Great hotel however they can use better products for the bathroom and spa.

What an amazing resort! From the service to the excellent food in all of the restaurants, we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Every person working at this resort is well trained and does a fantastic job.

The presentation of property and staff were excellent. With that said, the room with 2 beds were doubles and have clear room for queen size beds, which would make the sleeping arrangement way more comfortable for guests. The mattresses were hard. Even the toilet paper was cheap. The restaurants were overpriced, especially when within walking distance you can find just as quality of food for 1/3rd the price. The railing in the courtyards obstructed the view and should be replaced. Needed more lounge space on the beach.

Other than that the property and the people are excellent! They will go out of there way to make you experience excellent. We will return in the future!!

The restaurants were amazing. The property is beautiful. The staff over all was wonderful. We only had issues with unfriendly front desk staff. There are cement slabs upon entering the beach. It was challenging to get into the ocean.

The staff was very attentive. The food was good. The service by the pool was exceptional! It was really a pleasure to stay here.

The location is stunning. The amenities and staff in the pool areas are excellence. Staff were extremely accommodating with lounge, chairs and umbrellas and food service in the outdoor pool areas. I would definitely stay there again.

A luxurious hotel where you feel welcome and comfortable. Spa is amazing. Nobu is a true bonus to the property. Loved it!!!

My husband is a normal sized person who wears a mens large and could barely close the robe. Towels should be bath sheets not these tiny shoulder towels....rooms should have mini bars and snacks.... for the nightly rate of this room and caliber this hotel is striving for.....these things should be better....

Excellent on all levels from Stacy at the front desk,to our bell captains and valet attendants!.Great room,we were upgraded to..lived the view,cleanliness and Christmas decorations..love the spa and Zen feeling of the hotel!.will definitely recommend and look forward to our return

What a relaxing stay. Property and rooms were kept up and very clean. They mentioned that the hotel is undergoing new renovations to make it even more beautiful and none of it disrupted our stay or relaxation. The adult pool was heavenly and one particular pool attendant, Richard went ABOVE and beyond our entire stay. Consistently, refreshing our ice waters, including my dogs, made sure every time we got up our towels were refreshed and checked on us repeatedly to make sure all was well. The wait staff was also very nice. Harley, Fernando, Guillermo & Adrian, worked hard and passed around lovely little refreshments throughout the day. Anne at the front desk was a lovely opening to welcome us during our stay as well. Will definitely 1000% be back for another stay sometime soon.

My favorite hotel in Florida by far have been coming to this hotel for 18yrs can't wait to come back again. The only negative I have is they don't sell there soap, shampoo or lotion like they used too but that is a minor problem.

Beach staff and front desk awesome but other than the hotel needs a bit of updating and cohesiveness in service throughout the departments. I have been coming here for the last ten years and have seen first hand the decline in high level service. It is just okay and the prices don’t reflect ‘okay’ service.

Staff very friendly room and beds were to small for 2 adults and 2 teen boys sat by the pool for one full day not one staff member asked if i would like anything beach very dirty with seaweed other guests walking dogs peeing on beach not as enjoyable as previous two times we've stayed there

Rooms were mediocre, especially for the price. Uncomfortable bed and pillows, very small/slippery shower with no exhaust or ac. Terrible water pressure in the shower. The ocean was so rocky that it was unusable our entire stay even though it was a major factor in choosing this location. We feel it was not advertised accurately. Overall, it was good not great.

This hotel sets the standard for all others. The staff is friendly and accommodating, always making us feel welcome. The pool decks are well appointed and the ocean view is stunning. The beach is a bit rocky, which makes swimming a little tricky but not impossible.

I had a wonderful stay the resort and the service were fabulous. Unfortunately, I was not able to get into this phone because it was booked, but it looked amazing. I will book in advance next time.

Being in an ocean front room and it was really great! However, we were in room 533 and there was a guy getting phone calls all morning on Sunday at 7:00 from security or the front desk.

For $1200 a night I don't think I should be charged $40 a day for my car to sit in a parking lot also the hotel is old and mold in my bathroom I would not recommend

This is a beautiful, top-notch hotel with impeccable service from start to finish. We stayed on the club level, which was very nice. We enjoyed the poolside immensely, and the spa was also really lovely. We look forward to coming back to this hotel in the future

The adult pool area was quiet and beautiful. Pool side service was exceptional. The pool was heated. Easy access to the beach. We enjoyed that area all day for a couple of days. It’s just what we needed to unwind. The food was just so so, especially for the price.

