Very nice hotel!! It’s SUPER close to everything (target is literally next door) really enjoyed it, we will definitely be staying again when we come to West Palm Beach!

AMAZING, great location close to restaurants, stores, and mall, the pool area is well maintained, courtyard with plenty of seating and relaxing area, the breakfast was great not the normal free breakfast, great customer service in all areas, very clean rooms. We travel to the area often and will definitely be returning to this location.

Perfect for our one night stay prior to our cruise. Room was clean, breakfast was great, and convenient to stores within walking distance.

Beautiful property with friendly staff. There are no elevators so be sure to ask for a ground floor room if you can't do stairs, they were very accommodating of my husband's disability.

Staff was accommodating and extremely friendly. Room was clean & stocked. Bed was extremely comfortable 😌 and the pool was open even moment I was awake while I was there & it was like a little enclosed sanctuary away from the busy city right outside the walls. I rarely review hotel stays but this one was deserving in the best ways. (Breakfast left something to be desired, although something different was cooked everyday).

It was nice to go to the front desk and buy a can of beer. That was a nice extra touch. I would stay there again.

The room's shower was just and indentation of the floor and a shower curtain. The water from the shower's head was strong and would overflow the indentation so I had to stop the shower to dry the floor.

The room was spotless and the staff were very friendly and helpful. There was a very good hot breakfast. The pool area was beautiful, with a heated pool that was sparkling clean, and flowers and statues all around. We saw so many birds and butterflys right from the pool. This was truly a great experience and we will absolutely return!

My room was SOOO CLEAN… coming from a germ-a-phobe I am particular when it comes to cleanliness and I had to go back to the front desk and thank them for an immaculate room. I knew from the time I watched one of the workers mom the floor in the motion she was mopping that they were clean but this topped my expectations. Pin this review because I am a real customer with a very real experience. Thank you hotel staff.

We’ve stayed at this hotel a few times. It’s clean with friendly staff and good amenities. Hotel is only 10 minutes from rental car and airport. Large outlet and shopping center directly across the street.

Breakfast was good. Unfortunately the pancake maker failed but all else was very decent. Upstairs visitors let kids play TV and clunked on the floor, dropping things at various times during the night. Otherwise comfortable.

It was a great stay overall, but the staff made the experience even better. Everyone was so attentive, kind, and eager to help. I'm used to staying at 4-star+ properties and just needed a quick one-night for a work trip, and the value I received was incredible. Bonus that the breakfast was delicious too!

The staff at this property were wonderful and helpful. The $35 shuttle service is very convenient if you do not want to rent a car . The location of the hotel is also convenient. You can walk to several restaurants and the Tanger Outlets. The cleanliness is only average. The bathroom was not the cleanest and the fan did not work, so anytime my husband or I showered the fire alarm went off because it detected the steam from the shower as smoke. Otherwise, no complaints! We would stay here again.

The experience was horrible. I was unable to spend the night there. The first room was so stuffy and moldy I couldn’t breathe in there. I requested a room change and was given a room that was dirty, garbage was all over the room. I had to take an uber back to the airport and spent the night sitting up in the airport. I wouldn’t recommend this place to a pig or a dog.

Young man on on reception was fantastic. Stay was great. Would love it if you added Sausage to the breakfast.

Quite disappointed with the condition of the hotel. We were diligent in reading reviews before making a reservation. Certainly not worth $550+ for a two-night stay. The hotel is quite old, and the room decor reflects this. Both beds appeared to be old, VERY loud and squeaky with every movement, and you end up sleeping in a large sunken area. Shower curtain barely holding on to the wall. It sags, therefore the shower curtain will not close, so shower water ends up on the floor. Mold is around the tub; some covered with a thin layer of caulking. Breakfast was fair at best. I realize Florida has alot of birds, but there was an overabundance of them, so there was bird poop everywhere, on the outdoor chairs, tables, walkways.

The property itself was good but the road side rooms are not where you want to stay ...at 5am there were crews of workers who were staying there starting their diesal trucks , letting them run for a while , trucks beeping from backing up , guys yelling over the noise of the trucks . After a long night no one wants wakened at 5am with that racket .

