    Room was not clean. There was hair everywhere, especially in the bathrooms. Service by the beach was slow and took a long time for chairs / umbrella to even be acquired. Walls were so thin I could hear room neighbors doing the bare minimum of talking. Valet service was nice at arrival but ignored opening doors / closing doors after the initial arrival. Drinks were disgustingly when ordered and poolside waiter was very inattentive when bringing this up. Wanted to visit spa but did not want to risk having yet another bad experience. Not great service at luxury prices, I will not be returning.

    External lot and building structure needs to upkeep. Lot area and entrance ways have looses pavers and pot holes. Lanscaping is in need of Mulcing and structural cracks on building over looking ocean second levels.

    Everything was great, we were able to check in early and our room was really nice with partial view of the ocean. My only complaint would be that the park was $35 a night, regardless if we used the valet or not (we self parked and the hotel was pretty empty for our entire stay). Other than that, the beach chair and umbrellas were included in the resort fee and we had a waiter come to us on the beach to order food and drinks. I would definitely stay here again!

    were awesome. Breakfast at Brandon’s was good. My only gripe was that the TV in our room didn’t pair with our device. We couldn’t watch Netflix and was told only certain rooms have that capability. Overall it was enjoyable and will definitely be back. Best deal on the strip.

    During our stay, the elevators were not functioning well, parts of the hallways were noticeably hot, and there was no bell service available. In our room, part of the furniture — specifically the bed frame — was broken, which was disappointing. We had no snacks as advertised in the room info guide. There were definitely positives too. The food was great, the outdoor views and atmosphere were beautiful, and the service overall was pretty good. The valet team especially stood out and provided excellent service. Housekeeping was okay, but the floors could use more attention and upkeep, especially for an oceanfront resort where sand and moisture are expected. We also booked an ocean-view room, but palm trees blocked much of our view, which was a bit disappointing. We didn’t get to experience the spa or spend time on the beach during this trip, so I can’t comment on those amenities. Overall, Tideline has a lot of charm and potential, but some maintenance and operational improvements would go a long way toward creating the resort experience guests expect at this price point. Thanks to all the staff.

    This happens to be a beautiful hotel right on the ocean. The staff was very nice , the rooms were very clean. The very big issue here the air conditioning was not working it was very hot inside the hotel upon check in I said it’s very warm in here are you having AC issues they said no at one point our room temp hit 80 degrees , one of the two elevators were not working so wait time for an elevator could be up to 10 mins, they do not have enough beach chairs or umbrellas for guests they had even ran out of towels for chairs.

    I had the oceanfront room with a balcony and that was superb. I had 2 spa treatments, both excellent although pricey. The food was very good. The downsides: 50$ resort fee plus 35$ a day parking; room smelled like a dirty mop and lysol, floor was gritty and greasy (they fixed it), elevator broke and room service was stopped for 2.5 days, and I wanted a retreat, no restaurants so that mattered, especially with the broken elevator. Coffee pot and landline didnt work. Beautiful location but they need to up their game for 500 per night stay.

    The staff was very friendly and helpful. We went to the bar and set outside. The gentlemen that was working the bar was very helpful and so nice. The rooms are clean and nice. Perfect view of the beach and access to the beach perfect. I would say it was a wonderful stay. The drinks and food are pricey but we expected that being right where it is.

    Let me tell you this me and my wife and my family, including my mother we went to do a Mother‘s the weekends and let me tell you first of all the breakfast was horrible and then the room where we staying was so humid that the floor was wet. We tried to fix the air condition and nothing was working and we were just tired. We went to sleep in the morning the same the floor was wet the pool and around the pool. It was all very dirty. Even inside. The pool was dirty. The water in the pool was dirty. Even in the pool, there was no bar you know there was two guys sitting there doing nothing on their phone. There was only one thing of water. I don’t know. It’s kind of like I was planning to have a good time and a spa and resort right we paid money for resort extra on the room. I didn’t feel no resort. There was nothing around. There was no way to surround asking trying there was only one nice person we met. She was very nice and there was a manager. It was very nice. Kind of we had to go look for them. it was very expensive to do that with all our families and even my brother they moved them to two rooms with all the feminine in the middle of the night. It was really not a good experience. I will not recommend it again to no one, and I will never go there myself. Thank you. I would love to get a refund.

