We had a nice stay at Santika Radial hotel overall. The staff were very friendly, helpful, and attentive. Breakfast selections were VERY extensive and nicely presented. The hotel was conveniently located, with lots of establishment nearby. Parking spots were limited but we never had a problem finding a spot for both of our cars during our stay. Oh, and the welcome drink by the front desk was a nice bonus! The swimming pool was closed for maintenance during our stay, but we were well informed in advance, so we knew we won't be able to use it.

It is a nice hotel in a good location The booking process through booking.com was terrible: After I had made the reservation, I was asked to make the payment upfront (otherwise the room would be cancelled) - this was not possible through booking.com. So I was asked to send credit card details via WhatsApp (which gives a high risk to fraud). The employees appologised offered to make it up by giving me an extra nice room - factually, I got a room with is directly facing a concrete wall. On check-out it was not possible to give me a proper receit.

Housekeeping staff was efficient, worked fast and delivered. Bed lines was comfortable, amenities were sufficiently provided. Breakfast meals options were poor, I had stayed in other Santikas and this one was way inferior compare to other Santika premises

The bed is very comfortable, and good location cos plenty of restaurants around the hotel. Extra charges on small things that’ not suppose to. Extra charges for extra towel (asked for 1 more), room card key only given 1 although 2 ppl stayed, and have charges if want 1 more. 2 hours earlier ( at 12pm) check in also will be charge’s even though checked out 4 hours earlier (at 8am).

The location takes the win. Perfect location. Close to anywhere. The staffs were kind, helpful and friendly. Will come back to this hotel. The parking spot quite small and the pool were small. But its okay.

Thanks for the free upgrade and the minibar. Like the king size bed. Location is good. Breaksfast is just so so Should put fridge and hair dryer.

The staffs are nice. We also got an upgrade because they couldnt provide the bed type we had asked earlier. The facilities are clean, foods are extensive in selection and quite delicious. The carpark is too small, only for few cars. The lobby car lane only for 1 car, causing traffic from lining up cars. Dropping luggages before the lobby are also inconvenient because we have to drag those luggages up to the ‘hill’.
