could move room as we were on the second floor with big air conditioning units outside the window, we have stayed in these rooms before and asked to be moved as there is intermittent loud noise from these and i am a light sleeper. Reception said rooms were fully booked, however they weren't, at the point we were checking in as some colleagues checked in after us and were given rooms on floor 5. We also watched other people checking into rooms which were obviously not allocated. We were staying for 4 nights.. We asked if we were given this room because we had booked through booking .com, he said no, but i was not convinced. He was unsympathetic and said there had been no complaints about this issue which I find hard to believe. I could see the hotel was busy, however given that we were staying for 4 nights I felt our request should have been accommodated. The free Wifi was rubbish it kept dropping out.

Thought the rooms were nice but somewhat overpriced. The breakfast was definitely overpriced-most of the time when we stay at the nicer hotels they offer a complimentary breakfast.

The property is in a great area, right by shopping and restaurants. The outside and the lobby were beautiful and they had a nice little restaurant and bar area. However, the room itself was dark and a little dated and had an odd kind of musty smell and a wall unit air conditioner that didn't fit with the rest of the hotel.

It was way over priced for the room which was sub par. The breakfast was good but it was 50.00 for two people. The morning coffee ran out by 9:00 and so did the creamer. Had to wait 15 minutes for more coffee.

Everything was good. Except Hilton kept two bottles of water in my fridge saying”DRINK UP…ENJOY”. The much smaller font said it’s for $5. They have better ways of making money and adding value instead of such trickery. It tainted an otherwise wonderful experience. Hilton should reconsider on what value that label adds to its bottom line. I would have happily paid $5 more instead now I feel like they tricked me.

The hotel sits adjacent to a lovely lake and overlooks Downtown at the Gardens. Both Downtown at the Gardens and the Gardens Mall are within easy walking distance. The staff are friendly and talkative, the grounds, the rooms and even the stairwells are clean and well kept up. Breakfast in the restaurant was delicious;. The only complaint I had was that at 9AM on 09/29, an irate guest started an argument with the front desk staff, it got very heated, and both sides had raised voices. Other guests walking out of the elevators looked shocked and frightened. The front desk staff should have deescalated the situation, but instead they were argumentative and that made the guest even angrier and prolonged the confrontation. Right or wrong, staff mishandled the entire situation, it went on for far too long, and fostered a bad experience for all the other guests as well.