    I am very unhappy with my stay at Tideline, because they have too much hidden charges, which wasn’t explained when checking in and I had to pay extra plus deposit that should return to me after checking out that I haven’t received one week now. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel.

    On Expedia, I booked a 2 queen bed oceanfront room. Upon arrival, I was given a king bed for my family of 5 with children ages 8 weeks to 4 years. The hotel said it was Expedia’s fault. Expedia tried to contact the hotel with no luck. I was on the phone for the first 2 hours of my family vacation while my family was at the pool. Nothing was accomplished . I was put on hold numerous times with the call dropping every time (I could hear the click of the receiver) they claimed to call me back but I never had any missed calls. They gave me a rollaway bed for my newborn & I to sleep on. That night, the room was 80 degrees and we called maintenance and got moved to a new room at 9pm at night. We then had to move all of our belongings when the kids were beyond tired. What a mess. Never offered any compensation. This hotel has SO much potential, it’s sad to see it so poorly ran.!

I had to make my own makeshift stand to block the sun. No beach service for food or drinks. They stated they were short staffed. I specifically booked here for beach service and even called to verify and told they did. Bar was left unattended at times. Manager had to step in and make simple drinks and claimed he couldn’t find staff to work at hotel. Spa was nice had a good experience. I gave this hotel an opportunity despite the low ratings thinking not everyone may have a bad experience but I was wrong and should’ve followed my gut. Very disappointing for such a beautiful hotel and location! I won’t be back.

    The hotel room was nice and clean. We were in a room on the first floor where you can hear everything happening from the main foyer area. It was loud and kept us up at night. As for the pool and hot tub it was filthy. I saw a cockroach in the pool and the hot tub was not hot. Very disappointing to say the least. Other than that the place was just okay. I would probably not stay here again.

We’re very disorganized and nobody really seem to know what they were doing. The lab definitely needs updating and it was a bit scary to think what the rooms would look like, but the rooms were nice

Don’t order room service. It’s 50/50 you will get it. Bring your own towels because they run out fast. Don’t expect service at both the pool and beach, only have one person running around. Calling the restaurant a restaurant is funny to me. Used razor in the stair well really gave the resort feel. Beach spot was amazing. Liked the location. That’s about it. Get better service at a Hilton. Management do better! Who ever owns this place doesn’t care.

    off-season, paid extra for ocean view that was half view. there were no cars, no valet - deserted- but they charged for parking. chairs were on the beach but no towels, no service No staff except 1 bartender but charged $50/ day resort fee. Waste!

On top of that there’s a 20% automatic gratuity to every check. For a practically empty resort and restaurant the service should be faster and there should always be someone on site to greet paying guests! I ate next door at the four seasons everyday — I suggest spending the extra money to stay there too! Every morning I woke up to homeless men sleeping on our beach chairs and showering/washing their faces at the same shower paying guests use. One guy had open scabs everywhere, I didn’t spend much time at the beach because of this. The staff did call the police a few times but the homeless people slept there just like me except free of charge. I’d suggest stacking beach chairs every night or something. This was unsanitary and the most unpleasant view and stay I’ve ever had. I will never stay here again.

    It’s exterior is run down. Pool is gross as well as hot tub, and not on ocean. Horrible amenities. Was on 5th floor n had to come downstairs to get ice at bar. Plus hidden fees like $50 a day for hotel fees. Crazy.

    Michele, the lady at the Front desk is WONDERFUL. Also the the bartender and the guys at the Valet Parking (attention: there is a charge of $35 per day, not disclosed on the reservation). The place looks run down, DIRTY and without all the services as described. Stayed 3 days and NEVER saw anyone Cleanning the common areas, never vacuumed or sweeping any floor. The gym is filthy: the equipment and the floor look like haven’t been cleaned in months (or ever!) NO beach service: we had to get towels, carry and install our own umbrella (which some people were not able to do it).