I found a bug crawling on my night stand and didn't think much of it, until I went down for breakfast the next morning and the same bugs were everywhere on the breakfast counters. For $300 a night I was surprised how disgusting it was.

Nothing Avoid this property like the plague I wish negative six hundred was an option for the score. Just don't go there. Filthy rooms and possibly the most offensive staff I've dealt with at any hotel ever in the world.

The floors were filthy. We had to go out and buy new socks because the floors were that dirty. The toilet barely flushed and the bathroom sink did not drain. The room also did not have a hairdryer so I had to go to bed with wet hair. We were woken up super early in the morning by people screaming at each other right outside our door.

Easy stay, accessible to shopping. Fairly safe. My room was super noisy, it was in the lobby area to the bottom floor near the road so heard cars and noises all night long. There was also an outside light so bright by my window I couldn't block it out with the curtain. Overall, a decent and safe stay but don't expect luxury.

All staff were very pleasant and helpful. The hotel overall is not in good condition. The coffee in the lobby was old and ice cold. The hotel is stuffy and not thoroughly cleaned. My room smelled like there was mildew in the carpet and the heater emitted a burning smell. I would never stay here again. Not enough value for the price.

Pretty surprised this place has such good reviews. It’s so outdated and our bathroom was awful. Rust stains in the tub, shower had caulk and paint everywhere. The bathroom floor was soaked when we checked in. Bed pillows were either very lumpy or completely flat. Floors weren’t cleaned- my socks were covered in dust, dirt and crumbs. Air conditioning smelled like mold. Found three different bugs on the curtains. Apparently I read that the first floor rooms were maybe renovated- but we were on the second floor. There was a large group of people by the tiki bar area making a lot of noise at after 11pm last night, too. Would never stay here again- not even for free. (Can’t speak for pool area- since we don’t use it)

The room was as expected. It was a little humid in the room and had a smell of humidity. The room was clean the shower was great nice and warm. Breakfast was very good and coffee was perfect. Front desk staff was very friendly and seemed to enjoy their job.

We stayed for 5 nights and they only cleaned the room once. The internet service was extremely poor. The pool was under construction. They told us that after we booked the hotel. I was disappointed.

It was a great place to spend time with or without family, everything you need is just a couple miles away. The pool is so amazing i will go back for sure.

Place is like from 1970s. It feels like a shelter. Pool wasn’t working but people didn’t care. They were inside the pool. The room had like an old smell. The location is great. Outlets, stores and restaurants were across the street. The beds were comfortable and the breakfast was really good.

Everything was very nice. Clean, beds were comfy and great location. Only issue was i called the day before our stay to make sure they dropped at cruise terminal. I was told they did. When we checked in we were told no they dont anymore.

Well Maintained Hotel, Great Staff! Always stay here when traveling to West Palm Beach.

There was an exterminator who helped spray the areas, and we did not see anything for rest of that day, but by our second day a couple more flies appeared and it was too late to change rooms.Definitely had to shake out clothing and other items to not bring any tiny bugs home.

My family and I have always stayed at this hotel over the years. The hotel has improved and kept the same high quality over the years.

The property is essentially an old motel with outdated rooms that smell of dampness and mildew. Ceilings are low, and toiletries like shampoo were not replenished daily. Although housekeeping did clean the room every day, and we appreciated being checked in early by Ron at the front desk, the overall experience was underwhelming. The central pool and lounge area are nicely maintained and visually appealing, but most rooms open directly to the parking lot. It feels disappointing to pay for a hotel stay and end up in a dated room with a parking lot view. Be cautious when booking. I give this hotel 3 out of 5, mostly thanks to Ron for the early check-in.

Some of the best service hands down. The staff is amazing. The room was nice, only thing I wasn’t pleased with was the bathroom. I’m not going to go into details, however, the toilet needs better cleaning.

Excellent clean quiet well maintained property that is close to a lot of things. Have stayed previously while in the are for work and keep going back.

