Office staff were very pleasant, our room was clean and the sheets were super soft and comfortable. The attached restaurant was excellent! The only small negative was the shower head had lime buildup so water flow wasn't the best and the wall air conditioner was loud at times through out the night. I would stay here again.

It was a good value for the price paid

Great rate for a Friday night. It was a nice and cozy room (2 queen beds, handicapped bathroom was very spacious). The staff was nice and we already did research and brought some snacks to compensate for the breakfast. There is breakfast that is already in your room: 1 small container for cereal, energy bar, danish (cheese, berry, cinnamon), fruit (apple or banana), 1 small container of milk and juice (apple/fruit punch/very berry). Each person gets the above breakfast (if 2 people are staying there is 2 of each with different flavors, if 3 people there is 3 of each, etc.). The only complaint I have and a minor one at that is that the pillows were very flat. But overall we enjoyed our stay. There's a restaurant/pizza place attached to the bed and breakfast that's open from 4pm-8pm.

Room was very clean, the staff is amazing I was gonna make it before 8pm to check In so I called her and she left my key in the code box. And our breakfast was already in there plus the AC was already turned on. This is my 3rd time staying and I never have a problem. I enjoy my stay it’s peaceful and quiet and also very spooky when it’s night time I love it.

I always stay at K7 when I'm in Pahrump - Patty and the staff are very friendly and accommodating. The rooms are clean and spacious, and I always sleep well. I cannot recommend it enough!

For the price this place is fantastic. Breakfast was not great but I didn't stay here for breakfast. A small bowl of special k, milk, fruit (apple one day banana the next) fruit juice box and nature valley protein bar. My only dislike was the rude Indian people who stayed above me. They showed up late and were like a herd of elephants. Very loud and inconsiderate. They got up early and were a herd of elephants all over again. Did not sleep well. Had they not been there the stay would've been 10 of 10 for the room rate. K7 pizza was 10 of 10.

The place was clean and the staff was helpful. it is not a fancy bed-and-breakfast, but it was just what I needed. The breakfast is very basic. I would stay here again.

Accommodation was clean and comfortable but breakfast was ordinary. Check in was a chore. No one was at reception and answering the phone. Finally we got checked in after an hour.

Bathroom was spacious. The continental breakfast was a little box of cereal. A piece of fruit, a sweet rool, juice drink and milk. Parking lot was not paved. Restaurant was not open the day we stayed here.

Clean room, easy check-in, and "continental breakfast" already in the room. It is modest, but the thought counts. What I didn't enjoy is that a group of younger men checked in late and were noisy and got up at 5 am - the noise started again. The build is very light. You hear every footstep from upstairs, and plumbing is not sound-insulated either. A flush from upstairs wakes you up. Apart from that, it was good.

Included a nice breakfast of pastries, fruit, cereal, milk & juice. My family would stay here again if we’re ever in the area.

Patty greeted me on arrival. She was so friendly and nice. She met us at the room with our complimentary breakfast within ten minutes of our arrival and check in. The room was wonderfully clean. Bathroom was huge and it had everything You eould need for your shower. Shampoo, conditioner and body wash. It was terrific.

The layout and check-in were a bit unusual, but the room was clean and comfortable. The cold continintal breakfast was left in the room each day and a table and chairs were available both in the room and outside. We did not use the wifi, so cannot comment on it. Yes, I would stay here again.

convenient location to DV NP. A bit far (6 miles) from Pahrump though, this did not bother us much. It has a pizza shop but it was closed Mon/Tues, so we did not get the chance of using it. We had to drive to town for dinner.

I started here 2 nights while visiting Death Valley, so really all I did was sleep here. It was convenient to the National Park, clean, rooms and bath were newer and had a small fridge, microwave, coffee maker, free WiFi and tv. It is off the main drag about 10 minutes, but there is a pizza/burger place on the property and reasonably priced. It was great for my needs.

A pizza place is close. Beds were confortable. Room was very clean. Breakfast was cereal, milk, juice, banana, apple, and protein bar. This was cery satisfactory.

They are always friendly. Close to family and just down the road from the main highway and stores/banks/casinos. Super quiet day and night. The only thing I would do better is get the continental breakfast snacks to the rooms earlier, as some people are early birds, and those come in handy! We missed ours on Saturday, but overall, another great stay at K7! The food at the pizza and bar is real good too!

