    Front desk unmanned when we entered. Sign said they'd be right back, but even after ringing bell and calling, no one came to help. Only after another employee came in and saw us waiting and called them personally did they show up. No apology given, and room reservation was incorrect. Two rooms were reserved but she only gave us one. I then had to verify I wasn't being charged for the second room. Website stated airport shuttle, but when we called from the airport regarding pickup, we're informed the shuttle didn't run on the weekends. That was the main reason I chose this hotel. Canceled further reservation for later in the week and booked elsewhere.

    In the second room there was a visibly soiled and discolored sofa. The desk had a large approximately 4x3 inch chunk missing from the top veneer as well as additional stains. The glaze on the bathtub was almost completely gone Evan’s only a few areas of black mold. The toilet paper holder lay on the floor as it was no longer secured to the wall. The baseboard on the wall next to the tub had come loose due to water leakage in the wall. The hallway carpet was heavily soiled as well. I informed the front desk and they said that the hotel was undergoing renovations which would eventually include the rooms. The facility prioritized tv’s , then the landscaping before they would tackle the interior of the rooms and halls. I would not recommend this hotel until significant renovations have been made. Simple maintenance like the toilet papers should have been addressed before another person was assigned that room.

    The room was pretty good. I liked the refrigerator, and microwave they had in it. Although, the room could use a little upgrading. I guess in time, they will do that. But the beds were comfortable, and it had enough lighting in it to see. The staff was really nice and helpful. And the breakfast was okay. You could find what to eat, and not go away hungry. All in all, it was a nice stay.

    Property advertised in Expedia as being able to check in as 18-year old and when arrived it was at 21. Thanks God, they cancelled my reservation and was able to book at the West Palm Beach Marriott and participate of my cycling competition.

    We checked in after 11pm (because the room wasn't ready when we arrived at 1pm)...if it was any earlier in the evening I would have left and found someplace else to sleep. We didn't try the breakfast because when we awoke at 7am to yelling in the hallway my daughter said "I can't imagine eating any food prepared in this place" and we left. In the interest of fairness I will say the beds were comfortable and the linens seemed clean which made me believe that the housekeeping team is doing the best they can with a crumbling building and apparently failing ownership/management who refused to update, repair or replace anything. Do not book. Find anyplace else to stay. A tent in the parking lot with a decent sleeping bag will afford you the same "amenities" as hotel.

    Our stay was good, but our room entrance door was not working and it looked like it was beat up. The alarm clock in the room was also damaged. There was no security outside the property which had shady people in the parking lot area. The staff was friendly and the breakfast was good.

    Overall, the hotel was decent, but our room 520 needs definitely a new mattress. Every single spring on that mattress can be felt and heard when moving. Not a great night sleep. Staff member in room during breakfast very attentive and helpful.

Most of all when these were taken to the staff, we were met with the “I can’t do anything about that” attitude. I will not be returning to this property.

    The bed was comfortable and the room was relatively clean. We had to get three different sets of keys to get in the door. And we had to move rooms. Instead of giving us a new card, she scratched out the number on the card and rewrote it. There were blood stains on the walls in the elevator. And the TV was not working. They did have a note in the elevator stating this. I’d have to say the two worst ratings were cleanliness of the common areas and maintenance. Spend some money on maintenance and clean up the common areas. It’ll go a long way. 135 bucks a night is way overpriced for the quality as it stands now. We have been in plenty of really good La Quinta hotels, this was not one of them.

    It was old and run down. I've stayed at plenty of laquinta hotels and always been very nice looking and clean. The mattress was stained. Elevator needed sweep out. The breakfast bar wasn't a full bar.

    I have stayed at this hotel a few times over the years, and the condition of the hotel right now is by far the worst I have ever seen. Everything is dingy, dirty, old, and musty. They leave the front door open, probably because the air is so stale in there. The first room I was given the entire floor had a horrible smell when I got off the elevator. When I got to my room the air conditioner was making it really loud noise, the room smelled very mildewy and the bathroom had a foul odor. I went back down and had my room changed and they put me on the first floor with a window without curtains that clothes completely. So I had to use a hanger to keep the curtains closed. The floor had a sticky feel to it, and the carpet felt dirty under your feet. I had to wear socks or my shoes the entire time I was in there from the moment I stepped out of the shower. The walls were dirty, the volume button on the TV remote didn't work. Overall, the hotel was very disappointing and I should have stayed with my original hotel choice, but I tried to save money and I paid for it.

