There's no staff on site so I couldn't really tell how nice they were really but from the messages and the rest of the communication everything went smooth and they were accomodating. The check-in progress is nice and easy. One of the beds is placed directly under the AC which may lead to a cold if one is not careful. Just a minor nitpick though. No storage rooms for lugagge so.. use the space wisely!

It was perfect for us because our event venue, Mydome was just around the corner about 150 meters walk. Check in and check out

It’s impossible to make the room dark. The location is not far from the city center but very close to a loud highway.

Great location, the room was so big and clean.

Superb

might feel cramped for 4 people for European standards, but everything was very clean. The bedding felt a bit soft, but it’s a pounding something that can happen all over Japan. Mattresses tend to be softer than in Europe.

I like all, the room size is decent for 4 adults with 4 big luggages. Its clean and well maintained. Near to Metro Sakaisuji-Hommachi (5 minutes walk). The hotel is only 3 floor, travelling with elderly people is quite difficult due to no elevator.

I love it.. I enjoyed my stay for 5 days. No netflix account.. But it's ok..

So clean, nice quiet street, felt very safe, and the beds were SO comfy! We are a family of 5 and we all were comfy and cozy. Loved the extra toiletries like toothpaste, combs, q-tips, and razors too. Oh and there was multiple Family Marts within a minute or two walk. It was a little farther to get to touristy stuff but not much. It was worth it to have a quiet place to go home to each night.

The self check in/ check out is overcomplicated

The location is perfect, I only need to walk less than 10 minuties to get to the railway station. The room is really big, which is able to contain three open luggages. The condition in the room is really nice and clean, and it has microwave to heat food, which makes me raelly satisfied. the only thing I don't like is that there is no elevator, even though its floor is not so high.

Only price and location was fine. But the price was a discount from Genius, so honestly I’d say it was overpriced quite a bit. Lack of staff. My fault for not researching, I just wasn’t prepared for this sort of experience. Lack of daily room service left the room feeling too cramped and dirty. We saw an old post too that said the hotel wasn’t properly decontaminated during the COVID shutdown so it left us concerned during the rest of the stay.

Room - Comfortable stay Difficult to carry up big luggages

Clean, modern room Nice bathroom A bit far from everything No where to put trash

Clean and quite. The place was near the station and shopping area. Also if you love to walk it’s only a walking area of the Osaka castle and other tourist destination area. Nothing really

Very clean and comfortable honestly. Location was good and I thought it was fair for the price. There’s no staff in the building, but they reply really fast and made the instructions very clear. They usually reply within 30 mins Having no staff was fairly new to me, but it’s because I was used to staying in hotels and not apartments. It’s not their fault, but I’m just giving a heads up to future guests.
