Got free upgrade to bigger room.. Location is very strategic. Staff is friendly. The hotel is rather old. There's a smart tv in the room, but it cannot access the internet because you need to log in with a browser ( but there's no way to do it with the tv).

. It is a very stylish place to be. And it has an intimacy that makes you relax and feel at home. The food from The Kitchen was top notch. I liked what I ordered so much I didn't try other things. Salmon, mashed potatoes, veggies - confort food. And a chicken mushroom soup that had a layer of a kind of filo dough on top of the bowl and was baked. SUPERB freshness, quality. 5 star in my book. The elevator could be a bit of a wait when busy. But not bad. This is not like/dislike. Just info. I like big windows views and light. The less expensive rooms have that, but then no bath tub. I loved the view out of my floor to ceiling windows.

Got a Free room upgrade because there were no non smoking rooms left. Staff is friendly and kind. It’s next to Palembang square. Lacks of maintenance in the room. Especially the bathroom. Also there were 2 towels on the back of the bathroom door from the previous guests. The rest of the room was clean. I was hoping on some more western foods at breakfast. Mostly Asian food. But that’s just preference

Breakfast spread was very good Bathroom light in the room shares the same switch with the coffee area. Disturbs the person who is sleeping on that side of the bed. Perhaps should separate the switch for the lights. Also the bathroom light is very dim.

The hospitality and the service you get in aryaduta is one of a kind. I have been here for 7 years now and every single time they give such good service. I feel so at home here and in palembang. Thanks to communication, the gm andre, security that helpt me every time with the stroler. And to the service in the lounge she just works there for 4 months but her service was great. Thanks again to make such a memorable stay als for my son. Looking forward to my next stay with you.

The breakfast and the swimming pool were good, although were very busy. The staffs were responsive and friendly The room was not cleaned properly. There was still some rubbish and used slippers on the floor when we came to the room. The shower hose was leaking and getting broken. The maintenance officer was very responsive to repairing the hose, but the hose replacement was too short, so it was not able to put the shower on its hanger.

Perfect location close to large mall. Staff super friendly and helpful. Rooms clean and comfortable. Breakfast excellent. The gym the best I've seen in a hotel. We stayed for 1 week and didn't want to leave. You could not fault this hotel it ticked all the boxes.