    Location needs security, transient person walking around hotel with large lump on his head like he was in a fight, breakfast staff tried to alert front desk but 3 hours later he was back, guess I did not need anything else for breakfast that day, was woken up about 2am to a sound like a door slamming or gun shot, could not sleep the rest of the night.

    The room conditions were unacceptable. I was unable to properly shower due to nonexistent water pressure. The bathtub appeared to be spray-painted and was peeling, and the shower head was both rusted and covered in mold. Overall, the cleanliness and maintenance were very concerning. The continental breakfast was equally disappointing. It was scheduled to start at 7:30 a.m., but by the time I arrived at 7:33, there was nothing left except a mess. It appeared that only a handful of guests were accommodated before everything ran out, which is unacceptable for a hotel of this size. Considering the nightly rate, the overall experience did not meet even basic expectations. Unfortunately, the room was nonrefundable, making the situation even more frustrating. Lesson learned.

    The carpet in the room was completely wet, as soon as we opened the door, we smelled the mold and humidity. The filter of the ac was moldy as well. TV wasn’t working. They put just a tiny bottle of shampoo but it wasn’t even enough to wash hands for once. There were hair in the bathtub. The bed sheets were not clean enough. And they knocked the door 1 hour before our check out.

    The staff was very friendly and pleasant. Pet friendly. No one seem to mind or say anything about our dogs were barking, the room was comfortable. The air-conditioning worked perfect it was easy to adjust and I was glad I had a nice size counter sink. Refrigerator worked didn’t use the microwave so I don’t know if it worked or not and there was a coffee pot and an ice bucket even had hotel essentials; if you needed it enough towels for the two of us and we would get more if we needed any

    The room smelled musty. The air conditioner said it was 60 degrees but it felt warmer. The boy place I was barefoot was in the room, when I went to take a shower my feet were black on the bottom from the rug which felt moist. I asked for change of a $20 bill and they did not have smaller bills. I’ve never had this happen in a hotel before. The breakfast bar was mediocre. The only choices were cold cereal , bagels, toast, and a breakfast sandwich that had to be microwaved. The reason I chose this hotel was because they had a shuttle to the airport. I asked if I needed to sign up and I was told the shuttle starts at 10:30 am. My flight was boarding at 10:40. The only option was paying Lyft $20 for a 10 minute ride to PBI airport which was 10 minutes away. So if you have an early flight you’re SOL!!!!! Wyndham should be ashamed for putting their name on la Quinta.

    Facility was probably an 80s feel definitely needs an upgrade. There are no airport shuttles on the weekend. The staff was constantly on video chats with their family members in all of the common areas. You couldn't get away from it. I couldn't hear the new on the TV in the breakfast room because of the gal video chatting on her phone loudly the whole entire time and also in the lobby. This place deserved a 5 star rating and no more. Lesson learned I will pay more so i can enjoy!

    Toilet paper roll holder was barely hanging on the wall. You have to call to get your room cleaned. Even though we called we did not get our room cleaned. Our key card barely worked most of the time. The microwave plate did not spin. The sink was outside of the bathroom which is an odd layout. Overall the hotel was older than the pictures shown online.

    Staff was great, but hotel a bit run down. 1st room we got had no heat (cold spell in Fla at the time) so after they checked they moved us to another….but the hot water was iffy. The hot water worked on Monday morning, but Sunday night we ran & ran the water & didn’t get above tempid.     It started with the phone not working. We were working on an emergency job and didnt get in until 5 am. Tried to call several times. Tried to book additional night at check in and was told we had to book online only. booked online and was told we had to switch rooms or pay $25 per room if we wanted to stay in the same room.     Stay was an overnight before a flight. For that reason the accommodations were suitable. For the future stays i do not recommend this hotel. The hotel needs lots of upgrading in the areas of the hallways.The bathrooms and some of the rooms. The room I stayed in was very small. Even though it was a four size bed, the room was still small. Air conditioning works well when it's hot outside.But it makes the room very cold with the curtains closed. The shuttle starts too late for people who have to go to the airport early and breakfast is not available early enough.

