Near highway. Inexpensive.

Great one night stay for convention - always love Embassy Suites. Bed was a little stiff, but good comfort in room.

We really enjoyed our trip. The room was very nice and clean. The staff were friendly and very professional. The breakfast had a nice selection and the chef prepared omelets and pancakes were delicious. Our room was very cool and much appreciated with the Florida heat.

The lobby and rooms were pleasant, but the towels and wash cloths weren't clean. The breakfast area was too small to accommodate the amount of people staying at the hotel. There's one waffle maker and one coffee pot each for regular and decaf, so there were over 30-minute wait times for these items. Instead of having a small shop where you had to grab an item and pay at reception, they could put those few items behind the reception counter like other locations and use that store space to set up the breakfast buffet properly. Running back and forth from the omelet station to get clean plates, bacon, and sausage to the station where they had eggs and potatoes was crazy as your food was getting cold going back and forth. Other than the breakfast fiasco and the dirty stuff, it wasn't too bad for the price. It's just for this Embassy to be so big and beautiful, we had high expectations, as we only stay at Embassy.

The only suggestion I have is to allow guests the option to pay with cash at the end of their stay. Currently, the property only accepts credit or debit cards for payment. Since we were traveling for three weeks, the amenities hold placed on the card could take 3–7 business days to be released, which may be inconvenient for some travelers. Having a cash payment option available would be very helpful.

Excellent breakfast

Breakfast was great good cook think his name was Gary.
- 5/5
Breakfast was amazing, rooms are spacious, and the hot tub was actually hot. 10 out of 10 recommend.
- 5/5
Breakfast and the happy hour were better than most hotels. Hot tub was not hot, lukewarm at best. Only complaint. Maybe an issue that needs to be resolved or is already. Things break sometimes and maybe we were just unlucky with the timing. Everything else was great.
- 5/5
The hotel was great!!! All employees were wonderful. The one problem was the room bathrooms barely fit 1 person, tiny is an understatement.
- 2/5
We have stayed there a number of times and always have had a good stay, beautiful lobby, and good breakfast. Unfortunately, we were in room 414, and the bathroom door stuck badly. When I reported it to the young man at the desk upon check out, I got the impression he didn't care and just wanted me to leave.. Also, before I checked out the last day, I was in the room in the bathroom when one of you staff walked in our room without knocking. I could understand that if I had already checked out, but I hadn't. It was very embarrassing.

Breakfast was fantastic! Made to order omelets and homemade pancakes on Sunday! Chef Kenny was amazing! Clean spacious room! Nice pool and hottub! The evening reception with snacks and two drinks was awesome! Kudos to Eddie! Great drinks!

Our king bed was cancelled last minute and we were kept in a double queen layout. We paid extra for the allergy friendly room too and didn’t end up getting that either. They refunded us for all the downgrades but

Convenient location with a nice breakfast included and suite A bit run down outside of the room itself. No hand soap or ironing board which we had to request and took some time. But the room itself was very spacious and great to have a big couch and separate living room.

The room had some issues with the outlets on one side of the bed and the bathroom could have used some cleaning. But the room was spacious and the bed comfortable. The breakfast was excellent with fresh to order breakfast.
- 5/5
Great value, quality stay.
- 5/5
Check-in was swift, and our room was of high quality compared to many other rooms I have experienced. The price was reasonable for the amenities provided. My only complaint was that breakfast was missing certain items during peak hours, and some staff members were simply standing around. This could have been improved. Overall, I would definitely recommend this establishment.

I needed two queen beds and a sofa bed to accomodate my party of 5. They were sold sold out and only had a King size bed with a soda bed. I didnt receive a courtesy call prior to my arrival to explain the situation. We worked around the situation and decided to take the King bed with the sofa. Upon opening the sofa bed, there were dog hairs everywhere. Tried calling room service but none of the phone in the room worked. I had to call the main number from my cell phone. The fitted sheets were full of dog prints...disgusting. Toilet was clogged up. The next morning we decided to have breakfast onsite. There was food spilled on the floor. Tables and tables with dirty plates.15 minutes to get a waffle because they only have one waffle machine. Just a hot mess.

Booked a room for 6… got a room for 4…. Girl at desk was like you can find another hotel… it was late after a long drive… we squeezed in but awful night sleep… they blamed Expedia… but that didn’t help me at 9:00 after a 13hr drive.

