Room felt damp, even wet, all the time. Something definitely wrong there. Was not provided enough bath towels. front desk staff was not the friendliest when checking in nor helpful when checking out.

My stay at the Doubletree was amazing from the front desk. Receptionist ocean was very exceptional. She made sure to check me in and to get everything ready for me in my room. My room was very well cleaned didn’t have any problems and I enjoyed my balcony view. The breakfast was amazing as well. I will definitely come back and stay here 10 out of 10.

Property was well kept, easy check in, friendly staff, good parking, security. Only thing was we were freezing and did not have any heavy bedding. Bed was comfy but cold all night. Other hotels have blankets in the closet. Also, the desk had no notepad. We usually jot things down so we don’t forget things behind and line to leave a thank you note to the house keeping staff. No pen. And no bible.

I recommend having breakfast at the hotel. The food was delicious, the place was clean, the hospitality and service were excellent, and best of all, the price was reasonable. I had a bad experience at an IHOP restaurant the day before, but everything was better at this hotel. Thanks for the wonderful service. I will definitely back soon 😍

Nothing bad to say about this hotel. It’s great. Next time, I would select a room not facing the roadway. Too many motorcycles and automobiles with modified exhausts keeping me up at night. Not the hotels fault.

Hotel wasn't the best in condition. Balcony room was a bit smaller then expected. The buffet was over priced for limited food and not any options for vegetarians. No coffee shops on premises. Very outdated

The staff was welcoming when I arrived. The room was clean and well maintained. I slept like a baby in my King size bed. The TV had a variety of channels. I definitely recommend DoubleTree Palm Beach Gardens if you are staying in the area.

The pool area was nice. It seemed like they put a lot of money in the front desk and the dinning area. The room seemed outdated to me. Popcorn ceiling, old metal access doors in hallways, old frames on doors. I did not like that you had to pay for breakfast. The staff was helpful, pool area was nice, fitness room was pretty small. The main thing for me was the room which seemed outdated but everything else was nice. And no exhaust fan in bathroom which one person can ruin the smell really quickly for hours without that.

Given the price of a one-night stay, breakfast is not included and would be greatly appreciated. Additionally, I was told that the shuttle driver "decides" whether or not to transport you to the airport. Given the hotel's standing and caliber, it would be beneficial for visitors to have this choice, particularly if they have already had to pay for several Lyfts or Ubers during their trip.

We found a large cockroach in our room, they did switch our room for us.

Breakfast: Sausage was cold every day. Baccon, okay... coffee good but juice ( orange " cranberry") is trash. Eggs are okay- They recycle the food- Don't expect 'FRESH" but it fills the belly.

Nice hotel close to everything

The place is good but, and I know this is odd, but there was no exhaust fan in the bathroom and the bathroom counter was so low that even someone who’s 5’6 had to bend all the way down to wash up. Other than that, it’s a nice location and the bedroom was nice as well

One thing that really stood out was the gluten free cookie. That was such a great touch and highly appreciated! Also, I have to give a shoutout to Patti the bartender. She was so sweet and just wonderful to chat with after a long day. Overall, it is a great spot with a really excellent team. I would definitely stay here again.

I stayed at this hotel for a few days and I was pleased. The room was clean, the beds were comfortable, friendly staff, adequate parking and very quiet. I plan on staying there again for a quiet night out.

2. We're new to E-tips. There should be some instructions. We didn't know sho our housekeeper was. You go down the list and there are multiple names. We didn't know you to tip. I asked at the desk and they said it looks like they lost out.

The hotel room floor was never vacuumed for the 6 days of our stay. Shower never cleaned after repaired made to safety bar, and soap dish hanging off wall. Closet doors were so warped you could not close them. The dust on headboards was two inches thick. Front desk very friendly and helpful. The place is getting old and they are not keeping up with refreshing things.

Per the front desk suggestion- went to the bar to dine in- the bartender named Brian Kotz- greet us with a harsh words and despotic demeanor when I said: we would like to order dinner, his response was in an annoyed tone without even looking us- I’m the only one here and I have only one cook it’s going to take 30 to 45 minutes and walked away. Within an hours of post surgery wearing an eye patch and still feeling the the lingering effects of anesthesia- sat down, having no choice but to put up with the rude, despotic bartender who humiliated us in front of everyone else at the bar. He came to take our orders, i made it simple burger and sprite for drink, he brought me a water with ice, but didn’t complaint- didn’t want no more problems. To our surprise, the food didn’t take long, no one else present was eating they were all just drinking. I mentioned the tasteless drink to the server, who then asked this to the bartender- his response was: bring me more sprites I don’t have any left- which confirms that he knew exactly what he was serving me and simply didn’t care. He treated me and my sister like a second class clients/ guests he couldn’t legally refuse us service- he showed his truest character!

