Actually all hotel it’s good and facility but it’s shouldn’t have anyone disturb the others room on 0300 hours. Even notice to front but non action to solve this problem Should be had a security checked or camera watch on night for no have young people make a group party and disturb other guest

Room was adequate and well presented Air-conditioning was not satisfactory Staff were very uncooperative!! I asked for an extension to the room when I arrived for the next day said yes it would be fine. They rang the next day and said there was no available space so I had to pack up and leave !! Then as was not allowed to leave the car park as I did not have a ticket I had already registered the previous night my vehicle registration I had to sit in the car park in the Sun for over half an hour why they sorted there staff out? I asked to speak to a manager there was obviously no direction hospitality !!I became very educated. Concern was completely complicit the attitude towards customer satisfaction was completely unsatisfactory and I would not stay in this hotel again and I will recommend this Hotel to anybody

lookz vry new hotel... gd location n surrounded by nos of shops... suprised by bar at d hotel corner@duty free version bar/shop... shower area could be bter wi proper cleaning@i rated 3*standard... at night,nx rm water pressure soundz abit loud...