Clean room. Staff was indifferent.
- 4/5
We chose to stay here the night before departing on our cruise out of Fort Lauderdale, and it was the perfect start to our trip! We really appreciated being tucked away from the typical hustle and bustle. The room was spotless, incredibly spacious, and very comfortable. A major highlight was enjoying breakfast right in our room before heading to the port. Highly recommend!
- 4/5
The hotel was fine, breakfast and happy hour were great. The gym was basic and the treadmills faced away from the tv screens which was odd. The rooms were clean, but some of the lobby/communal areas were dirty, in particular the carpeted staircase in the lobby going to the second floor, and also the staircase going to the third floor.

Very comfortable spacious room and great staff. Cooked to order breakfast was a real plus.

The room was clean, beautiful, and spacious. Staff was excellent. Shout out to Mr. Eddy the bartender for making our stay extra special. Such a kind person and makes the best drinks. The elevators malfunctioning was the only down side would come bad again.
- 1/5
Staff were unfriendly and unhelpful! TV didn’t work even though we reported it twice. One day with no electricity and another day with no hot water. Plus the hot tube was out of order. Lastly the WiFi and broadband were weak and intermittent making it difficult to have business calls.

Frequent traveler, had stayed at this facility over 25 times over the last 2 decades. Location is great with lots of eating/shopping options in area and easy access for travel. Staff that tries hard but are seriously over extended. 1.Run-down facility with serious reduction in staff affecting cleanliness, both in rooms and at restaurant. 2.Over flowing garbage cans at entrance. 3. Wet floors in first floor (in front elevator from restaurant/pool area), creating extremely haphazard conditions (short staffed). 4.Decreased food selection for breakfast, that often runs out. Not enough plates/cups/ utensils, as dirty plates piled up clearly visible. 5.Excessive parking fees, used to be no charge. Currently charging $25 daily, more than double what others hotels in area charge. For reference, Marriott 1 block over is $12. While we have seen some negative changes over the years, we always had fun memories and returned. Sadly this is the end of an era, as we will not return to Embassy Suite at PGA Blvd. In fact, currently staying at a different hotel. There are better options for the price.

It was fine
- 3/5
The staff issues were quantity (not enough) and quality (transactional responses, bordering on being irritated, definitely not hospitable). The hotel’s restaurant had a somewhat limited menu and the quality was average. The restaurant space was freezing with staff saying there is nothing they could do. They make people pay for drinking water. It would be nice, like many other hotels, if they’d offer complimentary water in the room, at least upon arrival.
- 5/5
Immaculately clean everywhere. Lobby is gorgeous with a very modern/high end look, so are the rooms. And the complimentary full breakfast is amazing. I'm talking waffles, french toasts, omelets that you can order to be made right there, the list goes on. Perfect for families with kids. Highly recommend!

Recently refurbished. A definite improvement over the older style Embassy Suites.

Nice lobby and room Had to go down to lobby to get blankets because they didn't have overnight housekeeping. The room was cool when going to bed but got hot in the middle of the night. Shower curtain kept falling down while Showering.
- 3/5
The property is lovely. However, it’s difficult to know how/where to park. The sign says “visitor only” but there’s also a car rental business on site. I had to call the hotel from the garage to ask about parking. I found out, from a rather terse employee, that self-parking (which it turns out I was doing and there is no valet) costs $26. I had to walk my bags down a ramp, check in, and return with a piece of paper for my dashboard. All alone at night. For an extra $26. We’ve been staying at this hotel on and off for over 25 years. The off switch is now permanent. When I asked to speak to a manager in the morning, the lovely woman at the desk explained she was all alone. Someone else needed assistance from a manager, too. It’s unprofessional to leave guests without an option to speak to someone, as well as to leave employees in the position of having no recourse to address guests’ inevitable issues.