A/C kept turning on and off very loudly every 5 minutes, making it unusable at night. Completely ruined my whole stay. Also, my friend was given a parking pass for free and I was forced to pay $72 to park for a few nights. Lastly, the computer at the bar went down and they would not let us settle our check up but we had an uber on the way and needed to leave. Overall, probably the worst experience I have ever had at a hotel and the AC was the main problem.

Every single person from the front desk, to the house keeping and wait staff were amazing! We especially loved the older gentleman who served us at breakfast! He was one of a kind! Very friendly, funny, and interested in our travels. The manager at the front who graciously allowed a late check out even when the hotel was full. We will definitely come back when visiting family! Great stay!!

The water pressure was low

This hotel was awful and I checked out 2 days prior then my check out date. This hotel pics showed something totally different. I checked out sheets and the mattress cover had pee stains on them and the view was terrible. I will never suggest this hotel.

The shuttle service was excellent if you don't rent a car. All of the staff are excellent from the front desk to the restaurant and bar.

Room was clean and large enough . Bathroom jkind of poor. Extremely small sink/counter space, nothing was updated, the towels were tiny. Didn’t give you bar soap or anything else that wasn’t nailed down. I realized this isn’t 5 star but there are things that can be done for low cost to make the stay more comfortable.

This hotel is a great location! The staff are amazing- welcoming and helpful. As a result of staff team I would give this hotel a 5 but it needs a little more love and care! First of all my my Robert from the restaurant the epitome of servitude the “ambassador” for the hotel- what a gem and he loves his job. Like I can’t wait to see him again! We stayed in a room on the side of Military Trail and Turnpike. The noise level is horrendous! Our room had a single-pane glass sliding door. Every time we entered the room we thought we left the door open, but it was not. Do not stay on the south side of the building. Other than that, our stay was fine.

The hotel was deplorable, dirty, rotten meat containers in the hallway.Looks nothing like the pictures they advertised, additional charges to my card.Rabid raccoon blocking the entrance to building 3. Worst experience I have ever had at a Hilton and I am a rewards member.

We were given an accessible room, which we did not request and the sink was the height of the toilet. We are both fairly talk so, it was not the best situation. The property needs some updating, but was clean and the staff was great.

Coffee maker and magnifying mirror in room both broken. Outdoor whirlpool not functioning. Unpleasant sulphur smell around whirlpool. Restaurant not open for dinner. Dinner only available in bar, not great atmosphere.

I asked for a refund and they said they could not do anything since I booked on hotels.com and that I could talk to the manager the following day. So we were forced to stay and there has to be mold in the for how humid and wet everything was, my daughter had a bad headache every morning and she never gets headaches. The first room we went into room 601. Somebody left the toilet with a big load of crap in it. The room smelled. We went to the Manager and there was no manager on duty and she said they don’t work on the weekends. There’s no housekeeping on the weekends. She switched this to another room room number 542 and that room the heated didn’t work. It was 30° in Jacksonville Florida and we were freezing. They said they maintenance man up two hours later then we go into the bathroom to take a shower and there’s mold black mold all over the shower and then when you turn the shower on the water did not drain went downstairs again there’s no manager here we can help you with. There’s no cleaning service till Monday and she can’t do anything about giving us some money back so if you wanna stay in Palm Gardens, do not stay at this Doubletree it is dirty beyond belief.

This has been my hotel of choice in the Gardens area for years; however, the upkeep or lack thereof has caused the rooms to be completely worn and uncomfortable.

The room was not in good condition. The refrigerator froze everything. There was only 1 coffee pod. The coffee maker still had the pod from the last guest in it. I had to pay for parking and the parking app was not working so I had to go back down to the front desk for that and to have my Hilton Honors linked so that I didn't have to pay for WiFi. The front desk person was amazing in helping me with these 2 issues. She was the best part of the stay. I won't stay there again.

The hotel is very old. Room was spacious and bed was comfortable, but we had to use the heat and the smell of burning "whatever" coming from the vent was really bad. Also, parking is an extra charge which was ridiculous for what we paid for the room. Will not stay there again.

As a guest during the last few days of the year others were disrupting and it was very uncomfortable although staff attempted to compensate with free breakfast, you can never get your rest back. Started off with dirty sheets and changing rooms after midnight. Probably won’t stay here again.