    1. There are not enough umbrellas and tables by the pool, while their prices on drinks are very high. Also the bars by the pools only have water and are not real tiki bars. So basically, if you order drinks they bring it from the hotel. Which is fine I guess. 2. The little stream in front of the pool is dirty and the water is stale. 3. There are no ice machines on the floors and even if you had the machines, the little ice bucket is 4. No one is tending to the beach area. You have to literally pick your own umbrella and put it in the ground yourself, etc. Let alone that there are no towels until like 10am in the morning. 5. There are no do not disturb signs in the rooms 6. They allow guests from the outside to use the pool. Basically they pay for passes. I think this should be disclosed, as the pool only has 3 umbrellas (yes, that’s right, only 3!!) plus some people may have an issue with it. 7. The manager is rude and never greets any guests. We passed by him multiple times during our stay and instead of being welcoming, he gave us a funny look. Sorry - we shall not return but we wish you the best of luck!

    This property is in dire need of renovations. The rooms are dark (lighting is minimal) the electrical outlets (for plugging in appliances and electronics) are few & far between.     The overall impression was ruined after I called the front desk six times trying to locate my jacket, which I had left in the closet of my room. I was told three times, “We will call you back,” but no one ever did. Every other time I called, they put me on hold and left me waiting without responding. It is extremely frustrating when the front desk avoids addressing a guest’s issue in this way. It’s unprofessional and disappointing. In the end, I was left with a ruined mood and a missing jacket worth $500. And yes, I had to call six times just to be ignored.

    The hotel is relatively well kept and has had upgrades since our last visit. The ocean front room we booked opened to the outdoor seating area and not a balcony so request anything but the 1st floor oceanfront. They could not move us to another oceanfront so we downgraded to a 2nd floor non view option for privacy and we hoped quiet. Room 208 must be across the hall from the staff banquet service area and the service doors slammed until after midnight with loud and disruptive conversations continuing on until nearly 1am from event related issues I assume. I’d say without the noise this would have been a good value play hotel and overall nice. Room’s shower had only like warm water and was not cleaned well either. The staff was apologetic but not much I can say other than we had a bad stay. I’d give it another try knowing what we know about locations now but was unfortunate layout and I’m sure this is a common complaint in these areas…

    The hotel is located in a great location and the staff is wonderful. The front desk team could not have been more welcoming. The decor and aesthetics are gorgeous. For some reason the hotel was having a hard time with the air conditioning in two of our rooms. My colleague had to change rooms late at night. Also, housekeeping walked into one of our rooms after having checked in (and we were in it) thinking it was empty. Overall, it felt a little pricey for a business stay - something we'll need to consider for next time.

    The worst experience ever! I booked my stay at the Tideline Palm Beach in December 2024. Our booking was for Feb 28 - March 2, 2025. Without warning, Tideline charged me half of the total cost ($1200) on December 20th, 2024. Our booking through Travelocity was supposed to be one where we would pay the total hotel stay amount upon arrival/departure. I called Travelocity to get the $1200 back but to no avail. Despite not getting our money returned, we decided to let it go. At 3:40pm, 20 minutes before check-in on Friday, February 28th, we received a voicemail message from a representative of the hotel stating that they were sold out and that we should call Expedia!!! Sold out!!! And we’re learning this right before check-in?!!! After hearing the message I called the hotel and spoke to a supervisor named Carress. She seemed nonplussed and extremely officious after hearing our dilemma. After an 8 minute hold, Carress stated that the AC in our room was broken and that there were no other rooms available. Her solution was to send us across the street to the Fairfield Inn. I told her that her representative left a message stating they were overbooked and asked why she was now claiming that our reservation was cancelled due to a broken AC. She never responded to that question. I then told her we wouldn’t mind staying in the room without AC, since the weather was pretty mild, and her response was to continue with the broken AC story. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH TIDELINE!

Sold out!!! And we’re learning this right before check-in?!!! After hearing the message I called the hotel and spoke to a supervisor named Carress. She seemed nonplussed and extremely officious after hearing our dilemma. After an 8 minute hold, Carress stated that the AC in our room was broken and that there were no other rooms available. Her solution was to send us across the street to the Fairfield Inn. I told her that her representative left a message stating they were overbooked and asked why she was now claiming that our reservation was cancelled due to a broken AC. She never responded to that question. I then told her we wouldn’t mind staying in the room without AC, since the weather was pretty mild, and her response was to continue with the broken AC story. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH TIDELINE!