Everything!!!! Personnel, food, room, pool, everything was spectacular! Not a thing
- 4.5/5
$25 per night parking fee not mentioned at any time.
- 5/5
Everything plus the staff. We stayed first night to catch an early cruise and they reserved the same for return for a couple more nights. The free bar drinks were amazing. Made our 40th anniversary perfect. Beautiful and most of all clean!!!
- 5/5
It is beautiful! The staff is very friendly. The amenities are top notch! The breakfast is fancy! I wish the entrance was easier to access . However, it is nice that it is tucked away from a busier area. I also wish there was no parking fees. We parked in the parking lot and it was never full and I believe there was a $20/day parking fee.
- 5/5
Very clean, friendly staff and great experience. Breakfast was very good as well.
- 3/5
Customer service left a lot to be desired. Both days we asked for extra towels and the first day it came after asking everyone three times and getting stuck in the elevator. The second time it never came. This left a bad image with us. Overall clean place, nice and bright. Plenty of parking. Publix right across the street. Close to the highway. In a very safe neighborhood.
- 5/5
clean, staff, and breakfast all good.
- 4/5
Overall a pleasant stay but I have seen a lot of hotels where the wear and tear is showing more and more.
- 4/5
Room was good bathroom a little outdated
- 5/5
Staff was so welcoming and friendly!!
- 3/5
The lobby was very nice. My room was nice the only thing I did not like was it had a lot of black ants in it and my bathroom was dirty . It was hair in the tub and the floor was nasty .!upon checking out did mention it to the guy at the front desk he seem very uninterested and he said he would let the manager know.
- 4/5
Great bathroom and shower
- 3/5
The property was clean, but dated.
- 5/5
The breakfast was Wonderfully made by the Chef. Although, I realized they were lack of staff, they did an amazing job.
- 4/5
yes the room was spotless
- 5/5
Rooms were amazing and clean. Breakfast was a great bonus. Maybe an extra waffle maker or move it so the line doesnt block bread/toaster muffins. I think embassy suites is my new favorite hotel!
- 5/5
The hotel is in a really nice location, the rooms were clean, the lobby is so beautiful and the staff is really friendly. Breakfast is the best. Overall my kids and I had really great time there. Will definitely book here again.
- 1.5/5
Location, pool Breakfast buffet a disaster, bedding on sofa bed not changed, rollaway in terrible condition
- 3/5
Breakfast was delicious due to the omlet bar but only one person working their tail off to get everything refilled that was constantly running out. Coffee, coffee cups, napkins, food were constantly we're empty due to the flow of people and this one lone worker. Very sad.
- 4/5
Front desk put us on top floor and away from elevators and ice machine
- 5/5
The amenities offered here were great, which included a great complimentary breakfast.
- 3/5
Room only comes with 2 towels and 1wash cloth. Laundry facilities run down.
- 5/5
Room was clean the staff was great checking in was a breeze
- 5/5
Staff... Eddy is the best bartender. Thanks for a fun trip
- 3/5
Staff was okay. It was a struggle to get new towels or toilet paper… some stains on the bed and sketchy hairs also weird gross stains in bathroom and a piece of random siding in the room in the corner… also the power went out for a few hours and the people working seemed confused about it and asked me how to fix it…
- 5/5
Room met expectations as did the staff! Ther free breakfast was a surprise and quite good.
- 5/5
I enjoyed my stay very much
- 5/5
Loved the room. Did digital check-in. No waiting at front desk for key. Hotel reached out to me prior to check-in to see if I had any needs. Peaceful and quiet.
- 2.5/5
Nice location. Breakfast and outdated hotel overall.
- 2.5/5
Fabulous First room the toilet didn't work. They moved up and the place was 94 degrees finally the third one worked.

Dust was caked up in the filter and the comforter had a brown stain

Location to the event i was attending. Was not able to If sent a complaint to the hotel and hotel company about this. Room Service did not attempt to clean the room until 4pm between days 1 and 2 which is absurd. Thats when i was trying to get ready for dinner. The room did not have hot water on my second day so i had to take a cold shower. The body wash container was empty. Just a huge lack of service and the gm of the hotel was only willing to credit points worth approx 60% of ONE night’s cost. I am very upset about this experience
- 5/5
Everything was good ? Breakfast was amazing the staff was fantastic ❤️❤️❤️ N/N
- 4/5
The room was clean, modern and overall felt comfortable. The only downfall I noticed on our final day of stay is it appeared to be a mold spot in the top left corner of the ceiling in the closet. However, I would definitely recommend staying here and would stay here again.
- 4/5
The property was beautiful and in a location that was close to exactly what we wanted to do. Housekeeping did not clean our room and it took several attempts to get to fresh sheets, towel, towels, pillows, etc. That was the only inconvenient part of our trip.
- 5/5
Fresh clean
- 4/5
Room was clean
- 3/5
There was a Q-tip in my room behind the waste paper basket in the bathroom on arrival, which never got spotted or removed during our stay. Rectangular shower but a using a curved syhsdrtf Carpet in room needs a deep clean. It was causng sinus
- 2/5
Room cleanliness was a big issue.
- 3/5
The room was not the best. The carpet was dirty and stained, and the bed was hard. Everything else was alright. I expected a little more cleanliness and a comfy bed because this is an expensive hotel but it’s a hotel nonetheless.
- 5/5
Awesome room to sleep after a hard day/night work. To wake up to an amazing breakfast was great. The cook was funny and intertaining.
- 5/5
Awesome
- 4/5
Not cleaning the room every day.
- 5/5
Everything from friendly and helpful staff to room temperature was outstanding. .
- 1/5
Arrived late and was bumped to another hotel .i checked out and returned to Embassy Suites the daxt day and had to wait until 3 pm . I returned at 10 pm and the room was still not ready . After a shouting match between myself and a rude unapologetic receptionist . I was finally allowed a room which i had booked and paid in advance for . I do not recommend this hotel . The staff is unfriendly and rude . The environment at night is dark and feels unsafe .
- 3/5
System was down. Long wait go check in. Had to be walked ho my room by a manager. This was after 10:30pm after a long day of work and travel. Honor member. Provided my info yet still charged for water. Parking fee was never discussed but assessed.