I usually don’t post reviews, but I feel people should see what it actually looks like in the room before you book it. These are things that could be repaired and cleaned up.     My wife and I stayed here 3 years ago, so it wasn’t this Terrible but when I checked out after our 2 weeks stay the Manager said next time when I come the hotel will be renovated, that’s why I gave it another try. It was a Terrible Experience.     I could not stay at this property. The only thing I can say positive is that the front desk clerk was very accommodating when I told him I could not stay there. I am a single female and did not feel safe there. The lighting is awful in the parking lot and the halls are dark. The carpet in the halls is filthy and the rooms are beat up. Including the doors. There were holes in the walls and ceiling and the headboard looked like rats had chewed on it. I am appalled that Wyndham would promote a property like this.

    This hotel is disgusting. The sheets were dirty and not changed after the previous person stayed there. The maid just made the bed. And the place smells. The worst hotel I have ever stayed at in my entire life.

    Airport shuttle hours were not conducive to your customers who have earlier flights before 12 noon. I won’t stay at a LaQuinta again and I’ll let me family and friends know to steer clear as well

    Check in staff was not the most gracious during check in. Check out in the morning was a different experience, very pleasent and helpful. Room was fine except the shower curtain rod was about to fall from the wall and my mattress had a bad divit in it on the edge. But I still slept fine.

    The Wi-Fi was broken, didn't work and probably people, spies were hacking the Internet. Also, the hotel didn't provide silverware at their gourmet expensive restaurant and the breakfast was awkwardly junk cheap food that came from the $81 Billions Jail Prison correctional Systems story told by Shop NBC American Greed even though Wall Street, New York Stock Exchange left a tip for $One Million USD.     First off where do i began! Initially arrived people hanging out side property like the projects. Walked inside to women looking so unpleasant like what do you want!!!... checked in and the room was so dirty!!! It smelled dirty!! You can tell the carpets wasnt vacumed the interior decor was peeling garbage cans in hallways running over!! The room .. hair in the sink , smells of cigarettes lingering... asked for different room, it got worse i was afraid to enter ! It gave such a bad vibe i didnt even stay camped out in my car at airport

    The property can use an uplift as it feels old and in my room the bathtub needs to be replaced as the paint on it was peeling off and there’s humidity. I would not stay in this property if my budget allows it. This is a low budget hotel

    The rooms were horrible! We changed rooms twice and all smelled wet and like mold. The tubs had like gray spots in it like it wasnt cleaned properly. The hotel itself is so outdated and the rugs look like they haven’t bin cleaned in years. When asked if we can have beter rooms because I did book two the front desk clerk says we should've checked in earlier to get better rooms.....like what so you know your rooms are disgusting and still having persons pay almost $200 each for that 😳. We tried to find another room last minute but was unsuccessful and the agent said we would not be refunded because we had already checkin. That hotel needs full renovations no one should be allowed to sleep in those conditions

    The facility is in DESPERATE need of renovation. From the parking lot, elevators and room and EVERYTHING in-between, there are obvious signs of a facility that has been ignored for too long. In the room,that looks like a cheap motel room from the 80s, furniture needs to be replaced or refinished. There was rust around the lamps on the bedside tables, the window hasn't been cleaned in a while; the door knob to the bathroom needed to be fixed - for a moment I was afraid that I was going to lock myself in. Very small ant-like insects were crawling around on the desk by the bed. The mattress needs to be replaced. I made the mistake of looking for a low-cost room since I was only going to be in town from Monday evening until Wednesday morning. I was not expecting a "resort-like" facility with a lot of amenities and features. However, I was expecting an environment that was clean and well maintained. My experience has removed the "La Quinta" brand from possible destinations..

    The first room I got had an old bathtub that was stained and missing a tile next to the tub on the floor. They upgraded me to a King size bed which was much nicer but the small corner sofa had a fresh grease stain and the cushion was ripped in the back and the white inside foam was popping out. Then at 12:35 there were two dogs barking nonstop for half an hour and in the morning they started barking again at which point I checked out and went elsewhere. Never again.

    The smoke detector was missing, bathroom door would not close properly, hair on one of the bathroom large towels. I have pictures of all 3 issues, but the front office counter staff was not interested and told me to call someone to forward the issues. I told him I would leave a negative review but I was not going to call someone else since I was reporting it to him, he was okay with that.

