Beautiful room. Most comfortable mattress ever!

Liked being able to be so close to the town! Clean room, friendly staff, fridge available and we helped ourselves to coffee prior to leaving. Felt like home!

Clean room. Staff was friendly. It felt like coming home. Instead of a big hotel.

Loved the place…clean…friendly inn keeper and other guest…it is truly a hidden gem for sure…close to Downtown Paducah…it was wonderful

excellent host, comfortable stay downtown Paducah, but don’t let that set your back gonna stop there on my way back through and stay again. Lots of interesting history in this place G. Washington’ grandson. A great grandson built the house. It’s a treasure.

I am so happy I found this hidden gym. I wish I could write higher, that’s how great this was. The check-in process was flawless, the room I stayed in was phenomenal. The bed was the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in that is not at my own home. The room was clean, the property was well-maintained and well lit. They even have a full kitchen, you can utilize to cook it. I was blown away when I found a Jacuzzi tub in the bathroom, that was extremely nice after a 14 Hour Dr. As somebody that travels for work, I’m on the road six days a week, I stay in hotels 5 to 6 nights a week, I have to say, this was the nicest place. I have stayed outside of my own home. You have the option for a homemade breakfast the next morning.

Really neat property

Room was ok, safe area just partially broken everything. No AC, minimal outlets as expected for a historical hotel. Biggest issue was just unfixed bathroom fixtures, lights, normal things.
-
It wasn’t far from the historic, downtown area where all the action is. The manager and owner were very accommodating with a room change I requested. Know that this is located about a Mile or so from the historic downtown so walking may not be desirable. Also it is a boutique, older hotel with common areas that are not really well cleaned and presented. Our actual room was comfortable and clean with unmatched towels but decorated nicely. So don’t have expectations of a pristine, fancy Victorian home but enjoy the history and accommodating staff.

James was an excellent host. The property was lovely, and the decor was great. I willl have to come back again and will definitely stay here.

Staff is SO kind and helpful. James was on premises when we checked in late, he helped us with everything and let us know about the amenities in the area as well. He was very friendly and easy to communicate with. We stayed in the “guest house” and it was incredibly comfortable and clean. Had easy access to a full kitchen, a nice hot shower, and washer/dryer. We loved talking to the other guests, I really can’t recommend this spot enough. We will 100% be coming back if in the area.