Great service!
- 4/5
Shower pressure bad. Good happy hour and breakfast
- 3/5

Good breakfast however the carpet in the hotel has a weird smell. People in the front desk are not very nice
- 4/5
Nuce breakfast.
- 4/5
There was loud banging above us, and we hear voices coming through the bathroom air vent.
- 3/5
Take away the fact that guess at the hotel have to pay for park, even though they already paid to stay at the hotel. I just think that’s not fair.
- 5/5
Enjoyed my stay greatly. Rooms were clean and spacious. Staff was informative and kind. Parking available at a reasonable rate.
- 5/5
Yes
- 5/5
it was excellent.
- 5/5
ROOM WAS SPOTLESS, BREAKFAST WAS THE BEST
- 5/5
Cleanliness and spa feeling
- 4/5
Only criticism - guests are charged $25 a day for parking. That's really nickle and diming the guests, I think.
- 5/5
great hotel and amenities
- 5/5
Hot tub, pool, free breakfast, 2 complimentary happy hour drinks at the hotel bar, comfy beds, pulix and restaurants across the street, and free parking! Checks off all of my boxes!
- 5/5
Checking was seamless, staff friendly. Breakfast was excellent with competent staff. Checkout was fast and painless.
- 5/5
I love the property
- 5/5
Has a very nice pool nice hot tub. The free breakfast is decent with a omelette station I really enjoyed it
- 5/5
Nice hotel and kind staff.
- 2/5
The room was partially clean. My wife and I actually went to Walmart and bought some cleaning supplies. The bathroom door had to be forcibly shut. I had to shut it for my wife every time because she could not. The towel hook behind the door fell off and hit me on the arm. I was very disappointed with my stay. I am a huge fan of the Embassy suites and the Hilton brand as a whole. It may be time to look for another hotel for my travels.
- 5/5
Awesome room, friendly staff easy chexk in!!!

The front desk personnel could not find my reservation although I had a confirmation number from Expedia and my card was charged for the room I booked. After 15 min of looking in their system the desk attendant says oh I see what happened you were booked a room that is not available that is why I could not find you. They had another room available the hotel put us in which was only one king bed and not a room with 2 double beds. I had already paid so this room I was stuck with since it was the middle of the night like 1am my friend and I don’t know the area we were going on a cruise the next day and we were bone tired from traveling all day. How can it be allowed for a third party like Expedia confirm rooms that are not available. The embassy suites should have some responsibility in not allowing bookings that are unavailable. Had I known a room was not available I would have made different travel plans. I spoke with the front desk and a manager on the poor treatment and they did not care at all. If no rooms had been available I would have had no where to stay even though the money for the room I booked and already been taken out of my account. I have never been treated so poorly especially prepaying for a room and being far away from home.

Room & Staff & Breakfast

I was not aware of the $25 parking fee. I have stayed at Embassy Suites many times and never been charged a parking fee before. Both people at the front desk who checked me in never mentioned it.

Great
- 4/5
Had musty smells in hallways and bed was uncomfortable
- 3/5
Air conditioning in the first room didn't work. They gave us a new room right away but we had already unpacked everything which made it very annoying to move to the new room. The new room felt damp the entire time. I tried to grab a beer from the bar before it closed but finally gave up as the bartender kept running off. The hotel just didn't feel clean in general. I've had great stays at these hotels before, just not with this location.
- 5/5
Always move to come back every year.
- 5/5
Great option
- 4/5
Great place to stay. The hotel needs more help in the kitchen and omelet station. The TV's at the bar were not working. Need friendlier attitudes by the employees. Hire mire people.
- 5/5
Its near nice restaurant beaches and emergency care all walking distance just incase u dont have a car but if u do have a car deff more to enjoy

Property was great with lots of offerings. We enjoyed the pool, happy hour and complimentary breakfast. I would stay here again when I return back to West Palm.