    We stayed here because our previous hotel was cancelled and this is where they moved us to. The hotel was awful. Door to the room was stiff and almost broken, the shower was either scalding hot or freezing cold (no inbetween), and the staff refused to help with my dietary requirements for breakfast, even though I’d messaged almost a week in advance. When I asked if they’d just grab me some oat milk so I could have a coffee it was just met with a no. Something so simple could’ve made me feel so much more accommodated.

    I got there at 2:00 p.m. and I was a little disappointed that my room wasn't ready until 3:00, but that's on me. Still, it would have been nice to get in a little early. I took a picture of my ID and gave my credit card information for incidentals online but yet they asked me for all that information again at the front desk. Why did I do it online? The front desk guy could have been a little bit more happy but who's to say? It's just an okay hotel and everything is old and kind of run down. Lastly, I was disappointed because breakfast started at 7:00 and I was long gone by then. I paid less than $100 for the night so you get what you paid for but I was expecting a little better.

    This hotel only offers maid service every three days. We were there 4 days and never had any service. Towels were always damp and never received clean ones, trash was never emptied the entire time of our visit. Free breakfast was not bad but day one the juice and water machine was down and no alternative such as a pitcher of juice or water was offered. Therefore only coffee to drink. Most unsettling is I think I am currently sporting bed bug bites. I checked out on line and three days later have yet to receive a copy of my bill with the break showing what I was charged for.

    Room smelt like stale smoke. Bathtub was rusty and peeling. Curtains had huge stains on them. A lot of people loitering and hanging around outside. Main door to the hotel stayed open all night long for anyone to walk in or out. Staff overall was fine. Breakfast was limited but decent for the price.

    The hotel was very nice. Room was clean and linens were not stained. I called down to the front desk 2 times over the 3 days I was there and received help both times. Breakfast was a perfect amount of choices and food. I was able to sit at the pool only one afternoon due to poor weather and it was very enjoyable as well.

    Good view from my room but my experience there with the hotel as far as buying drinks at the vending machine were expired. I drink two expired drinks. I didn’t notice it until I tasted it and I wasn’t feeling well. I also bought two ice creams. One of them were OK but the other one didn’t taste right I felt like maybe one of the ice cream creams were expired as well. I felt rushed with the receptionist when I first came to check in. I was reading something on the debit screen policy about the hotel as I was reading, I didn’t know if she noticed I was reading. She was telling me about something like I felt rushed all the drinks in the vending machine felt expired. I looked and I seen most of them were expired. The volume on the TV didn’t work. I called the receptionist from my phone. I told her if someone can come up and fix the situation about the volume, she said come downstairs and get another remote. I thought that would be brought up to me instead of us being the customer have to go downstairs to get the other remote. The other remote didn’t work as well so that was a waste of time very very bad experience at this hotel. I thought this hotel was going to be a good hotel. The breakfast was good especially the milk was probably one of my favorites of all the breakfast.

    This is the first review I have ever written! This hotel was horrible! The check-in process was terrible! I had booked 2 rooms. At first they said I didn’t have any reservation then said I only had one. After finally finding my reservation the check in process still took 20 minute, needing my credit card and license again even though I had completed the check-in online.I finally got into my rooms and in the first room, the bed was disgusting and stained and they had painted the bathtub so the entire room smelled horrible. The bathroom was covered in mold. The second room was just as dirty with mold stain on the pillow and the hot water faucet at the sink didn’t work at all. I would never stay at this hotel again!

    Very old and outdated Hotel. This hotel definitely needs to be remodeled. Also there's weird people that hang around the outside of the hotel. It could really use a deep cleaning. The carpet was disgusting and very dirty. If they don't want to replace the carpets they should definitely get a cleaning company in to disinfect and deep clean those carpets. The sheets had some stains on them but I don't know if they were stains that set in and do not come out during the wash and it was the same thing for the towels. I also noticed they don't vacuum the floors between guests because I found a couple of things on the floor that probably should have been vacuumed before a new guest came in. The front desk also will not let you check in until 3:00 p.m. on the DOT. I will never stay there again.

    Not the best stay. Found dirty bedsheets and had to move room. In the next room, the door was half hanging off its hinges, and we had to push it hard to close. The bathtub was not very clean, and the air conditioning unit was too loud. The second room also had the flood lights illuminating the hotel just outside our window, making it too bright to settle down. But by this time, we were too tired to move again, so we checked out after one night.