The hotel looked decent online. Our first room was so loud (hotel is next to highway) also very Smokey smell in room, as well as strong pot smell when outside on balcony. Hot tub was also out of order. Pool chairs were disgusting, dirty and stained. I would not even sit on them. Restaurant/bar did not open until 4pm. The only good part of breakfast buffet was the staff. Needless to say I would not recommend. Very disappointed. Hilton’s are usually great.

Check in was smooth and they were able to give me a room early! I had booked another hotel in a “sketchy” area and they told me to come back at 4, so I booked Double Tree and was so grateful. Ocean at the front desk was a pure delight. Thank you double tree. Will be staying here on all future visits to PBI

The first room we checked into smelled of mold- but the staff made it easy to switch rooms. The WiFi didn’t reach out room- which was a bummer. But it was convenient to where we needed to be, and liked that there is a publix right across the street.

I was so unhappy that I checked out a day early and I lost money because I wasn't refunded that money for the day I didnt stay...

The room had a faint smell of marijuana. The water pressure in the shower was terrible. There were stains on the ceiling. The sliding glass door was unlocked and slightly open. It was late and we were tired when we checked in. We did not want to deal with anyone coming in at whatever time to address any issues. We will never stay here again.

Breakfast manager was great . Bartender at bar did not communicate with most customers and was talking with her friends all the time or rearranging the bar.

This hotel is run down, dark and gross! dark dingy lobby and bar - stained carpets and sheets in rooms - chipped and worn wood everywhere.. doors furniture. The breakfast buffet was gross. Hot tub was dirty and broken. Felt scammed by expedia and Hilton! I was embarassed that I booked this hotel. I thought both Hilton and Expedia were safe spaces and trustworthy. I am terribly disapointed!!

The hotel AC wasn’t working in the first room . When I call front desk to report that the person on the phone had no customer service. . She needs a better hospitality training. The person for my check out has better customer service then any of the personal I speak before. Room was no clean shower curtain was dirty for the type of hotel and area I will not recommend.

Room was very clean and the bedding and bed was very comfortable. However, the hotel does need a renovation. Besides that I would stay here again!

I'm sorry to say that my visit was a little bit disappointing both garbage receptacles in my room had garbage in them the soap shampoo and conditioner dispensers in the shower had residue on each bottle respectively they weren't wiped off the middle bed lamp did not have light bulbs and I'm not sure whether it's in the contract or not but when I checked in I was told there's a $15 parking fee I didn't see that in my itinerary although I may have missed it she did however wave it that's all I have thank you

The rooms smelled of mold. The ventilation system needs to be upgraded. It is so stuffy and moldy in those rooms. It is ridiculous. I could not sleep because of the mill-dewey smell. Horrible!!! and I did notify the staff immediately. I switched room seven times. The manager on site was very apologetic and tried to accommodate. I will say that.

Apparently Hilton prefers that you book through themselves rather than Expedia. The front desk said Hilton Honors doesn’t have the same perks through Expedia. For this shanty hotel I said I guess there’s no advantage to book Hilton. I take Expedia over Histon so I’ll book somewhere else next time.

The furniture is old and marked up. The sink in the bathroom barely came to my hips. It must’ve been made for very short people. The shower is old and mildewed and so was the floor. The housekeeping staff did keep things clean but they congregated outside my room before 7am waiting for people to check out. It was very annoying since I didn’t have to be up til late. $15 a night fir self parking is outrageous. You can keep your warm cookies, I won’t stay at a doubletree again.

The receptionist lady who booked me in for my stay was very rude. She made certain slick comments regarding my name and how I look. Extremely unprofessional. I stayed at this location for the weekend. For the amount of money I paid, it wasn’t worth it. The bathroom was old and in dyer need of remodeling. When taking a hot shower there was no ventilation so it got extremely hot in there. The railings and bar soap holders in the bathroom shower were borderline falling off. The coffee machine in the room was dirty. Not to mention the smell of weed downstairs and outside.

It was an easy check in . Room was clean and bed was comfortable the only thing I would say is they need to fix a burnt spot in the carpet and change out the curtains for the balcony cause there was little holes in them. I really appreciate house keeping coming in my room to change out towels and fix up my bed. When I tried to leave a tip the front desk lady said they had a new system so she couldn’t figure out who was the house keeper that came to my room while I was out so it was a bummer that I couldn’t really leave a tip for them. But overall it was a nice stay !