This is a beautiful property in a quiet location on the south end of town. The grounds are very well kept, clean and easy to navigate. The room was clean and inviting. I liked that the window opened all the way. Views of the mountains are stunning. I didn’t spend much time here, but I will stay again for hopefully more nights in the future.

K7 B&B is a great option. It’s a bit out of way but not too bad at all extremely clean, updated with all the amenities. Highly recommend.

Reception was very courteous, prompt. The place was quite small and compacted, but the room was huge. The only inconvenience was that the restaurant only opens at certain hours in the evening. The room did not have a shower wand as per the picture shown on Expedia, so you might want to look into how they advertised your place.

This is a motel, not really a B&B. The breakfast is a small continental affair left in your room. Room is small and the bed is a fold out type. AC is loud. It was however clean and everything worked. Plenty of parking. I would stay there again at the price I got it this time.

I didn't know what to expect, but I was pleasantly surprised! The staff was so pleasant- they helped us with travel options for Death Valley and were extremely gracious. It feels like a welcoming, family owned property. It's sooooo quiet- I thought that being close to the road it would be loud, but it's tucked away far enough that you don't hear anything; it's so peaceful! The bed was firm but very comfy. The on-site pizza was pretty good and well-priced- definitely hit the spot after a long road trip. The only thing that was a bit underwhelming were the towels- very thin and not at all fluffy. Also, the TV only had cable, which me and my boyfriend thought was a fun throwback to the days of no streaming services lol it was actually really nice. Overall, if I'm in the area or headed to the Death Valley, I'd absolutely stay here again. Very surprised by how comfortable it was.

Nice place out of the city

Lady at front desk was super helpful especially since I notified them that I would arrive late due to unfortunate circumstances. It was awesome to have a pizza place just around the parking lot which helped alot since I did arrive fairly late. Location is the reason I chose to stay at K7 BnB and if it weren't for that unfortunate circumstance, it would have worked out perfectly. Though I liked the book cover, I was surprised, in a very good way, about what's inside. The bathroom especially, is quite roomy.

Quiet, clean and comfortable. Non-commercial location a big plus. Way better than Vegas or motels along hwy 95 if solitude is important to you. We’ll be back. Rated amenities average only because there isn’t much to rate. We did not need pool, gym, etc so we did not miss them.

There is was spider and bugs in my room , and the only thing I got offered back was 30 dollars. My mom had bites all over her.

Great stay and ideal place for a quick overnight stay. Friendly staff, clean snd comfortable. Would definitely recommend the pizza in the next door diner and nice sitting outside in the morning eating breakfast that was provided.

A nice, average motel night stay. Fairly clean, a/c was good but a little noisy. I wouldn't call it a "bed and breakfast" though as breakfast was just cereal, breakfast bar and fruit that was left in the room (ok, technically, that's a breakfast, but not what I think of when I think of a B&B)

Honestly, I think they may be doing themselves a disservice by referring to themselves as a bed and breakfast. The "breakfast" was very continental. I stayed 2 nights and they left me 1 banana, 1 granola bar, 1 four-count of mini powders donuts (or maybe five-count), 1 single serving box of cheerios, and 1 small juice box and 1 small milk box in the fridge. That was OK by me: I ate the banana and stashed the bar and donuts for later in my road-tripping, which was nice. (Although I do feel like that was probably a single-night breakfast; not a double night.) But I don't think it's what most people think of when they think "bed and breakfast." Fortunately, breakfast is also the least of my priorities in terms of where I stay, and at K-7, I got a 2 great night's sleeps in a nice, spacious, clean, quiet room on a clean and comfy bed. And they had a mini-fridge and microwave, which I don't always use, but always appreciate having. So definite five stars from me, but just know going in what the breakfast situation really is!

Peace and quiet we love the scenery and for us Halloween freaks we enjoyed the spooky night dessert. Would definitely recommend this place and would definitely stay here again.

The property is a little remote from the main town but the views were spectacular. It is quiet which is what we were looking for. The hostess was friendly and helpful We did not eat at the property but we spoke to people who had and they said the food was good and reasonably priced. We would certainly stay there again.

I was only at K7 for one evening. It was a fine establishment with comfortable beds and an overall clean atmosphere. It isn't going to wow you, but it is a nice option compared to the hotels in the area

Great little B&B a restaurant on site. Rooms were cozy & comfortable. A good 20 minutes from downtown & an hour to Death Valley NP. Check in was easy & they accommodated food allergies for the breakfast provided.