    The hotel has been recently redone, and those parts look good. The pool was nice, but unfortunately, is not beachfront. There is a new gym that I thought was great. I think the service could be upgraded throughout the hotel, and hopefully they will work on that.

    Tideline is a little hidden gem amongst the pomp and panache of Palm Beach County. A relaxing vacation amongst the Palms on the beautiful beach and it has something for all walks of life or simply the therapy of a walk on the beach!     Really, really want to give the staff credit- they are trying their best. It’s clear that management is not supporting the front of the house to the point they are able to deliver 5-star service. The Tideline is woefully understaffed. Our room was not cleaned twice in a week-long stay; calls to room service went unanswered, maintenance requests needed second requests. It’s a great location and it’s ideal for families. Might not be the best choice if you’re expecting a truly luxe experience (rooms with connecting doors offer no privacy- you can hear complete conversations) but views are lovely as is the beach. Staff do try to help and all seem to want to make your stay as pleasant as possible. Our room was clean, nice linens, nice selection of mini bar options. With stronger oversight and guidance, Tideline could deliver a more memorable experience.

    I had a phenomenal stay at the Tideline! My partner and I had to book a last-minute accommodation as another nearby hotel canceled our reservation. Tideline stepped up and accommodated us right away, making sure we had everything we needed after a long day of travel down the east coast. The manager was wonderful in making sure we were comfortable, felt welcomed, and able to enjoy our time in Palm Beach in spite of the unexpected problem/cancelation at our previous hotel. The staff seemed to really take pride in knowing the guests and ensuring everyone's needs and names were known. We had a fabulous dinner at the restaurant and enjoyed drinks outside in the cabana before taking a walk out onto the beach via their private beach access. Everything was pristine and the service we received was full of care. Thank you, Tideline, for accommodating our last-minute reservation needs and providing a top-notch experience! I'll definitely be back for a longer stay...and another great visit to your spa!

    Frank, the bartender at Mizu, provided phenomenal service. All food is made to order so zero worries regarding food allergies. The ceviche is the best I’ve ever had. The hotel was recently remodeled. It’s bright, airy and expertly appointed. Already looking forward to a return visit.

    Safe didn’t work and asked twice to fix it sad never happened. Couldn’t close air conditioning and took a day to fix. I stay there cause of location on beach. Front desk women named Chelen is the best thing of the hotel. She needs to get a raise. Always so sweet and tries hard to help!

    Gym is all broken. Nothing works. It’s a joke. Coffee maker for 3 days didn’t work and they never fixed. Run down. Looks they tried to fix with a quick paint job. I stay only because of the location.

    It was my birthday, we evacuated from the hurricane Milton. We had no shower. It didn’t work. I told the desk. They didn’t do anything. Didn’t offer to move us. Didn’t offer a discount. Nothing. We got power first thing the next morning and left.

    Poor service. Very expensive to eat or drink. Elevators never worked right and were super slow. Very noisy. Dogs and pets everywhere. Smelled like dogs. Staff unhelpful. No microwave in rooms or in the lobby.

The moment the hotel realized we were celebrating a special occasion we were upgraded to a stunning ocean-view room! The food at Brandon's Restaurant was exceptional. The room service food was just as amazing, with everything arriving promptly and tasting absolutely delicious. It's rare to find a hotel where the room service matches the restaurant quality, but Tideline truly exceeded our expectations. The entire staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was unforgettable and it was like everyone knew we were celebrating and it was like they joined in on it, super special.     The pool area and beach front terrace were both designed beautifully. The lobby and restaurant as well with luxurious materials and furniture. This would be perfect for a destination wedding, party or conference. The staff was very helpful and friendly.

    Let me start off by saying that the staff that works the beach area and bar area upstairs is phenomenal and they are running a tight ship however, the front desk and interior the rooms need some help. They did go through a new renovation but my room air-conditioning wasn’t work when I checked in, and the ceiling was peeling off in both rooms that. I also felt like for a resort stay even though it’s the middle of the summer the staff was not appropriately matched for service.
