Very chic, modern, comfortable, nice design. Breakfast was not great. No milk for the coffee and no glasses for the drinks--you can drink water or juice from a coffee cup. The food was scarce.

Location is very good (city centre). Restaurant and cinema are next to the hotel. Value for money and recommended if you'll visit Palembang City. so far so good for me

It's near from the center, easy to find restaurant nearby. The family room is big and have slider. The kids very like it. Near the laundry and CGV. The room used woods and the room have the wood smells.

the family room in this hotel is our kid's favorite.. a swimming pool would be great..

location was good, staff were very responsive and friendly not cleaned or maintained very well, and we had problem with the wifi. there was a power surge and destroyed one of our power adapters.