Great stay. Frontdesk is very helpful and polite. They were very courteous and communicative to ensure you can get your keys if you ever have to check in late when the staff clocks out. I loved the secured keybox service. Very convenient. Clean rooms and healthy breakfast items in the room made our stay pleasurable and enjoyable. That goes on to show how well they take care of customers.

Walls are thin. We could hear everything going on next door including a VERY loud TV.

Very few complains, but we were excited about the beer garden and the local/ on site craft beer, only to find only 3 standard beers and multiple empty taps. We ended up going into town to find something to do. Great and quiet property (while we were there) and would start again. Just a little boring when we came.

We loved staying out of the city in a quaint B & B listening to the birds and enjoying the sun outdoors.

Everything went well, until check-in. The woman that checked us in was not welcoming and had an attitude I did not find to be indicative of good customer service. The room was good for the price, especially since we had 6 people. The place is too far from town to have good options to eat.

Was not easy to find but that was great as it was quiet and relaxing. Staff was great, WIFI worked fine and overall it was nice. I would stay there again it in the area.

Clean, quiet and safe little motel an hour west of Vegas. A bit off the beaten path, but pretty morning views. Rooms are simple but clean, lots of fresh towels and basic amenities. Nowhere nearby for hot breakfast/coffee, but coffee maker in room with fridge and microwave. Included breakfast is as noted in other reviews: granola bars, boxed cereal, fruit, juice and milk boxes, and packaged mini doughnuts. Much appreciated as we were cycling and not a lot nearby. Staff were friendly. Decent pizza place attached.

Impressive what they've done with this property. It was very quiet. The shower was amazing after a long day hiking at Death Valley. A little disappointed that there was no hot breakfast as advertised

Overall we enjoyed our stay. Clean, comfortable rooms and the breakfast items and beverages provided in the room were a welcome addition. Storage areas and places to put luggage inside the rooms were minimal. We arrived late but the communication and check-in instructions from the staff were excellent. Our boys loved Fred the cat!

Very nicely newly finished room. Stone floor was pretty but cold to walk on. Breakfast was fruit , boxed cereal, and prepackaged pasteries.

Easy check in & check out; a variety of breakfast items were left in rooms each day which was convenient for early morning travel; beds were very comfortable; parking was right in front of the room

Perfect cozy bed and breakfast on the outskirts of Death Valley National Park. Affordable, with lovely staff and all the essentials for a great stay. The AC and heating worked well, and the room had a mini-fridge, microwave, and daily continental breakfast provided. There’s a pizzeria on-site, though I didn’t try it. This was the most budget-friendly option for exploring the park, and my stay was wonderful!

Very nice finishes, good location, easy to find. We didn't use the lounge or restaurant, but they have one. Got there after hours, and they make it so easy. Bed was not comfortable though. My only complaint. Loved everything else and will use it again.

Affordable B&B with small, charming rooms that have everything you need (microwave, shower, fridge). I arrived on New Year's Eve, and understandably, the reception office was closed. However, the property contacted me through Expedia, providing clear and detailed instructions on how to get the key to my room and access it. The only slightly negative point was the 'continental' breakfast. They left an apple, milk, cereal, and a protein bar on the table; I was expecting to have breakfast in a dedicated buffet area, but it was fine anyway. I highly recommend it if you're looking for an affordable option between Las Vegas and Death Valley.

The lady at the counter called me to make sure we can get to the hotel by the time we can order food service next door because we were going to check in around 20:00.

K7 was a sweet stop on my way through New Mexico. It was clear this property is tended with care, and the thoughtful details in a "budget" room were well received and noticed. The space was clean, the property well maintained, and I felt safe and secure in the space. The on site pizza was an added bonus. All around, I am happy with this stay and would happily return if ever passing through.

A beautiful little place at the base of the mountains. They had continental breakfast already laid out on my table in my room for the next morning. The rooms are clean and not extravagant but have everything you need. The view is amazing!

Well kept property. The room and the bathroom are both spacious with clean rooms, linens and all necessary toiletries in the room. The breakfast was kept in the room which included a cereal box, fruit, milk, juice per person. Overall it was a good stay.

We stayed at the K7 Bed and Breakfast for one night on our way to Death Valley National Park. Communications with the hotel were fantastic, and the staff was very friendly and hospitable. It was wonderful having breakfast put in our room the night we arrived so we could leave early the next morning. 10/10!