    It is just average, stayed there for three days on the 6th floor. The place was not really cleaned, found the door open(you can smell the bleach they used to masked odors); door was hard to close/open. Deceived from two queen size beds to full sizes. The first night we catch an allergy, the second night, I went to ask for new/clean sheets and towels, I had to wait in front of a door to have the sheets, but the employe came back with: "sorry, we don't have towels at this time, they are still in the dryer, they are not dried yet". My husband had to wait for the cleaning crew to ask for the towels, they gave him two sets of hands towels and two shower towels (you cannot make this stuff up). It takes forever to have your deposit back.

    We have stayed at La Quinta branded properties before and this one was a bit older with a slightly rundown vibe. The staff however were professional and attentive and the room was clean well appointed and very quiet. We reported that the TV in the sitting wasn’t working which wasn’t attended to. Not a big deal when you are staying for one night but should have been taken care of. Oh and a heads up. If like us you stayed for the airport convenience their shuttle doesn’t run before 10:30am which was too late for our connection meaning we had to get an Uber.

    They had a good breakfast with hot waffles you make. They had yogurt and fruit, as well as hard boiled eggs. The bed was very comfortable. The bathroom sink was getting clogged and there was very little warm water coming out of the sink. Hot water was available from the shower. Because this was a room with a large bed, it was a handicap room. We didn’t want to give up the big bed for a room with two bedsheets from the front desk.

    The management and receptionist were incredibly rude to me. I stayed two extra nights, and on the third day I decided to request very late checkout which was 3pm. The front desk approved my late checkout request; however, I was struggling to get my apple pay card to go through (currently dealing with credit card fraud and identity theft case) and after charging my card three times in a row and it declining every time, the receptionist felt inclined to get the management involved and they both personally came up to my room to threaten calling the police on me if I didn’t leave. I’ve never felt more insulted and unnecessarily disrespectful by a mediocre hotel’s staff in my entire life. Do not use this location or any other La Quinta in the future unless pointless escalation and unneeded stress from a staff who obviously need to pass the day by filling their silent, dust-ridden, vacant building of a hospitality job with drama they themselves cause.

    The hotel is in an awful and deteriorated condition. First, the hotel does not offer housekeeping services unless one requests it. That’s ridiculous. Second, the room was muggy, wet, and sappy because the air conditioning was malfunctioning. Third, homeless people and panhandlers frequented the hotel. Fourth, the complementary breakfast was awful. The only thing they had in abundance was bread: no scrambled eggs, or cereal. Fifth, the bathtub was old and needed to be refinished; peeling paint was all over the place. Sixth, the water in the bathroom sink was too hot and burned my guests. A lawsuit is being considered. La Quinta Inn has really dropped its standard. The hotel is nothing but a dump and should be condemned.

    I tried to send a message and subsequently call. Three times before some one picked up. But then was told the shuttle stops at 5:30. So ended up having the grab a ride share which added and put the hotel on the same price range as some much higher quality hotels

    Stood here back in February it was great, clean and quiet and the staff was great, stood here again this week, the tub paint was peeling the room was dirty and it was so dark in there. Staff was great but it’s gotten really run down, I also paid for a king and got a full with only 2 pillows

    The only positive thing about this hotel, is that there is no smoking. The beds have gotten smaller, and a lot thinner. The most uncomfortable bed I have been in. There were only 2 towels, the bathroom was not that clean, and included a dead roach. Breakfast was suppose to start at 6, but at 6:30 he was still putting things out. The coffee was full of grounds. I will not be staying at this location again.

    Most of the staff were personable and helpful. So called breakfast is limited to fast food items and a waffle maker. Nothing fresh. Hotel is very run down looking and is ling overdue for a remodel. If you walk on the carpet in the room barefooted you will have black bottom feet. Pretty gross. Airport and port shuttle only runs Mon -Fri. Our pick up to go to the port was an hour later than we scheduled. Would not stay here again.

    The place has all I needed for a 1 night stay but it is hurting for a renovation. The carpet in the room is old and smelly so they put som kind of air freshener to hide it. Might have gotten bug bites on my back, didn’t actually see bugs but it had the bites. The breakfast wasn’t really good, I didn’t have any. Sorry for my honest comments…

    My room was not clean and had old food in the refrigerator and condom left in drawer. Lock on inside of door was broken. Appears to have been kicked in at one time and never fixed properly. Found hairs on my sheets so I put a towel down on the bed to sleep on. I took pictures and will report this to the franchise headquarters.