Great property and great location. Very clean quiet and convenient to everything in west palm beach. Rooms have been renovated very nice bedding and bathroom. Pool area was wonderful. Landscaping around property exceptionally well kept.

The staff member from front desk to housekeeper to maintenance to the shuttle bus driver. They were all amazing, friendly, helpful great customer service.

Property is situated in a busy location but the pool area is quiet and beautiful. Property feels retro but in a good way. Very clean and well maintained and staff was great.

The pool area and courtyard were great. Very good hot breakfast. Located close to multiple dining and shopping venues. Comfortable beds, but bathrooms could use an update. Very reasonable room rate.

My complaints have to do with the condition of the room, specifically the bathroom, and the AC unit. The bathroom had caulking all over the shower and sink area. There was a slight humid smell, not too bothersome but definitely noticeable. The carpet should be removed or at least replaced wirh a different pattern, it makes the room feel dingy and dated. The AC struggles to keep up with the South Fl heat and it was full of dust, probably the reason it struggled. I did not complain to the staff as the condition wasn't terrible but I'll definitely think twice before booking here again. We haved stayed here before, in another room and it was in much better condition (still with the dingy carpet). Hopefully owners take note of my comments and start remodeling. Such quaint, cozy, and beautiful surroundings deserve a better room experience.

Apparently everything is fine, but my experience is that we were given room #260. We didn't sleep all night because there's a tree where birds chirp all night and part of the day. Don't accept that room or any nearby rooms. I hate to say it, but that's how it was...

Property was clean and well maintained. Staff were kind and welcoming. Rooms were cleaned daily without question. The only downside was the breakfast- not much variety, nonetheless there's a great breakfast place across the street call " frist watch"..we enjoyed eating there!

The hotel rooms surround the courtyard that has the pool, giant chess, a grill, plenty of seating, and more. The hotel and room is clean. Staff are friendly and everything was smooth, especially as we had to get a new hotel last minute. Great location. Right next to Target. Multiple restaurants, and shopping, as well as the highway. Only thing for our visit was the door did have a gap, the juice machine was down during breakfast, they had run out of pancake batter for the machine. We paid ahead, but they do place when you check-in an additional hold on your card. Other than these small items, everything is fantastic and recommend to all.

Ended up staying here because of the positive reviews, and was not disappointed. Granted this isn’t the most glamorous hotel in West Palm Beach, but staff were friendly, the room was clean, AC worked well, beds were comfortable. Free breakfast was a welcome surprise, and by far my favorite service they offered was a one time $35 shuttle service payment which granted you the ability to shuttle anywhere within 3 miles of the hotel for the duration of your stay. I saved a lot on ubers just because of this service. Definitely would come back and stay here in the future.

The room was very clean and comfortable. I would suggest asking for a room that faced the courtyard if you go. To top it off, I accidentally left a book for a class I was taking there and they mailed it back to me. That went above and beyond and I appreciated it!

This place is old and desperately needs updating. The toilet wouldn't flush, kept having to pour water in the tank. The faucet is a poor design choice which kept getting stuck and spraying me. The bathroom is super small as well. Would not stay here again.

Wonderful stay at this hotel. Comfortable beds, quiet air conditioners in the rooms, close to everything in the area. Our only complaint was tiny ants in the room but other than that, it was a perfect trip!

We stay here for 2 days while visiting the area. The hotel was great location and great outdoor area inside the surroundings of the buildings. The hotel has been a great place in the past. Rooms are in need of updates. Laundry room washers stopped up and not cleaned

Hotel did not seem to be very busy yet the room we were given could not have been any farther away from the front desk and other amenities such as breakfast and the pool. Also not very comfortable with our room location because of some loitering taking place in the parking lot adjacent to our room

The building itself seemed like an old building that the renovated themselves with paint. The floors were visually clean but i walked from the bed to the bathroom and my feet got dirty

Very noisy especially after midnight hours. Seems like there are people living the on a permanent basis, drinking and showing no regard for customer’s privacy.

This is a disgrace to the Best Western brand. The property is shabby, the staff unmotivated, and the breakfast inedible.