From check in to check out the process is seamless. The rooms are large and having the extra room for a living space is a more desirable option than I first imagined. The hot tub is hot and the sun shines in the pool area all day. Office amenities were extensive and the modern, open, quiet and clean hotel is definitely with the stay at an amazing price for the package. Would definitely stay again without hesitation

My only issue was the ice maker on 4th floor wasn’t working. I had to keep on heading to 2nd floor for ice. Other than that,

Tv in bedroom did not work and we were told It was a mechanical issue and couldn’t be taken care of that time. Breakfast was good, but they ran out of things. Would appreciate some compensation for these issues.

Wonderful, definitely going back

Full breakfast was very nice and fully stocked.

This hotel is an embarrassment to the Hilton chain.
- 1/5
There was a bedbug that welcomed us on the way in and we had to leave our stay early.

Not goo

Fast access to water park and other restaurants

We checked in around 1 AM with our 3-month-old baby and 8-year-old son, hoping to get some rest. Around 3 AM, water started leaking into our bathroom from the room above, flooding the floor. We were moved to another room, but it was dirty and clearly not cleaned for guests. It was stressful, unsanitary, and unacceptable—especially traveling with children in the middle of the night

The location is perfectly located on interstate 95.

Katelynn was amazing she made check in superb. The room was great and spacious. The only problem was the wet carpet out of no where between the bedroom door and the living room. The room temperature cool, and the tech was up to date. Definitely booking every time I’m in town. The breakfast was great. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Enjoyed our stay
- 5/5
Great staff, great location. Close to everything!

The facility is beautiful and very clean. The staff is friendly and the food is great. Room was comfortable. Will definitely stay there again. Only issue was the parking charges. $25.00 a day that caught me by surprise.

Great
- 3/5
2 restaurants in the hotel, had to change rooms because of bugs and very noisy at night as the hotel is a square built around a tiny casino so all the noise travels up.
- 3/5
Good breakfast menu and service. Poor housekeeping.
- 5/5
Quick and easy check-in. Room was very nice and comfortable. I was only in town for a doctor’s appointment for my child so we only stayed one evening much to the dislike of my kiddo!

We had a great experience at Embassy Suites in Palm Beach Gardens. Everyone was very friendly and welcoming. The staff were wonderful. I would highly recommend you stay there.
- 5/5
We had an amazing time there. Everyone was super nice. Front desk was always super pleasant.
- 3/5
Our room wasnt serviced one of the days of our stay, even though I notified the front desk at 3:15pm when we left for evening. When we returned, I called the front desk to notify them that our room still wasnt cleaned. They put me on hold and then disconnected me. When I tried calling back, they didn't answer nor did Housekeeping.

Staff was friendly and efficient. One female bartender was not friendly and accommodating but the male one was great

Check in was good room seemed updated but toilet seat was so loose literally about to fall off. Kenny on omelettes is a staple, girl working breakfast area was trying her best and doing great she needs help.
- 5/5
We enjoyed our stay- the room was very nice, breakfast was good and the pool was great (nice that it was open past sunset- love night swimming)

I love the hotel , smell so nice, maybe the checkout time can be little late or just the option for half day, but overall I love the hotel
- 1/5
The property is so beautiful. Once we got to the room everything was wrong! The property has toe nails and fake eyelash clusters by the pillows in the bed the fridge didn’t work we waited 30 minutes for access to the room because the key card didn’t work after waiting 45 minutes to find someone to check us in. It was dirty! The final straw was pulling the sheets back and finding a big yellow stain. Just stay away!
- 3/5
Cons: only 6 luggage carts for the entire hotel?! Hallways need daily vacuuming. Parking fee of $25/day excessive! Windows inside beautiful atrium need cleaning; cobwebs everywhere. Hats off: to the omelet station chef!!!! Value for the money: ok but ….

I loved the breakfast that was included with the stay. The room was very nice and clean.
- 5/5
The front desk area a living art with waterfall bridge and a very open but covered space that can get you dreaming. The rooms are huge with various amenities to definitely find yourself at home in door dining the covered parking the staff, its a redo

Overall our stay was great. Hotel staff was helpful and breakfast was excellent! We were in for a baseball tournament and the location was convenient with plenty of restaurants nearby. The newly renovated room was very spacious. The laundry facility could be a bit larger for the size of the hotel. It was just two washers and two dryers but one washer was out of service unfortunately. We were able to make it work.