The hotel is amazing, the service and staff at bar outside was great, however the steakhouse restaurant was very slow even when there were few customers at dinner time. It’s very expensive for not reason because food and services are not high quality.

Room decor is whimsical. Blending classic with loud & funky. Gorgeous view of the ocean from the rooms but a little musty smelling from all the humidity in the environment. Recommend keeping the balcony door closed and the AC running all the time.

The refresh of the bathroom cabinets was a bit sloppy (crooked and paint) the soap dish was installed crooked and looks like it was reused. A line to hang wet bathing suits or rack would have been nice. But these are nit picky items. The staff, was as good or better than the four seasons and the Breakers. The food was on par or above the other two resorts also. Oddly, for a French named resort there is no French restaurant. But a sushi, steak and Italian one. Like most others. The grounds were well kept and in good shape. The spa was nice. The cabanna was nice and the staff great but they need a service button. The concierge knew their stuff.

The only recommendation I would make, would be to add a more convenient (and complementary) option to get to Palm Beach proper for shopping and dining. Maybe a shuttle or hotel car. The drivers would surely earn tips, if saving a family $75 Ubers....

Beautiful resort with exceptional service throughout the entire property. They always made sure guests were taken care of and we’re extremely attentive to our needs. It was the perfect place to spend my birthday on a solo trip. Everyday felt like a celebration. The food was great. I mostly ate at Polpo Palm Beach and Breeze Ocean Kitchen. The spa experience was simply amazing. The beach was lovely as well as the adults only tranquility pool. I like that they provided complimentary water shoes, given that there are some large rocks in some parts of the ocean water floor. I will definitely be returning.

Lobby and room was beautiful. We purchased the least expensive room with a limited view but it was still amazing. We could see the pool area and the ocean beyond. The lobby and room decor were lovely and everything was clean. The employees were very friendly and helpful. We had a wonderful stay.

The hotel was beautiful! I loved the Jonathan Adler designs. The staff on the beach were very kind. The coffee shop had the best capuchino! The Spa was awesome! All was excellent

The staff was very professional and great room service! We are happy that we stayed there and created beautiful memories.

I have only two complaints …..the coffee shop had an awful odor, just terrible very unappetizing. I was looking forward to grabbing a cup in the morning but it was impossible to even walk in the shop. My other complaint is, although the beach is beautiful it does not look as presented in the pictures. I am not sure if the hurricane in the past had anything to do with the fact that the beach area is extremely narrow. It is not spacious to relax, and gets crowded very easy. Only one row of chairs will fit across the beach I did even see and lounge chairs as pictured - disappointing. Spent the week by the pool

I learned this weekend what a Forbes 5 Star rating means . It means than you still have bad service but from staff who smile and try to use your name. Being served slow with a smile is not worth the extra charge they demand . Plus having to deal with local club members who help to keep the property alive during off season , but break all the rules put a sour taste in our stay. Adult only area means Adult only area, and not reserving chairs means not reserving chairs , your pool attendants are laughing at you and making among during the season, probably much more then the GM. Should have used the Four Seasons, my bad …

We did not like the beach area. It’s very short and only opens up in the afternoon bc of the high tide. Kids did not want to go in bc we had a warning the whole trip. The bright side was lots of seashells. We also didn’t care for the 2 double size bed room. A double size bed is a little small for 2 adults. The bathroom was very pretty.

The service at this hotel is really what makes it stand out. It is truly exceptional. Every one of our group of 5 had multiple stories to tell about a staff member who went above and beyond. From the gift shop lady, to the housekeeping, to the restaurant staff, to the pool staff, it was absolutely wonderful. The hotel itself has delicious food at every venue, a lovely adult pool, and comfortable spacious rooms. Only criticism is the lack of a hot tub in the adult pool area. Spa is exceptional and gym is great. Will definitely return.

Great resort. Very family friendly (lots of kids) but also provides an adults-only pool. Good restaurant options. We liked our room though we had no view.