If you check their “about” page you find that they charge this bit it is not apparent at all. Especially on Expedia where they say this is “all you will pay”. So the room should be listed as $15 higher where it is the same price as most of the other hotels in the area. It just puts a bad taste in your mouth when you check in

All the staff were super friendly. The complimentary breakfast was really good. The only thing I didn't like was how warm the pool was. It wasn't very refreshing for hit hott it was outside. I would definitely recommend staying at the doubletree by Hilton

I love this location & I always add breakfast when reserving our room, such a good breakfast buffet & cheaper to add it beforehand! There’s waffles or pancakes, oatmeal, bacon, sausage, cubed breakfast potatoes, scrambled eggs, an assortment of fresh fruits, yogurt, boiled eggs, an assortment of breads (sliced bread, bagels, croissants, pastries) .. they have coffee, water, orange juice, apple juice, white or chocolate milk .. something everyone will enjoy! - I do think it’s absolutely ridiculous that they charge to park now. We’ve been staying here periodically for the last year when we come down to go to the beach. At first, we were not charged for parking.. but by the 4th time we stayed, they started charging $15/night PER CAR! So they charged us an extra $90 to stay at their hotel!! Please make this make sense!! WHY AM I PAYING TO PARK WHERE I’M ALREADY PAYING TO SLEEP?? I doubt I’ll be back because of this. It’s not that good of a hotel to be paying this much!

Very convenient location

We liked the bed, pillows and room! The coffee in the room was good quality! We did not like the $15 fee for parking per night which was done through an app we had to download and the $17 per person breakfast. Majority of the breakfast is ultra processed food. At least they had some fresh fruit! The pool had a sign “no coolers, no personal food, must buy from hotel”. Overall very nice hotel just lots of extra fees, I don’t understand why hotels ask for a parking fee, it should be included in the nightly price and not separate.

Very nice , We arrived late do your flight check in at 1pm the young lady at the counter was very helpful and very polite . We didn’t like our view in our room and young lady at the counter actually change our room to a pool view and it was very nice. We are very happy

The pool area had nice pond leading out and the hot tub was a plus. The room was average what you would expect in a Doubletree. The noise at the pool at night was extreme - I had to call several times after being awakened by kids screaming after pool hours.

I specifically booked this hotel because it advertised a bathtub in an accessible room. I brought bath salts and was counting on that tub to help soothe a medical condition. When I arrived, I discovered the water in my room (116) didn’t work—not even enough to begin filling the tub. I later learned that none of the accessible rooms had properly functioning bathtubs due to outdated plumbing. A maintenance worker confirmed the issue but couldn’t fix it. It was incredibly frustrating, especially as I was already navigating a personal health crisis. While the staff did offer me a refund, I didn’t have the energy to rebook a different hotel, repack, and go through that entire process all over again. This is completely unacceptable. The plumbing in your accessible rooms needs to be fixed immediately. This clearly isn’t a new issue—it feels like neglect. Please do better for your disabled and chronically ill guests. We rely on accessibility features being functional, not just listed.

Enjoyed our stay - a few room issues (no reception on tv and selling sink faucet) were reported after first day but not fixed for second night. They did comp the parking for our inconvience so they made it right.

When I first walked in the establishment there was a blonde hair supervisor I didn’t get her name but she was so rude to me, she didn’t even say hello when I walked up she just stared at me and I had to say something which was “I’m checking in for Cheyenne Durrant” she asked for my id and said she couldn’t check me in because I’m not 21 I’m 20 in which I did and didn’t get since I came to this hotel so many times in my name and got checked in without a problem. She claimed the the site I booked off called to change our rooms and I knew that was a lie because I never wanted anything changed about the room, I only wanted my boyfriend to get added to the guest list she said that Expedia called to change the dates not to add anyone and I’m confused on why she said that so rude.

The property is located in a very convenient area. Easy to walk to restaurants, a food store, a CVS. The staff was super friendly and helpful. My only issue is that the property is worn. My bathroom had grout missing from the tiles as an example. The room had an odor. I was surprised about this since the Expedia rating was quite high.

Staff always helpful and pleasant. Housekeepers polite and responsive. Only one negative, my first floor room was too close to mechanical room that supplied electric for elevator and as a result would hear loud charges every few minutes while in room.

Our room was right outside the freeway. Loud all day and night. Could not sit on porch. Constantly had to ask for cups to make in room coffee and ice bags for ice bucket. Very hard to contact the front office by phone. Overall a bit disappointed. Pool was nice.