The housekeeper, Larose, was a sweetheart and very accommodating. Our room was nice and clean, but it had a musty smell. We will not stay at this property again.

We had the 2 bedroom room, we loved our room for our family of 7, plenty of room for us all. Location is close to Phil Foster Park, where we were there to visit. Great breakfast available. My only complaint is that maybe they were understaffed, many dirty tables that weren’t cleaned off for people to sit at, not consistent with refreshing food, and there were gnats in the cover where the muffins were. This is from 2 consecutive days of my observation.

Omelette bar was good
- 5/5
👍👍✅ very good

They should add an additional waffle maker to reduce the breakfast line as it’s a DIY scenario. They should also ensure doggie bags are readily available outside as it is a pet friendly hotel.

Convenient

I booked a two bedroom suite but got a one bedroom. They said the living room and the bedroom were consider a two bedroom. They move me and was trying to charge me to move.

Rug in room was not very clean or well vacuumed. I was allergic to something in the shower. Made me sneeze repeatedly everytime I showered. Light was burned out in the area outside bathroom by closet door.

Amazing place to stay

The atrium was beautiful; looked like a rainforest with the waterfall, all the plants, and the bridge. Gym had a pelaton. The elevators were pretty to stare at. I loved the jacuzzi because the bubbles were strong and relaxing. Breakfast was great and included and the coffee was delicious!
- 4/5
Just unfortunate have to pay an additional 25$ a night for parking besides that nice and clean hotel
- 5/5
Rooms were nice & clean. Breakfast was good. Lobby/dining area could use a little updating but overall nice & would stay again.
- 1/5
The house keeping was horrible. I saw a roach and a lot of food crumbs.
- 2/5
When we got to our room - we found it to be a 1 bedroom with 1 bathroom for 7 people! When we asked the hotel management they said that the room we booked was oversold!!!! Embassy Suites overselling rooms? Then management said it was Hotels.com that was charging rooms that are not actually available. Embassy Suites at the time refused to refund the overpayment for the tiny 1 bedroom. Currently waiting to see how Embassy Suites and Hotels.com will make this right.

Beautiful lobby, but carpet needs replaced.

Super clean

Upon arrival we were greeted and checked in but the system was “ down “ and we couldn’t receive room keys… The front desk offered to walk us up and let us in our room until key cards could be issued. The trouble was the elevators; poorly maintained, faulty and very old. The doors would not close and the entry/ exit process was extremely slow! A group of us waited nearly 10 minutes for the two elevators to make their way up and down…. Disconcerting to say the least. Our room, however, was nicely renovated and a beautiful corner unit. The sheets were our only qualm here. They were extraordinarily THIN; almost threadbare where we could see the print on the mattress through them.

Great location! Older building but very well kept. Friendly staff, happy hour specials, and delicious breakfast! I will stay again.
- 3/5
The hotel looks nice for sure. The room was a great size and looked really nice too. The breakfast buffet could be better with their main theme on egg omelets. Upstairs on the 2nd fl. The chairs had crumbs and/or dirt on them. The staff needs to work more on their diligence. 1st off. When checking in. In which my stay was the 10th - 17th. The gentleman I spoke with ask me if I have any guest and if I have a car. I stated yes because my company with me at the time drove me there and parked in the lot. The concierge didnt explain to me anything about overnight parking. I also did not like how he just bluntly stated "Enter your card for $150 in case of incidentals." I figure that is a policy that should be explained rather than just told. The bar tender guy, literally took around 10 minutes to charge my card when I gave it to him. I didn't take a single sip, and I watched him wondering what is the hold up. A few days later I went back to the bar, it was him again and again it took him a while to charge my card. This time it took around 5 minutes. I assumed he was a new employee. I Checked out on the 17th. I gave the employee my room card and tell him Im checking him. He says " Your good bro". About an hour later. I have a funny feeling. I checked my bank statement. Im charged approximately $250 - $300 from the hotel on the 16th. I called to inquire, the lady I spoke with stated that I was still checked in in their system and will fix it. I requested a receipt via email that n

We checked in and our type of room reserved (2 double beds) was sold out. We were given a king and had to request a pull out bed and thankfully not charged for it. The hotel was understaffed.

Beautiful room, beautiful hotel the only thing I noticed is the bathroom needed to be cleaned a bit better. Hair on the sealing and small spots of mold in the grout line.
