It had everything I wanted and needed. The staff was super helpful in getting my tablet to access the internet. The room was quiet and clean and well designed. The elevators were very prompt. Breakfast was ok but nothing special - no fresh fruit and only 1 waffle maker.

When I checked in, my room entryway tile floor was sticky and you could see that something had been spilled by the refrigerator. The staff was quick to have someone come to my room and mop. Hotel was quiet and enjoyable. Breakfast staff was great and all the staff was very friendly.

My family very much enjoyed our stay. The hotel itself was quiet,and the construction project on the adjacent property was very entertaining for my 2 year old granddaughter and never was a disturbance to our sleep. Every staff member we encountered was very welcoming and polite. We felt very safe. Enjoyed good breakfasts and were very happy with our room and it's amenities.

There was a wedding that stayed in the lobby until 2:15 am. Loud and obnoxious. Staff wouldn’t do anything to help. Construction is going on right outside lower bedroom windows and started at 7. No sleep to say the least. At least I was given the money back for the other nights I had reserved. Just wasn’t a very good place to stay.

We use this property as our home base when visiting family. The hotel has consistently provided a safe, clean and accommodating environment for the past 12 years or more. Great place to call "home" away from home!!

This inn is the top of the line. Good is good, the front desk people are friendly, hotel is super clean. Overall this hotel is a five stars hotel.lwhen you get in the room the guest name is on the tv screen as a welcoming gesture.

We were there for a family funeral. Stayed three nights. WiFi did not work at all. The people in the room next to us kept us up all night, we could hear them talking and there were random loud bangs throughout the night every night. ZERO water pressure. Room was clean, staff was very friendly and helpful. Waffles tasted like soap on our last day there. Had to go eat elsewhere. Construction next property over started at 7am on saturday morning.

This hotel offers a quaint, relaxing atmosphere. The pool area is secluded with lots of greenery. The rooms are spacious. The breakfast area is clean and well maintained but could offer more options. In general, I really enjoyed my stay and would not hesitate to return.

Good stay, clean with no major issues. Just be aware there is major construction directly next door so we heard construction sounds all day starting early morning. The hotel itself was great.

Liked the wonderful breakfasts. The bathroom needs several towel racks added. There was only one hook in it for two people. Not sufficient for two towels. Also liked the grab bar in the shower.

As for the room, I had a King bed and the room felt small - a tight fit for a king bed. Lighting was good and Netflix was available so that was good. The staff was friendly.

Disappointed for the price we paid. Old towels and bathroom. Crunchy feeling bedding from being overly washed. Contacted property letting them know our refrigerator did not work and things could have been better. They were unwilling to compensate. Oh well better places to stay. Try air BNB you will be much happier then this run down hotel.

Breakfast was well organized, clean, healthy choices, bed was comfortable, pillows were garbage so bring your own, clean large room, quiet except they allow animals and there was a barking dog across the room from us for 3 days. Plenty of parking. Close drive to shopping and food. Would stay here again.

At checkin I was told pet fee was 25 dollars. At checkout I was hit with 85 dollars. I called Hampton customer service and I gave them the hotel location and they confirmed it was $25. Then I was placed on hold. The rep came back and corroborated the $85. Why wasn’t the pet fee clearly stated upfront? I give the staff at this property an “F” for failure to clearly communicate pet prices upfront.

The hotel is in a safe, beautiful area located across the street from a very high end mall. Parking is ample and free. Staff is friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and very comfortable. I enjoyed my stay.

I didn't stay there. We paid for my daughter to stay there for a night to be close to her work the next morning and to save her from driving back and forth from Port St Lucie. She had come back to FL from PA with the flu. I didn't want her driving back home. Plan was to be close to work the next day, but she was too sick to even work. She reported that the hotel was comfortable and clean. Thank you for accommodating her in a last minute situation Nothing

I have stayed in Hampton in numerous times and even used them at another location for a huge family event. When we arrived at this room there was a horrible chemical smell. I mentioned it to the front desk and their attitude was that I could leave if I wanted. No sympathy no effort to change room. Management was not available until Monday. Frankly, just rudeness. We were in the area for a wedding and had very little time to get to the out of town activity that evening. I cranked up the A/c to see if that would help. When we arrived back, the smell was worse--with a trace of cigerette smell. It's almost as if the chemicals were in the room to mask the smell. I again went to the front desk to encounter the same uncaring clerk. I called booking.com who was sympathetic but also couldn't reach managemen. The next morning I awoke with an awful sinus headache. A new very sweet older woman was at the front desk who was very sympathetic but could not do much without management. However, she did give me claritin/ benedryl which helped. We had a busy day to get ready for the wedding so I just dealt with it with the benefit of meds which I don't usually take. My family , who is less sensitive to me also were upset about the smell. Out of curiosity, I went into another room that was being cleaned and did not experience this odor. I later learned that our type of room was. not available but other rooms were. A very easy solution would have been to put us in two separate rooms. (there were four of us, two adults, two kids). but again, nothing could be done without management. We were so happy to get out of that room on Sunday.

