This hotel was a perfect getaway and exceeded all expectations. The attentiveness and cleanliness were top notch not to mention the amenities were fantastic. Damion is one of the staff members who made sure to make our stay memorable and was always so kind and helpful.

The room was clean but small and very basic. Nothing about it felt elevated or reflective of a five star price point. The pool is extremely small and much smaller than it appears in photos. It feels more like a large hot tub than a proper luxury hotel pool. It was underwhelming given how the property is positioned. The gym is very minimal. There are two treadmills and a Peloton in a space the size of a small closet. Guests expecting a luxury fitness setup will likely be disappointed. Breakfast in the morning consisted of coffee and a croissant, which felt inadequate considering the nightly cost. On a positive note, the staff was pleasant, the location was convenient, and the car service was a nice touch. Overall, the experience did not align with the price. I could have stayed at The Colony for around $1,100 and likely received a more elevated experience. In my opinion this feels like a $400 to $500 per night property, not $1,600

We had an amazing time at the White Elephant. Junior, Sebastian, and Christian were amazing valet / concierge drivers. They do a beach chair / umbrella set up that was so convenient! Loved the vibe, the place, the rooms, the staff, the ease of it all The pool is super cute and lovely, but the over-engineered disability chair is unnecessary - and is a dangerous feature for regular guests as it takes over the pool. There are inclusive and more discreet options out there. This would put me off coming back.

This was a lovely hotel! Very helpful and friendly staff. The location could not have been more convenient for what we wanted to do. It was walkable to historic sites, shopping, and restaurants. The courtesy vehicles drove us where ever we needed to go. I highly recommend this property.

The room was neat and clean well presented, the air conditioner was a little off took a long time to cool down. Bed sheets were a little itchy. Room needs a ceiling fan. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Little too talkative for my liking but some people would enjoy that.

Very nice ambiance in the hotel. Afternoon wine and light snacks were a nice touch Continental B’fast was very basic, not enough choice and coffee was not hot (from pump thermos). Also, loud recycling bottles clanging very early in AM both Sun and Mon. Woke me up both mornings. If we stay again I will request another part of hotel

Rooms are comfy and location in town is nice across from Publix and walking distance to great shopping and the beach. Helpful and nice set-up for going to the beach Pool is non-existent with no sun and with a trafficted street on the other side of the bush. Also difficult to enjoy time on the balcony because of traffic noise

The carpet was stained in the bedroom. The ice was not sanitary. Rates for Double Room (when I wanted a single) were less... and they refused to switch my room to a single (king) bed without an additional - very extreme - charge.

Fantastic location just a few blocks from the beach (The White Elephant also provides free transportation to and from the beach not to mention complimentary luxury cars you can check out). This is one of my favorite hotels on Palm Beach and is definitely my favorite boutique hotel on the island. Lola 41 is also a great restaurant - great place for happy hour and hanging out before a night out on the island or Clematis! The hotel itself is fantastic - high quality amenities throughout. Just a great place to stay in Palm Beach. There's nothing I don't like about The White Elephant.

It was a great experience, everything was perfect. The staffs were exceptional.My wife and I are looking forward to doing it again. There wasn’t anything to not like about the hotel.

Anyone can make Beutiful hotel but it’s a completely different level when you have a staff that goes above and beyond to ensure the best experiences for their guests. Every member of their staff was exceptional. The hotel is excellent for families but does not take one step back as far as being a luxury boutique destination. Will recommend and will be back. I celebrated my birthday there. I was in the mood for a grilled cheese sandwich for dinner one night, for room service, simple as that… they wouldn’t budge, saying the menu did not include such item 😔

Surprised by how fresh, clean and well designed the property is. Incredible attention to detail, down to placing my errant sunglasses on a lens cleaning cloth with a white elephant logo. Really great vibes, young upscale crowd.