Overall stay was good, bed mattress could use an upgrade, it wasn’t comfortable.

I made a reservation online and the website said there were rooms available. I came in for a late chekc in aroind midnight and they said my reservation waa cancelled because they were all booked. I asked for some guidance aroind the area since I am not from there but she ignored me and did not belp.

I am always honest. The hotel has some awful construction going on next-door to it. It's by the pool and our room faced it. Noisey and dirty. Also, the venalation in the rooms due to old AC units is terrible. All night we smelled cigarette smoke and people smoking other "stuff." Very disappointed. Good news, the front desk staff was so friendly when we checked in.

When i attempted to use the tv it would not connect to any stations so i went to the front desk asking for help and was told I had to start unplugging the tv and plugging it back in as if i was employed by the hotel. I tired what was told to me and it didn't work so now im becoming a tv repair person by unplugging the cable box and anything else that is attached to the tv. I got it working after all of this. Then i went to use the toilet and it was installed making you lean forward so to support yourself you had to place your elbows on your knees. The tub had a porcelain repair that looks like it was done by somebody that had no idea what they were doing. Taking a shower and the water doesn't drain very well and (stuff) is coming up from past users and you are standing in it so you can finish your shower. The wash cloths were not within view and stashed in a cubby towards the back making you go hunting for them. Lastly the toilet seat was loose and to reach the paper you have to turn around while sitting and the seat moves with you making you off balance. I also did not receive maid service during my stay so once again I'm standing in filthy water from others and myself for each shower. If this bathroom is like this, it makes me wonder what is lying within the carpet and the bed that isn't being addressed.

The hotel is ok. There is a reason why the price is low. There is nothing unique and exciting that would warrant a return. The room is ok but clearly needs renovation. The breakfast is ok but nothing to brag about. Rooms are cleaned every other day. At the end of the day, you get what you pay for.

I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of this hotel. I rented a king suite, which was spacious and had a very comfortable bed. The area felt very safe, parking was plentiful, and every staff member I had contact with was pleasant and seemed to enjoy working at this hotel. I will stay there again the next time I am in the area.

I Liked the water feature in the back of the building, and the well established Hibiscus trees.

Nice, well run hotel. Good rooms, good breakfast. Too bad they do not do housekeeping on a daily basis.

Great stay for overnight! Staff was awesome and attentive! Breakfast was delicious! Room was clean and spacious! Parking was plentiful. We loved the out door area between the food and the pool. Very relaxing.

Didn't like the outdated furniture in the rooms. The coach and the rugs were horrible. There's rooms smelled like mold. There's wears a musty smell in the air . They need safes in the rooms as well. Lastly, please add new pillows. Apart from that it's a nice place .

Reception staff helped us get a room for our entire stay even though we had two bookings with different room types. Property is quiet and maintained well. The age of the property is the only negative for this hotel. Parking is easy and free. Highly recommend this hotel for families.

The lady that checked me in was amazing. Mally at breakfast really deserves a raise. She was working super hard. Also Hilton needs to provide her with more help.

We liked the cleanliness, staff, and location. Toilet didn't work at first but was repaired quickly.

Overall great stay. Minor complaint was my room was on the the 4th floor and the picture window looking out to the pool and landscaping was filthy and reduced the ambiance.

I liked the location, breakfast was good, nice on-site workout room, staff were on the friendly side. I did not care for the broken AC unit that was not addressed despite multiple discussions with the front desk about it. Or the lack of follow-up on their part regarding the AC unit.

The beds need new mattresses. Very hard and grooves showing wear. Price not worth it. To expensive and poor quality beds.

Food options were limited. Hotel needs major updating for the price. Bed wasn't clean. Found multiple hairs in the bed.

Very clean, excelent staff, wide variety for breakfast.

The breakfast was good and the room was very comfortable but there was a really dirty wall and refrigerator was not working. We asked for a refrigerator replacement and they said cant be replaced.

This Hotel did not disappoint. The reception staff is friendly and easy to work with. Hotel is very clean and the bed is very comfy. My only dislike was, I had a NO facing room which was a little dark vs. the SO facing rooms. Some may prefer the darker more quiet rooms. :)

They all made me feel at home & I will definitely be back.

Unfortunately, my stay was disappointing. There was a constant, loud noise in my room that made it very difficult to relax or get any sleep. I brought the issue to management’s attention, but they showed little concern and didn’t make any effort to resolve the problem or accommodate me in any way. I expected better customer service and care. I would not stay here again based on this experience.

The location of the hotel is just off the I-95 Highway, and south of PGA Bvld - close, but yet far away enough to be away from the traffic and noise. The staff we interacted with were all wonderful, friendly and efficient. The accommodation was nice and the bed was super cozy. The hotel offers a great breakfast with different hot food choices every day. Onsite parking is easy (included), and there's a swimming pool, small gym, tuck shop, etc. The room has a small fridge, microwave and coffee machine. All good!
